Food was ok but prices are a bit higher than other stores, tables outside were dirty & covered in rubbish.

Sometimes it's open, and sometimes it's closed. I can't use the app to pre-order. Some of the menu they don't have cos it's a smaller branch.

The colonel would be devastated 🤦‍♀️ If your going to use cornflakes for the coating, aleast break them down more and use quality. Worst KFC I have ever been to. Got popcorn chicken from here and it wasn't nice I ended up leaving it also they never clear the tables always full of rubbish and they don't do snack boxes what kind of kfc is this won't be going there again

The staff are really rude but that could be because the customers are kinda drunk but that's no excuse.

Disappointed to go there at 9 in the evening on a Monday to find it closed an hour before closing time on Google maps (10pm), maybe try updating the online times

Absolutely disgusting experience. Threw my chicken burger in the bin as they blathered it in sauce - didn't get the extra piece of chicken that was in the deal, also no salt for my chips - after they notified me they had no fizzy drinks. So for £8 I got some unsalted chips and a 250ml bottle of orange juice. Never going to kfc again. Boycotted. Edit: you need to retrain or sack the staff working here at 11.30 on the 19/06/23 because they are literally losing you customers.

Charged £4.49 for a snack box with a mini fillet - The fillet looked like it had been halved from its original size. Snack boxes normally £1.99. Got ripped off - Should have gone to maccies for that price. Wont be using this KFC again.

Hi I ordered from kfc colonels 3 pic meal deal and paid 7.99. No receipt as i didn't thought i have to provide feedback. Happy to provide bank statement screenshot. While I was eating I found 2 pics and 1 wings. Upon asking the lady who served me. She replied it is what it is. I know where u coming from but thats what is in the menu. I totally disagree. She handled very poorly without trying to understand. Basically she just told me thats it. Go away. I attached the 3rd pic of chicken pic. Let me know this is the right portion. This is very disgraceful, I paid for the box meal, the weird thing is I didn't got the burger.. when I open the box in my train journey, I was shocked as I didn't got burger in the box, I can't go back and ask them as my train already left the station. This is very bad experience for me.

No krushems, dry chicken wings you can tell had been left out for ages, was asked to test the pepsi to see if it was off? Where is the professionalism? Presentation of the back of house looked dated and unkept. Not a good representation of KFC

Visited this place on my way from work. Saw a staff member female. Seemed like a manager? Sara or Sarah shouting at her staff and being extremely rude. I was put off from even ordering. It was super awkward and then she just looked at me like nothing was wrong I walked out with no food. Won't be visiting again.

I asked for a mighty bucket for one and the fries to be replaced with corn. This was declined but they said I could have corn if I bought it. Why I asked? Because it’s a franchise. You’re fronting the KFC brand and as such KFC are happy to have food thrown away, in this financial climate. Children and families are struggling to buy food and your brand is willing to allow it to be wasted! You should be ashamed! Oh and by the way your. Chicken was over cooked and dry 👎🏻

The food was not well prepared and the young girl at the till had a nonchalant attitude and moved like a sloth. Despite taking her time, she still managed to mess up our order and we couldn’t do anything about it as we had to literally fly to catch our train! Sub par.

Food is always cold, menu is always scarce (They're always running out of something, particularly the item you're looking for) Also, pigeons flying all over you trying to steal your food, and eating scraps from leftovers on tables next to you. Staff do nothing about it

Second time ordering from this spot and I do not regret it. Located in the train station makes it easy to grab a bite before or after your trip. I ordered the wrap meal which is always filling. Highly recommended.

There was no queue but they literally threw my chips into my food bad and I had to collect them 1 by 1

Avoid. Anything they are famous for - tasteless. Asked for corn instead of gravy - zero cares they put their tasteless gravy… Seriously 1 out of 10, any takeaway can do batter better than they do…. Tried in Europe and it was ok. But specifically this place… AVOID.

We are visitors to the city so rely on google for information! It clearly states that you are open until midnight on a Sunday. We arrived at 11.30 to find it closed so went back to the hotel hungry and disappointed. If your hours have changed then please update your info and it is very misleading.

We visited on 4/2/22 & 5/2/22 (haven't had KFC in ages, before you judge us). Both visits were in the early afternoon. The staff were helpful, the service was fast, orders received complete and on both occasions, a table was available to sit at. I haven't had a terrible experience at this KFC and am surprised by the experiences of other people. Maybe the time of day makes a difference? (though, in past years, I've used that branch late in the evening and still received good service) This branch is most definitely open and has been for a while (I've reported it, but still marked as closed).

Shocking service today. Staff friendly enough. Ordered a boneless banquet and only received chicken fillets and chips, no popcorn chicken, no gravy and no sauce. Disappointing to say the least.

Worst KFC ever Was very tired and hungry...Ordered zinger box meals for me and my sister which were cold, dry with no sauce atall. Our fillets were missing from the order. Had to bin the burger as it tasted awful. Would not recommend and never go there again.

My twin brother Stephen and I purchased a chicken burger and fries from this KFC outlet in Leeds Railway Station. A small outlet, neat & tidy and very eye catching, service was quick and it was great eating our burger & fries outside the KFC before heading to the Wetherspoon pub practically next door,most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area easy to locate in Leeds Railway Station

This has to be the worst KFC every. The food was warm, not hot. And for what I paid £14.99 for two meals it certainly wasn't worth the money. The customer service was lacklustre and the two staff I did see, needed a good clean, uniform and themself. Dirty uniform and greasy hair, no, just no! A very poor meal and experience, poor colonel Saunders would be turning in his grave!

It's what you'd expect from kfc. They ways mess up on the sides when I order through Uber eats.

I don't know what has happened to KFC as it doesn't taste the same as it did years ago! The chicken is now very dry the side of beans taste off and the buns/bread tastes more like rivita.

I went to the store on a Tuesday because I had seen a sign saying that I could buy 9 pieces of original recipe chicken for £5.99. In the store I was told that the special had finished so I bought 5 pieces that cost me £7.68. I also bought a large gravy that was virtually tasteless and a large fries that were cold and tasted like dirt. I think the fries tasted strange because they still had part of the potato skin on them. I would suggest going to the McDonalds next door if you want a cheap fast food meal.

I was going to call in for lunch,however I took one look at the tables outside and they were disgusting.No one sat at them,however they were scattered with chicken bones,paper bags and cups etc. KFC should really take note and do something about it!!

Not quite as good as I remember it. Too salty, too greasy. But the delivery was very quick and it satisfied my comfort eating for the day.

I'm usually a big fan of KFC but not impressed by this location within the station at all. The food was either cold, dried out or shrivelled up (my hot wings were the smallest I've ever seen - all bone and barely a hint of meat, and the side order of beans had a crust and had obviously been cooked hours ago). To cap it all the price was almost double that of the Merrion Way outlet at the top end of town. You're clearly paying for the location here (and the fact that station users are something of a captive market). Best avoided.

It is meant to be fast food but the service is painfully slow. Nothing wrong with the food though. Just be prepared to wait ages for it.

It's not all bad because, they do chicken and i love chicken. However I order 4 large meals and i go to pay with my 25% off Colonel's Club voucher and the cashier says we don't do that here! Unacceptable if you ask me. If you are a franchise with a loyalty rewards system then every restaurant should have to participate.

Made a big mistake stopping here...it was late in the day and I only had a chicken burger & chips, but both were cold and soggy and totally unsnapping. There was a long queue and had i not been running for a train I'd have demanded my money back. Poor value, poor food and rubbish service...zero stars.

This is a small kiosk with a limited menu, the food came out fast and fresh, which is what you want when you only have a short amount of time before you have to get your train There is a small seating area with tables, but there is other seating on the concourse. The tables were cleaned quickly, which as there were no bins, there was no option but to leave your rubbish on the table Usual KFC food, perfect for a quick bite to eat while waiting for my train

KFC, is the place to be if you love chicken. I think what tops it off is the gravy, that makes me come back again. I always go for boneless banquet, you get a drinks, chips and popcorn chicken and chicken strips
