Best chicken in fishponds, Bristol. Great food

Pizza was ok 👍 Shish kebab was overcooked 👎 Chicken was nice ☺️ Chips tasted of nothing and cardboard like!!😟 And god knows what the gravy was about 🫣 £45 I feel robbed 😡

Always same fluffy hairy black dog in this place? Everytime I go! Sometimes front of counter, sometimes lie on floor, sometimes sit on bench, sometimes blocking entrance - this has been happening past year (maybe longer who knows). Not hygiene! Does the dog live in restaurant? I have been nice about it all this time but I'm sorry this is not clean especially with food being prepared one meter away..

Pleased with my food, they do peri peri salt but be mindful they put loads on it so it can be a bit overpowering.

Peri chicken burger was bland and dry. It was supposed to be very hot but I tasted zero heat. The chicken patty was thin. Fries were fine. The fried chicken was standard chicken shop fried chicken, nothing special. It was not worth 15.75

It's a fantastic place with a great crew and delicious food, surpassing my expectations.

Ordered a filet burger meal and it was the worst i have had. For £8 you get a frozen piece of chicken which is fried lol. For that price i expect a fresh chicken piece. Also the chicken was chewy and dry. Chips were average. Dead ting will not be returning. Avoid.

I’ve been buying from this place just over a year now and I had great experiences every time. Meat is always fresh and tasty, staff are very polite and hygienic. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

After being a loyal customer I was shocked with the customer service tonight, I asked them to put some chicken away,iI told them I'll back in a hour which I do regularly so I can take my food away straight away. When I got there they'd had sold the chicken and I had to wait another 15 to 20 mins telling me I'll get fresh chicken. I wasn't happy as the whole point of me asking them to hold the chicken was that I can go straight away. The middle aged man with the beard did apologise but said he been slaving away all night and filling orders and even told me he didn't know what I was so upset with and told me to shut up which I responded with that I'm not happy with the way you spoke to me. I'm a manager at my work and if any of my staff spoke to customers like that they would be on a disciplinary or fired. Seriously thinking about never going there again.

Bought a 8 piece forgot it's peri chicken a bit hot for me but boy is it good just drinking between piece's

Bought family chicken meal in-store came home to find out its abit dry called the owner and they delivered fresh chicken within 30 minis thank you!

Have been eating from this place for a few years now and it delivers consistently delicious, fresh and piping hot food, cannot fault anything with this place, the delivery drivers are always so polite and happy too. Please stay amazing!

I ordered food, wings and my wings was substituted for fried chicken and it game my friend food poisoning. Don’t order last at night or after 10pm. The perri perri chicken is great fried chicken horrible.

Ordered peri peri chicken..it was completely raw and blood was coming out when i broke a piece off. It is unhealthy and dangerous serving raw chicken. WILL BE TAKING UP WITH COUNCIL TO REVIEW THE PLACE.

Me and my bf used to come to this place once a week, sometimes even twice a week because the food was good and the young lad in there was nice but recently we walked in to order food and I asked a question to the older gentleman about a deal they had and if it came with chips (in my defence, the screen had a picture of the deal but did not say it came with chips) and the guy was insanely rude. He kept saying “read this, what does it say?” And pointing at a menu on the table. He kept asking us “Can you read and understand English?” l So when we asked him why he was being so rude and confronted him he kept saying we were wasting his time and he didn’t spend 2 grand printing menus for people to ask stupid questions. We tried to explain why we asked and told him there was no need to be so rude and he kept shutting us down and yelling at us. He was so unbelievably condescending towards us. As a human being, there is no need to be so horrible.

Ordered home delivery and waited over an hour. When the food eventually turned up, the piri piri chicken burger bun was all soggy and fell apart, probably after sitting there in a box for over an hour. Inside the bun were chicken strips instead of a chicken fillet burger, which have all fallen out when the bun fell apart. I actually expected a chicken fillet burger from the place that specialises in chicken, not chicken strips in a bun. Worst of all was the piri piri half chicken. It was burnt and had the burnt smell. Not appetising at all. I am not happy at all with this food. Will not use them again.

It's a bit pricey for chicken but very tasty none the less.

Staff are lovely, nice clean takeaway place. The chicken is a bit too salty but everything else is great.

This has to be the best place for fast food this is definitely our go to all the food is lovely think we have to be their best customers 😂definitely recommend 👍🏼

Medium was more on the spicer side than expected but lovely people, nice interior and tasty food

Avoid .. would leave a 0 if I could. Ordered a chicken burger fillet meal with wings. Dissapointing as the fillet burger was very chewy hard to eat, the chicken wings were dry with no flavour. The chips were the only thing in my order that were ok. Go up the road to grill and bakehouse much better.

Fantastic menu to choose from. Excellent fresh cooked food. Highly recommended take away ran by a great team of friendly local residents. 5 stars
