didn’t get any sauces as it mentioned.meant to be 3 different sauces.Experienced ruined without sauces.Should be more focus on this.Thank you

part of my order was missing. also, I requested no egg as I'm allergic but they left the egg in so I'm unable to eat it!

Never ever had the right order from this store. Always wrong, always an issue.

Lack of communication on the website. Unable to cancel and waited till 1:30 am when the food was ordered at 11:30pm. Food came stone cold and was unable to eat due to this.

Never got the order and still no refund. Shocking!!

Order was accepted at 23:44 and at 3:00 sent with driver. Driver was quite quick ( tracked on map ) still ordered was all cold. One item missing. If you busy and can't cope don't accept orders.

Milkshakes tasted overly powdery and no straws for drinks.

Delivery really quick, but courier wanted me to type in code on their phone and held this up as soon as I answered the door rather than politely ask for it and type it in themself.

They’re so rude and they call me an idiot and they didn’t give me my order

Totally responsible for most of the unsustainable agricultural practices worldwide. They've chopped down millions of acres of pristine rainforest in order to grow their global market, destroyed the health of billions by promoting unhealthy food and are now claiming to be developing sustainable agricultural methods by 2030 despite the fact they are still linked to deforestation and produce 3 million tons of excess waste packaging a year. They've never been held accountable for any of this massive damage. The only reason to ever go through the door of a McDonald's restaurant in my opinion, is to use the toilet or empty rubbish into their bins. They owe us all far, far more than that simple courtesy. Fully responsible for most of the world's unsustainable agricultural practices, they have destroyed millions of hectares of virgin rainforest to develop their global market, destroyed the health of billions of people by promoting unhealthy diets, and now claim to be developing sustainable agricultural methods by 2030, while they are still involved in deforestation and produce 3 million tons of packaging waste per year. They have never been held accountable for this massive damage. In my opinion, the only reason to walk through the doors of a McDonald's restaurant is to use the restroom or throw your waste in their bins. They owe us much more than this simple courtesy.

It took over an hour from ordering to receipt and when it arrived everything was cold, the chips were dreadful, they were soggy and cold. The coke was also flat. It was just terrible.

I was very disappointed. the chips was all in the bag and the chips was cold and horrible. I asked for extra pickle and I didn't get it.

Missing items from order. While placing order kept seeing incorrect items appearing on screen. Had to keep pointing out wrong items. I speak very clearly. Realised a McPlant burger missing when I got the order home (15 miles away) Not a cheap item! Check your orders!

Just popped in for a vanilla thickshake on a hot day, all the electronic ordering gadgets were being used and there was a que to which you can't tell who has ordered or who is waiting to order, eventually I received my thickshake which tasted of banana so whoever had banana before me I had what was left in the pipes so whoever is after me will be getting chocolate in there shake, if I wanted chocolate banana I would of asked for it unfortunately they had no vanilla which I came for in the beginning, I had previously popped into the kentucky to see if they did thickshakes and the girl serving didn't know what I was on about lol.

Item missing. Again. Usually it is the condiments, but other items have been missing in the past. Things were improving recently but my last two orders had items missing. Fries missing this time. Used to be the best store in my area but so unreliable now when ordering for delivery. Would not recommend.

I keep meaning to post a review, I decided now was the right time. Since McDonald's as a brand decided to change how each store operates. Electronic ordering has now created large queues and longer waiting time for customers. Hengrive branch constantly get orders wrong. The amount of times they have missed paid items from our food orders is amazing. You then have to park up and go back into the branch and join the queues while waiting for .missing items. During this time your other food goes cold. We have had occasions when we have not noticed until we returned home, which is worse, because the treat night becomes a pain. Overall it used to be a pleasure from this branch, but it's becoming more common to have mistakes. Even something simple like asking for a triple Patti burger and receiving a double. Asking for Brown sauce and getting tomato sauce.

Can get extremely busy. Still serves decent food. Definitely would visit again. The pie I had last visit was decently burnt. But it was unsalable since it was so extremely busy.

Drive through order , friendly order taker, unfortunately order was wrong, asked for grilled chicken wraps but when got home they were crispy. Hot though , food giver was not very interested in acknowledging customers at window, bare minimum customer service I would say.

It's obviously impossible to rate McDonalds at 5 stars but I had a top tier Philly Cheese steak here today. It was way more loaded with grilled onions and cheese sauce than any other joints I have tried. The chips were fresh and crispy too.

Can't fault the food. It's always hot and tastes as good as McDonald's can. BUT Sometimes you are made to wait a stupid amount of time for your food because they're focusing on the Uber orders. Our record so far is 34 minutes for a basic quarter pounder meal. The customer service is diabolical. The staff are rude and always seem to want to pick a fight on the night shift. The seating areas are always a mess and the toilets are grim.

I had the wrong food delivered. I've applied for a refund and had no response by email. I would still like a refund as my Big Mac and 20 chicken nuggets were missing. Thanks

Wrong drink, no sauces, no cheeseburger I ordered, cold and unsalted chips, 7 hours old donut instead of apple pie( they even left a ticket on a bag saying it should be discard at 22:36 sun. I ordered it 4:25. No stormzy stickers. I never complained in my life about food, but that was a joke.

Food was definitely not fresh, the chicken mayo was squashed and hard which tells me it been under the heater to keep warm for too long

So so bad with delivery’s they say they don’t have your delivery order and then it magically cancels after you phone them, and that’s if they pick up the phone!
