A long wait for a small order and cold chips!!!

Food is OK. I ordered a delivery on deliveroo after midnight, and still haven't received food after one hour even though i paid for priority service. The food is still in preparation stage. Very annoying that they keep changing arrival time like every ten minutes for multiple times.

The new app and reward system is working for me, I have over 40,000 points, nice..

Slow and generally something missing, always check before driving away or especially when getting delivered 🤞

I love these mac d as it's open till late. It's the only joint open in avonmeads retail park. Deliveries available also try it.

Fries were stone cold but burgar was warm so clearly not timed cooking right. Lettus was brown and dips were wrong. Order wait time kept changing longer and longer.

I always appreciate the level of service here despite the fact they are often really busy. The car park is hard to get into from the main road when the queue is backed up and the car park isn't the easiest to navigate. Id suggest always parking backwards as reversing out can be a pain. Otherwise, McDonalds is McDonalds.. it's exactly what you expect, which is why it's popular.

The Food was nice , only thing that happens often tho and thats when the drinks have no straws lol thing . Has happens a few times now and that's maki straws naprovided as straws are addeas it does happen often, and happen quite oft to happen quite often, is that str are never provided whendrinks arrive minus any straws drinks always come with straws,arrive with out never any strawdrinks or ce any straws with fits straws rarely added straws are never provide happen quite no straws are added

Over an hour for mozzarella sticks and a single cheese burger… I want a refund had to stay up an extra hour and a half when it said online delivery time was 20 mins

WORSE MCDONALD’S IN BRISTOL! Even though they advertise as 24 hours…they barely are and management leaves the poorest of excuses on the front door.

McDonald's is McDonald's anywhere. Food is OK, international one. Drive trough works fine, can also eat inside. The place is a bit dirty, and to be fair I will not recommend such a bad quality food in terms of nutrition value. BTW, they are actively hiring new staff, contact details follows. Finally, I come here because of the shopping mall. The shopping mall is great.

I was not the only order he delivered too which i think is wrong and makes peoples food go cold

Delivery Driver Was very rude.. was parked up the road about 6doors and dint want to get out of the car to delist my food. On top of that my food was cold. My larger drink looked like a small and my ice cream melted. Not impressed

Took an hour from ordering to delivery. Then the driver arrived at the wrong address.

Icecream was missing. Burger wasn't great. No straw for milkshake. This isn't the first time things have been sub par. It was a great outlet but over the last year it has drastically changed for the worse. Never again.

We ordered as estimated time was 15-30 mins, took an hour and a half to arrive. We received stone cold food, 1 of 2 drinks and 2 ‘twix’ mcflurries that were pure liquid ice cream with no sauce or pieces 😭 all went directly in the bin, £30 down the drain. Tip for this branch, if you can’t deal with the volume of orders stop accepting them!

Food was cold. Ice cream had melted. And drink was flat. Items were also missing. And the delivery was late. Would have been better it didn’t turn up at all.

Firstly, the ETA said 12:20 at the latest but it was delivered by 12:30, secondly I ordered a Philly Stack and what I received was not that as the burger I received has chicken in it for some reason?? Very poor experience.

I just had the best McD cheeseburger I can renember having. Fresh, hot and perfect, and delivered with a smile. Whatever you're doing at this branch, please keep doing it.

Did a pre order on app. Very nice man with glasses on pay window always very polite confirms my order and young man handing over the food very charming too

Food cold, chips uncooked and oily and waiting some time before it was delivered. All round, a disappointment.

Coffee smashed, food was wet and squashed. Coffee dripped all over floor. Driver was aware of this and gave it to me anyway.

The Drive Thru service is too slow. You have to wait too long for your order. The ser'has has certainly declined, in my opinion.

I went to McDonald's on Monday after I been to the cinema

This is just disgusting. I’ve been waiting from half 12 when I made the order. And it just keeps changing and changing to. It is now 2.30 in the morning. And my Food has still not come it doesn’t even look like it’s been put out for delivery.

Food late, cold food, no sauces even though I left a note for them, and no straw for my drink. Terrible as its so expensive.

My order for mixed up with another order i rang up the restaurant and a lovely lady helped me so much she rang just eat they were no good, so she took it upon herself to bring my food to my door i cant thank her enough!

Best McDonalds ive been too. It’s spotless, the staff are friendly and impressively organised. The food was warm and delicious and it came faster than expected. Brilliant service!

my order came 40 mins after purchase. the drink was flat. the burger was incorrect but in xorrect packaging. furthermore, the sticker on the burger showed the it was made 40 mins prior to me actually RECEIVING my food. the courier took 10 mins... so what was happening at McDonald's???? why was my INCORRECT burger made 40ish mins before I received it? was sat there on the side?? ridiculous.

Absolutely disgusting. Drinks had leaked all in the bag. food was greasy and also leaking in the bag. the delivery driver decided to hand me the sodden bag onto my new carpet which i has explained fanta would ruin the carpet. I will never be buying from this mcdonalds again.

I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers and 2 chicken mayos. All of them were crushed, falling out of the buns, all the sauce and filling were smeared around the bun and the burgers were folded at right angles and then obviously dumped in the bag haphazardly. Terrible, the staff should be fired for messing with someones food. Sinister! Never ordering from this poor excuse of a restaurant again. This isn't the first time or second that my food came like this thought I'd give it the benefit of the doubt. Absolute regret.

Always so slow, food is well prepared though

Drive through. Wait and wait in a queue. Service is always very bad. They don't listen to what you order. The order you receive is often wrong. Food is over cooked and dry. Coffee cup lids not put on properly so spilling all over car, seats and me. Been to other branches within my area and they all have a similar mentality and attitude. This town / city definitely have a don't care attitude for their customers or job. Been to many other towns and cities where this the complete opposite, care and attention to the customers needs.

It's a McDonald's. Generally clean & tidy, never had any issues with the food or service. Only issue is with a kid, there aren't enough of the screens to go round all the kids that go here.

Was told it would be delivered by 7:15 and then it kept changing and didn’t come till 7:45. It was also cold and horrible

Fries are cold. Chicken selects left off order. Milkshake machines switched off. No ice in drinks. For £5 service and delivery charge it’s unacceptable.

We went to eat but on viewing the gents WC found the head was overflowing with waste !! The very young staff were too busy standing about gambling to call the manager when I reported the issue. I would not risk eating there Health Hazard.
