Burger King in Bristol, City of

Spend just under £100 and and half my items where missing had to then re-order more food and spend another £20 almost absolutely shocking

This restaurant has very good customer service.

It was a fantastic experience. the food is great and juicy along with quick services and great hygiene

Great little branch, clean loos. Very friendly staff. The drive through is quite tight for bigger vehicles once your past the delivery windows. Was a bit close in my VW id buzz

I payed for a large thinking I would get a large instead they gave me regular chips and a regular size drink and said they’ve changed the size and my friend who ordered a regular got a bloody extra small size. I payed £14 for my meal what a rip off

Delivery on time , but missing fries, so I’ve had to share between two people. (Despite paying for one large and one regular, within meal order) Food freezing cold, which can be re-heated, but just a sense of disappointment v’s the mount of money paid.

for the 2nd time of ordering with burger king my order has not arrived but shows as delivered i will not be using this site again

Not great burgers were very small

Much better this time. Food was piping hot with the chips straight from the fryer. The Mrs had a Whopper minus the pickles and I had the LE Memphis Double. Both very tasty and well cooked. Much better BK, keep it going.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Burger King on Bath Road, and I just had to share my thoughts! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole visit enjoyable. A special shoutout to Mr. Naeem, who went above and beyond to ensure that my order was perfect and that I felt welcome. His positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made my day. The food was delicious, as always, and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend this location for anyone craving a tasty meal and a pleasant dining experience!

my order was not delivered , I ordered this at 5.22 , they then said it was delivered at 7.50 well guess what it wasn't they are really rude to me I won't order from there again

Can’t remember the last time I got everything I ordered

Waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes for the order to arrive. The delivery ’time’ got changed constantly. So can’t technically complain about it being late because they decide and change the time. Food arrived and it was cold. Chips tasted a day old. Halloumi fries were like leather. Don’t recommend this restaurant.

Very good service food is always exactly what you ask for no mistakes on orders at all compared to McDonalds who constantly mess your orders up. Popped in to my local burger king with a massive company order over 10 meals less then 15 minutes the food was ready and all correct. Staff are amazing very friendly

Was sent the wrong burgar stake bbq burgar witch i didnt even have as i dont like bbq sauce or anything bbq flavored food .

This store should be ashamed of themselves. Taking almost 2 hours to make 2 meals on a slow Monday night. Over 10 deliveroo drivers have had to wait and move on. I tried calling 5+ times only to be ignored each time. Don't waste your time ordering from here. Never received the order and the restaurant closed. The only redeeming thing was deliveroo offering a full refund.

The deliverer went to the wrong address, ignoring delivery instructions. They called. I told them where they needed to go. They walked my order, in a brown paper bag to the address. It was about 10min. It is cold, and now so is my food.

Food took a long time to arrive and then turned up cold

Food was good but missing a portion of fries! Order was burger & fries for one and burger meal with fries and drink for one, so we ended up with only half portion of fries each! Granted missing item was refunded but a refund does not help fill you up when you are hungry!

Pedí 2 hamburguesas dobles de queso con papas fritas y aros de cebolla. Las hamburguesas estaban muy secas y las patatas fritas estaban empapadas y a temperatura ambiente. Probablemente no me habría quejado si fuera solo esto, pero los aros de cebolla estaban demasiado cocidos y secos por completo, cuando solicité un reembolso por los aros de cebolla a través de solo comer me negaron. Nunca pediré de este Burger King de nuevo y no recomendaría a nadie más que tampoco.

Ordered onion rings with my meal which were completely overcooked, solid, inedible. When a refund was requested for the item on the order it was declined! I am very angry and will do everything in my power to let as many people know as possible not to order from this Burger King. I still have the onion rings here, I will be making a video posting on tick/tok and YouTube to show how utterly bad the onion ring actually are.

The food I have received is dry and cold, it has obviously been prepared some time ago and then held at a high temperature. The onion rings seem like they have been in a hot cupboard all day, the are completed dried out, solid and inedible. The chips are stone cold. The burgers are dry. I will order from Macdonald in future which is cheaper and better.

Spot on. Everything was hot. Didn't have tomato in my double whopper like I ordered. Got served fairly quick.

By far the worse meal I have had, it was cold beyond belief and not worth £33

My food was not delivered to my address. no one called to confirm what number address it was meant to go either. £30 spent for a complete stranger to have my food . I don't normally tip a driver but thought I would be generous having to drive around in this heat but with this incompetence, I won't be tipping a driver ever again.
