asked for No mayo it come with mayo an no bacon an come with Bacon.

Food took a long time to arrive and then turned up cold

Food was good but missing a portion of fries! Order was burger & fries for one and burger meal with fries and drink for one, so we ended up with only half portion of fries each! Granted missing item was refunded but a refund does not help fill you up when you are hungry!

Waited over an hour and a half for food, was stone cold and dry.

I ordered 2 double cheese burgers with chips and onion rings. The burgers were very dry and the chips were soggy and room temperature. I would have probably not complained if it was just this but the onion rings were overcooked and dried out completely, when I requested a refund for the onion rings through just eat I was refused. I'll never order from this Burger King again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to either.

The food I have received is dry and cold, it has obviously been prepared some time ago and then held at a high temperature. The onion rings seem like they have been in a hot cupboard all day, the are completed dried out, solid and inedible. The chips are stone cold. The burgers are dry. I will order from Macdonald in future which is cheaper and better.

By far the worse meal I have had, it was cold beyond belief and not worth £33

This Burger King is so much better than it used to be. Food is hot, fresh and tasty. The staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely my favourite Burger King. Thank you.

My food was not delivered to my address. no one called to confirm what number address it was meant to go either. £30 spent for a complete stranger to have my food . I don't normally tip a driver but thought I would be generous having to drive around in this heat but with this incompetence, I won't be tipping a driver ever again.

Such a disappointment these days and it's down to just one thing, speed of service. I've preordered on the app several times but the last few orders have taken nearly 20 minutes to get. Makes a mockery of the adverts to "skip the queues".

Cold food and I ordered at 19:26pm for my food to arrive at 20:15 about an hour before, when I checked at 20:15 it changed to 20:20 and then I check and it said it could be 10mins to ETA I was then told at 20:30 it would be 20:41 and to be told it will be 21mims longer that the original time I asked is not except-able really for customer service.

Great place to go for a filling meal. We ordered 2 burgers and fries with cheese. The order came through pretty quick and we paid £23 for both of us including 2 Coca Cola’s.

Only person in the drive through waited 15 minutes, still no one taking an order. Wasn't busy. Then had a very rude lady with brown hair shout at us saying I will be with you in 1 minute yet been here for 15 minutes already. Woman very rude and needs to learn some customer service. Could understand if you were busy but no one in store and no one in the drive through. Will not be returning

ordered the food at 1145 and was told it would take 30 minutes but it actually arrived at 1445! 2 hours wait for 3 burgers from Burger is totally unacceptable. Not only that but the order was wrong - we got the wrong drinks, only 2 burgers and only 2 fries! Terrible service and I would like a refund.

The second worst meal in my entire life. Can't fault the service but the food was terrible. Wanted the bean burger but neither the veggie or the vegan option were available. Ended up with fries doused in Christ knows what and a dry roll with an even dryer vegan breaded thing. Both came to over a tenner. Left hungry and massively disappointed. Will never ever go to a BK ever again

Just close it down. Seriously, close the branch and let someone else have a go. Over twenty minutes in the drive through with one car in front. Despite the restaurant being empty and closed to customers except for delivery riders who were also thin on the ground. What excuse can there be? Is the place being run by one dedicated staff member? Then the fries were cold. Just close the branch down and sack it off. It's been getting worse over the years but, that's it for me. I won't be bothering any more.

Really shocked to be fair I ordered Dorito king box with a monster energy drink and ended up having something entirely different to what I ordered so made the poor delivery driver take it back and pick up the right order seriously sort it out clearly none of them can read simple orders

When ever I order from Buger King your delivery men can never find my house. I see them at the top of my street walking around with my meal in their hands and the food getting cold. Why can't they keep it in the delivery food bag still they get to customer.

Didn't have the plant whopper but happy with a vegan royal replacement. Was quite cold in the restaurant as no heating but service generally OK.

First time eating at this location. It was freezing sat inside. Took 10 minutes for my order just to be called up and told that they didn't actually have any vegan whoppers. Stars are because employee was nice, changed our item to a vegan royale and the food itself was ok.

The order was wrong, but the driver who delivered it was polite and courteous
