I remember a time when miss Millie's was amazing and then it changes owners and went a lil slack ....however after eating it again after many years it taste like it originally did, amazing !!!

As a family we have always loved Miss Millie’s we not fans of KFC so always come here and love it the chicken is fresh and the staff always helpful

Went there at night. Was furiously Hungry.... They had the best staff and awesome food , Special thanks to Ayesha , this girl makes best fried chicken in town , Must goto place for sure.

The guy with glasses at Gloucester road the name was Fahad and nisha .He provided me with very friendly service and food was handed timely .And the tenders , the wrap and burger were amazing all fresh and yes he took care of hygene with professional and friendly service .Loved it !

Yesterday i travelled straight from london to bristol and i was so hungry. I was on glucestor road and i saw miss millies and i wanted to try.. Ufffff the chicken was beyond my imaginations and the service by ayesha and fahad was superb. They were so friendly and good at their work. They served me the best ever chicken.

I just went into the Gloucester Road branch and ordered the Cluckn Mighty Meal. I've eaten Miss Millies for over 30 years and this was the best one I've had. Super fresh and tasty! Gloucester Road branch used to live in the shadow of Whiteladies Road branch, but not any more. Whiteladies branch has gone downhill recently and Gloucester Road has stepped up massively and serves fantastic fried chicken. The guy who served me, Raza, is always really friendly and helpful and cooks the best chicken. Thank you, Raza!

incredibly rude driver who expected me to know which car he was without getting out or showing an indication it was him. was very rude and failed to reply to my text messages as well as being rude when i came to collect the food.

I’ve always ordered on delivery never a problem. The food is tasty and convenient for late night/early morning meals and I was given extra sauces very happy.

Not good veggie food, they gave us cheesy chips and then swapped the gravy for coleslaw and beans and made us pay for them individually, would not recommend

I went once at 1 am and the food was good so I went back again. The second time was the worst fried chicken on earth. It was stale mouldy, 2 things the chicken was out of date second it had been in the hot holder for hours. Fearing for my life now as it tasted like I was eating dog food from hell. The other food was nice hot wings, onion rings and sundae was perfect that fried chicken spat it out.

server was called Anisa very unprofessional kept talking to the uber drivers and not serving us and kept making mistakes. not happy with the service at this place !

Freezing cold food, wrong burger, wrong sauces , beans were a tiny pot with hardly anything in it. The sauces are 80p each and are honestly not much bigger than a thimble in size and only half full! There were about 12 freezing cold chips and a warm drink, in fact the drink was the warmest thing I got. Used to love miss millies but not for me anymore such a shame but it's been absolutely ruined.

This was a lackluster experience, one member of staff that clearly had better things to do than service customers. The food was OK at best (maybe Tuesday lunchtime wasn't the best time) but the chicken seemed fresh if a little dry.
