I’ve always ordered on delivery never a problem. The food is tasty and convenient for late night/early morning meals and I was given extra sauces very happy.

Great food and service but the place just feels kinda cold and a little clinical.

Not good veggie food, they gave us cheesy chips and then swapped the gravy for coleslaw and beans and made us pay for them individually, would not recommend

I went once at 1 am and the food was good so I went back again. The second time was the worst fried chicken on earth. It was stale mouldy, 2 things the chicken was out of date second it had been in the hot holder for hours. Fearing for my life now as it tasted like I was eating dog food from hell. The other food was nice hot wings, onion rings and sundae was perfect that fried chicken spat it out.

server was called Anisa very unprofessional kept talking to the uber drivers and not serving us and kept making mistakes. not happy with the service at this place !

The guy with glasses at Gloucester road the name was Fahad .He provided me with very friendly service and food was handed timely .And the tenders , the wrap and burger were amazing all fresh and yes he took care of hygene with professional and friendly service .Loved it !

Freezing cold food, wrong burger, wrong sauces , beans were a tiny pot with hardly anything in it. The sauces are 80p each and are honestly not much bigger than a thimble in size and only half full! There were about 12 freezing cold chips and a warm drink, in fact the drink was the warmest thing I got. Used to love miss millies but not for me anymore such a shame but it's been absolutely ruined.

This was a lackluster experience, one member of staff that clearly had better things to do than service customers. The food was OK at best (maybe Tuesday lunchtime wasn't the best time) but the chicken seemed fresh if a little dry.

The chicken was cold and the 7UP was warm. How is that possible?

Food was terrible, cold and chicken was extremely dry ! It came quick but food was not made with TLC…disappointing.

Absolutely disgusting. cold fries with no description of what loaded fries are covered with. I managed to rescue 2 chips that were freezing when the premises is only up the road. The chicken is more greasy breadcrumbs and bone than actual edible chicken and the beans are more like a condiment than side. Will never order or eat from this place again and anyone who pays over £15 for chicken shouldn't either. The driver didn't take that long for the food to be so cold, so I place blame on KFC!

Delivery driver arrived only to send an SMS message asking me to come downstairs / outside to collect the order. Despite, the note I added to the order saying, I am disabled / house bound & need food to be brought inside and up the stairs.

The women at desk don't know how to make the burgers from the menu above their heads? They've done this four times now! Four bloody times! For example, ask for a classic and they'll omit the houseslaw, ask for a bbq and they'll omit the sauce? Is this a deliberate act to save money or employees/owner don't know how to run a business? This is blatant misadvertising and misleading customers!

The chips were stone cold and the chicken burger had a piece of chicken was less than half the size of the bun. The chicken was overcooked on one side to the point of dehydration. My order was 45 minutes late and there was no communication about this. I would definitely never order from here again and I would definitely not recommend. Waste of money

Bought a chicken burgee and it was dry and not edible, it was rockhard. Understandable that it was late, but serving quality should've remained the same.

Item was missing from order. Called to complain. Was firstly told that the driver must have taken item but then was Called back and advised that another customer had complained too and the orders had been mixed up and the missing item would be sent out. When this was not received called again and the woman who answered was extremely unhelpful and rude cutting me off three times. On third call she said she would speak to her manager and call back which she did not do. She then did not answer the phone when trying to call again. Very poor service.

Had a great experience with Alesha, very friendly and looked after us.

Food came with no salt on it but salt sachets buried underneath the food where you can't get it until you've finished eating. Come on guys do better. Delivery comes in a bag. Just but the salt in the bag so I can find and use it.

Our order was really nice, but somehow we received spicy burgers in stead of standard ones? Luckily we don’t mind but others would!

Bossman made me wait for 10 minutes when he said it'll be 2, which I said sure but had a coach to catch. And after serving the food, he was so stingy by putting in only 1 salt packet no pepper or fork and only 1 tissue. Like bruv, you're not gonna die, put some more stuff in.

Ordered a mega bite burger combo. Burger was cold and so was chips and the gravy! Sides of chicken were warm. Wouldn't recommend. My burger had 2 bottoms of a bun! How hard is it to get the burger bun correct? Absolute joke

Always messing up orders, been given bean sauce in a pot without any beans whatsoever, ordered two drinks only to receive one, burger bread tough as rocks!
