Great experience with great customer service

I placed through your application. I ordered a meal that included a 1.5L bottle of Pepsi, which was not delivered. Additionally, the delivery was initially sent to the wrong address, even though I had selected the correct one when placing the order. As a result, I had to pay for a taxi to retrieve my order. Despite this inconvenience, the Pepsi was still not included. When I contacted the restaurant, no one took responsibility, and I was told to speak to the delivery driver. Unfortunately, the driver did not answer their phone, and the restaurant staff continued to shift the blame instead of resolving the issue. It is extremely disappointing that no one was willing to acknowledge the problem or offer a solution. There appears to be no proper customer service process in place, and I was left without support or accountability from any party involved.

It needs to be a delivery not a collection must’ve made a mistake

Unfortunately time kept changing due in 28 minutes and then changed to 45 minutes. Kept repeating this. Food arrived cold

Eventual delivery was over 2 hours from initial order. refused to accept delivery and requested food to be returned to restaurant however food was marked as delivered. requesting full refund.

I ordered a boneless box with extra fries instead of a side which i have done multiple times, came home checked my box and there were no fries at all. i paid 9.99 for 3 tenders and a bag of popcorn chicken??? EDIT: i went back to complain and instead of giving me the original 2 regular fries i wanted i was given fries with gravy on (and i decided against gravy earlier). might not seem like a big deal but im a very picky eater and when my orders wrong and then is still wrong when i complain its annoying and means i still cant

It actually is as bad as the reviews suggest! Will never order again. An hour late and completely the wrong order. Only 1 star because you’re not allowed to leave it at 0

don't let someone book a time if your not going to deliver on time. especially if it's going to turn up cold. thanks for the waste

I ordered from Miss Millie’s via Uber Eats, and honestly, it was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. I was really looking forward to my meal, but everything about it was disappointing. First, the chicken burger was a complete mess. The chicken itself was incredibly bland, with no real seasoning or flavor. Instead of being properly balanced, it was drowned in so much sauce that it was overflowing, making the whole thing soggy and unappetizing. It felt like they were trying to cover up the lack of taste with excessive sauce, but it just ruined the burger even more. The cheesy chips were just as bad. They didn’t taste fresh at all, cold, soggy, and unappealing. It was obvious they had been sitting around for a while before being served. The cheese wasn’t even properly melted, making them even less enjoyable. The chicken wings were possibly the worst part. They tasted stale and dry, as if they had been sitting out for hours before being reheated. Instead of being crispy or juicy, they were just tough and unpleasant to eat. To top it all off, after eating this meal, I ended up with a stomach ache and diarrhea, which makes me seriously question the quality and hygiene of their food. It’s one thing for a meal to be disappointing, but getting sick from it is completely unacceptable. Safe to say, I won’t be ordering from here again. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Visited miss mille,s last night, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our server ayesha was attentive and knowledgeable, happily answering our questions about the menu. The food was delivered promptly, and it was clear that the team were working efficiently to ensure that all customers received their orders in a timely manner. What really stood out to me, however, was the attention to detail. Our server noticed that I was celebrating a special occasion and brought over a complimentary treat to mark the event. It was a lovely touch that made our visit feel extra special.

Order estimate was 20 minutes. 2 hours later (an hour after ringing the shop who said my order was prepared waiting for the driver) the app now says it's been delivered. Says it was delivered at 20:35, time is now 19:50 so I guess they're driving a Delorean???

The delivery time kept getting pushed back until it was 45 mins later. Food has cooled considerably and wasn’t very tasty.

Food was delivered stone cold 40 minutes after original expected delivery time. The Just eat app said the courier was waiting at the restaurant for the food to be prepared for 35 minutes

Lovely people! And amazing food!!

Food was luke warm at best, burgers were soggy, 20 minute wait turned into a 90 minute wait and the order was missing items. I have appealed the missing items but have had no response. Won't be ordering a miss millies again!

Amazing service and delicious food🤤

Large fries were tasy but the same size as a regular which was disappointing. Wings very salty but well spiced with good breading, sandwich buns were dry and prone to breakage. Tasty chicken, sauces and coleslaw, and decent amount of food for the price when 'discounts' are added on top of Just Eat's inflated prices.

Food was absolutely vile. Chicken was really undercooked, and made me ill afterwards. Was also not completely defrosted and I shown in first picture below. Didn’t eat hardly any of it, was extremely unsatisfactory. When I tried to contact them about the matter, I got hung up on.

Yesterday i travelled straight from london to bristol and i was so hungry. I was on glucestor road and i saw miss millies and i wanted to try.. Ufffff the chicken was beyond my imaginations and the service by ayesha and fahad was superb. They were so friendly and good at their work. They served me the best ever chicken.

I just went into the Gloucester Road branch and ordered the Cluckn Mighty Meal. I've eaten Miss Millies for over 30 years and this was the best one I've had. Super fresh and tasty! Gloucester Road branch used to live in the shadow of Whiteladies Road branch, but not any more. Whiteladies branch has gone downhill recently and Gloucester Road has stepped up massively and serves fantastic fried chicken. The guy who served me, Raza, is always really friendly and helpful and cooks the best chicken. Thank you, Raza!
