Visited for lunch - had hardly any bread!! For a sandwich shop this is pretty basic stuff. Will not be visiting again. Pathetic.

Online order for a meatball sub, when i got there they said they had no meatballs? I had to wait 15 minutes for them to cook more. I ordered online specifically so I could skip the queue and get my order at a specific time I wanted. Why even accept the order if you don’t have the ingredients?

girl with red/purple hair has a bad attitude and refused to give me any veggies for the fixed menu items even though i was able to do it multiple times previously

I had a great experience at my local Subway thanks to Ali, one of the employees. Ali provided excellent service, showing attentiveness and friendliness throughout my visit. I'm honestly not usually the type to bother with reviews but this experience was actually awful due to the stupid rules they have about the series customisation. I wanted to get a big breakwich. Firstly, they said there were no hashbrowns, so I thought that maybe they would swap it for something else seeing as I was paying the same price but I was wrong this they said I wasn't allowed to do that and they still charged me the same price. They were reluctant on swapping my sausage for extra egg saying you shouldn't really do that which is ridiculous because that's what I want. They also told me that I was only allowed ketchup and nothing else! thankfully I did want that but what if I wanted to change it? I could see them being tight and strict with the customers before me, who also seemed annoyed. Tell me why a sandwich place doesn't allow customisation. Absolutely ridiculous sort it out.

Rude staff. Ignore you when you walk in, chat between themselves for ages and then saunter over to the counter. When they realised it was close to closing time I asked a question which annoyed them and they were hurrying me through. Never going again.

If you don’t expect much then this will be a fine lunch option. Don’t have particularly high standards for a subway but had a voucher to use with a friend to make it worthwhile. The food was fine and service was speedy, albeit very hectic. Wouldn’t normally go here as much better lunch options on the Triangle or just anywhere else in general.

Dude one time I was so hungover that I could barely walk and I went here and got a chicken bacon sandwich with bbq sauce and garlic aioli and holy moly it slapped so hard and pulled me right out of my funk. So glad yumyns yumymuyuum

The worst service I have ever had in the UK The waitress is very rude. She ignored my questions in the beginning and after I insisted asking she replied impatiently and impolitely. The girl queuing behind me also was ignored. I couldn’t feel more being humiliated. How could a store exist with these kind of service? Never 👎 come back

The worst Subway. We got a delivery and not only did they forget both of the drinks, there was also chicken in the stale vegetarian wrap. No idea how they could get it so wrong.

The rudest saff I have EVER come a cross. I didn't even stay for food?! How ever my friend did and it was utterly disgusting.... soggy bread and undefiled. I will Never set foot in any subway again......

The woman working there afternoon shift on Friday the 7th October was very rude, we ask questions she hardly responds, she ignores us when double check, she did the same to my friend. She doesn't care about customers. I ended up leaving not ordering. The branch is almost empty, she might be the reason. Will never go there again.

Worst Subway I’ve ever eaten. Food was good (as always), but the staff was not as good. The guy did his best, but the girl was slow, did not listen to questions we’re asking about meal deals. And when we asked to use the toilet, we were just told that the section was closed and then ignored us totally. They won’t see us back there any time soon.

Just like to say thank you for the woman working today. I grew very ill and faint, and she gave me some water and she didn’t make me feel guilty at all.

The service is very poor you feel unwelcome as soon you walk in through the door. Staff shauting at you and not communicate in respectful manner especially lady named Dannis or Danissa not really sure what her name exactly was. What I am very sure is that she is incredibly rude and there is no hospitality what's whatever. No respect for a customer there was no smile ever. I got scared with the way she was shouting at me. That is not a simple way of buying a sandwich. I will not return to this store ever again to spend my hard earn money !!

. . . y lo que Subway debe ser. Tuve un sabroso mini roll de sabroso atún y adiciones, todo hecho de una manera rápida, eficiente y sin sentido. Para gente ocupada en el día del centro de la ciudad ocupada, para 1. 30) Era solo un pequeño 'rollo', pero la opción de comprar menos por menos costo cuando solo quería un bocado apreciado. Y estaba sabroso bueno. Donut era demasiado pastoso y podría haberse cocinado un poco más, pero probablemente volvería a llamar en el futuro en base a esta buena experiencia. Y mira si consigo otro breve descanso relajado allí. Gracias al equipo de personal de Subway que estaba trabajando, trabajando duro de manera eficiente, ayer 18 de febrero martes 2020 a las 2. 30 pm.

Do not come to this subway. They are very very stingy with the amount they give in their sandwiches and wraps, it is really not worth the money. I was limited to only 3 salad toppings and even they were extremely sparse (literally I chose peppers and they gave me 2 peppers). I have never had this at any other subway, granted subway in general is overpriced but the one in Bristol centre really takes the cake (the wrap attached in the image was £5.99).

Title speaks for itself. Worst subway in Bristol. I have had multiple subways in Bristol and I have never be subject to a maximum of 4 salads in sub. Gutted I am. Not the emploies fault as I'm sure it has only been cascaded down by the management. If you want subway then please do yourself a favour an go somewhere else.

A member of the Subway chain , I visit several times a month and have not had a need to complaimn. always fast working and cheerful staff. the facilities are also clean and tidy.

Disgusting customer service. Very scarce on fillings. Would recommend staying way until they seriously improves their service. One good thing I noticed was, the place was clean.

Came to Bristol for an Open Day and stopped by here for a quick lunch. Average customer service but good food as usual - the avocado is a nice new addition!

Staff member was unhelpful unfriendly gave little to no information and rushed me off the phone, after he has told me that my food was not going to arrive. Unacceptable.

Wednesday 22nd, about 3:15, there was only one guy working the counter, can't remember his name, it began with a 'C', he did great! Despite the growing qué and the grumpy customer, he got everyones sandwiches done and right in no time at all.

I have been here 5 times in the past 4 months. Consistently awful customer service from an Italian woman who appears to be full-time. Rude, surly one-word answers, refuses to put more than 1/2 olives and a pinch of vegetables in for no apparently reason. Avoid store, go to others nearby.

This branch of subway is served by extremely rude staff and when I said to the guy at the till today that it was the most painful experience of ordering a sandwich ever (had to repeat every single item I wanted in the sub several times - and ask him to remove items I hadn't asked for) the guy apologised and offered me some vouchers for "next time" - not that I'd be going back as it was the second time in the last two months I've had rubbish service there but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt today. Got back to the office - vouchers ran out four days ago so just as well I'm not going back...........

Fast service and good food, could lower the price a bit

Fast and efficient and the food is consistent. Recently refurbished inside so much improved. Disappointed when my wife took our toddlers to the toilet they demanded to see her receipt, we were the only family in there on a Sunday ...and if we hadn't been customers? pretty mean to a mother with young children.

I was in a hurry and I decided to have lunch 20 min in this Subway. A tall guy from the staff was there serving the cue with an angry face, and I asked if he could help me open the bathroom door, because you have to use the code, and then start doing:uff ufff like I was a problem, so I said to him: is this really a problem for you?? And he just ignored me and showed me the door. i was thinking to talk to the manager, but she was also cold and angry with the customers, I decided there was no point... if they struggle with the door codes, they should make a paper to inform the customers, but are too busy in being angry and useless to them

Ambience was good. Salad ordered was good. They didn't have thousand island sauce. Near dining area there is a door for staff room/smoking to the back. Although the door was closed could smell smoke.

people working there do not look like they would be satisfied with their work. they should be more friendly towards customers

terrible staff, tried to kick me out 3 hours early cause they wanted to sweep and sit around lazy doing nothing. after I questioned them they both walked off as I don't knoiw my rights, you clean after ive left and close to the closing time which is 11pm not at 8pm, ihad to clean my own table before sitting down, none of the tables were cleaned around me for 45 minutes. they then went round back moaning and then one of the girls came to sweep around me which is very rude and disgusting.i came in to do my work and mind my own business.

3 of the staff were sat out the back and I had to call one of them to serve me. But when I was served it was good customer service she was polite

Since opening my children and I have visited this branch quite a few times and it's always been ok...not brilliant but ok! Tonight (Sat 8th aug) I called in on my way home from work, not feeling very well I asked of I could use the bathroom to splash a little water on my face...before I could finish my sentence the waiter actually blocked my path standing directly in front of me with his mop very aggressively telling me no!! No!! We close in 10 minutes. I politely asked again since i have 10 minutes and there are still diners Sat eating please could I quickly use the bathroom. He refused to let me past blocking me with his body and dirty mop!! feeling really intimidated I left. I have never came across such appalling customer service in my life. I will not be returning and will be telling my children and their friends to stay clear as well!! Luckily Cau restaurant next door were a bit more accommodating and even offered me a glass of water!!!

Man in front of us in the queue had an allergy to cheese. Took four of us to explain to the staff she needed to change her gloves. The lady behind us chose her sub and the staff tried to make something different. When she corrected him, he chucked it all on the floor and stomped off to the kitchen (they had run out of one of the meats) Quite entertaining!!

Standard outdated sandwich shop, there are better sandwich shops around. The main positive is that they are open late.

Extreemly rude staff, i had some questions as not a subway frequent flyer. Im pretty sure i was overcharged but when i queried the pound difference, 3 staff shouted at me, so i let it drop.

Fast service, fresh food, clean and tidy.

Opens early and closes very late even on Sundays. It's usually clean. The staff look bored af all the time.

I would rate it 0 if I could. Food is good enough but nothing amazing, besides that staff is horrible, THEY DON’T EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH some of them. From forgeting orders to missing one sandwich and not even asking you what do you want at a particular stage in your sandwich making process, just looking at you with the most boring face you’ve ever seen and you ask nicely what’s wrong and they couldn’t care less to even answer, they were just staring at you..I ate at some Subways before and all is good but staff at this particular one is horrible. Recommend going 1 mile further for the other one.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, food is good like all subways and they are quick to get through the queue.

Sitio tranquilo y acogedor para hacer una parada a medida mañana y tomar un café acompañado de algún tentempié. Tienen buenos precios para estos menús. Le puedes poner de todo. Al final es casi como un almuerzo en España. El precio bastante interesante, por poco más de lo que te cuesta solamente el café.

Worst subway I have ever had! Spicy Italian only had 3pieces of each meat in 6inch and had a 3 jalapeño slice limit! Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, consistently misunderstanding my order. Massive wait times despite having more people behind the counter than in the queue! One of the staff mentioned how they were ill. Will not go again.

It's called build your own sandwich, but I was not allowed anymore then a tea spoon of sweetcorn and three cucumber slices. Absolutely appalled that they denied me anymore salad when I asked for more. Not worth the money. Never had this experience in any other subway chain!

Food wasn't up to usual subway standards. Had hair in my son's sub and mould on the Italian herb bread. Spoke to the employees who couldn't have been more useless. Won't be visiting again

Love all subways. This one is a very busy one but your never kept waiting. Staff are always on the ball. Has plenty of seats. Upstair seating also so it very unlikely you'll find no seats. Most people take away.

Possibly the worst customer service i have ever received in my life !!!! i would recommend eating anywhere else in this area as i have worked around here for 20 years and have never come across such a useless un helpful staffed establishment and when quizzed on this there simply replied "its not my fault " . Sábado por la mañana, el comienzo de semestre. No hay niños, pero pack podría tener todos los niños, pero no de juguete comida o bolsa. Es una pena que a una colina grande para eso. Nada para sustituir las cosas que faltan? No. Cualquier descuento? No hay ninguna disculpa?. No. Ah. De lo contrario nos desanime mucho el relleno, debido a su general crustyness. Salami duro por las esquinas. Otras carnes acurrucarnos y dura que bordes. Algunas de las pequeñas pepperonis y eran de color diferente parecía bastante sólido. Realmente debería haber tirado la última noche que lejos y comenzó a fresco. Ensalada Fresca, y parecía que era. Lo que en realidad elegimos estaba bien.

Recientemente fuimos a metro para llegar comida para mí y un amigo. Una comida venía con una bebida, pero el cajero procesados el subs por separado y añadió la bebida a la comida mal, lo que significa que me cobraron el precio completo cuando lo que debería haber sido gratis. Cuando señalamos, personal claro que pensé que era mi culpa por no hacer evidente a la cajera que dos metros eran míos y se negó a pagar la diferencia. Eran groseros y impaciente y esencialmente me dijeron que pagar extra o dejar. Me sentí presionado para pagar porque la cola detrás de mí estaba creciendo.

Tenía que trabajar en el corto plazo, así que no hay tiempo para hacer una comida. No tenía un metro en un tiempo, así que el jefe nos invitó a una comida. El personal era amable y muy higiénico. Tenía la albóndiga marinara. Muy bien gracias a todo el personal para una buena comida.

Tienen una zona de estar muy grande, lo cual es genial para fiestas grandes personal amable, no tienen todas las opciones de pan, ya que debería haber tenido, aunque era de alrededor de las 5:00 p.m. se deberían tener todos ellos.

Los nietos quería su almuerzo de tapas hoy aquí. Está bien situado frente al museo y universidad, así que es conveniente para Park Street y del triángulo. La comida de los niños era una buena relación calidad-precio en una bolsa y bebida incluida, porque coincidía yo o cookie y 6 pulgadas sub. Ellos pueden tostadas el pan y ensalada añadida después. El personal fue muy paciente, educado y las mesas están clara y limpia. La elección de 4 pan era bueno. Se puede asegurar que el niño se sirve de ensalada y un bocadillo sano. Manzanas habría sido bueno en vez de galletas

Went here after a show and staff were very pleasant. Quickly took our order and made our food. Only thing was tables were a little dirty but ok overall.

It is very cheap but so tasty!!!!!! You have a variaty of ingrediants, even avocado!! The service is always perfect. Staff is polite and fast.
