Lovely spot for a quick, fresh meal. The sandwiches are always made just right with fresh ingredients, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a cozy, convenient place to grab lunch, and I’ve always had a great experience here.

WOULD OF LIKED SOME FILLING IN MY ROLL

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Staff have no clue what they are doing and are incapable of making a sandwich. Been going to subway nearly every lunch time however recently the new staff have no idea in how to listen or make the sub properly. Due to this will probably not go again which is disappointing.

The food was undercooked the subway was also missing Jalapeños please can you compensate thanks

Terrible service and staff awareness. Dont mind the waiting times but the staff are never aware of current deals and app integration and the storage and packing of food is often unhygienic. Ignored things falling out of the sandwich (onto the counter) and being put back in the first time but this has repeatedly occurred. When confronted staff are extremely unprofessional and will deny and throw a fuss.

order was made 15 mins before collecting upon arrival there was nobody at the shop and was told by staff to go to collection point and my sandwich wasn't ready to collect after waiting for 15 mins i have received the wrong sandwich and have no time left on my lunch break to eat a snadwich i didnt order

They play very chavy music with auto tune. Coffee is ok.

I ordered ot to be toasted and its not it's freezing cold and the cheese isn't melted as a pregnant woman I'm quite upset as this was my craving.

Worst subway I ever had from this branch. Manager was rude. My order was served half way through and started serving others. It took 15mins to prepare my order because he left my bread on the workbench for 10mins until I asked about my order. This branch sells worst subway. Avoid this branch.

By luck K visited this subway before reading any reviews so thankfully I was unbiased. The service was overall okay. The price for what you get especially during this times was more than affordable! Will visit again it I need a quick affordable meal!

Had a very bad experience just a while ago at the subway with the below address in Bristol: The corner house Hamilton court Montague St Bristol BS2 8NY. The staff are very rude and do not inform about the offers available. I bought 2 foot longs and there was an offer going on for a free kids meal on every foot longer that you buy. When I asked the staff about this as I saw the banner after paying as I was leaving the store they said you should know of the offers and ask us we are not suppose to tell you. This seems very bad as the brand has offers for its customers but the staff is not promoting the efforts of the brand rather hurting it by being rude to the customers. Hope the people reading this address this issue as it reflects badly on the efforts put up by Subway as a brand. The sad part was that I was in store with my 2year old kid and they still chose not to let me know of an offer that subway has for kids.

Cheese bites arrived cold. Paid extra for salami but was not included. All messed up as if someone’s been throwing the subs around. Disappointed

Nice food well made sub with checking in about the level of sauce i always appreciate that.

Resteraunt was still open for 45 minutes but refused to take my order even after I made the purchase. Did not cancel it and did not pick up the phone.

The food is great. The staff are a bit moody, though. Sometimes, I ask to change some ingredients of a selected sandwich, they gladly do it, but sometimes they say "not allowed". But over all, I love it

I BEG YALL TO NEVER GO THERE!!! I just moved nearby and went to go get a bite to eat and I had checked the reviews prior to going in but I thought to myself it can't be as bad as stated, I was wrong.

My food didn’t arrive. After waiting over an hour with no update I decided to order else where, I’m really disappointed and won’t be using just eat to order anything!!

Flys on the food staff not wearing gloves made my meat sandwich then made my wives vegetarian sandwich again no gloves luckily my wife isn’t fully vegetarian and very expensive for a sandwich

If only I could give it less than one star. Disgusting, no one change their gloves serve to many people at once so your food is sitting on the side going cold as others are ordering. Not sure what has happened to fast food places but standers have slipped I don’t eat at McDonald’s anymore as there food is as gross as there hygiene now looks like subway is out to

Staff need coffee training ASAP. The guy serving has no clue how to do a latte or a capuchino. He over heat the milk and coffee every time I go in. Today I had to tell him to re do the drink and still is not acceptable 😒

This is the worst subway ever. Attending on 22nd of February I ordered BMT, and the feeling was very tiny filled up which did make me very unhappy paid for it. And I told the members of the staff that is not right sandwich to be served to customers. And answer I did get back is who is going to pay for this sandwich. Instead of making customers satisfied. they did not take any action remake the sandwich, or to make the customer satisfied. And the attitude from the staff members is disgusting.. When I ask them, I’m not happy with the sandwich they took it back and they ignore me instead of fixing it the problem. I feel you going to subway to ripped off what you are paying. The pictures doesn’t look the way it comes. It’s just quarter of it appears in a sandwich. Please do not ever visit store in this area That is the worst thing I ever experience in my life .’ Sorry, it’s not the answer for me

I love it when a subway gives you decent portions ... sometimes they don't put enough salad in my salad bowl but these guys are fab! Gutted no pigs in blankets but I understand this is a halal branch of subway. Great they cater for the community. Cheers guys!

I don't mind if people make mistakes but SHOCKING customer service and RUDENESS i will not ACCEPT. How 2 of the staff can not know what a platter is even though it is on the menu is mind boggling. But to top it off- eye rolls, rude tone of voice and not caring about the absolute f*ck up they just made one bit!!! Sack all three of them, horrendous.

Missing elements of the meail deal. Main sandwich on stale bread. With lettuce that was specifically not requested. IF the TWO sauces were on there, the gnat must have eaten it all. Very poor. I wish I hadn't bothered. I've had thousands of subways all over the world, and this was the worst. Maybe its good you didn't deliver the rest of my order if it was going to be of a similar quality. I didn't order this from Moscow, this is supposed to be Bristol quality....

Missing 3 items from my meal! No number to call. When I Google the store and try to call says it is closed.

Quick and friendly service, excellent food. Worth noting it doesn't serve pork products (instead turkey bacon and turkey meat patties for breakfast) but still tasty!

Very poorly run store. Staff have very limited training. The sandwiches are done very badly and anything asked for is rationed out.The staff are also very unfriendly and seem not to smile. Tables are also always dirty and are only cleaned on request. Not recommended.

Very big subway with lots of seating and was clean but there was only one person behind the counter so took a while waiting and getting severed she toasted the sandwich but it was still cold in the middle and didnt taste to good because of that the cookies were very hard also not like the usual soft cookies you get in a subway store

Good was delivered cold. Order was wrong, not what I paid for. No cheese, the bread was wrong and not toasted. The contents are a mess.

I asked for mighty meaty, I got a meatball. I didn't ask for this and I don't like the sauce. What a massive letdown

I ordered two subs using the app for collection and was given a 20 minute time to collect. I arrived and clicked the "tell them you're here" link in the app and waited...and waited...and waited. In the end, I had to chase them. They hadn't even started the order. They were too busy serving people who arrived after me (and long after my order arrived). Even when making my order, I saw them stop to serve other customers. Complete poor service.

The staff are amazing but I keep getting accosted by people who lurk around in the cafe; people who don’t buy anything, sit around waiting for customers to come in and then harass them in the queue whilst they’re waiting or ordering, asking them to buy them some food/a drink. This has happened to me on several occasions and I never see the staff asking them to leave and it makes my experience there very uncomfortable because I have to sit and eat my food whilst some moocher is watching me because I told him to stop talking to me. Great service but a security guard is definitely needed.

I ordered multiple times, everytime the bread isnt fresh, it looks like its from yesterday or the day before, neither the meat is fresh but i kept ordering everytime because its halal meat. I asked a full refund for my last order because i had enough of this. Delivery was friendly for all orders

The subs were great. Only problem, there wasnt the Cadbury’s® Caramel Muffin.

Went there today to get something to eat so as a normal human being you need to wash your hands before eating, so made my way to use the toilet, but the guy said sorry the toilets are closed and you can’t use them! So I’ve asked him what time are you closing, he replied 7pm and the time was 6.15, I asked him I want to wash my hands to be able to eat, he replied sorry but the toilets are closed I have been told to close them. So rude and arrangent

One of my best reliable places to go over and grab a sandwich. Quite affordable prices . Would totally recommend it.

Hugely frustrating to have 16 subs with no labelling on, meaning I had to open each one to ascertain what the filling was - seems ridiculous given the number of subs there were and the fact that some were vegan etc.

Working in the BRI my team sent a colleague to get us all a subway for lunch. Nothing difficult 3 meatball all with salad and cheese 1 with chilli. 1 steak and cheese 1 ham and cheese toastie. a young girl who served him was very rude to my colleague he asked which one had the chilli in they said how am I suppose to know. when he returned was quite clearly upset. When we opened our subs we had meatballs salad no cheese and garlic sauce. Not what we ordered. So bad service all round we will never return again. We will walk a little further and get great service and what we ordered.

Awful. Both sub and salad were wrong especially the salad where sauce was specifically requested on the side and not all over. Bread was stale. Also the girl was rude when I collected the order. I eat a lot of Subway and will not be visiting this branch again.

The salad for my two subs were put in the wrong way round and spread unevenly. It meant that my girlfriend had to pick out the ingredients she didn't like and lose those she had ordered as I was eating a meat sub.

Cheese was added to every order but was only requested in one order.

We ordered salad boxes. Asked for the meat to be warm, it was cold. We paid extra for double meat, looked more like a single. I paid extra to have guacamole, I didn’t have any. We requested cheese and crispy onion on both we didn’t have any. And my mum had my jalapeños, so we had to pick them out to put on my food.

Only good because they are halal. Some of the staff members are very rude.

Every time I order from Subway they constantly leave out an item i paid extra for. And the feedback service doesn’t help you with money back for the item not received. Abysmal service.

Poor excuse for salad, maybe they were running out because it looks like the dregs at the end of the salad bowl. Every single time, staff just can't seem to follow the order, they always miss out extra toppings that are paid for, they miss out salad items, forget dips that are paid for. Sandwich artists that can't be trusted to make a sandwich properly

The manager doesn't have a clue. Shes rude and thinks it's her little kingdom.

Food was fine, but I've had better welcomes from a pet goldfish. No politeness, not a crack of a smile, and as a customer made to feel like an inconvenience. Great if you fancy a robotic exchange and a guessing game how much you're being charged before being waved to the card machine, but if you're after a pleasant customer experience this is probably not the place to go.

The Driver was very friendly and nice.
