Food was barely warm and my sons chips were virtually non existent! definitely not worth the amount we paid.

Looked slung together, fries were cold and clearly cooked more than once. No taste, would not order again

I got someone else's order and it was cold.

Again, forgetting to add the right food to drive thru.

The food was barely lukewarm. The chicken had clearly been sitting around for a long time, and had become very slimy. The whole thing was quite literally dripping in oil, and honestly was vile. This will be the last time I order from here, as the food is always horrible in some way, and 9 times out of 10 our order is wrong. We've given this store too many chances, and been disappointed every time, never again.

What I ordered wasn’t delivered, half was missing

Did not order what I asked for so driver said he would take it back and bring the correct order but never came back I rung the shop but had no joy with them and have not received a refund will be chasing it up today not happy.

Nothing worse than multiple deliveries and being the last drop off. All food is freezing cold!! Really not worth the hour wait

Need to sort your delivery drivers out and not let them rip customers bags and leave drinks in his car!!!!

Received a dry bun with a small piece of chicken and nothing else! that’s not a chicken cheese burger (no sauce, lettuce or cheese in sight). And once again, some of our order was missing.

I’ve never known staff to be so rude. The kitchen also looked really dirty, food all over the floor. I still can’t believe how rude staff are it’s awful here.

wrong cookie was not one i ask for and hot food was cold

There weren't many people, the service was slow, I waited 20 minutes for my meal, the food was great, salty as usual, unfortunately the fries were sloppy. The baskets were overflowing, I had to leave everything on the tray.

Maddy served me cold food and I ordered corn on the cob but they gave me mashed potatoes instead!!

Wrong order delivered with different order number. Told delivery man was wrong order and wrong order number - he just shrugged his shoulders and said 'contact just eat'.

Missing half of our order and considering we was meant to get free regular popcorn chicken and still didn’t get that either along with the food just about edible with how cold it is shocking wouldn’t be ordering again

Cold can plonked in same bag as meal so dripped condensation all over flattened cold chips.

We did decide to eat here as we had previously been the other well known fast food venders earlier this week on our journey and the fact we don't usually go to KFC the kids opted to eat here however the visit quickly reminded us why we don't visit KFC often and this isn't our local KFC, far from it! so its obviously a similarity to other KFCs around the UK. Our order was wrong. We were missing a large drink from a banquet for one, pop corn chicken from a saver meal and chips from a another banquet for one. Upon taking my order back to the till with my receipt and as i waited for a few moments with my order in hand i had to prompt a member of staff to help me. Bins were over flowing to the point people leaving there trays fully loaded on the top of the bin storage. The table we sat at was sticky and moved seats but again at the height of lunch time no member of staff was cleaning. Just seems that every time you go into any KFC that they are under staffed and end up just focusing on orders rather than the business as a whole. Again this isnt a review of a specific KFC but as a whole company.

Visited 15th August. Ordered 3 pieces with chips, gravy and a coke with no ice. I was given 3 legs with chips and a coke with ice and no gravy.. asked for 2 of the legs to be changed for some other cuts which they did. 2 wing pieces with very little meat on them. When I eventually found a cleanish table started eating only to get somebody start cleaning under my table while I'm eating. And as for the toilets they were disgusting. Overall a really bad experience. Will never go there again

The driver was rude to me I’m not happy

The delivery time was extended 4 times meaning it took more than an hour to get our food from the time of delivery. Food was stone cold when it arrived (ended up in the microwave) and was missing a bottle of Diet Pepsi.

Food was cold when delivered, could have been the driver being late. Driver also didn't call to say he was outside despite note on door, and didn't bring up (im disabled) despite note on here and door.

I’ve already reported all the items received were total wrong and waiting to hear back as to when I will receive a refund?

You sent me the wrong food whole order was wrong spent £50 on it and I got someone else’s food order how can you get that so wrong!?

Shocking service, waited 30 minutes in drive through paid for order and then told they'd run out of chicken. There was food all over the kitchen floor and the poor staff looked totally confused. If you want decent food and service you're probably better going elsewhere

Awful customer service with them missing 50% of our order in the drive through. We went in with the bag and Gurpindar accused us of lying and said we had already eaten it! Food was cold. Toilets incredible dirty and only 1 working. Manager really rude when i mentioned its important to have a disable toilet available. Really disappointing service from this KFC

Had to 45mins for order did not tell me when l placed order that there was a 15minute wait for chicken have not been for a while because of the bad service was told that it had improved HOW WRONG can you be deliveroo justeat etc sevred first WRONG footfall through the door had to wait all this happened last time nothing changed i dont know why you want the feed back you never learn will not step in this place again ... should have gone for a curry instead better service better mannered staff 10 out of 10 for abuse what happened to good old fashioned customer service nay just about the money the colonel would turn in his grave thanks for nothing

I just went to use the toilets in Hengrove KFC. There was water on the floors, it looks like a leak from one of the basins, both toilets were dirty, and there was no toilet rolls in either of the cubicles. One cubicle had no lock on the door and the other was unstable due to the participation wall being unstable, unsafe and unsteady. I informed the lady on the front desk. I was going to buy a meal, but seeing how the ladies toilets were dirty, unkept and toilet seats being stained really put me off.

Great place, security, and the place was clean. Food was hot as well.

Usually on a Friday night on our way home from my Aunties we have fish and chips but I thought we give a KFC a go quite enjoyed it for a change ple ty of choice in portions food was hot plenty of dips and beans will go again

The workers are exhausted, they don't serve meals, they don't clean the tables, a total disaster. In return, the food is ok.

The bun was stale, the cheese was cold and solid. Service was slow. The atmosphere, not a single clean table in sight, floors covered in rubbish. I'm surprised the rats aren't sat at the tables. Overall will not be returning to this establishment.

Just when you think KFC have improved, they delivery cold food and missing issues of meal deals. As delivered you don't check on doorstep, rely on restaurant getting their orders right. Takeaways not even cheap nowadays.
