Missing many items. The one burger recieved had nothing but fried chicken, a single piece of lettuce and less than a teaspoon of mayonnaise.

within 30 minutes it had massively upset my tummy in a bad way,wasn't even worth it

Over half hour late our curry arrived before the child’s KFC’ one very upset and hungry child ! Our curry was ordered half hour after kfc not really fast food is it ! Not a very good service

Very nice atmosphere as well as good staff, go here practically every time going to work and everything is quicker than the nearby maccies.

Staff are friendly, explained that they had ran out of certain food items I ordered and replaced with most similar item. Food tasted better than my local KFC. Overall nice experience with this kfc.

Great food great staff and customer service. Excellent taste of the food great bargain buckets . Awesome chicken gravy although the gravy portions should be in contrast with with amount of chicken in the buckets and the amount was not sufficient for the double dipping chicken bargain buckets . Otherwise it was AWESOME FOOD FOR TAKEAWAY. Being a single man both buckets lasted me two days . Not the chicken gravy though. Gravy went in the first bucket . Yeah overall great meals .

Yummy double dip buckets of chicken & Garvey just for £ 11:99 lovely 2 buckets of hot & spicy chicken wings & boneless hot & spicy chicken and chicken gravy . I.was missing three items from my order and still have not had a refund. This is not good business. I asked the delivery driver if there was another bag and he said no so I knew i was missing food.

To be honest with everyone today's KFC wasn't as nice as previous orders were, the signature crispy batter around the chicken never tasted as delicious as it used to be, it was disappointing and the chicken was chewy rather than tender! A shame because I had these as a favourite option for food but I think i will change my mind and maybe switch to a different place to try or something else completely. These restaurant staff need to memorise one thing to make sure the food is perfect for people!

The delivery driver had shoved our large drink into the food bag leaving all our food in pieces, the bag was broken and the boxes were flattened. It had also left the food falling apart and cold.

The food took quite a while to be ready, people behind the desk didn't really want to be there and were working quite slowly. A lot of people there were saying the service has to be a lot better. They also missed a few things from our order. One man was lovely there who did assist me when I said we were down a few pieces of chicken, he was lovely.

Good place. Food was hot and fast. Normally go to McDonald's which takes a lot longer on a Friday night. This was fast and quick for a Friday night. The great thing with it that you can order on the screens and then decide to either pay by card or cash which I found really great which most places don't do or offer

I had food missing from my order and my tower was dismal and cold I also didn’t receive my child’s drink. I tried calling no answer and I couldn’t make contact. I will be going to the store again as this isn’t the first time I have had to complain

I tracked the driver he stayed parked up on Fulford road for 17 minutes the food was absolutely freezing cold

Driver walked the wrong way even though I left delivery instructions and made myself extremely visible and obvious that I was waiting for an order. I met a new friend and i invited them round, they used google maps and ended up at my house. Why is it different for your drivers, it's exhausting. 2nd time they've done that now!

I had an amazing experience KFC hangrove last night. The food was absolutely delicious very attentive and made excellent recommendations.

The bag was soaked and when driver past me my food it all fell out the bottom and went everywhere so that was a waste of money I couldn’t afford but wanted treat my kids

Ok I’ve avoided this kfc as I live round the corner and khow they’ve gone downhill since lockdowns,anyway they drive thru guy was all over the place no customer skills as he just ignored me for 5 mins then opens window and hands me a warm flat Pepsi so I let them khow it’s awful and can I get another one,after a dodgy look from the Indian guy he gets another flat warm Pepsi anyway drive away with flat Pepsi which I threw away and chips half filled all for £7,50 chicken burger meal I feel ripped off and insulted by the staff the manager who lied and said it tastes fine and the drive thru guy who was useless except in taking your order and money up urs kfc hengroove

Fast delivery, hot food & delicous

As normal, the order was wrong! Make sure you get a receipt even though they don't give one as standard, you have to ask for one. Check your order before you pay and when you collect before you drive away. Simple thing to get right yet orders are often incorrect. Better training needed maybe 🤷‍♂️ no compensation when you do go back after a wrong order either just a lengthy weight whilst they point fingers at each other. Things need to change at this location.
