Super King Pizza Date of inspection: November 18, 2021 Rating: 2/5 The pizzeria in Ramsgate was told "improvement was necessary" for cleanliness. But it scored well for hygienic food handling (good) and even scored a "very good" for management of food safety.

Just ordered from here disgusting pizza all of the pizza’s are burnt and had hair in 1 of them disgusting never going there again if I could I wouldn’t even give it star

Guy who answered the phone was so rude and hung up on us, awful customer service! Lied to us and said our order was ready when we rang to cancel less than a minute after placing the order. Was sexist to me and then hung up when my partner took the phone after speaking over him. ORDER FROM DOMINOES ITS NOT WORTH IT

Use to be regular customer but no more will I use first time mixed my pizza and my partners I wanted deep pan and she wanted thin crust but got it wrong kebabs are now bathing in GREECE the second tine got 2 opposite for what we asked for so we will avoid from on sorry SUPERKINGS. Was good while lasted

I have ordered twice and both orders have been perfect however this order u made a couple of small mistakes first one was u put the bbq sauce in with the pizza and on all 3 pizzas they exploded a bit so next time just leave them out 😊 and last but not least there was a tiny table missing from the centre of one of the pizzas lol but overall I give u 5 star as it was delicious thank you

We ordered from this place only as we wanted a pizza and a kebab and our normal place do t do pizza, well the pizza was ok apart from the toppings well to say the beef and chicken is cut tiny would be a understatement you simply cannot taste them half meatballs is a joke, but the kebab oh my God it was a large but the meat only half filled the pitta , disgusting will never order from them again and I had to give 1 star to put this review zero stars stay clear of this place

20 min after the delivery time , and the food was stil not there we called. they said another 20 min. 20 min later still nothing .and then when we were about to call again. agoof hour later they finaly showed up. and this was BEFORE!! it started snowing.

I had asked them to deluver at 6 but came at 4 . So when they did deliver it it was the same pizza that they brang at 4 so a hard crust pizza chewy . Not impressed .

Nuggets are nice, pizza was not greasy so top marks for that but bbq wings were dry and flavourless so some lost stars for that.

I placed an order for delivery for 4 pizzas buy one get one free for both.... So they got deliveredand shared them out to find the wrong order on one of the pizzas !!! Rung back up and asked for manager and he denied the manager being there ... He was then rude and ignoring me and saying I'm wrong .... Customer is never wrong!!! And I then got passed onto the manager and he took care of it but I explained countless times my friend is allergic to the pizza and the manger apologied and sending a new one but I'm a very unhappy customer being told I am wrong and being spoken to by such a rude person! Never ordering here again !!!

Late delivery by 20 minutesish, pizza was squashed and full of oil and grease. Wrong dip received, very disappointed.

Absolutely appalled by it. Second time we ordered thin n crispy pizza's and we receive deep pan. First time i order a 1/4 pounder with cheese burger sauce and chips and a separate pot of garlic sauce. I receive a burger with no salad, burned burger, burned burger bun, half cooked chips and no pot of garlic sauce. Telephoned to complain only to be told we did not order thin n crispy, even though it was said back to me. I was told that i did not ask for salad, considering the customer is asked would you like salad if you do what salad would you like. Asked for the meal to be collected and be given a refund, the reply was bring it back to our shop, which defeated the whole purpose of having it delivered, or we'll send the delivery man with more chips. We then asked to break down the cost of everything only to find we were over charged. I call back to ask for when they will be round to collect the food and provide me with a refund i am told they cannot give me a refund but they offered to redeliver the order. I stated after the unacceptable state of the food i have seen i do not want to eat it now. I ask to speak to the manager to be told they have no idea where he is or when he will in the shop. This is a very rude, over charging shop with extreme lack of customer/ consumer care and the management is quite simply......what management.

Was not impressed with the kebab as I asked for an xl one and I clearly did not get one. It was not worth the money I paid for it. Also the delivery time was well over the estimate. Poor show I'm afraid.

I waited 55 minutes for delivery. I phoned after 40 minutes and was told it was on way I can walk from home to restaurant in 7 minutes. The chicken wings were cold and the coke was warm wont be using again

My 1st vist last month was lovely pizza red hot arrived in time only problem chips were warm/cold when turned up. today pizza stonecold also wrong order all food was cold phoned straight away to say what happened got told kèep that pizza will bring u one u ordered well 4hrs later no pizza never again.

Took over 2 hours, 3 phone calls and still ended up with a pizza full of meat when I ordered a vegetarian one. Needless to say I will not be using them again!

Good but one time on a repeat order the guy claimed "he knew my number and that we wouldn't pay" next call he said "we're a chinese takeway" I have no idea why this happened! Ordered loads from here, always good, bit sparse on the pizza toppings on 18 inch tho.

Ordered coke and received Pepsi. Was told that I MYSELF had make the mistake, when I checked the next day and phoned them to inform them of their mistake they were rude and didn´t even apologise. Won´t be ordering here again. Chips were greasy too and soaking wet for some reason?!

Never usually have a problem here, but tonight. i always specify no cheese on pizza´s due to lactose intolerance, and there was cheese on my pizza, and delivery took over an hour.

was orite, salad could have been better but yeah its a take away watch out for the spicy food going in wasn´t that spicy coming out was ring sting factor 10, not 100% sure why. good overall but tbh going to try some where else next time, new to the area so try a few out. chicken wrap was really nice. apparently. and delivery was orite didn´t take the piss was in the time they stated was about half an hour or so i think

After order was placed I was contacted by shop who said we could not have either of the vegetarian options but went on to offer a vegetarian a meat alternative, When meal did arrive it not at all impressed with it. Will not be ordering again from them,

I received my items (half of them!!) my onion rings where making the box melt and the chips was not cooked, burger was just as bad, wouldnt reccomend this place to an enemy!!!

Considering all the negative reviews I have actually had a great takeaway. Crispy chips and hot which is great and the first takeaway take on the fillet tower which was really nice. And it was speedy delivery. Would get again :)

I gave it a chance, and I´m so glad I did! The chicken was fantastic, nice and big pieces and not over or under cooked (chicken strips and empire burger) and the chips were cooked perfectly! Nothing but praise for this place after trying the other option on here for Chicken in Ramsgate :)

Had to wait nearly hour and half for it to be delivered then few bits were missing and what we did receive was either under cooked or burnt. Would never use again.

Chips were under cooked had to re-cook them. I ordered chicken pop corn and got chicken nuggets, And although the delivery driver was very polite he parked half way across the pavement over my neighbors driveway! Wont be ordering from here again.

Delivery took an hour and a half even though i was quoted 45mins. Phoned to see where my order was and was told 2 mins away, over half hour later it turned up. They told me it would be quicker if i had not gone through Justeat. Ribs were very fatty, chips soggy. Nice size pieces of chicken. Wouldn´t order from here again or recommend them.

If I could give a minus review, I really would. After an hour and a half, I contacted the site to ask them to chase it up, because there are no contact details on the email. They told me there are, but contacted them anyway and was told it had just left. Half an hour later (I live maybe 15 mins tops by car but don´t drive) I asked them to chase it again and they gave me the number. They told me it had just left 5 mins previously. ANOTHER 30 mins later, I rang them and they said the driver had had a car crash (?!) and told me they´d sent another driver 5 mins ago. I told him I didn´t believe him and he hung up. The food arrived 25 mins later. What can I tell you?! The chips were ropey and undercooked, the chicken was probably made from a thousand year old hen it was that tough. The pizza and popcorn chicken were alright. But seriously, you´re a fool if you order from here. I thought I´d give them the benefit of the doubt and got lied to for my trouble.

Ordered a chicken wrap meal from this takeaway. Was then phoned 10 minutes later to be informed that ´we don´t do that anymore´...considering this is a brand new addition to the Justeat website, you´d of thought they would have at least had an up to date menu. was forced to order elsewhere. Not impressed at all and wont use again, nor will I recommend!

I ordered the food 1 & half hour before it arrived, half of the food I paid for (burger, chips etc) wasn´t there and after the delivery driver accepted my cash, he abruptly left. Absolutely awful company, with no menu/phone numnber for contact. Not to mention, the food that did arrive wasn´t cooked fully.
