Closed even though it says open on the door. Not the first time.

Ordered through the McDonald's app, ordered two happy meals one with a melon bag instead of fries, a Mc Crispy meal with mango and pineapple smootie, large fries and an extra mango and pineapple smoothie. They forgot to put in the melon bag and a smoothie and this is a reoccurring experience. I don't remember the last time I received my whole order!

Our food which took over half an hour to get to us was stone cold and the atmosphere was awful staff shouted at eachother staff just laying about and flies everywhere 0/10

It's extremely dirty here today! Trays with food on all tables! No one cleans the tables with garbage! It was extremely unpleasant to eat in this establishment. I have never seen such horror and dirty floor in M ! I do not recommend! Terrible service! 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮The toilets are very dirty: the floor, toilets, sinks, there are pieces of toilet paper in the sinks. Terrible. I didn't take all the photos because it was disgusting to even look at them.

Lovely guy, very kind and got cool swag to him, he also puts the fries on the bag extra carefully and he knows my name.

Unfortunately lack of basics skills in reading a order my 4 year old girl is upset as no milkshake in the order ,this happens often !

I had the new big mac but the chips are pretty awful it was pretty cold they are cooking to much chips ahead by time they service me the chips was pretty bad

Ordered placed 16h33, delivered 17h50. Cold chips , missing burgers, melted ice creams. Refund of £5.62 offered. Disgusting

I witnessed a staff member take a bite out of a chip and just dash it back in with all the others. Absolutely disgusting not just for the fact adults eat there but KIDS also. Didn't catch his name but it was the young black guy they have working there. If McDonald's really give a toss they would review the cctv for the 20th of June around the 9.30pm /9.45pm time and see for themselves.

Just witnessed a staff member take a bite out of a chip and throw it back in with the rest absolutely disgusting. Didn't catch the staff members name but it was the young black kid they have working there. Thursday the 20th of June at around 9.30pm so any management team reading this would then narrow down who it was and if they looked on cctv they would see it. That's if they can be bothered. If this kid isn't sacked because of this then McDonald's need to be ashamed and customers need to really think twice about going.to be doing things like that involving food that not just adults buy KIDS eat too is absolutely disgusting. There is a long uphill walk from the beach to get here! They are still very busy with not much room to move around inside.

Just had a delivery ( just eat ) cold food as they take on a few deliveries at a time . This is our large potion of fries !

It's a McDonald's, the same food as you can get in any other. Service seemed a little slow, though it might have been because I was starving.

It's maccys. Done exactly what I wanted whilst hungover on my way to football. Can't beat a few double cheeseburgers to soak up some alcohol

What you expect a Mcdonalds to be, ive moaned about this particular restaurant before due to forgetting silly items like dips which they obviously just couldnt be bothered to put in the bags but that seems to have been sorted now which is a bonus

I wouldn't normally leave a review for a McDonald's and especially not for just a flying visit but today grabbing lunch with my children and Pooch I met the most fabulous customer care staff member, Victoria I think was her name and she is an asset to any buisness with customer focused roles, she was upbeat, very helpful, kind and caring and just in general a fabulous human.

Ordered a quarter pounder and fries meal, I wanted a milkshake and pay the extra but they didn't have any milkshake (margate) I got given a number and went and sat down, when the food arrived the fries were hot but the burger was warm, I had to be somewhere and so didn't have time to complain other people that was sitting close nuy were saying that theirs were cold too and said they were going to complain. The trouble is with all these fast food restaurants they are more concentrating on the deliveries and not the customers that are in the shop.

Does what McDonald's does, but the staff seemed above par, very polite and helpful. Plenty of floor staff too 👍

Cold food to match the atmosphere, un inviting, and shabby, 2nd time in a week food served cold, need to work like crew do in Kings Cross Branch, superb service, piping hot food, Margate tastes and looks like its been picked out of a bin - no attention to quality of products - totally unacceptable

I went to this Maccas recently and I have to say that the experience was enjoyable until and old man tripped in the doorway and had to be taken to hospital (they did give him a free burger though) I might have to try it🤣🤣🤣

Amazing experience. Atmosphere was crazzzzyyyyyyyyy. Tasty food as well. Unfortunately, someone spilt their milk on my food and it got ruined then they slipped on the milk and met their demise.

I recently visited the Margate McDonald's and had an exceptional experience. Xavier provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. His friendly demeanor and efficiency stood out, making our visit memorable. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was clean, and Xavier's exemplary customer service truly made our dining experience top-notch. Five stars without a doubt! One of the best mcdonalds I've ever visited! I highly recommend coming here as it is truly like no other.

There's a bullying culture in McDonald's. It's what the place builds It's success on. I know there are people that enjoy working like that which exists in this place. This type of business needs removing from the high street.

I got an order off the app and I got the wrong order so I had rung up the restaurant they told me to go on the app to get the refund… all it tells you to do is go to the restaurant but I can’t go down at half ten at night so how am I supposed to get my money back…? I am so disappointed in Mac Donald’s I won’t order from the app or the Mac Donald’s here again…!

Why is it when your standing at the counter , the staff completely ignore you , even when they are standing there counting napkins . I reached over and took my own sugar ..they soon had something to say then.

My wife and I took our four grandchildren to Macdonalds on Saturday afternoon. The restaurant wasn’t too busy and we found a great table by the window. Our order was taken by a very attentive and understanding girl at the counter and shortly after Keith delivered our meal to us and carefully checked every item. Another staff member brought us a high chair.The overall service we received was excellent from very friendly staff.We had a great time and a great meal. We’ll done Macdonalds.

First time visit and was very impressed. Staff were all very polite, a big order with changes but order was correct, food was hot and finally the toilets were the very clean with no nasty odours.

Bought a big Mac on Saturday and couldn’t return it as I was travelling back to london. I found a very long hair in it and couldn’t eat it. Came back to the same store after returning and Lisa was very rude and said I should of called them that day. I was driving. Disgusted with their customer service and people skills.

Mcdonalds margate gave the driver the wrong meal completely, couldn't get hold of McDonald's to sort the issue, over £30 wasted for a box of nuggets and chips..

So upset ordered £40 on just eat and had wrong order delivered and our order not turned up. So disappoint as friends were on time limit. Disgusted!!!

Visited in a group of 5, having failed to get into anywhere else for something to eat. This weekend was particularly busy, given that the weather was at its hottest, and a music concert was going on at Dreamland. We ordered from self service, and it was brought to our table within around 15 minutes, which is extremely efficient. Tables and toilet weren't so clean (hence one star off). Staff we spoke to there were excellent.

Not a great lover of this kind of food, I find ten minutes after eating I am hungry again. How they call it fast food these days I am not sure,I remember going up to the counter to order, now all computerised and confusing.

This restaurant was one of the better ones in the chain the food was piping hot and actually looked like it was put together with care not thrown together and staff were also friendly

Since the refurbishment, the in-store service has declined, the quickest way to be served is drive-thru or click-n-serve There seems to be a 5x waiting time for regular takeaway with no visible staff/manager who seems to be willing to prioritise in store service if only by 1 person

Overall good but think the manager should remember to her people skill and speak to her staff without the customers having to hear

Fast service, only issue was the food wasn't piping hot (or as hot as expected) but would visit again and re-rate

They took so long for some fries and some drinks this is inappropriate for the adults children because they are starven for the community. The children might die
