Morliss Fast Food in Thanet

90% of it went in the bin. 3 bags of fries like rocks. Ribs swimming and I mean swimming in the most disgusting source I’ve ever tasted. Chicken was dry and covered in soggy slimy “batter” 🤮 Son had a bit of chicken and had diarrhoea the next morning. Thanks Morliss!!!

Lovely fresh fries and chicken, but why are the burgers so small now? They look like children's portions!

I have not received my food i aplplied for a refund but i dont know whats going on.

Always get great service from Morliss and this was no exception. Chicken fresh-cooked and nuclear hot, spot on.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a delivery via the morliss website at 19.40 on Friday 20th September. Order paid for and confirmed and delivery expected at 20.25. Received an email 10 minutes later to say a 15 minute delay, no problem whatsoever. Food should be delivered around 20.40. At 21.40 no food delivery or communication from shop. Tried to call the shop about ten times, no answer, by this point I was not happy in the slightest. I drove the three miles to the shop and arrived at 21.55 to find it empty apart from three workers. I enquired about my delivery and why they were not answering their telephone and was told the driver had just left (how convenient) and given a load of excuses of how busy they had been. The woman in charge gave me a load of poor excuses about the phone line being down, that the website I ordered from wasn’t their own website (it was their website, I didn’t order through just eat/uber or any third party) and just general rubbish to avoid taking any responsibility. She called the delivery driver who apparently was three minutes away from my house so I said I would wait the three minutes for him to get there as my daughter was at home and could accept it, strangely enough she decided to tell him to bring the order back to the shop and she would give me my order while I was there. Clearly he wasn’t three minutes away from my house! I tried calling the shop while having this interaction with the staff and I could see the phone ringer had been turned off, the staff looked at the phone (obviously the light on the phone was flashing) and realising they had been caught out then decided to start complaining to me about how they paid £30 odd pound for a service that they were not getting (laughable) I pointed out to the lady that she was obviously aware of the “imaginary problem” and that it wasn’t my problem and she should deal with it and that I wasn’t interested in hearing her excuses as other reviews had been posted with the phones being ignored. She did not like this and got quite irate. I pointed out she had all my contact details, email and telephone number and that she had no excuse for not keeping me updated, as by this point they were well aware that my order had been placed over two hours before, and that had they provided any customer service this situation wouldn’t have happened. Woman’s still trying to rattle on and trying to get me to emphasise with her over her “telephone problem” to which by that point I had enough and told her I wasn’t interested, I just wanted my food. Honesty the whole situation was a debacle. Terrible customer service and the staff’s fabrication of events to avoid taking responsibility was embarrassing. The food was great once we actually got it but I will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered through Just Eat. Food came in the alloted them. My food was delicious, I had a chicken steak burger and fries. My partner order a half pounder burger with was meant to be two beef patty's but there was only one. Still good food but obviously some was missing, we message them and they gave a full refund on that meal. Unfortunate there was something missing but would order again as it was very good good.

Best chicken shop in Thanet. Sometimes a little under their standards when very busy. Always been happy with the overall quality.

Ordered 2 burgers and chips with onion rings and garlic bread. The Burgers were so sloppy and literally fell apart so had to use a knife and fork to eat a burger?? The chips were ok (unsalted) Onion rings were hardly cooked. Best part was the garlic bread and that was still poor. Won’t be ordering again.

Our order was missing the bottle of Pepsi and there's no way to request a refund for just that, as it was part of a deal... But apart from that everything else was perfect!

I was offered a free gift if I spent a certain amount, which I did. Never received the free gift (bottle of drink) which I was disappointed about. The food was delayed but I didn't mind too much as its a busy Friday night.

Food was excellent - hot and succulent chicken! Chips are better than McDonalds. Would order again.

Friendly staff , menus where clear , had some fried chicken which was similar to KFC but with abit more of kick and the BBQ ribs which were a bit small and slightly overcooked. Overall a nice experience, food was satisfying will try more from there menu next time.

Their attitude is absolutely disgusting.. which is a shame because the food is great. The woman that works there, if she’s a part of the business, she should leave for the sake of the business. They don’t give a toss about the customers, and blame everything on just eat, and slam the phone down.. just as rude when I decided to go see them face to face! Won’t be using again in a hurry.

The food came on time but it was cold but the biggest concern was that the chicken in my children’s burgers was old and hard. It was all dried up like it had been left out or was old. They couldn’t eat them at all and it’s very worrying how old this chicken must be to end up being rock hard like that

Got a scam phone call from the number for this restaurant pretending to be from 3 mobile. Phoned the number back and the owner hung up on me when I explained the situation. Should be looked into

Genuinely the best chicken in Thanet, never disappoints and it's completely cheaper than everywhere else. Their spicy chicken strips never miss, I'd go here over KFC every single time.

Ordered from here the first time last night and I got food poisoning. I’m not well at all so I’m very angry and disappointed, I ordered the fish fillet burger and chips so I assume it was the fish. Will not be ordering again!

My chicken was Rock hard and brown when I contacted them they called me a lier and told me to go to the council about it! Rude man and woman don’t know how there running this place food is disgusting to!! Rating a 0!
