Delivery earlier than expected. Food lovely and hot. 👍👌

Ordered through Just Eat. Food came in the alloted them. My food was delicious, I had a chicken steak burger and fries. My partner order a half pounder burger with was meant to be two beef patty's but there was only one. Still good food but obviously some was missing, we message them and they gave a full refund on that meal. Unfortunate there was something missing but would order again as it was very good good.

Food was cold chicken was dry like it’s been left on the side waiting to be delivered was late too

Fantastic food great quality . Arrived before time piping hot and absolutely delicious ! Never had delivery from Morliss before but would definitely order again. We had chicken 200% better than kfc . Well done Morliss 👏👏👏

Best chicken shop in Thanet. Sometimes a little under their standards when very busy. Always been happy with the overall quality.

Ordered 2 burgers and chips with onion rings and garlic bread. The Burgers were so sloppy and literally fell apart so had to use a knife and fork to eat a burger?? The chips were ok (unsalted) Onion rings were hardly cooked. Best part was the garlic bread and that was still poor. Won’t be ordering again.

Our order was missing the bottle of Pepsi and there's no way to request a refund for just that, as it was part of a deal... But apart from that everything else was perfect!

I was offered a free gift if I spent a certain amount, which I did. Never received the free gift (bottle of drink) which I was disappointed about. The food was delayed but I didn't mind too much as its a busy Friday night.

Food was excellent - hot and succulent chicken! Chips are better than McDonalds. Would order again.

Friendly staff , menus where clear , had some fried chicken which was similar to KFC but with abit more of kick and the BBQ ribs which were a bit small and slightly overcooked. Overall a nice experience, food was satisfying will try more from there menu next time.

Their attitude is absolutely disgusting.. which is a shame because the food is great. The woman that works there, if she’s a part of the business, she should leave for the sake of the business. They don’t give a toss about the customers, and blame everything on just eat, and slam the phone down.. just as rude when I decided to go see them face to face! Won’t be using again in a hurry.

The food came on time but it was cold but the biggest concern was that the chicken in my children’s burgers was old and hard. It was all dried up like it had been left out or was old. They couldn’t eat them at all and it’s very worrying how old this chicken must be to end up being rock hard like that

Got a scam phone call from the number for this restaurant pretending to be from 3 mobile. Phoned the number back and the owner hung up on me when I explained the situation. Should be looked into

Genuinely the best chicken in Thanet, never disappoints and it's completely cheaper than everywhere else. Their spicy chicken strips never miss, I'd go here over KFC every single time.

Ordered £45 of food. Order completely wrong. Chips soggy and not cooked properly. Burgers all got mayo/sauce/lettuce in when I asked for them all to be plain! 😡 Kids won’t touch them! A complete waste of money! Been trying to ring them for half hour now and they won’t answer the phone! They are not busy as had to go collect food coz they not got a delivery driver, so know they not busy. I was only customer in shop! Very disappointed. Won’t be ordering again from them.
