We had Lester serve us and his costumer service was really good, he helped us with an order that was wrong and got it sorted within a couple of minutes. Very efficient and made us feel welcomed and really nice! So thank you Lester!

Excellent coffee and delicious doughnuts. The £1 breakfast deal is a bargain. Free fast WiFi, easy parking. Great staff and reasonable prices. It's child-friendly and a more relaxing environment than the Golden Arches across the road. Recommended!

The manager Lester was attentive and interactive, he helped us to our table with our lunch. He appeared genuinely interested in making our visit different from the ‘typical fast food’ experience. The Resturant was extremely clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and customer service was very good. Food was tasty and hot. No complaints, very good place to grab a quick bite.

I suppose I visited because of the hype - I had read about this new supposed threat to Maccies. Dull wet Tuesday afternoon, place was empty, funeral parlour empty. I only ordered a hamburger, cheeseburger and a coke. Now the burgers buns are good but the ratio of meat thinness to bun thickness meant the thin sliver of passable meat was a bit of a let down on both. Coke was watery syrup. The only thing that stood out was a member of staff who made an effort in passing to check if I was OK ordering then his pleasant attitude when passing me my order. Oh the other member of staff who was constantly cleaning the table area - one of the most spotless fast food places I have been in.

We visited today and had a lovely lunch. I must mention Lester who was helpful and friendly and was working hard to keeping the seating area clean and tidy during the busy lunch period.

It's a much better place to eat then McDonald's much better

Always so clean here. Food hot and well priced. They cater for allergies well and have a good menu. Staff are friendly.

The food is cold and never hot. Also the looks nothing like the ads. I saw an employee in the early morning use a green knife to open a box and the knife was dirty with food. Is my understanding that green knives are used for salads and fruit cutting & preparation. I hate to think what other food prep infringements take place here.

Great food, quick service, friendly staff, the chicken burgers are great and so are the TimBits. The donuts, unless just put out, tend to be a bit dry.

1st time going, really enjoyed the food, quick service, plenty of space too sit.

On way to physio, thought I'd grab coffee on way, waiting 15 mins stuck in drive thru, got coffee, scanned card, check banking app massively overcharged, and couldn't go back without missing nhs appointment. Lad at till even confirmed my order. Won't be going back!!

only got the coffee in the drive-thru. It's not coffee, it's the stuff you'd be ashamed to give to a pig. £3.40! Are you serious? And the window in the drive-thru smells of rancid oil so bad my whole car and clothes stank in one minute. Shame!

As a Canadian citizen, this morning’s visit made me giddy.. massive props to Dilshad who greeted and served me. He made the experience feel like home again and that DESERVES a raise in within itself I arrived at Timmie’s Broadstairs at 05:55 on a Sunday morning as I didn’t like the look of the McDonald’s breakfast. The door was ajar so I peeped in to ask if they were about to open where I greeted with a wonderfully cheerful face (Dilshad) to confirm my assumption We bantered at the counter about the perfectly glazed TimBits, which frankly reminded me of Montreal, as the glaze is what keeps the TimBits fresh for days. I ordered ten timbits, a strawberry cooler (weird for December I know), to which I had to go back and get my dark roast which is hands down the best coffee in the world, and the first coffee I EVER ENJOYED 10 summin’ years back. Anyhow, I had the most wonderful time there this morning, with staff being very cheerful despite probably waking up at a minimum of 04:30 to get it open Again, Dilshad is my favourite server, and it is a pleasure to be greeted by his smiling face and welcoming personality; give that man a raise!! -Love, a fellow Canadian

Whenever I have to brave Westwood Cross this is usually where I go for a reward. I can’t explain why but there’s a really nice atmosphere in here, I don’t think it’s by design but it’s just a nice place to sit, especially in the evening. The food is dependably good and the staff are friendly. My only gripe is I wish they’d have an alternative to waffle fries; just regular fries would be great

Tried this for the first time recently, the chicken burger is honestly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, and the strawberry shake was delicious. Not a fan of waffle fries though

Decided to try this out while in the area, was not disappointed, much better tasting than the fast food place across the road beginning with "M". Will be on the lookout for one closer to me and we'll use it again.

One of the burgers I ordered didn’t even have a patty in it, just 2 buns pickles onions and cheese

Lovely welcome from the staff member, he was super helpful , even brought our order to the table. My husband had their breakfast wrap and tea , and I had an apple fritter and a coffee . All for less then £8.

Had the new lattice fries with cheese and gravy, and the raspberry hot chocolate. Both lovely. Lester the staff member on the floor was so friendly and helpful and definitely topped off the experience of eating there.

Reasonable price, efficient service, loved the food, eat in or out and drive through. Comfortable surroundings. Doughnuts and great coffee. Toastie cheese and ham had lots of filling really yummy . And try the lattice fries you won't be disappointed.

Had dinner at Tim Hortons' last week. There was a small mistake in the order and the lovely team made another burger without charges. Through our meal, they were very kind to us but also looking after every customer's needs. It made my whole family feel very welcomed. Would definitely go back if we are again in the area.

Much like Macdonald's, but with more donuts! Hash browns very tasty, with a good taste of onion. Breakfast Wrap, slightly smaller than M.Ds. However, in saying that, breakfast was just £1, when you purchased a coffee, so good value. Staff were excellent and very very polite and helpful. We had a regular coffee and felt it slightly acked body

Stopped in for breakfast after a long drive. All staff very helpful and food was great. I would say this is worth going to instead of a certain other breakfast place nearby

A hamburger does not contain cheese if I then also message in the comments “no cheese (allergy)” and then you put cheese in there what is wrong with you? You’re basically throwing money away.

Not happy. Only the drinks were delivered. Donuts missing. No way of calling or contacting to get the donuts. Instead just a refund request! We wanted donuts !

Goin' down to Timmies! The coffee is much better than some of the other takeaway options and I'm sure in Canada it's even better. It does suffer a little bit from the strict food laws and the over-franchised nature of the British market. If you've been to one in Canada or elsewhere in the world, it won't taste how you remember it but it's a damn good option to have in this country.

It is fast food but very tasty. Coffees good. Been in Tim Hortons many times in Canada & just as good here. Helpful staff & comfortable seating. Recommend & far better than other fast food chains.

Food not that great at all burger meat looked and tasted like cheap asda burgers, don't sell normal fries just lattice fries, dry and horrible only good thing was the browie milkshake. Won't be returning Mc donalds far better.

Brilliant service by lester today who came outside to check if my coffee was ok and even brought out some free tim bits!

Our first experience with Tim Horton's, and we ended up making three visits over 2 days! The food (both breakfast and lunch), coffee, donuts, and *especially* the staff, were all exceptional. A very warm and welcoming atmosphere, and dog friendly too (actually very dog-welcoming). A way nicer alternative to other coffee and fast food shops out there. Safe to say, we'll be back!

Once went inside, the order took ages, the sweet doughnuts were soft and amazingly tasty. Kids had hot chocolate but could not drink it as it was so hot that even us adults could not hold the cup. Next time ordered just doughnuts in a drive through and the blond girl that took our order was so lovely, even helped us by explaining if we add another doughnut we we will save on a total price, the order only took a minute,so two experiences and sliggtly different service.

A pleasant change to Maccas. Nice breakfast and the bacon roll had loads of meat in :-)

The BEST French vanilla coffee I have had in any UK fast food chain. The coffee is beyond nice. Food was delicious, the tomato sauce used in the wrap I had was actually really flavourful. I really enjoyed my big breakfast wrap. The biggest marks go to the service I received. The staff were fabulous. One person helped me on the self service machine and 2 members of staff came over and checked our food was okay and if we needed anything. Then when we got up to leave, we picked up our tray to take to the bins but the staff stopped us and took the tray and said please don’t worry we will do that for you. The best service I have had in any fast food chain. Very impressed! Great cheap prices too. £1 breakfast when you buy a hot drink. BARGIN!

Very Impressed with this Tim Hortons. Especially the staff working today (22/9) around 2pm. We were here as part of a young girls birthday celebration, and the amazing staff noticed this and brought her a doughnut and little birthday message whilst singing 'Happy Birthday' to her. We didn't ask for this it was such a lovely surprise. The kind of customer service that should certainly be recognised and applauded.

Had gone for a drive and was looking for a place to eat and had never been to Tim Hortons before, thank you so much to the staff that were there tonight, the place was so clean and food was delicious, and thank you to the kind gentleman that had offered us extra complimentary timbits to our order of timbits, you made our whole day!

Having never visited a Tim Hortons before, we very much enjoyed our experience! Such phenomenal staff, incredibly attentive- especially Lester. We even got a free sample of TimBits for my daughter, a lovely gesture. We will definitely be returning.

Wanted to say this is our favourite branch of the chain. Lester made our day, with his helpful and pleasant attitude. The food was freshly cooked and very tasty 😊 The drinks selection was huge and they were delicious as always.. Restaurant was spotlessly clean and had a lovely ambience. Really nice place to relax and enjoy some excellent fare. Highly recommend.

I think this might possibly be the best restaurant experience I've ever had so far, and that's rivalling Disney World. The atmosphere of the resteraunt was lovely, quick service and very clean. The order machines were easy to use and worked well (unlike many popular restaurant chains where they work like a nokia brick) and we got our food within 10 minutes. It was the perfect temperature and the smell was lovely as well. The food was amazing and so were the drinks (finally somewhere that can make a caramel iced latte well) and after we'd finished a Staff member came over to talk about our experience. Would definitely rate this a 10/10 and will be coming back! The staff member, Lester, was very nice and pleasent to interact with, as well as being easy to understand. After he'd asked us about our experience he took up our tray for us. Definitely deserves a raise!! 10/10 experience, will be coming back :]

Hot food unlike its rivals I ordered a bacon roll which had loads of Bacon in it and a good helping of brown sauce good fast service and sensibly priced

We are unhappy because the delivered Deluxe 12 pack had only 4 types of donuts (3 each) and not 6 (2 each) as usual.

The driver was rude and didn't follow instructions. The food was good as always coffee was hot

pathetic portion sizes for the price, kids meal was 2 tiny pieces of chicken with about 5 lattice chips, main meals loaded chips look horrible and again is a small portion and the burgers were terrible, how is this place even still open?!

Pretty decent food and drinks, we have heard a lot of good things about this place and happy it lived up to the hype. The only thing that didn't was the mini doughnuts, they were alright. Plenty of free parking, drive through if you don't want to stop in and the inside looked clean / cosy. The food was a fair price for the quality and the staff were also friendly.

First time in Tim Hortons, great customer service from Lester he was very helpful and attentive. Coffee was excellent food was great, would recommend.

I have tried very first time and one of the best breakfast in just £3.25, A full breakfast meal, A coke, Hashbrown & Big breakfast wrap. Server was so gentle and was coming to the tables to ask if everything is good. I mean, What else I can ask for. Tim Hortons ♡

Superior to the other fast food chains. Especially the McDs across the road. The veggie chicken burger is delicious. You pay a little more but what you get is reflected in the quality. The service is always spot on every time I go there and the place is always clean, tidy and comfortable. Really like Tim Hortons. I begrudge going across the road when I can pay a little more and get good, hot, filling food.
