Tim Hortons in Thanet

Had dinner at Tim Hortons' last week. There was a small mistake in the order and the lovely team made another burger without charges. Through our meal, they were very kind to us but also looking after every customer's needs. It made my whole family feel very welcomed. Would definitely go back if we are again in the area.

Much like Macdonald's, but with more donuts! Hash browns very tasty, with a good taste of onion. Breakfast Wrap, slightly smaller than M.Ds. However, in saying that, breakfast was just £1, when you purchased a coffee, so good value. Staff were excellent and very very polite and helpful. We had a regular coffee and felt it slightly acked body

Stopped in for breakfast after a long drive. All staff very helpful and food was great. I would say this is worth going to instead of a certain other breakfast place nearby

Excellent coffee, delicious doughnuts. The £1 breakfast deal is a bargain. Free fast WiFi and easy parking. Great staff and reasonable prices. Child-friendly.

Goin' down to Timmies! The coffee is much better than some of the other takeaway options and I'm sure in Canada it's even better. It does suffer a little bit from the strict food laws and the over-franchised nature of the British market. If you've been to one in Canada or elsewhere in the world, it won't taste how you remember it but it's a damn good option to have in this country.

It is fast food but very tasty. Coffees good. Been in Tim Hortons many times in Canada & just as good here. Helpful staff & comfortable seating. Recommend & far better than other fast food chains.

Food not that great at all burger meat looked and tasted like cheap asda burgers, don't sell normal fries just lattice fries, dry and horrible only good thing was the browie milkshake. Won't be returning Mc donalds far better.

Brilliant service by lester today who came outside to check if my coffee was ok and even brought out some free tim bits!

Really nice staff, welcoming and friendly. Food and drink is tasty too, although Tim Hortons has become a little pricey now.

Our first experience with Tim Horton's, and we ended up making three visits over 2 days! The food (both breakfast and lunch), coffee, donuts, and *especially* the staff, were all exceptional. A very warm and welcoming atmosphere, and dog friendly too (actually very dog-welcoming). A way nicer alternative to other coffee and fast food shops out there. Safe to say, we'll be back!

Once went inside, the order took ages, the sweet doughnuts were soft and amazingly tasty. Kids had hot chocolate but could not drink it as it was so hot that even us adults could not hold the cup. Next time ordered just doughnuts in a drive through and the blond girl that took our order was so lovely, even helped us by explaining if we add another doughnut we we will save on a total price, the order only took a minute,so two experiences and sliggtly different service.

A pleasant change to Maccas. Nice breakfast and the bacon roll had loads of meat in :-)

Full order not delivered had to drive to Tim Hortons to collect the missing items.

Very Impressed with this Tim Hortons. Especially the staff working today (22/9) around 2pm. We were here as part of a young girls birthday celebration, and the amazing staff noticed this and brought her a doughnut and little birthday message whilst singing 'Happy Birthday' to her. We didn't ask for this it was such a lovely surprise. The kind of customer service that should certainly be recognised and applauded.

I think this might possibly be the best restaurant experience I've ever had so far, and that's rivalling Disney World. The atmosphere of the resteraunt was lovely, quick service and very clean. The order machines were easy to use and worked well (unlike many popular restaurant chains where they work like a nokia brick) and we got our food within 10 minutes. It was the perfect temperature and the smell was lovely as well. The food was amazing and so were the drinks (finally somewhere that can make a caramel iced latte well) and after we'd finished a Staff member came over to talk about our experience. Would definitely rate this a 10/10 and will be coming back! The staff member, Lester, was very nice and pleasent to interact with, as well as being easy to understand. After he'd asked us about our experience he took up our tray for us. Definitely deserves a raise!! 10/10 experience, will be coming back :]

Had gone for a drive and was looking for a place to eat and had never been to Tim Hortons before, thank you so much to the staff that were there tonight, the place was so clean and food was delicious, and thank you to the kind gentleman that had offered us extra complimentary timbits to our order of timbits, you made our whole day!

Having never visited a Tim Hortons before, we very much enjoyed our experience! Such phenomenal staff, incredibly attentive- especially Lester. We even got a free sample of TimBits for my daughter, a lovely gesture. We will definitely be returning.

Wanted to say this is our favourite branch of the chain. Lester made our day, with his helpful and pleasant attitude. The food was freshly cooked and very tasty 😊 The drinks selection was huge and they were delicious as always.. Restaurant was spotlessly clean and had a lovely ambience. Really nice place to relax and enjoy some excellent fare. Highly recommend.

Hot food unlike its rivals I ordered a bacon roll which had loads of Bacon in it and a good helping of brown sauce good fast service and sensibly priced

We are unhappy because the delivered Deluxe 12 pack had only 4 types of donuts (3 each) and not 6 (2 each) as usual.

The driver was rude and didn't follow instructions. The food was good as always coffee was hot

pathetic portion sizes for the price, kids meal was 2 tiny pieces of chicken with about 5 lattice chips, main meals loaded chips look horrible and again is a small portion and the burgers were terrible, how is this place even still open?!

Pretty decent food and drinks, we have heard a lot of good things about this place and happy it lived up to the hype. The only thing that didn't was the mini doughnuts, they were alright. Plenty of free parking, drive through if you don't want to stop in and the inside looked clean / cosy. The food was a fair price for the quality and the staff were also friendly.

First time in Tim Hortons, great customer service from Lester he was very helpful and attentive. Coffee was excellent food was great, would recommend.

I have tried very first time and one of the best breakfast in just £3.25, A full breakfast meal, A coke, Hashbrown & Big breakfast wrap. Server was so gentle and was coming to the tables to ask if everything is good. I mean, What else I can ask for. Tim Hortons ♡

Superior to the other fast food chains. Especially the McDs across the road. The veggie chicken burger is delicious. You pay a little more but what you get is reflected in the quality. The service is always spot on every time I go there and the place is always clean, tidy and comfortable. Really like Tim Hortons. I begrudge going across the road when I can pay a little more and get good, hot, filling food.

Popped into Tim Hortons in Ramsgate for dinner and it brought back wonderful memories from our trip to Canada last year! Thrilled to find one here. We absolutely love their Ice Capp, a must-try signature drink, and the donuts are just as fantastic. We had the Chocolate Brownie Donut and Boston Cream Donut – both were really good! A delightful taste of Canada right here in Ramsgate.

Dear the owners of this establishment, I strongly advise employing a larger quantity of staff with a greater sense of enthusiasm for their occupation in which they have chosen, who are dedicated and present customers with more equiped service within this franchise. I also would like to advise customers who are searching for an enjoyable experience when dining not to visit Tim Horton's, as there are a colossal amount of issues surrounding this franchise. Including the misleading menu variety, when browsing the website I was lead to believe that there was a promising menu with a variety of foods in which all customers would leave satisfied. However upon attending, I was faced with a lacking menu immediately making me disappointed before even recieving my food, during my wait all staff were entering and exiting the kitchen, not serving customers wanting to order at the counter. I waited too long to recieve my order (consisting of one meal) when there was no one else waiting to recieve food. When arriving home to eat my food I couldn't complete my wrap as the lettuce tasted extremely bitter, as if it was out of date. Shortly after I began to feel unwell. My lettuce tasted as if it had been pickled which didn't please me as there was a reason behind me not adding any. I will not accuse Tim Horton's of serving me expired food however it seems as if they did meaning I will not be attending again. Some of there food is okay however is easily replicated via purchasing frozen food in a supermarket, such as tescos which conveniently for them is across the road. The atmosphere of this restaurant is lacking. There are never many customers and it seems as if since opening the place has downgraded massively. I believe with more dedication it could be an excellent franchise however in its current state I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I am also aware that the staff asked customers to leave good reviews in return for a free donut, which is unacceptable and paints a poor image on this place. Along side that the staff have left fake positive reviews in order to drive more customers in as they are most likely aware of how poor the service, and food is here. The staff are not dedicated to their occupation, I believe I did an equal amount of work as the member of staff serving me, he dropped my fries and asked me to pick them up due to his lack of gloves, which seem very unhygienic considering he had been entering the kitchen. The food lacks flavour and is extremely dissatisfying. My fries were blander than Dane Cook's so called "comedy". It wouldnt surprise me if they bought them from aldi. I'll wrap up this review better than the staff wrapped my wrap (which was lacking additives) by telling you not to eat here.

The first order never turned up so I ordered again. the doughnuts were stale but the drinks were very good. this is the second time we've had doughnuts from here and sadly both times were stale.

the food never turned up, this was ordered at work so I went outside to wait for the food and saw a car that seemed to match the tracking on the app but it stopped outside, drove off and then marked the order as delivered.

The savoury food was okay but the doughnut was stale and nearly all of the icing came off stuck to the bag.

Best thing about my very first visit to Tim hortons in Broadstairs today was the fact there was no queue in the drive through….ordered a crispy chicken burger, straight to window for collection…..parked up and unwrapped said burger. Hmmm soggy bun, a tiny smidge of sauce and then the chicken….yuk!!!! Processed chicken meat, which tasted horrible, the texture was vile, and there was a funny wetness inside….i won’t be back, I repeat I won’t be back EVER….as this place is serving up crap food I can’t imagine it staying there for long…avoid!

We have found ourselves visiting here a few times as a family now and we've always had a pleasant experience. The breakfast deal is great value for money and they do bagels (unlike the competitor across the road who stopped doing them!) The staff are great; very friendly and attentive, and we were even offered free hot chocolate tasters the last time we were in. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is always very calm even when it's busy.

First time ordering from here it was ok I received wrong dip for chips which was shame but the crispy stack burger was but disappointing I was expecting fried chicken with crispy skin it wasn’t quite that and it was clearly southern fried chicken which for some reason was spicy so could actually enjoy at all as can’t eat spicy due to being pregnant so overall didn’t really eat much if food the only up side was the cherry cooler that was lovely but felt let down by food

So glad that Tim Horton's were open, as so many places that serve quick meals close so early, or are very uncomfortable to sit in. The seats are so comfy and spaced apart, so I find it very relaxing in comparison to most other places. Some seats are like armchairs, some have normal height tables depending what you prefer. We always order the meal deals. There are so many choices for drinks and variations on lattes. We even got our order brought to our table this last time. The staff are always friendly. The toilets are immaculate and very modern. I think the food is always delicious, hot and arrives quickly. There is outside seating and a drive-thru open til midnight. I for one am so glad they chose WWX to open their restaurant. Thank you so much for bringing a little piece of Canada to this part of Kent 😀

First time trying tim Horton and was super impressed. My son was gifted some timbits on arrival, we ordered toasties and they were really nice and filling the drinks (caramel frappe) was beyond nice and all the staff were really kind. With definitely be back to try more things

the food was no more than a disgusting mcdonalds tim Hortons burgers are cheap n tacky and for the money I spent on 3 burgers 1 triple cheese burger and 2 double bacon cheese burgers was just thrown together and wrapped in foil the waffle fries were like rubber and tough to eat and the little apple bites even for free were disgusting my 1st time ordering and my last never again over priced for my liking I may has well gone ro mcdonalds but never will I orderfrom there either disgusting stay away

Food was hot, tasted ok and wasn't greasy. Coffee was good, perfectly acceptable. The service was spot on, polite, quick and no issues with them. If it was so bad in the past why was it full today, the staff even sang happy birthday to a little girl celebrating her birthday.

The staff were absolutely fantastic! Manager came out and gave my niece free timbits and chatted a while, and when our fries fell on the floor they gave us a second lot without charge. Faultless service!
