Always normally happy with ordering from express kebab but really disappointed this time, arrived cold, hardly any salad even though I ordered a large, called up and asked nicely if they could add extra sauce on and they said yes no problem but there was hardly any sauce at all, if anything there was less that normal.

I ordered a large mixed doner for delivery, it wasn't large hardly any lamb and the chicken was hard and burnt,obviously re-heated,very disappointed.

We order from here all the time despite there being several kebab shops closer. Everything I have ever tried has always been really good and always really hot even though we live a few miles away. Payday next week so time to treat myself and my friends again

This is the second order in a row that has been without the drinks ordered. The food is lovely as ever, the meat especially and it arrived hot, just getting annoyed at paying for drinks and not getting any.

used these for years and always been very good but slowly gone right down hill the Donner meat is cut so thin you can almost see through it, cold and greasy the salad is a joke from what it use to be , you pay more now and get rubbish for your money now so wont be using again after years and years of great food but enough is enough

Can't fault this kebab shop, food is amazing everytime always tastes fresh unlike most kebab shops you can tell they change their meats regularly, just had a order delivered that wasn't mine this has never happened before so I phoned them straight up and the guy on the phone was so appolagetic and friendly, he not only let me keep the food but also sent my order out freshly made again, with complimentary drinks, thank you guys so much

Ive tried loads of kebab shops in thanet and this is 100% the best one. It was delivered in the given time frame by a polite driver, and the food was outstanding.

Gone down hill not the same as it used to be kebab cold and have to put the cheesy chips in the microwave to heat up the chicken shish was all chewy and trying to charge £1 for a small squirt of burger sauce in a pot which u can have sauce with the chip I don’t like the sauce on the chips and especially when they are cold and u need to reheat them this is the 3rd poor kebab that I’ve had from express the kebabs used to be lovely and fresh with plenty of salad but now be given them the benefit of the doubt but this is the 3rd rubbish one won’t be using them again
