Very rude, poor service. He wouldn't let me place an order because "people always forget or fall asleep". I had a long day at work and told him that he was the only place left open to order from. I'm not sure what kind of business refuses a delivery on such shaky grounds but I'd advise anyone looking for a late night bite, to avoid this place.

Chicken Donna is nasty. Worst i had in a very long time. Asked for 2 pots of garlic sauce and got 2 pizza sauce???? And they charged me. The driver had to go to the shop to get my change...... stay clear 👌

Falsely advertised on just eat, hung up on me when I phoned them after not confirming my order for 10 minutes. Although saying they have no minimum order amount, but “would not deliver for £8.90” AVOID

My just eat order was accepted, my card charged, but the food never arrived. I called after 80mins and was told it was on the way but it never came

When I went in I was unsure as to what to get as I was trying to feed four of us for as little amount of money as possible. Unlike in Margate where every takeout food place has meal deals, for some reason Ramsgate doesn't, so individually pricing it would have cost me a packet. However, the owner did me a GREAT deal and I ended up feeding all four of us with a generous meal each for a total of £17! I almost wanted to get out of there as fast as possible before he realised how much of a discount he had given me!! Food was delicious. All freshly cooked to perfection and hot. I would definately recommend this establishment to anybody.

Absolutely disgusting, my order arrived with things missing, chicken kebab was freezing cold and had a bone in. My popcorn chicken was raw. Chips soaked in grease. £30 wasted Update: I called them up saying my complaint, they said they would deliver all the rest of my food that I PAID FOR the person said they would deliver my food and that he would call me back when it was on the way, I wait a further 40 minutes, I call them back and they try and tell me that I cancelled my order so they never sent me my order and I got my money back?!?! Even though the moneys out of my bank and I got half of my food? Telling me to call just eats manager if I have a problem? They are the delivery people what are they going to know, I just wanted my food not to spend half hour on the phone with everyone's managers arguing! Absolute joke

Went in to order after they couldn't understand on the phone and were rude.my chicken shish come pink the salad had no colour and the chips were soggy.. My partner's burger come swimming in grease he didn't eat it. The service altogether was shocking I will not go here again. They were all over the place didn't seem to know what they were doing. The guys hands head black under his nails

Sometimes cover the takeaway driver here so if you order I'll personally bring your food to your door in a timely manner, also tried the food and it is very nice, tastes great in my personal opinion, just absolutely great tbh

My normal kebab shop is closed for holidays. Therefore, I ordered from Best Kebab And Pizza House this evening hoping that it would live up to the name. IT DID NOT!VERY small amount of meat which was dry and had obviously been cut some time previously. It was also nearly cold although it was delivered very quickly. The salad was a joke. Tiny amount and the cucumber and tomato were just two very badly cut lumps.Meat at the bottom had sauce on whilst the top was missed. (Was this added later when they looked at the poor serving?).Finally, the bread was soaking. Nothing but a mush.I will certainly NOT be back and resent every penny of this expensive and poor meal.

I have tried multiple times to order after 11 and haven’t been able to because they have closed early even tho the website says not until 12:15 I shall be taking my business else where

One star is far too generous for this joke establishment. Found an unidentifiable blue object in my lamb kebab, electric blue in colour, stuck to a piece of the meat. Upon calling to complain, and after the owner had sent somebody to collect the offending piece of meat with the UBO stuck to it, which I willingly returned at his behest so that he could “examine” the UBO, I called again, only to be greeted with a belligerent, unbelievably rude, dismissive response from a man who could barely speak intelligible English. In complete denial, the man refused to do anything about the issue. He (strangely) kept laughing down the phone, when there was nothing even remotely amusing about the subject matter being discussed? When I informed him that I had taken a photo of the offending item, he unceremoniously slammed the phone down. Nice. I on the contrary had been nothing but absolutely polite considering the circumstances. Disgusting, sickening, vile establishment. I am guessing that the finger that the blue catering plaster had slipped off that was stuck to the lamb kebab meat, was also somewhere in the pitta bread. Got my money back through the Debit Card Dispute Department at my bank, and I advise others who experience this place in a negative way to do exactly the same. Best Kebab? That’s a misnomer if ever I heard one. Still laughing kebab man? No. Didn’t think so.

Ordered one pizza and got two which is alright, but both of them were burnt and one of the slices had hair baked in the bread. Wasn’t unreasonable to ask for a replacement. The delivery guy turned up with a woman this time who demanded to see the pizzas before they would give me a new one. Showed her one that I had only a couple of slices of and she refused to replace it. Then I showed the other pizza untouched and she reluctantly exchanged it. Brought in my replacement pizza and crazy enough, that was burnt too. Just caught them outside my house before they left, gave the pizza back and told them to not worry about it. No bother. Just make everyone else aware of the poor food and service and not buy from here again.

This kebab is by far the best one around here by a long shot. Great customer service, always on time, The food is honestly delicoous every single time! Meat cook to perfection, salad beautifully so fresh and chips Are golden. Also there chilli sauce is to die for, sure must be home made. Please anyone looking for a kebab shop give this one a go. You will not be dissapointed, so much better than any other in town!! Lush !

Had 4 pieces of lamb in kebab. Humous was from supermarket ,tried to over charge , greasy and cheesecake was frozen solid also supermarket one , won't use again

their food is the best in town i recommend them to everyone i know and no one has ever said anything bad what so ever, food tastes great and presented well, if i order for delivery they always deliver it on time and the food is still freshly hot. well recommended by a lot of people.

Wow this place has improved so much since they changed management..the ingredients are high quality, really fresh, food got here very quick and was very hot! The delivery driver was really polite and Everything was well packaged and clearly prepared with a lot of care and attention.. this is easily the best pizza and kebab I have ever had.

Part of my order was missing, the rest was cold and portion sizes very small. When I phoned to complain I was told sorry they were busy and the rest would be sent out straight away - this took longer to arrive than the original order. The menu leaflet they delivered with the food stated that they are under new management - I ordered from here based on the positive reviews which were obviously left before they were taken overa- how are the previous managers' reviews allowed to stay on here?! I would not recommend this place!

Absolutely epic. Best takeaway meal I've ever had. The shish chicken and rice was amazing. Pilau rice with chicken and mayo layered on top. The salad was crisp and fresh. The layout looked amazing. It tasted wonderful. Someone put some love into designing this meal. The burger looked great. 3 juicy patties with a lovely toasted bun. CURLY FRIES. THEY DO CURLY FRIES. Any place that does curly fries should have attention from the public. I can never get them to cook properly at home. They were crispy and hot and tasted wonderful. 😁 Will definitely order from here again.

Didn’t receive dips on previous order, ignored it as a mistake. Then, got them with current order but was the wrong flavour! really disappointed! Apart from that food and delivery amazing as usual just a shame about the dip, has really put a downer on the meal!

Cold food, took an hour and half until we were found and barely any meat in the food and under cooked chips.

I ordered for 9.15 and it turned up at 8.50 whilst I was out. the driver called me and I told him that I had ordered it for 9.15. what is the point in picking a delivery time if the restaurant can’t adhere to it. needless to say the food was stone cold when it returned up at 9.10. Basically it had stayed in the car for 20 minutes. I called the restaurant who had no remorse and told me to contact just eat! 50 mins later and I’m still on the instant messenger to just eat. what a joke!! please go elsewhere for your takeaway as this takeaway has zero customer service!! . I would give it zero stars but I can’t!!!!!!

was using weekly but slowly getting worse last straw today last week there was no cheese on jacket potato when ordered with beans & cheese and the pita bread was burnt this week the food was cold even though said on app food was on the way half an hour before I got it going elsewhere now

Everything was really good. Only down side was opening cheesy chips to find the cheese was not melted and was frozen in places. Nothing 30 seconds in the microwave didn't solve

Ordered a spicy vegetarian and just got a vegetarian no jalapenos. Also had pineapple on and that's just disgusting.

Most of the food was dry or cold as was delivered in jst the brown paper bag rather than a stay warm food bag so went cold pretty quickly on route and the pizza was on thin and crispy base when i ordered deep pan. Chips were cold and the cheese just stuck them all together into one hard lump. Burger had the smallest blob of sauce init so it was mostly dry. Overall i will prob not order from here again!

The chicken fillet burger was really thin, it was not worth the money not much taste to it, I would not eat a chicken filler burger from there again

Seafood pizza was tasteless - lacked in toppings. Tex mex pizza was just ok. Would be good to have the choice of bases I don't like deep pan bases which both pizzas sent to me were.

ONLY DOWNFALL WAS THAT THE CHIPS WERE HARD NOT PROPERLY COOKED AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN SOFTER... THE DONER MEAT AND KOFTE WERE FINE... SAUCES WERE TOO MUCH.

Customer care on high level. Excellent combination of spices like nowhere else. Garlic sauce is creamy and you can also taste real fresh garlic.

I orders x large kebab with cheese and lettuce and I got x large meat and chips no cheese no lettuce this has happend on 2-3 times now I would of phone to say the order was not right but I was to tired as just got in from work so it was chucked away as I cant eat chips so £8.60 was waisted 😠

Had pizzas and chips Pizza base tasted very doughy and like a pot of salt had been spilt on it! Sauce was really bland. Toppings were the only decent thing. Ended up eating the toppings only! Joy! Chips were also undercooked. There must be new owners as we always used to use Best and it was fine. Basically disgusting food

The chips and garlic bread with cheese were amazing but very tiny rubbish chicken burgers half the size of the bun was horrible but when phoned up the matter was sorted very professional which made me happy and shall say will be ordering again

Not very good they didn't put any chilli sauce on chips which was asked for, we called them to say this and ended up having the boss put the phone down on me, they did send a pot of sauce but by then the food had gone cold and the chilli sauce was cold. Won't be using them again

The food was nice but the portions were tiny I had a medium lamb shish and there were 5 very small pieces of lamb. My husband ordered a large donor meat and chips which he had paid almost £7 for and it arrived in the same size box as my medium shish it was definitely not a large portion there were barely 20 chips. Food was nice but don't expect a standard sized portion!
