Samo's Pizza in Thanet

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Pizza wet and raw. When I went in for refund, they were rude, lied about the pizza and refused to communicate and compromise.

Never had a bad pizza from here, they are always hot, fresh and delicious! Delivery is always quick too.

More around ordering rather than a visit to this shop. I placed an order at 6.20, was notified it would be with me at 7:20, with it being a Saturday Night i fully understood. It came to 7:45 still no sign, call up to ask where my order was.. no reply. Finally get a response at 8:10pm and said : delivery driver is en route and will be there in 5 minutes. Having nearly waited 2 hours for a pizza... It then got to 8.45pm STILL no sign of my order!! I phoned again to ask where it was.. to then be told will be at least another 30 minutes!!!! 3 hours for a pizza?? I cancelled my order and asked why they told me someone was en route.. they did not have an answer. Never Again....

My pizza literally tasted and smelt like it had been wiped across a dirty floor my husband took a bite of his pizza and said it was like he had just taken a bite of a manky stinky old flip flop with grated cheese on it, had to bin the lot total disgrace, couldn't be bothered to ring and complain partly due to the language barrier and there rude enough when you order, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This is what you call bad custom. I have gone to Samo's twice, and on both occasions I've walked out. One evening they said they didn't have pizza which was bizarre and on the second time the staff were too busy talking amongst themselves. I was basically being ignored. I won't be back a 3rd time!

Item missing feom my order. Rang and they said "its ok, you received an alternative" errrr nope, not ok, i want my missing order, "ok we will add it to your next order" errr no, i want it now, its your error, not mine, "ok we will send it out when we can" ok i expect it in the next half hour. 1 & half hours later it turns up....grrrr

Great pizzas and quality ingredients. I often go in and order my food to take it away. unfortunately lack of language skills are annoying, if only they have someone at the counter that can communicate in English language. had to repeat my order over and over!!! Top class pizzas tho.

I will never use Pizza Hut or Domino's pizza again because the folk at Samo's win hands down with their pizzas! Have ordered food either in store or a takeaway from them on 3 seperate occasions and their customer service and quality of food has never disappointed me or my friends. Don't be put off by the decor which probably does need a bit of TLC, this is a hidden gem in Thanet!

Used to use samos regularly but this place has seriously gone down hill in standards of food and service the staff are rude on the phone the pizza is always soggy an looks literally thrown in and burnt chicken wings! Total turn off from me bein a chef myself!
