I have not received my order had to phone up about my order

Late, cold and extremely greasy

didn't receive full order, my order was supposed to come with garlic bread and after spending over 25 I was giving a free one also but when good arrived I didn't get either the one from the deal or the free one.

food was fine, asked for an update on the delivery. offered a free item from the menu, when order was received, an hour after it was due no free item was added.

this restaurant is normally really nice but they seemed to have changed the cheese they put on everything. the cheese goes very had and the food came cold. the cheese also goes all clumpy and isn't the best on cheesy chips.

Had amazing food and delivery, 30 minutes early and food was hot and delicious! Only order from yourselves when getting a takeaway wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The only nice thing was the pizza, unfortunately though all of the hot food was actually cold, chips were dry and over cooked(quite probably frozen chips) and the parmo was small. won't use again.

Ordered for 19:30 and got delivered at 20:40. After I said my delivery was late,I got a text saying :- They were busy and I would get it at 20:05. At 20:20 I rang the shop and they said it was out on delivery. At 20:40 I got my order. Slightly warm.

By the time my food arrived it was luke warm and the ice cream was melting.

wrap was cold paid extra for extra cheese was a mixed wrap only two bits ov chicken in and hardleys any cheese wont be ordering again 16 pound for a wrap delivery 4.40 is a bit steep

Awful , 40 minutes late and cold ! Donner pizza states only Donner but is full of onions so my family wouldn’t eat it! This is clearly why there is 40% off

The food was cold bar the potato skins. The bolognese wasn’t just beef it was either lamb or pork mix. Binned most of it sadly.

i never received the food. When phoned about thiis 1.5 hours later, no answer.

25 mins late totally unacceptable

Took a while for my payment to go through, and also would prefer the delivery driver from Dolce vita to deliver at the back door which i explained to him 🙂

delivery was late, but my goodness it was worth the wait, I got a chicken Kiev stuffed crust 12 inch pizza, the same pizza I get pretty much everywhere, this was the best. The box was well presented and sturdy so the pizza was perfectly in tact when I got it, I could taste all of the individual ingredients which gave the flavour a freshness to it I don't expect from a takeaway, the dough was crispy on the outside and soft inside, delicious, fine quality, compliments to the chef, would recommend.

scruffy everything greasy and cold

Mistakingly made an order and was meant for delivery and not collection. This was straight away i called the restaurant and they said it is on its way after I said justeat normally send order number etc but assured it was on its way. Not a chance should I or justeat pay for the incompetence of la dolce vita and their yet again terrible attitude

An hour late on delivery. Asked for updates twice and each time delivery time extended. Food was finally delivered an hour later than original time and was freezing cold. Salad and chips were also missing from the order

wrong order wrap veggie, cheese and garlic i didn't order chip without veggie, cheese and garlic wrap that's why it late 1 hours I won't order again because horrible delivery late

Didn’t even arrive, driver tried to say he was outside knocking on door, while I was standing waiting outside.

Food was cold and requested salt on chips was ignored. Burger buns fell apart. We ordered warm choc chip cookies, what came was chocolate cake and a still frozen strawberry cake. Delivery driver however came on time and was very friendly. Called when he arrived.

No order come. I had to request an update after the hour past. That then changed the delivery time adding half an hour to 2:20am. Then it got to 3am and nothing. Called the number off here, disconnected. Don't accept an order you can't fulfill!!!!!

Quick delivery time but unfortunately chips are over cooked and I paid for extra cheese for the free garlic bread to make it a cheese one but it was delivered plain and overcooked - usually food is lovely.

The best mixed kebab I have eaten for a very long time- excellent! Food was hot and tasty. Generous portions. Good value for money. Always reliable. Strongly recommend 👍

Food was soggy and the chips were half cooked. The chip wrap was basically inedible due to how wet the wrap had gotten. Food just thrown into the bag and the boxes were destroyed because of the lack of care when putting it into the bag. All in all it was terrible. Would not order from this restaurant again !!!

Too long to be delivered. In the app it was said it was delivered already but I didn't received it yet. I still need to call the restaurant to verify where is my order and told me still to pick up and it will be delivered in 10mins but I've waited 20 minutes. Don't placed it delivered if not yet delivered.

Manager Told me to cancel my order which I did and I still got charged so one order has now cost me 56 pound. I have rang and spoke to the manager many of times and they have fobbed me off with a refund. Vile customer service. £56 for a takeaway that should have only cost half !!! Ridiculous!!!

chips sent instead of salad, rang shop, they said salad would be sent out in 10 - 15 minutes, rang shop again in 10 minutes as then found they had sent lamb and chicken instead of just chicken, salad had not yet left shop, waited further 15 mins.

absolutely beautiful fresh chicken parmesan arrived hot fresh salad was fresh beautiful plus fresh garlic and chilli can't fault my meal plus I have plenty left for tmrw. Only bad side didn't like the frozen chips prefer fresh hand made .

Food was delayed multiple times, food was cold and the kebab meat was extremely dry it seemed like it was sitting out all day even know I ordered not even 2 hours of them opening. Very disappointed I binned the food I will not be ordering from this establishment in the future.

My chillie was missingso my partner wouldnt eat any, the pizza was hard and very little meat in the kebab also a very poor salad no red cabbage, lemon etc mostly lettuce that took up the majority of the kebab box waste of £30

worst place to order from the food is thrown around no care given, non of the toppings where left on my pizza and they don't put ig as delivered so you can't request your money back

do not order from here because if you have any issues you can't get a refund as they don't put your order as delivered therefore you can't click to say you unhappy with your order the only option available is to cancel and if you cancel the order on here they keep 100% of your money and you won't get a refund

awful do not order from here. This is the second time I have had to send food back because the delivery driver must just through it around non of the topping was on top on the pizza. also they don't mark your food as delivered so you can't to on to request your money back as the only option available is to cancel and of you cancel your order just eat policy is they getting 100% of your money so do not order

Do not order here gid knows what the drivers do with your goof before it turns up think they played tennis with mine before delivering it was all over

Food as always is amazing. Dolce is my fav but disappointed at driver. sat on the corner of my street in car then parked outside my house for 5 mins before bringing food. whole time on his phone. I don't expect excellent customer service but at least just don't be on the phone
