worst place to order from the food is thrown around no care given, non of the toppings where left on my pizza and they don't put ig as delivered so you can't request your money back

awful do not order from here. This is the second time I have had to send food back because the delivery driver must just through it around non of the topping was on top on the pizza. also they don't mark your food as delivered so you can't to on to request your money back as the only option available is to cancel and of you cancel your order just eat policy is they getting 100% of your money so do not order

Food as always is amazing. Dolce is my fav but disappointed at driver. sat on the corner of my street in car then parked outside my house for 5 mins before bringing food. whole time on his phone. I don't expect excellent customer service but at least just don't be on the phone

I ordered 5 mins down the road Oder was late only a donner wrap and it was freezing

They closed the order as delivered even though it wasn't then reopened it almost 2 hours late (was in bed by this time) and left it on the bin outside. Don't advertise hours you don't want to deliver at. Had to contact Just Eat for a refund directly. Used to like this place as well

Ordered a Hot shot Parmesan delicious very well-made would buy again also ordered a chicken box which was really good and was HOT on delivery it tasted delicious, plus free ice cream what’s not to like. Arrived on time. Highly recommended.

Great food, arrived on time, but PLEASE get the delivery drivers to read the notes your customers leave for them. I had a simple request that was completely ignored

Usually great but terrible service tonight. I had to call twice for missing items and over two hours later they still haven’t arrived. The guy answering the phone sounds like he couldn’t care less. Such a shame as I say usually great.

beautiful pizzas I always ask for plenty onion and they do every time they are pricey compared to others but worth that bit extra money for a good pizza defo recommended 👌

The food was tasty but the service from one of the guys there (lady who answered the phone and had to sort issue out was spot on). Sent a wrong pizza, first time I called back they told me to just complain to Just Eat and I just asked for the pizza to be delivered. When it didn't turn up after an hour I called back and the guy just hung up on me not wanting to deal with issue. Eventually got it two hours later

Food didn’t turn up, rang multiple times after being it was going to turn up at 3am in the morning. Never got an answer didn’t receive me food. Normally get my food fine so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.

ordered a donner wrap n chips it took a hour n a half. and was late 40 minutes from its original time to be delivered

Bought the 16” meat supreme, which was delicious piping hot with extra cheese and jalapeños. I can highly recommend this Pizza and will be ordering again. Also ordered chicken Parmesan which was also delicious and well prepared.

A little pricey for delivery but apart from that food is always good

Food is nice, but don’t expect it to turn up on time. A wrap and kebab meat and cheesy chips took 3 1/2 hours. Not acceptable, when phone the restaurant the man was nothing short of rude and ignorant. Won’t order again!

Large cheesy chips were absolutely beautiful enough to share for 2! best cheesy chips we have had from a local takeaway. pizza was absolutely beautiful and garlic was spot on considering the time we ordered at quarter 1 in the morning got 2am delivery so nice grub well done la dolce vita ☑️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It is unacceptable that the deliver fee is 4£ , while the distance from us wasn’t so far. Also, it was written on the coke bottle that it costs 75p and it is charged 1.30. Too much fee for just a little bottle . The food was alright.

The pizza toppings were melted to the pizza box rather than on the base of the pizza!!

Pepperoni pizza had one single piece of pepperoni on it! Like it’s almost agressive to only put 1 on. Like you can’t do that by accident and look at it and go “yeah that’s fine”. Absolutely rubbish food and service, plus takes forever to arrive. Don’t use. They’ve become one of the worst takeaways in Sunderland. Shame on you for letting your standards slip so much.

Food took 40 minutes from leaving the shop to be delivered (which is a 5 minute drive max!) had to ring several times to ask where it was- was told the driver was outside and was hung up on- driver not outside. Had to call 7 times when finally the food was delivered we complained and the driver stated he was only given it 5 minutes ago. Rang back to complain food was stone cold- was told was it not just the box?? No, no warmth whatsoever. Was told to raise a complaint with just eat for refund.

Perfect chicken kebab I recently moved back after 7 years and dolce didn't disappoint lovely food

sent out wrong wrap not at all what i asked for. i ordered two wraps one was correct the other was completely not what i asked for. the food was freezing cold and chicken in the mixed wrap was purple. not happy at all normally better

Fantastic service and great quality food from La Dolce Vita!! Only query, asked for salad and chips and received 2x chips. Quoted time of 60-110 minutes, arrived within 45! Awesome

My food was fine but considering I paid quite a bit extra for extra toppings on my parmo the portion wasn’t the best.

Ordered two kebab wraps as a hangover cure, chicken was really chewy and so was the doner meat in both wraps, food was dry and best part was the salad in my mates wrap. not enough sauce whatsoever. Food was dry and unseasoned as far as I could tell - don’t normally like leaving bad reviews or complaining but my 14yr old brother could’ve made better in an air fryer and with a bottle of crucials garlic mayo. 2/10 it turned up
