Wrong items delivered no food just drinks and melted mc flurry’s that we did not order

Two bags full of drinks came. Ordered meals for 5

fries and burgers were both freezing cold

everything delivered this time just wish it would be warm not cold

Driver arrived in our street, but didnt get out of the car for ages. Food was cold and the dessert was missing

I ordered 2 teas with my food. And again, no milk was provided!!

driver gave me my food and drink , drink was leaking through the bag onto the floor , I advised I wasn't prepared to have the drink due to how much it was leaking , I advised driver he will need to discard it or take it back to mcdonalds , he advised he couldn't have it as he was fasting . after eventually leaving with the drink he decided he would throw it in a neighbours skip . terrible service

I’m a regular user of this app. Half the time the the drivers can’t find us or be bothered to look! Have a look what I spend monthly!!!!! It’s an absolute joke

Waited over an hour an 30 minutes for my food. Time kept changing as it went on. When food arrived it was freezing cold so binned it.

We always get a cold meals we don’t know why but every time we order its dam well cold I have to put it in microwave to heat it we leave it a few weeks thinking it’s a one off BUT NO ITS EVERY TIME I don’t like keeping on after every meal but we cannot eat cold Burgers & Fries I KNOW ITS NOT YOUR FIRMS DOING BUT IF YOU GO IN STORE AND COMPLAIN THEY BLAME THE Couriers& we know it’s not as we track the couriers from store to our home

First delivery time was confirmed at 17:15, however the food was delayed multiple times and finally arrived past 19:00. Very disappointed by this, especially given the service and delivery charges. Very poor delivery service

Sent the salsa dip for the mozarella dippers but forgot the mozarella dippers. Hilariously incompetent.

Very unhappy this morning as I placed a large order for an office breakfast and an entire meal was left out. Only offered a refund so someone now has to go without as breakfast has now ended.
