Got a parking fine because we overstayed 15 mins on top of the 75 mins max. App on phone gone funny so had to quene up at self service koisk to redo the order. And then we had ice cream afterwards. So 2 lots of orders for family of 4. Spent money there and they sent out parking fine. Absolutely ridiculous ! Just discourage people to order more food or even go there for food.

Awful. Food was freezing, Mcflurries had melted. No explanation as to why the order took over an hour to arrive.

No quarter pounder meal . Every time I order there always something wrong . Not good enough as that meal was for my son !!! Now he got nothing it’s really not good enough.

Everytime order in Caerphilly Mcdonalds never get everything you order money taken with payment for 3 pots of sauce as usual not delivered. These orders should be checked before packaged. Also be nice if everything is warm.

after forgetting to change my address the delivery driver rang me , he went above and beyond to make sure my order was delivered to me . exceptional service and a true gentleman thank you.

Disgusting food the triple cheese burgers tasted off after removing the top bun the cheese looked green, definitely won't be ordering again paying good money for substandard food. Extremely poor quality 😢 left the children really disappointed.

Ordered a fairly large order for the family as a treat on Sunday evening and as we experienced with our last 3 orders, once again all 7 of the dips we ordered (and paid for) were missing. The food, especially the chips, was stone cold. This time I called the driver and explained they were missing and he informed me that they are given the bags sealed so he wouldn’t know if anything was missing. So I called the branch, Crossways and spoke with the rudest person I have ever come across. She told me to call Uber Eats which I told her I already had, and then she had the cheek to say ‘it’s only a dip’. It might only be ‘a dip’ but it happens so often this will be the last ever time I use Crossways. Never will we go there again.

When arrived at this McDonald’s was very rudely immediately told to leave telling us we should’ve read the sign outside the door before we came in.Then ordered one meal of the menu which took 40 minutes to arrive once I exited the McDonald’s to sit outside in the freezing cold I looked in the bag and was missing my wrap. My fries were cold. My drink was wrong. when I went back to get my order one of the workers very rudely told me that I ordered that and I was wrong I visited the McDonalds in Nantgarw and the service was exceptional

Where do I begin? This place should be shut down for a month to give the owner time to train his/her managers and staff. They are clueless. Too many of them shambling about looking like everything's too much trouble. One or two on the ball, but the others are just dead wood. Worst service I have had (or not had!) in any fast food outlet. I had to walk away empty-handed with a refund after waiting over 25 minutes after entering my order. Had to hit the road without any food as I wouldn't have had any time to eat it.

Always something forgotten, this time it was the straws. 100% success rate of missing an order item. Congratulations.

Consistent with all Mcdonalds nationwide - Saver menu burger crushed into a pancake. This cannot be a coincidence- probably management instruction. 🤔

On time but sent me the wrong items that didn’t even cost £4 but was charged £13.62. Won’t be ordering from here again

Delivery driver was very unprofessional and rude

Order placed 12.42 when delivery was estimated 10-25 mins and was given estimated delivery between 13.05-13.30. Courier was at McDonald's at 13.05, our food was delivered 13.52 (over an hour after the order was placed) and there was no option on the app to cancel. As well as this, the order was incorrect. A large Mccrispy meal was ordered and we received a medium drink and med chips instead of large and despite paying large, large drink ordered and paid for also missing. Appalling service today.

Appalling. Ordered a simple breakfast meal for one person. Asked to park up. Waiting 20 minutes now and still no food. Gonna be late for my own work. Their staff wondering the carpark like headless chickens because they have asked so many to park up. Ridiculous accepting order after order if they cannot serve at the window. Seems that the mascot is not the only clown here.

In happy with my order as some of the items was missing this is a first time something like this has happened to me

Drive thru order at 1:30am. Big Mac, wrap and chicken nuggets. Chips were dry and hard and had obviously been left sitting on the side a long time. Chicken nuggets were the same and inedible. Chicken in wrap was also tough and dry. Big Mac was decent enough but I imagine that’s because it was cooked there and then, unlike chicken and chips which I can only guess, were sat on the side for hours. Would not recommend at all.

Ordered via uber eats. Delivery came all sealed as it should. When my son opened his burger it looked as though someone had taken a massive bite out of his patty. Absolutely disgusting. Are these people not supervised. Their parents should be ashamed that they brought up someone that would actually take a bite out of someone's food then give it to them.

Hello, Just thought i’d write a review to explain the disappointing experience I had with this store today. Now, I don’t expect much from this store as it is a fast food restaurant but I feel the need to complain for another matter. I arrived around 12:00 this afternoon and I went through the drive through to collect my order. The worker I spoke to, so I could pay for my order was respectful, and very patient while my card wasn’t working. Meanwhile in the backround I couldn’t help but notice how awfully the managers spoke to the workers. I felt sorry for them. It was most definitely rush hour but I couldn’t believe my ears when i heard the language. So I couldn’t help but give this place a negative review just for the disrespectful mannerisms the managers have!! 😡 Ps, Please give a thankyou to that lovely young boy I spoke to through the drive through, He was brilliant and so patient.

Always forget my stuff but they have managed to make sure everything is in there even the sauces I paid for
