Staff v.v.v.lazy and stupid and picking order minimum 45 to 50 mint for order pickup

My daughter and I both had a wrap there and following it had upset a stomach and nausea. It was definitely the food from there as we are from separate households. Won't be visiting again

Avoid at all cost came here when staying in the premier inn, little to no items available on the menu, no ketchups no fires food was dry and took age as the staff was too busy messing about.

Can be hit and miss with the service, most staff are friendly enough however on the odd occasion we have had less than adequate service. Wrong orders or missing items occasionally and you don't realise until you are home by which point it is too late. Seemingly, of you don't ask for sauces at the window then it is not automatic to have them. Otherwise, bog standard McDonald's cuisine, not going to knock your socks off but it is edible.

I recently received my food order, upon opening the bag I was disappointed to discover I’d received the completely wrong order. I immediately contacted McDonald’s and was told to message yourselves, which I did. I then reordered the initial meal that we had previously asked for, which came promptly. You have since charged me twice for this meal, and I would be grateful if you would reimburse me asap.

We were given a totally incorrect order - someone else’s food. It’s pointless contacting McDonald’s because they always pass the buck to their delivery partner for anything that goes wrong. Once again, shocking service.

Cold burger, stale/cold nuggets, all chips were soggy and cold, gave the free 6 nuggets to our dog.

after ordering at 18:09 and being delivered at 21:05 is absolutely ridiculous. 3 hours is just too long.

You order then they keep changing the times. When the order was delivered the bag was open not good hygiene and it wasn't very warm.

I am disgusted by how long it took to receive our order. It stated 10-20min on ordering, we didnt receive it until 45+min after order recieved......then our food arrived cold dry and stale! I will be asking for a refund!!

As always it’s a lottery if McDonalds will send all the items you order, and this was missing a share box of mozerella bites. Food was lukewarm and no straws or servidttes provided. Times of delivery kept changing after initial order window

This McDonalds is by far the worst of them all. I come here to grab some lunch before work. Often my order is wrong, cold or old food. Today I paid £5 for a sweet chilli chicken wrap. To my surprise when I opened it, there was only chicken- no sauce or salad. Just the wrap. Certainly not worth the time of day considering all the mishaps.

Order 1:08 hour and 30 minutes it took to come and had to warm my food up and also my drink was all tipped in the bag what a waste of £40

First time ordering for myself. Received coffee instead of chocolate. All thr food was cold and fries were stale tasting. Warmed everything up in the microwave. Portions were small for the price. .Never again.

first the food was late, it was cold, there were sausages missing from both pancake orders I hate to say no to my children because they love the sausage and pancakes but I can't get to the restaurant so delivery is key for me but when the foods delivered seeing my kids going from excited to upset is heart breaking we keep giving this restaurant a chance but now I think it's time to start ordering from a different one

Recently refurbished, it looks really nice, but still having the same hiccups as before. I've never know a mcdonalds like it. Popped in around 11pm after work, placed the order, the drive thru was quiet and only 3 other orders on display, and still had missing food. If you don't check your order meticulously right there and then, you run the risk of missing items. Its such a shame, because the staff are nice for the majority, and it's in a busy location. Turning up and ordering food at least is better than ordering a mcdelivery. You can guarantee that items will be missing and getting that sorted is near impossible. You either sit one of your family members in the corner without food, end up going there and defeating the reason why you've ordered in the first place, or you spend an hour contacting uber and maccies, cancelling orders and reordering, then spending double the amount

No fries were delivered with any of the meals, the fruit bag wasn't delivered and the food was cold

Freezing cold food, McDonald’s not far from mine but the drivers sit there and wait for ages with the food for more orders instead of having a reasonable time limit. Shocking also the staff at mcds forget to put straws in sometimes

Driver was shocking, parked up the road, wandered around aimlessly for 15 mins in the cold instead of phoning me. Then went back to his car and walked the order down instead of driving it. It wasn’t my order so walked back up to the car and walked my order down Which was freezing. And then he handed me my order and the drink fell through the bag onto the floor and spilt everywhere as it was soggy. Did not apologise. Food was freezing had to drive to McDonald’s and get my order remade myself.

Drive thru is an absolute joke and you might as well park up and wait for your order to be brought to you. This morning I used it and ordered two double sausage and egg McMuffin meals . I checked the order board, drove round to pay and picked it up only to take it home to find singles. Absolute joke this place

Service is getting beyond here. Amount of times I’ve gone in and food has come out cold and even hot drinks arriving to the table cold. And delivery is just worse why offer a delivery service and charge people more money than it is to go to the restaurant. service fee and delivery when orders arrive missing items and stone cold. And then when you try to ring to say you’ve missed item and want money back for what hasn’t been received you can’t get through.
