Subway in Caerphilly

As somebody who really enjoys an occasional subway sandwich, I was bitterly disappointed with my order of a 2 footlong meal deal. Being used to a massively overstuffed beauty, with good halfpint of my chosen sauces, I was pretty much devastated with the dry, scrawny, barely filled, tasteless, DRY imposter that landed on my doorstep. I will never order a subway again, unless im there to supervise its creation in person... and next time I'll go to castle view!

Waited 20 minutes outside in a sleet storm due to covid customer limits, but 20 minutes to serve the 2 customers that were inside? Surely not I hear you say! Yes, turned out once i was let in and "served" it took even LONGER to get my tiny order sorted! My own toasted sandwich was room temperature and sweaty in its wrapper by the time i left the shop. Don't get me wrong, the staff were really friendly people, but just seemed like they didn't have a clue what they were doing and were in no hurry! The hash browns i ordered as a side were absolutely vile, I knew the guy had rushed cooking them (the only thing that was rushed!) as it looked like they wern't even cooked for 5 minutes, I bit into one of the rather white and soggy things to find it still raw and with that "uncooked chip" kind of taste and texture. I spat it out and put 90% of my food in the bin in temper, feeling rather sick for the rest of the day at the memory of it all! Would not recommend this branch AT ALL!! (Sorry but this is a brutally honest review!) Don't waste your time or money x

Lovely staff but ridiculously slow service. I won't go there again unless I literally have no where else to be. 20 minutes is way too long for fast food with two staff on duty. The castle view one is much more efficient and realistic.

When here today for lunch and left laughing with the young man from behind the counter food was great service was excellent couldn't have had it any better 😁

Went in for a quick breakfast, food is cheap and cheerful but greeted with a smile. The food is prepared rather quickly even though we had a large order.The venue is clean and they make sure to take any allergy issues seriously.The server taken our order was very polite, professional and welcoming. Understood our allergy requirements and made sure to re-wash or change the utensils and didnt make this seem like a big deal. Excellent service thank you Ben.

Popped in at lunch time. Gentleman serving had fantastic manners. He was patient & happy to explain everything. Food looks fantastic in the displays. All fresh & bright. My salad was delicious. Brilliant service topped it off!

So easy throwing a party when i could rely on subway to supply a lovely selection of subs on their platters.

We don't eat at subway very often, so stopped here far a snack on the move, the range was good and made for a very enjoyable lunch. Staff were friendly and efficient.

No había nada disponible, excepto el queso para no vegetariana, verduras en stock - empanadas y no había nada pidió disculpas sobre el modo en el que nos informaron. Carrera decente de todas las líneas de stock es la clave para las operaciones de franquicia, así como este resultado fue decepcionante.

Me visita aquí de 2 a 3 veces al mes en promedio y nunca he tenido una razón para quejarse. El personal es muy amable, lo que es realmente refrescante, ya que no se puede decir lo mismo de otros lugares en la ciudad, por ejemplo. Greggs y Glanmores. También estaba impecablemente limpia y bien equipada. No es el más grande, pero eso no se puede evitar.

This branch has really friendly and helpful staff. It is an useful pit stop and offers a great deal of choice. It often has special offers.

The evening server when I visited was not at all helpful. I was the only person in the shop so he was NOT rushed. Not even a smile from him. In fact I think that a smile might have cracked his face.

Good Subway. Where ever you go in the country you can relay on Subway to be to a certain standard. Friendly staff, easy to get a wheelchair in to ( not all are). Only problem is parking, but then it's Caerphilly. Recommended.

He visitado este metro unas cuantas veces en el mes pasado ya que he estado en el centro de la ciudad a la hora del almuerzo, así que es ideal para un almuerzo rápido. La peor positivo sobre esta rama particular de metro es el personal - son muy amables y serviciales, siempre me puedo comentar a la gente estoy con lo bonito que es. Todos sabemos que hacer bocadillos durante todo el día es probablemente un trabajo bastante monótono pero estos chicos hacen con una sonrisa. La comida es siempre fresca y la tienda está impecablemente limpio. La única queja sin importancia que tengo es que hay muy poco espacio para hacer cola y parece bastante incómodo cuando durante la hora punta especialmente cuando los escolares están en su tiempo de almuerzo.

Would say this is good rather than average but cant rate it as good only average or very good. Like the selections, good price range. Excellent description and variety of sandwiches.

same as any other subway, staff on the day I visited seemed like they needed a sleep, but food was nice

I go here for lunch fairly often. Very clean and well priced and food good. Service friendly, albeit menus a little confusing at first.

After a night in Cardiff at Mrs Browns boys, we were en-route to hotel and looking for something to eat.Jumped in to Subway and as expected it was easy to order (salad was a little on the low side, but at night they are running it down before closing so understandable!)All in all - A Subway and not bad.

Atendimento rápido e cordial. O peito de peru estava bem fraco e a salada estava crocante. Gostei do tipo de requeijão!

This subway was very clean all the staff are polite and courteous, athe salad is fresh and the sandwiches tasty

depends which one you go in, walked into one in Birmingham city center and walked out it was groty, but to be honest vast majority i have been in are clean and friendly.

Friendly quick service, a tasty and extremely cheap breakfast roll and a coffee and a comfortable chair to eat it in.

You get to make your own perfect sarnie so that's why I like Subway what with my tomato phobia and tuna allergy. Staff in here are always so polite and pleasant amd eager to help. It's what you expect from a subway with the added bonus of nice staff!

I am not a lover of fast food but I found this experience well worth a second visit. The service indeed was very quick and the sub and drink which was a together price. The price was very reasonable and the food most enjoyable.

Typical Subway (If you were parachuted there in the dark you wouldn't know which town you were in). Good selection & Freshly made in whatever (Weird??!!) combination of ingredients you want. Fairly priced However in my opinion there are three better outlets for filled rolls in & around town.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, clean and tidy, good value for money, great money off vouchers and deals with your subway points collected on all you purchases, Great Food and Healthy.A must to visit, fast service and good value all round.
