Subway in Caerphilly

The delivery driver failed to deliver our meal. He left the subway shop, drove 100 yards, the redelivered our meal to the takeaway. Shoddy work by Subway

literally didn't turn up. says delivered almost 2 hours ago. had to drive to the store and re buy the same order

the food is good and the works seem friendly but sometimes they forget or put the wrong things in but it is still good :)

95 minutes and cold. The bread had started to go hard

both my hot food items came very cold. I asked for the sandwich to be toasted and wasn't. the footlong pizza stated to have pepperoni and had none on it.

Second time now, have had no cheese in any sandwiches and missing items

just perfect. allergy instructions followed, all food hot and fresh. lovely

missing chicken from the chicken breast salad, waffle fries were cold and undercooked

Do something about your delivery system, I work in fast food myself and every time I order from you guys you get something wrong. And each time it’s getting worse, this time when I ordered I got a completely different subway sandwich. And was missing the other half of my order. I never write bad reviews but your store has done this to me so many times I feel I am being forced to write this review in the hopes you see this and do something to ensure your staff are actually checking the orders when they pack them. Please sort it out

Original delivery time was 12pm finally received at 13:10 and food was stone cold

Where do I start, missing 2 separate sauces and a bottle of pop that comes with a meal deal? steak sub the contents had soaked through the bread and it fell apart. Rotisserie chicken tasted dry even though I asked for both sweet onion and teriyaki sauce, bottom of bread was broken in 3 so it fell apart also and biting into cucumber when I didn't ask for it as it's not liked wasn't good

Amazing quality of food and packaging is unbelievable to protect it from getting damaged

Placed an order to collect through just eat, and was waiting to collect my scheduled order. I then had a phone call stating that delivery turns off in 5 minutes, and that they had not made any of the order and to cancel the order as they weren’t going to make it. That is diabolical since we placed the order half hour before their delivery closed.

to be honest, food was dry and cold biting into the bread it was like biting into cardboard and ordered a side and it was missing sauce and had 1 box full and the other was missing half . was not impressed had to throw the food out wasn't eatable

I ordered a foot long got a 6 inch, bag was wet through and I ordered a big Bombay and it was only half filled payed 40 pounds for food and got a mess

Whoever made the subs, give them a raise.

What did arrive was great but sadly we were missing a sub. Tried calling the store but the number is wrong on the app.

Have not received order and delivery man gave to another house and our order as delivered and I have still been charged. Disappointed.

Sub falling apart due to being soggy and not in tact due to bad cut of the bread. The people delivering my food were so lovely. But food does taste good!

Food is good as a Subway. Staff especially the young lady working there provides excellent customer service. Apologies I didn’t catch her name but very helpful and honest

A number of items were missing from my order. The contact number for the restaurant doesn't work so you can't contact them to tell them.

Order either didn't arrive or was given to someone else...... And since it was a card payment someone had a free meal

Terrible. Put salad and mayo and one of the subs when asked for it plan and asked for a orange Fanta and had a lemin one instead. Going to put a complaint in. Terrible food was cold aswell.

ordered a footlong but was only sent a 6" sub and cannot contact subway as its an incorrect number 🤨

Paid more for the ben and jerrys ice cream, got sent a frappe instead. No response to the phone number. Thought we'd try ordering from here again since it got taken over but sadly seems nothing had changed.

Everytime I order without fail there is always something missing. Whether it be the drink, cookies or something bigger there is always something missing.

I received my order and I had incorrect toppings on BOTH of my salads. There didn’t seem to be hardly any meat on both salads and when I took it off there wasn’t even 30g of chicken, on the second salad the beef is basically cremated and inedible. This is awful service, the worst order I’ve ever received from subway. I can’t understand how i have received the wrong toppings when I had to specify exactly what I wanted while placing my order. I’m am absolutely appalled with this service.

now I remember why I haven't had a subway in ages! Hardly any filling in the chicken tikka. Salad missing. Did NOT select toasted, but both arrived toasted! Same old story, can't get an order right!

im still waiting for my food that's apparently BEEN delivered, this app is definitely not recommended for me as no help was given when contacted they where happy to take my money which i was not reinvest for and no food received after complaint "just eat is not recommend for me" MONEY GRABBERS!. only problem u can not submit a complaint unless u give them a star .

food was freezing, barely any steak and a heap of salad, sauce pots were filled up to about a millimetre up the little cups, my drink didn't turn up, rubbish service from restaurant and driver, wouldn't recommend to my dog

They put cheese on the wrong sub. It was supposed to be on the meatball, but was put on the steak one instead. Lazy and careless. The steak sub was binned.

All the food was delicious as always. Was very thankful for the extra cookie, very generous. Always will be my favourite place to eat, the courier was lovely as well. Big thanks

Over 2 hours since ordered food was rock solid and stone cold

Delivery was amazing. My order was terrible. I paid for bacon and ham extra and double meat but came as a very bland salad with no chosen extras added. Disappointed

ordered about 9ish and it said delivery was at 9:20-9:40 would constantly get later went down to store and told me that they had no drivers available and would have to get a refund so came home and ordered other food just as i ordered the food goes out for delivery by the time it got here the cookies were solid and the foos was disgusting and tasted gone off

Ruined my subway by putting cheese on there and salad on my partner's one

Didn't get my drink but the rest of my meal was exceptional.

The 4th or 5th time we have ordered from this store and the order has been wrong every time. I really should learn not to order. 6 inch subs turn up when you have paid for foot longs and wrong fillings!

Took over an hour and the bread was stale. Filling was stime cold

sandwich was right cheese bites however wasn't correct i asked for normal ones and got chipotle ones and a cookie that looked like it had a bite missing

Both of the subs were terrible they were just thrown together and the chicken was rubbery, it was absolutely terrible, will be a long time before ordering from there again.

My cousin and I come to this store every Friday to pick up a group order and are always met by the same two lovely boys behind the salad bar. Jayden and Dan both work so hard to make sure our orders are perfect everytime and are so polite and friendly. They are always sure to ask if there is anything else they can get us and always serve with a smile. The pair are a fantastic asset to the store. We actually look forward to seeing them every week now. Keep up the good work boys xx

Just spent £22.76 Both subs were freezing cold, not packaged as they should be. No cheese on Philly steak sub even though we paid for extra cheese and no drinks. Store closes at 9pm, tried calling since 8:20 and no answer. A lot of money for rubbish food and service Ordered through Uber Edited review! No cherry Bakewell either and they took half hour to get 1 mile and a half away from the store

I went in at around half past 3 in the afternoon there was a lovely well mannered young lady and i ordered a rocking morrocan wrap and it was beautifully made and the best wrap i ever made the girl was so polite aswell i would recommend this subway

Went in at 8pm and was told they “stopped serving” but then the website says they shut at 9. Why shut at 9 if you stop serving at 8?

Ordered via uber eats. They sent the wrong food (1 meal deal instead of 2 sandwiches). Unable to contact them to send it back as they dont pick up the phone. Waste of money, will not order from them again.

They discontinued both the TLC and Meatless Meatballs despite continuing to advertise them. It's an appalling decision that alienates vegetarian and vegan customers and goes against the grain of literally every other fast food outlet.

Pop-in semi-regularly for takeout lunch; Never had any complaint with my food and the Interim shift manager Kris is a fantastic employee. Having spoken to him few times I can safely say he is a credit to the store.

Went here the other night with a work colleague. Normally the customer service isn't great here but on this particular occasion it was great. There was a new server I'd never seen before (I think his name was Matthew) and his level of customer service and the way he engaged with his customers was exceptional.

Ordered through UberEats. 1 Large meal including a can of pepsi, a bag of crisps & cookie, & nachos along with some other little things. Order arrived, no cookie, no pepsi can, no crisps and burnt nachos. I don't think I'll be ordering from there again. Really Disappointed.

What a waste of money. Ordered a steak and cheese sub with sauce and salad.. turned up with no cheese, no salad and no sauces. Wet steak so a sloppy wet sandwich ewww. Ordered a cookie. Surprise surprise.. no cookie. No complaints dept. No answer. No way to get a refund. It was unedible.

As somebody who really enjoys an occasional subway sandwich, I was bitterly disappointed with my order of a 2 footlong meal deal. Being used to a massively overstuffed beauty, with good halfpint of my chosen sauces, I was pretty much devastated with the dry, scrawny, barely filled, tasteless, DRY imposter that landed on my doorstep. I will never order a subway again, unless im there to supervise its creation in person... and next time I'll go to castle view!

What can I say about subway? Should I mention the fantastic food that never disappoints? Should I talk about the awesome bread or the amazing meatballs in marinara. Nope, instead I'm going to say that the staff are awesome and friendly and made me laugh, even if one of them measures their height in comparison to a filter tip 🤣🤣🥰

Always think the food is great in this branch, and their social distancing policies are on point too

Ordered through UE..... hardly anything I requested on my salad and that includes the extra cheese I paid for. Never order again.

Waited 20 minutes outside in a sleet storm due to covid customer limits, but 20 minutes to serve the 2 customers that were inside? Surely not I hear you say! Yes, turned out once i was let in and "served" it took even LONGER to get my tiny order sorted! My own toasted sandwich was room temperature and sweaty in its wrapper by the time i left the shop. Don't get me wrong, the staff were really friendly people, but just seemed like they didn't have a clue what they were doing and were in no hurry! The hash browns i ordered as a side were absolutely vile, I knew the guy had rushed cooking them (the only thing that was rushed!) as it looked like they wern't even cooked for 5 minutes, I bit into one of the rather white and soggy things to find it still raw and with that "uncooked chip" kind of taste and texture. I spat it out and put 90% of my food in the bin in temper, feeling rather sick for the rest of the day at the memory of it all! Would not recommend this branch AT ALL!! (Sorry but this is a brutally honest review!) Don't waste your time or money x

Lovely staff but ridiculously slow service. I won't go there again unless I literally have no where else to be. 20 minutes is way too long for fast food with two staff on duty. The castle view one is much more efficient and realistic.

Been there and got all subs and the bread for them all taste funny? Defo not right.. we've had from there plenty and always been ok but today something tasted off, rang the shop only to get hung up on twice as they are "busy" so will be getting in touch with head office?
