Subway Blackwood/bargoed in Caerphilly

Ordered a Philly Cheese Salad & Meatballs tonight for pickup using JustEat. The Meatballs were fine but the Salad had no Steak in it. £7.24 for a Salad without the main ingredient, extremely disappointing & unacceptable.

For the second time from Subway order was incomplete. Could not reach them by phone multiple times. Will not be ordering again.

Great, food was still piping hot. order was exactly right and everything ordered came. Great driver too.

ordered a turkey and ham salad with some lite mayo - delivered really quickly thank you however it is drenched in mayo - way too much - literally scooping it out and dumping in bin . there is no need at all to put so much sauce on a salad!

Arrived in excellent condition & on time. The range of subs offered is amazing and well worth the money. Highly recommended

Sent 3 fantas instead of my actual sub

The bag and items were open. Awaiting contact from just eat. Tried to contact restaurant but no answer. Label on bag says do not consume if label is broken which it is and the wrapper around sub was ripped.

I ordered a veggie delight. There is barely any salad in the sandwich. I've essentially received a bread sandwich. How ridiculous. £7.78 for bread.

Good is late by 2 hours lucky to have a star. Every time I call it says incorrect number. Had the same problem with them before but I give them another chance but no food yet again.

Mike the manager truly amazing my daughter was having an asthma attack outside the store before we had chance to even go in he came running out with a cup of water for us and this did help. This kind of kindness is not found often a true credit to the company. Good was amazing too!

Absolutely unacceptable. Placed order at 18:45 and after constantly pushing the delivery time back to 20:15, I called the shop just to find out they had no drivers but that it would soon. After time was pushed back again, fed up and sent family to go collect. Refused to make the food and give it to them until we got stern. Food was good quality but don’t take delivery orders if you’ve got no delivery drivers!!!

Both of the baguette was toasted and I chose the option where it say no toasted. I was not happy with my order

There was a chunk of steak in my “vegetarian” sub. Good job I opened the sub and checked before as I’m I have an intolerance to meat. Also ordered peppered cheese, there was none in there. My sub was not toasted, not sure if I was meant to request that but that was not made clear on the app. Who wants to eat a veggie Pattie cold!? Other than that, delivery was quick and my cookie was good.

ordered an hour ago and they kept delaying and delaying, finally got it, its cold and they've sent the wrong drinks

Delivery was ok. Food was terrible, everything arrived freezing cold, the ‘cheesy garlic’ slice was just bread, was no cheese or garlic. The chicken and bacon was so chewy as if it had been there days and days and my cookies, I could of used as hocky pucks

The best sub I’ve ever had!! The shop was under pressure due to a last minute £100 order and my sub was still elite. Blackwood store is clear👏🏼

Delivery was quick but unfortunately both salads were missing items. Hash brown items were very dry and lettuce wasn't the best. What is normally a nice reliable meal was disappointing and not the best tasting food 😢

Ignored instructions and weirdly put the salsa & cheese underneath the nachos, although delivery was fast and all else was good!

the driver just left my delivery on the doorstep in the cold and was 25 minutes late so your service is disgusting but as usual nothing will be done about it cause your just about the money.

Item has not arrived but saying delivered on my app only option it gave me was for me to ring subway to tell them they answered with "I don't know what you want us to do about it" with normal service if your food doesn't arrive there's a way to male the people who are for blame to be held accountable but just eat and these incompetent children that works for these fast food companies has made it so I'm unable to complain to anyone without them passing the blame leaving me sat here hungry money down and annoyed this needs to change its unacceptable and would of never have happend before these apps before all these apps you could ring the restaurant they'd get in touch with their driver and you'd ever get fully refunded straight away or get your food remade and delivered not happy at all

Absolutely shocking service. Order arrived 2 hours after ordering. No apology. Rang restaurant multiple times and they would answer and say they can’t hear anything and then eventually they said their lines are down and hung up
