Driver, no knowledge of area and impolite

food never showed up now I have to go through loads of emails just to get my money back I hope the delivery driver chokes on my food

I order foot long cookie and I got 12 normal cookies instead

Need to be in middle of high street

Appalling customer service in the Blackwood Subway. They managed to get the order wrong last week and this week they served other people who arrived later with no apology or explanation. There is no complaints procedure with Subway either, only a corporate email that never responds. Other subway franchises are much better than this one. Avoid.

Plant patty wrap was actually missing the plant patty, no mayo and no olives…. Shocking

Went to subway for food, at 9:39 this evening, order the food, was very disappointed by the food that we had, when we went back to complain the manger had taken her break 5 mins before her shift had ended, in my own opinion it was as if there staff couldn’t be arsed to do the last of there job right

order was never received. the delivery driver was goinf all around the place. I message twice to ask if they needed help finding us and then it just marked as delivered with nothing ever arriving

it was lovely the Ft long cookie would be so much better if it came with a sweet dip

Thank you subway for stopping the option for two different sauces, and then only putting a microscopic amount of sauce on. I literally mean microscopic, I thought they’d forgot it until I saw a smidge of garlic and herb.

Whoever made my B.M.T at around 6.45pm on 5th of feb 2025- You are a sandwich master my friend. Every inch of that sub was absolutely divine and the sauce was evenly spread throughout the whole sandwich. Whoever you are you deserve a raise.

The hot food was cold. The drinks were stolen by the driver (I called the store and they said because I asked for it to be packed separately due to condensation, the driver must have either not noticed the extra bag or just chose to keep it and that I'd have to go through JustEat to get a refund for the drinks.

Forgot my cookie but other than that, great.

The Footlong Margherita Slice was wrapped in paper packaging and all the cheese has stuck to it and hardened. Wasted food because of poor packaging choices.

My wrap was freezing cold and was missing half of the items I would like a refund as I am not able to eat it.

Why have a queue if you stop serving the person who's next to do uber eats orders. Had already waiting 15 mins then had to leave empty handed to go to work. Poor service.

Food was absolutely freezing cold and 20 minutes late. The delivery driver just left the order at the door and shouted from 30ft away asking for the delivery code. Not happy at all.

the sub was cold with very little salad. the waffle fries were limp and full of grease and uncooked. I had to cook them again as well as warm up the sub. all in all the quality of the food was awful

All 5 of the cookies I ordered were rainbow cookies, not chocolate chip. I am unable to eat hard-shelled chocolate and all 5 cookies have had to be wasted due to this. I was not contacted about the change or lack of availability of the item I ordered. If I had been, I would have let the restaurant know this information prior to them wasting this food.

3 times missing from my order and just eat refusing to refund

Order my food at 4.55 didn’t get it till 6.30. When the food came it was rlly flat and had very little in the subs and was very cold.

I paid for two cookies but only received one.

the driver intentionally delivered to the wrong house! he kept hanging up on me when i tried to call and direct him. all because he said he couldn’t speak english, no common sense at all!!

Ordered a rotisserie chicken sub- this was amazing- warm and very tasty. Ordered cool original doritos- did not receive them. Ordered the cheese bites- stone cold. Ordered the waffle fries- not cooked long enough as they were hard. Overall this would get a 2/10! Awful.

Ordered a Philly Cheese Salad & Meatballs tonight for pickup using JustEat. The Meatballs were fine but the Salad had no Steak in it. £7.24 for a Salad without the main ingredient, extremely disappointing & unacceptable.

For the second time from Subway order was incomplete. Could not reach them by phone multiple times. Will not be ordering again.

ordered a turkey and ham salad with some lite mayo - delivered really quickly thank you however it is drenched in mayo - way too much - literally scooping it out and dumping in bin . there is no need at all to put so much sauce on a salad!

Arrived in excellent condition & on time. The range of subs offered is amazing and well worth the money. Highly recommended

Sent 3 fantas instead of my actual sub

The bag and items were open. Awaiting contact from just eat. Tried to contact restaurant but no answer. Label on bag says do not consume if label is broken which it is and the wrapper around sub was ripped.

I ordered a veggie delight. There is barely any salad in the sandwich. I've essentially received a bread sandwich. How ridiculous. £7.78 for bread.

Good is late by 2 hours lucky to have a star. Every time I call it says incorrect number. Had the same problem with them before but I give them another chance but no food yet again.
