The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Fast food food

Ordered two meals threw the drive threw only got one burger how hard is it to get right. I then have to drive back and go threw the process again to claim my forgotten burger

restaurant was absolutely filthy. Toilets were quite literally the dirtiest I have ever seen in my life. Restaurant was absolutely packed, food was cold, not that I really had much of an appetite seeing how dirty the place was. The worst mcdonalds I have ever ever been to.

My wife went to Starbucks car park, Southgate Park, Stansted Airport to get a coffee as my flight got delayed. She parked at Starbucks car park for 26 min, but Starbucks was already closed that time. MET Parking services sent parking charge notice as she was not considered a customer as Starbucks was closed. The parking fee notice board clearly says 60 min free for customers. She did not know that once Starbucks closed, she had to pay from the minute she parked. Be careful, MET Parking Services must have raised millions from people simply displaying misleading information.

Gave them a simple order. 2 Philly stack meals, 2 cokes, 1 Cheeseburger, at the drive through, Treble service, waited half hour, 7 cars where serve first, They kept locking them selfs out of the the building ,they lost our order, acted like it was our fault, and very rude, Asked for a refund, When we asked they still didn’t know our order, after saying it will only take another 2 minutes. Run by complete idiots, I would nt go there again One disappointed child after 3 1/2 hour journey, not a good start to start our holiday.

The “manager” if you can call him that was a joke ! They messed up the order that we waited two hours for . When confronted about it he immediately got defensive raised his voice and swore ! Refused to remake or refund the order . Clearly has a wee god complex . Complaints have been made about him ! Disgusting service from a “manager” but by the looks of the chaos he’s not managing anything .

Joe is a goated worker one of the best I’ve seen in this industry. Fried the chips up quicker than I could count to ten. 5 stars

Absolutely awful! Waited over 5 mins to take my order at the ordering kiosk but no one came so went to the next kiosk where they took my order (another 5 mins to do this) told me my payment had gone through so I went to the final kiosk where I waited until the employer told me my payment hadn’t gone through, she went to speak with manager (another 5 mins) who then told me the same thing & that the only option was to go back around the whole drive thru and order again.. not helpful, food would have gone cold and I don’t have another 10 mins to waste. Went to Burger King instead and took under 3 mins for the whole order !

Ordered food for 10pm pickup. Order was confirmed and payment was taken yet when I arrived to pickup my food was given a very rude explanation that they don’t have the required ingredients to make my order and therefore they would cancelling the order. Rude staff, wasted time and from the looks of the establishment poor hygiene. Highly recommend you avoid.

13 people stood waiting 07:40am, good start. Ordered a Coffee from self service, print out was poor due to lack of ink. After waiting so long I had forgotten what the machine had said and was reliant on the receipt read number 28. Apparently my number was 23. Apologies for being 49, with slight impaired vision. The young lady who served me, said that she called my order ages ago; and was my fault. I handed the receipt to manager, who her self held it to the light and agreed it could be 28 or 23. The manager was very apologetic. It only takes one 'A hole' in the team to bring it down. Who remembers in the early 1980's , Mcdonalds giving free orders if you had to wait more than 30 seconds.

Sólo tengo este número en Bradford. Definitivamente pellizcos de penique. Deben hacer una fortuna ya que mis amigos tienen este problema con esta tienda y otras de la zona. No me molestaría en usar la aplicación McDonalds, ya que malgastarás tu dinero y alguien se lo perderá. McDonald’s ¡HAZLO MEJOR!

Mesas sucias, personal que puso los ojos en blanco cuando le pedí un recibo ya que la máquina de autoservicio no estaba funcionando! Luego, cuando llegó el pedido, papas fritas, sin sal n ellos. ¡El nieto pidió pepitas y le dieron dedos de pescado! ¡Tenía el McRib, sin cebolla, sin salsa y sin encurtidos así que un rollito seco con carne seca! No volverá 😡

Awful got drive through. No sauces given with our nuggets even though we paid. Upgraded to a caramel frape which was just ice. Have been here mnay time and I don't know why we come back as it's always the same. I understand a frape is blended ice to smooth milkshake texture....

We were on our way to Paris, having already driven 4 hours from Dorset we thought we’d stop of at Burger King to get some lunch, we were served by a lovely young lady called Arnya, she couldn’t of been more helpful, she was so lovely, funny and caring, which you don’t see much of these days, ans to top it off the food was still hot when it came out! Definitely recommend.

i have gone to this macdonalds 3 times and ordered a chocolate milkshake, each time they have given me a vanilla milkshake. it’s disgraceful how many times this has happened. i will never go here again instead i will use my £1.49 to buy my self new taste buds due to how disgusting the vanilla milkshake is.
