Ordered though the McDonald’s app. Never do this they use uber eats who deliver the wrong food refuse to sort it and then expect you to go to McDonald’s to rectify yourself. I Went to Plymstock McDonald’s where informed by Manager that they do not have to even give me the food as it is uber eats problem unbelievable! Uber eats helpline will not even refund the delivery shocking service and experience all round. I did get the food but this whole process took two hours and a personal collect defeating delivery. I recommend you either go and collect yourself or use deliveroo

Always friendly, always quick, always tasty - especially the spicy piri-piri chicken - never had a problem with Mr.Cod in Swindon Old Town - would gladly recommend them for a quick and tasty takeaway ! :) - Ash

Travelled 200 miles with 2 hungry children and thought could rely on McDonald’s! Arrived at 7pm restaurant was mostly closed off so limited tables , tables absolutely filthy- one lady cleaning duties but was wandering around like she was on some kind of go slow drug even had eyes closed ?! Literally had 8 tables to clean and couldn’t be arsed. In end I got some wipes and used the McDonald’s hand gel to clean our table. Hundreds of staff working behind the scenes though

Freezing cold food is not wot I’ve paid for. Who ever has given that out should be extremely embarrassed. Want your money but no effort put into giving people edible food

Food was good but the staff were arrogant and useless. Orders were piling up after being cooked but not given to the hoards of waiting customers. After waiting and waiting for my food I was told by a member of staff that I could not have a sauce with my food as I did not pre order it. After several minutes arguing with that staff member that I had always been able to have sauces with my food without pre ordering it, I gave up. Obviously this branch does not train its staff in common courtesy or the importance of its customers. There were no serviettes, the floor was dirty and the food was cold after being left standing. I would never go there again. If I could have given it a 0 out of ten I would have. Avoid.

Shocking Health and Safety on show. We called through drive through at 11pm on route home. Establishment was still fairly busy and upon arrival to collection window could clearly see under all the drinks machines etc and the floor and surrounding area was absolutely filthy. We’d already paid and was only getting Coffees so continued with collection. Come on McDonalds! I appreciate the branches are franchised, and that most franchisees will give a damn but many I fear don’t. Most staff seemed to be under 18yrs and obviously lacked the basic hygiene training.

This place is never open . You cannot advertise 24 hour opening and are shut . This is not the middle of the night it is when people are on the way to work . Change the management this has been ongoing for months

Absolutely pathetic service at Catterick again. As usual, I chose the collection point for my grandkid's takeaway. All I had ordered on the app was a happy meal with a strawberry milkshake. It took over 20 minutes for my food to arrive, and then only because I called to ask where it was. Once I got home I had to deal with a granddaughter in floods of tears because she was so hungry. Only upside was the milkshake machine is finally working!

my grandma, mum, sister and i came here for lunch. i wasn’t very hungry so just wanted carrot sticks and a mcflurry but it didn’t have it so i wanted a fruit bag didn’t have it then i wanted pineapple slices and it was fine and had no mcfurrys so i got a milkshake. my sister and grandmas meals came but there were no pineapple slices i am very disappointed and i’m fummin.

When they prepare and serve up the food they don’t wear gloves so you have to trust they always wash their hands,I think it should be compulsory considering Covid etc ,staff wiped tables with just a bit of blue paper towel ,no spray and used the same piece to wipe counter,dirty floor ,considering they’ve had a refurb very poor food hygiene

Limp , under cooked fries , burger had a funny taste and the coffee was appalling - don’t often frequent McDonalds and this reaffirmed why !

Just been through the drive thru for 2 quarter pounder meals and after having to wait in the car park for it get home and no chips in the bag 😳

was hot and fresh tasted nice. The dining area hostess Janice looked after me and my child and went above and beyond for me i shall be returning soon :).
