Mcdonald's Restaurant in Plymouth

Ordered though the McDonald’s app. Never do this they use uber eats who deliver the wrong food refuse to sort it and then expect you to go to McDonald’s to rectify yourself. I Went to Plymstock McDonald’s where informed by Manager that they do not have to even give me the food as it is uber eats problem unbelievable! Uber eats helpline will not even refund the delivery shocking service and experience all round. I did get the food but this whole process took two hours and a personal collect defeating delivery. I recommend you either go and collect yourself or use deliveroo

I have always used this McDonald’s and recently when I’ve been visiting there’s has been this man services is called Bobby. He is a credit to this store, nothing is too much for him and he always has a smile on his face, I’ve been meaning to write a review about him for a while but Today when I was served by him he made sure that we had all of our order before he left the car which was amazing customer service because usually they give the bags and if they have forgotten to put something in there I have to then go in and ask for it.

I rate this McDonald’s 2 star because they didn’t give me my chicken nuggets 😡 Also the chips were uncooked and there were many things I wasn’t allowed to get

Ordered from this store multiple times using multiple apps. Don't waste your time with them. 4 orders in a row have been incorrect. Food is always cold and thrown together. In my latest experience with them we were sent someone else's food order. Left me with 3 children upset because they didn't eat any of the food we've been sent. This was after waiting 90 minutes for delivery (we live 5 minutes away). Phoned the store who were rude and refused to help. I've never seen such a bad example of service as I've seen in this store.

No sauce for chicken select. Only one chips with x2 adult meals. No hallumi fries how on earth can you not read off a order and put the correct items into a bag. Always have to park up and wait absolute shambles

Always very slow with service. Always have to park up and wait and very often nowhere to park because so many others are having to do the same. It’s meant to be fast food ffs. Terrible!!!

Returned to this branch recently for a late night meal - quick service, polite staff and the food was pleasant enough too, standard McDonalds fare. Overall a fine branch to eat at when passing.

If you are famished and coming back into Plymouth from the South Hams in the evening then we have found you can get served pretty quickly. Staff efficiency and curtesy varies. Apparently there are plans for some local suburban branches to stay open 24/7.

McDonalds is a good, its a very busy place at most times prices are good not to cheap but not expensive at all :)

Still good value but obviously the food is poor quality and unhealthy. Worth a visit for the kids to treat them occasionally. The coffee is excellent though.

Use the town centre one regularly. Mc D's is simply McD's anywhere, but serice is quick and table-clearing exists, so its better than most.

McDonald's, well well well what can I say about this average experience, oh yeah it was a average experience. The food is typical American. Burgers, chips and fries. The service is also very quick. Value is also good, an example of this is a limited edition mcflurry, chilled ice cream with wisps bites 1.99 cheap as chips ( or fries)

Minimum grade food processed beyond all recognition. I cry each time I walk past and see people queuing. How degrading for them. No I'm not a vegetarian. I just have self respect.

This is very easy to get to from A38 Plymouth turn off and would be a great stop off on a long trip to cornwall as there is also a petrol station nearby and only 2 minutes off the main road. The food has always been cooked ok and quick service.

never ever again. its horrible, from the min you walk in, your almost expected to no the menu off by heart, un like me who will maybe walk into one of these places maybe once a year who does not no the menu of by heart and needs to read the menu you are offered no help from the teenage staff that are their tutting you for holding up the qu. horrible place

Why is this listing here amongst cafes and restaurants? It is neither. It might be an iconic symbol of the bland outer suburb of Plymstock that lies beyond. The depressing feature of this and the other major burger chain is that they are the same wherever and whenever you go. Perhaps the only vaguely notable anecdote about this limp example is that two or three years ago a tabloid paper published a grainy picture of the Prince Harry beside a naval training minibus squat on the kerb stuffing his face.

Nothing particularly noteworthy about this car park based McDonalds. The food is always fine, standard McDonalds fare, and the staff are usually helpful. I've never had to queue for too long in there either. better option than the Plymouth city centre versions that often become very busy.
