this used to be my fave mckyd's now its the worst the smell of grease when i went in should have rung alarm bells it used to be spotless not so much now the burgers tasted cheap and were lukewarm and so were the chips so now need to find another great 1 prob wont be in dunfermline so disapointed !!!

Delivery service is absolutely terrible, 3 different drivers assigned and took an hour 10mins to be delivered. Stone cold and straight in the bin... Great £4.99 delivery charge

Asked for a home delivery. They got the wrong order they weren't interested in helping and the meal that my daughter ate the one she never asked for had a hair and she pulled it through her teeth. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Went for take away ordered 2 meals 2ice cream And 2 APPLE PIES Got home No apple pies !? Try to get in touch but can only E mail which couldn't do ????? SO NOW £3 38 out of pocket ? Teach me to check order THANKS NOT TO WHOEVER MADE UP MY ORDER !? 😡

Ordered a Big Mac Meal only to get home and find no Big Mac. Staff too content on having a carry on and not paying attention to what’s going on. Absolute shambles of a place, restaurant was quiet as it was late in the evening so it’s not as though it was especially busy. Won’t be back and don’t recommend.

Ordered online through justeat for delivery and a big mac was missing. Bags are sealed so it wasn't the delivery driver, it just wasn't packed in with the rest of the order. This isn't the first time they've done this neither, but didn't complain as it was a side order that wasn't packed. Phoned them up to complain, to which they apologised, but was told I'd have to go and get the burger from them as Just eat delivery drivers don't work for them. Cold chips. Melted milkshake and a warm burger. Take ownership of your mistakes. You should resend a whole meal order when this happens. Totally unacceptable.

5 star rating specifically for this wee mention of names,We are always at the drive thru, mostly just for juice lol, and for years we love gavin! He is an asset and a joy to be served by. He should be seen in this restaurant more often. He's too good to loose or hide in there. And Alan, I'm sure that's his name cheery chirppy fella, he's lovely, both need a wee special mention as when we go through the drive thru they make it a great visit

By McDonalds standards this was a good one. Clean, calm, punctual and not noisy. The food was warm and the fries a good golden colour.

Visited on Saturday 5th Sept, excellent service, staff were lovely and helpful , also was spotlessly clean.

We used the drive thru as it was end of lockdown upon paying cashier thrust the money into hand dropping most on ground as there was a queue I drove on annoyed and placed change in middle console When we reached other store I went to lift change to find that I had been given a old five pound note so when I went to call the alloa manager I was advised there was no proof it had been them that had given me it so I stated so I’m supposed to go into town to a bank to change it when was you tht gave me it and not to mention dropped half my change I was told yes I then tried report my visit and experience and am now advised that I was shouting at them on the phone, never have I experienced such lies and customer service in my life bunch of bloody idiots can’t give you the right change let alone the correct order

Actually drive here and avoid the Dunfermline ones. This one is always cleaner, always has people serving and I’ve never had them get an order wrong. Unlike Galbraith who have yet to get one right

I gave McDonald's alloa a chance since I really wanted to try the new range of promotion products and they were tasty and excellent maybe better staff on ect but maccas is fine I'm happy to give this a very good review

Advise everyone to check your order before driving home. They ‘forget’ things or simply don’t care. Pancake and sausage breakfast and you get home to no sausage. Ordered chicken sandwich drove home and it was fillet of fish. Get your act together or replace your staff !!!

We popped in as we had missed breakfast and the staff were polite and courteous, William who served us was a credit to the team. The food was fresh and hot.

Fast Food served fairly quickly via drive through, all good food as advertised, one note the McFlurrys we got were only half filled, we got them again same half filled, is this a move to save on ice cream, take a tip from Mcdonalds in Albert Road Blackpool, the Mcflurrys were filled full to the brim as it should be, overall all items of food should be the of same quantity.

Just ok. Standard fries, hot and floppy. Burger Ok, bacon floppy and rawish. Service not great. Didn't get any napkins in the drive through.

Used to give this branch my custom regularly it's went downhill very quickly last Wednesday I went to buy the big Mac jnr no bacon on the burger as advertised sickly wet feeling to the wrapper and the burger was stone cold and tasteless Fries were below look warm tasteless food and watered down soft drink will not return here they've lost my customDefinitely regretted this visit I should have complained and at least refunded for such a terribly awful experience

Business picking up just as I went in staff coped well and nobody was waiting a long time . Standard Big mac the quality is the same no matter which branch you go into .Nice clean table to sit at . There was a big queue for the drive in but it was moving well

First of all I put in a complaint as my take away was a bit wrong, I phoned and spoke to David who dealt with my complaint promptly and professionally, I would like to apologise for being a little moody on the phone, I’d like to personally thank David for the great customer care he gave me. Service quick and efficient. Food normal standard but not really a real dinner in my opinion but the kids like it.

Had a cheeseburger from the saver menu for 99p and throughly enjoyed it. The guys are adept under pressure and although the queue was huge the service didn’t fail us.

Consistently good Mcdonald's fare assisted by mature floor staff. Nothing too much trouble for them, even finding and clearing a table for you. Well above average.

Only went through the drive through, however excellent service, staff were very pleasant and helpful and the food was out very quickly and was roasting hot. Excellent service.

Come here regularly and usually there's never an issue. If I had to point out a negative it wud be the staff asking u repeatedly if u wanna use the touch screens to place ur order.

Utiliza el nuevo orden establecido por una orden para llevar. No pude encontrar exactamente dónde cola como clientes distribuidos en ambas líneas debido al espacio pequeño. Fue en un concurrido período así que supongo que el caos era de esperar. Sin embargo, miembro del personal que nos atendió en la puerta era muy acogedor y se ofreció a ayudarnos con el uso de la nueva forma de ordenar. Ella era muy agradable, como el personal detrás del mostrador que se ocupó con nuestra orden. Intentaría evitar la temporada alta.

Chips were under cooked.staff were friendly all new in side . Never seems to get better at Alloa. Would be a lot better if they spent more time on the food.

Came here Monday with quite a difficult food order the assistant got my order completed well and everything correct best manners and friendly service here very attentive and clean inside love coming here will continue to do so food is very well cooked hot and tasty

As usual from Alloa McDonalds, half our order was missing. This happens all too often at Alloa McDonalds. Sick of it, I tried calling 3times but it rang out. I emailed a week ago and still not had a reply. Check your orders folks before you leave!!! We went through the drive thru and I didn't check until I got home and found parts of order missing!!! Ridiculous.

Popped in on a Saturday afternoon at about 3pm, ordered our food to a miserable assistant who never once said please or thank you. Couldn't get a booth as they were full with kids who didn't have food. Waited about 6 minutes for our food, when it arrived the chips were limp d had turned a darker colour. Chips and burger were cold, the lady cleaning the tables heard me ask my husband if his food was cold and she offered to replace our meals, my husband was half way through his by now so declined. I got a fresh piping hot replacement within minutes, this is how it should have been in the first place!If it hadn't been for the lady cleaning the tables I would have left without eating.It's not the first time I have had a cold meal from this outlet and there is always the issue of seating, it's so small people shouldn't be allowed to "book" seats before being served. Last summer I was left standing with a tray of food for 3 of us and nowhere to sit not even outside. Poor management and even worse customer care and staff training.Go to Burger King in Stirling it's only a 10 minute drive!

To be honest it is good here,we quite often gonin here for tea/coffee or chicken strips of if early sausage McMuffin.I do not drink coffee however my girlfiend informs me the coffee is tip top quality.nearly always busy but Always clean

Busy period, staff very helpful in clearing table for us. Very clean appearance, staff really polite and friendly.

Wife and I stop here occasionally when shopping in Alloa. We are not big on McDonald's food and only stop here for a coffee which is very good.

Visit here quite frequently as work just 5 minutes away.The floor staff are the best thing here they are extremely friendly and always happy to help if there is an issue which unfortunately is quite frequently.From cold chips to burgers that look like they have been prepared far too fast and squashed down.I only try to visit here if I'm in a extreme hurry or when with the kids.

staff very friendly & approachable in Grangemouth McDonalds, having visited Falkirk I prefer Grangemouth for all our McDs, nothing is a problem, great manager very helpful.

Been here before so was as expected but it was nice & quiet & much needed after shopping , toilets clean & staff friendly .

Fast service, friendly staff, hot fries! Overall brilliant experience.with the dual drive thru now the service time is quicker. The hot is always hot and fresh. The seating inside looks welcoming and comfortable too

This was the single most disappointing Mcdonalds experience ever. Went via the drive through ordering for four people. Service was reasonably quick although did have to wait in the grill order. When our order came out we decided to check as there was a few requests for changes of things on food. One burger was wrong so I decided to just nip in and ask for a fresh one. They guy behind the till then brought over the manager Karen. No idea how she is a manager in a customer based establishment as she had the most disgusting attitude. Instead of simply going okay I shall get that for you right away she demanded that I went back out to my car and brought my whole order in. She then decided to check the whole order in front of me, in essence making me out to be a liar. She was actually on the verge of being quite aggressive. After going through all the order and tearing the burgers apart she then said the would have to replace the whole order and this was my fault. I only asked her to get me a new plain burger. She then said she would bring the fresh order out to my car. Once at my car she proceeded to start having a go at my partner demanding to know why a plain burger was requested and saying the order was right. I ended up putting the window up and driving off. I shall never be back again.

Love Mcdonald's as a family treat and our closet McDonald's is sadly Alloa. They never get the order right - either items missing, incorrect or stone cold.Ordered from the drive through for breakfast and had to go in because they had forgotten to put the muffins in the bag. I don't know about you but I use the drive through to get fast food but I usually end up having to go in to fix out their errors and while doing that the rest of my order gets cold.Tonight fries were stone cold in the three happy meals and 2 large meals, cheeseburgers were missing ketchup, pickle and chopped onion and when called up to complain the manger was less than helpful.Time and time again Alloa McDonald's have messed up by either giving me someone else's order, giving me parts of my order or by giving me cold inedible food and have been told it is because I have a "complex" order - I simply ask they do not put one item of ingredient on my big mac how exactly is omitting one ingredient make it complex? surely this is on the level of basic understanding.I have ordered the exact same order from Stirling McDonald's out by Sainbury's a good few times and never had an issue. I will now drive the extra 9 miles to get better service and food. Never again will I go to Alloa McDonald's its a waste of time and money.

Ok I'll start by saying i'm not really a McDonald's fan, its not normally my kind of thing but you know the way you end up there every so often out of convenience? Well I've been to this McDonald's at least 5-6 times over the last few years and it has amazing service, the food is always fresh and I've always thought it was some sort of training branch or something as they really go over and above the normal service for you. Well done to this McDonald's owner as for someone who is not a fan, i commend the level of service and food standards you produce here. Yes, should i ever need a quick bite, i would definitely eat here again :-)

What can I say about McDs that you won't already know? They are at least consistent but ultimately what you get from them is for filling a hole in your stomach and not much more. The quality of their burgers is atrocious but when combined with the buns, sauce, pickles etc. the result is, weirdly, more than the sum of its parts but I would never describe it as a 'burger', I can only describe the item they give you as a 'McDonalds'. Every single thing you get from McDs has a similar underlying taste and smell which, sometimes, can be a little disconcerting. Even though what you get is horrifically unhealthy and of a particularly poor quality it doesn't seem to stop people (myself included) from going back time and time again so they must be doing something right...

Staff are always friendly and cheerful. Unfortunately, the window onto the drive thru lowers the temperature of the restaurant so customers always keen to leave, not because they are ready - because they are cold.
