Mcdonalds Bracknell High Street in Bracknell Forest

Absolutely disgusting, ordered via Uber eats and it took 35 minutes from collection to delivery, food was stone cold, complained to Uber eats and they appreciated my patience? Will never use either of these companies again and would strongly advise you not to either.

First off. This is not about the food. While we all know it’s not healthy eating, it was prepared well and the grey shirts in Mac Donald’s work very hard and I appreciate their service! But When I order something and get the wrong thing it annoys me. When I question my order to the white shirt taking my order and he tells me He has done it right even though I insisted I was being charged too much. This annoys me. When I walk 15 minutes to my office before sitting to eat, open it to find the wrong stuff it annoys me off. I already had to stand waiting for several minutes in a quiet restaurant (it definitely wasn’t busy), before asking to be served and that annoyed me Overall unimpressed by the man in the white shirt. And annoyed. Again thank you to the grey shirts for the continued hard work. White shirt manager person you owe me money and believe me when I say I will be in to let you know my feelings

Currently sitting in McDonald's, Kids sitting around vaping with no food, probably bunking off school and staff do not challenge them

Do not order from this restaurant. Ordered a meal deal costing £17. 39 through uber eats and the main (burger) was missing. Called the restaurant and Jordan the manager told me to call 'this number'. No help, No such number. Called uber and the offered me a £2 refund. Also, the food that did show up was stone cold. I bitterly regret doing business with mcdonalds and uber eats and I wouldn't use either of them again if they were the last restaurant on earth. £17.39 down the crapper.

Place order from app to collect, when we got home found box of sharing nuggets missing a one large fries. Tried to ring the number shown on website all it keeps saying is number not recognized. Total joke, will now have to pop in tomorrow at some point to sort this matter out. Need to get orders correct and I will not just be accepting make it up next time as our whole order was wasted due to store not getting a simple order right.

Staff were hard working and friendly but food was revolting! I lifted the top off my burger and nearly retched straight to the bin it went!!! Meat was pale and slimy looking I wouldn't have given this to a dog!!! You get what you pay for but I don't plan to pay for this muck ever again!!!

My last 10 x orders from this branch on deliveroo. No sauces delivered with 20 box of nuggets. Each order 4 x curry sauces are on the order only for McDonalds staff at lexicon to not pack them with order . The nuggets are pretty flavourless without the sauce . So the mids always disappointed. Ordered food for me and my 3 children this evening. Only to receive our drinks, so not only did you miss out a meal it was 4 meals!!! Bloody joke. Not the first time it’s happened either, never ordering online from here again,

We have just ordered via Just Eat as my daughter has covid and we are all self isolating. As she cannot have her Birthday party, we ordered her favourite but her cheeseburger was missing. Just Eat can only refund and not give us free re delivery and there is an incorrect telephone number online for the McDonald's in town. We are really disappointed!!

Big mac tasted horrible, opened bun to find big mac sauce , tomatoe sauce and mustard ,a horrible combination hence why this is not supposed to be in this burger. Nuggets were below room temperature and sauces were again , the sauces missing is a constant issue with this branch ,at best the nuggets are bland and the sauces make or break it . Chips were also missing . Delivery went in bin and we ordered a pizza , a waste on money and an hour of waiting time .

Great service, hand sanitizer available, promoted to check in for NHS track and trace; we did already do this while waiting to enter but was great they was encouraging this.

Food took a long time to be prepared as there were so many delivery orders going out. Chips were cold. For the happy meal, asked for book instead of toy but got given toy anyway.

My mum ordered McDonald’s on Uber eats and the delivery didn’t work for 1 hour! Eventually, we got what we ordered and the food was delish 😋. Then again, McDonald’s should be a bit of a treat! 😁

It’s truly frightening. When we originally tried a McDonald’s back in the 70s we couldn’t believe how good they were.....big.....succulent and value for money. Now there small......tasteless......cold. You be better eating the box. The fries were also cold, yuk. The only positive food aspect was the chocolate milkshakes. It’s ridiculous that they even now have customers, seems crazy that people tolerate this food. We all know the term is junk food but this is really junk food. What did it cost for 2 adults and a child aged 5.....£18. I must be nuts. Shame on you McDonald’s .

visited this store yesterday to treat our grandson before going back to school , it was very busy and the staff were working hard so we expected to wait a while , however it still took 25 minutes to get our order and the food was barely warm when we finally got it.

Absolutely useless, they can never seem to get anything correct! An employer of monkeys paying peanuts! I don’t expect much and even then it’s still a joke. And I won’t even start on the UBER EATS situation......

ABSOLUTE JOKE...... Ordered a Mcdonalds through Uber eats, once it arrived it was missing a whole meal (double quarter pounder meal) there is nobody to complain to either. DO NOT USE THESE AND UBER EATS, IT IS A COMPLETE PISS TAKE.

Ordered on the touchscreen but took 14 mins to be delivered to our table so children rather fed up with waiting. A staff member gave them a balloon each which was a nice touch though. Tables were a bit sticky & could have done with a wipe but plenty of room. Food was ok no problems with it.

Absolute joke of a restaurant! First time I ordered via Uber eats I didn’t get any beef in my big Mac’s or cheese BURGERS... breakfast ordered this morning and they didn’t put the breakfast wrap or syrup to go with my pancakes! Must employ absolute idiots

The food is completely standard for a McDonald's, nice that the majority of waste is recycled and it is clear where non-recyclable waste can go. The staff are friendly. Service can be very slow, I often find that I have to queue to order, either at a machine or with a person, and then have to queue again for quite some time to get my order, this is the case whether it is a busy time of day or not.

Arrived looking to purchase the new mcflurry and half the kiosk machines were slimy and unresponsive and so we queued up to the front main desk. The staff who served me was friendly and cracked a joke which was nice to see. We got our mcflurries a couple of minutes afterwards.

You will know what to expect with this chain . On two floors. Central location. Modern and bright. Kids will enjoy as always

Avoid at all costs.a family visit we ordered the grand big Mac was supposed to come with bacon which they didn't although taking the straight back was refused bacon it's as if they thought we had eaten it.bugger was dry tasteless hot chocolate I could have painted my fence was so thick.never again. Mc Donald in Bracknell moved to the side in front of Santander bank. It’s nice and they have more chairs and cozy. The till ate smaller but they have self service ordering . Most of the staff are still the same . They also have second floor.being newly renovated building , it’s look more cleaner and relaxing with good music on. The staff remained friendly. The food are of course mMc Donald’s Standards . Quick service and organised. They have disable toilet downstairs.

Popped in for a quick small cheeseburger small fries and hot choc. How simple can it be. The restaurant certainly was not busy. Ordered on the big screen and paid, then waited and waited and waited and waited..... Staff working at slow pace and looking miserable. Something totally wrong with the management here. Fast food it is NOT. Thought we would try out new location but will not be revisiting.

Ok so I understand not all that happened was their faul, but it was still terrible. First of all I used the machines to make my order but the recipient wouldn’t print. This meant I had no proof of my order. Then when I collected my order I found out that I had a Diet Coke instead of a milkshake. I made sure it was my order and was told that the milkshake machine wasn’t working. That was all well and good but they could of told me or taken it off of the menu. I thought it wasn’t a big deal until I opened up my chicken nuggets to find only 6 when I ordered 9. This meant that I payed extra for nothing. U was going to complain when I realised I didn’t have a Receipt meaning I had no proof that I ordered 9 in the first place. It really was a terrible trip.

Shocking customer service from the till staff right up to the manager, I had to take a cheeseburger back 3 times because it was cold to touch, I was asked if I had a receipt the 3rd time, laughing as I complained, almost child like.

Would not eat there no more. Its dirty and the team does not look like they want to work. Felt sick leaving with the food. Come on Mcdonlads

Well you don't expect much in the line of service is it fast food n cheap but when you give a 20 note n have wait while with no reason as to wot the problem. Ask the assistant manager what the problem is get told "keep getting loads of these". What did he mean that I carry round fake notes??? Gave a different note no real checking. Ask the girl wot is the problem no answer just looked down. McDonald's I'm disappointed for you to have such staff that lack the skills to talk there customers in a responsible way.

We know it’s difficult with high volume customers but the floor under our and other tables were littered with old napkins and remains of food. It’s not a good look and made us feel uneasy especially with young children. Again no chocolate milkshakes !. Burgers were dry, not succulent but chips ok. It’s just not like the old days, 1970s/80s. The burgers might be 100% beef but when did beef taste like cardboard. Come on McDonalds .....Step Up please.

Popped into McDonald’s Bracknell lexicon this evening after a trip to the flicks with my son. Didn’t want a main meal but the lad ordered a snack, we were eating later so just something small. Persuaded me to order small chicken nuggets and a small milkshake which I ordered. The server was a tall chap,short hair, seemed nice enough but his behaviour was a bit odd, no communication and to be honest a bit dodgy. He charged me £4.50, I paid with 3 pound coins and a 2 pound coin. It was only when I had left that it struck me that4.50 was probably a bit much for what I had ordered plus I had no change or receipt. More fool me you might say and you’d be correct but I’m not used to checking McDonald’s because generally they’re so honest and efficient. Will be more careful next time and not go back to this one. I noticed that the guy concerned had no ‘stars’ so he might have been a rookie but then again.....

My wife and I took our daughter and granddaughter for a meal in the McDonald in the new Lexicon shopping centre. It was around 6pm. The restaurant was not particularly busy and the tables were dirty as was the floor. We ordered our food and had to wait 12 minutes without any explanation has to why the delay. The food came eventually. There were 4 of us and we were given 3 paper napkins for 4 people. We used the 3 napkins to clean the table. I asked for 4 extra napkins for our meal it was met with a roll of the eyes and a tut I was given 3 more?

Not much I can say really but food hot and polite staff and that's all you want when ordering cheap eats. Recommend.

As with any Mc Donalds, you know what you are going to get and its a reasonable standar and clean when we went.

This place is dirty, poor service, poor staff, and only seems to attract customers that fit its environment. I believe this is closing down. I can understand why.

Same depressing McDonald's food but in an absolutely filthy restaurant, it was only 11:30 but the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the day before. Interior dated and worn out. Really awful experience, avoid it unless you are starving and it's the only place open; in fact even then, don't go in, forage for wild mushrooms instead.

Bisited mcdonalds today, spent 20 minuets waiting for our food and eventually got a refund, the lobby area was filthy every table was soiled and bins were overflowing. Wont be going back there! Skr

Love the McDonald's by the town centre. A little bit busy during lunch time coz students from bracknell college and offices goes there at lunch time. Quick service and polite customer services. You can book children birthday party . Love the burger

The site is soon to be developed as part of the ongoing town plans. Probably moving into the Cargo store. What can we say about McDonalds? Food is what you expect. Always extremely predicable. Staff on auto-pilot. Have a nice day.

Walked past the restaurant today. Dreadful sewer smell outside. Has been going on for weeks. Lots of people going past the restaurant to see the new Lexicon development, gagging at the smell. Has someone been pouring fat and grease down the drain?

Sometimes the food is hot, sometimes it is not, just your bog standard Mcdonalds standard really, it's good for food on the run

This is in need of a damn good refurb. You would think with the development in town they would consider moving to a new location. At the heart its the same old McDonald's cheap and cheerful just looking dated

It has been there since 1984 and still serving up the same old junk food. If you value your health don't even think about going in there.

Standard McDonalds is you can say really? Usual menu and quality as you would expect. Good enough though.

Great place to just grab a meal for the whole family. There are plenty of highchairs for the little ones and nice clean surroundings. Excellent value for money

This McDonalds seems to always be crowded and there seems to always be kids hanging around outside that makes it look like it is even more crowded that it is.

It's pretty standard, good value food, service is normally quite quick, doesn't have a drive thru but mill pond McDonald's is just up the road if your to lazy to get out.

This is one of your typical mcdonalds where good food is served and the staff is also friendly. Unfortunately, it does not have a drive-through, and hence if you want to do a take-away, it is a bit inconvenient.

Good location at end of shopping centre. Very quick service and plenty of seating. The sauces and napkins are always well stocked

McDonalds- you know what you're getting and you get it! This one has been updated in their green colours but it still feels a little bit tacky. BUT I love McDonalds

Area wasnt good but food fine. Had a big mac, tasted the same as every other big mac, made well, wasnt all falling out of the bun, chips were warm. Restaurant was full of people, pretty popular place.

It is like every other one in the world. It's advantage in Bracknell is that it is about the only restaurant that hasn't been demolished during the extensive rebuilding programme. Located next to Bentalls

Stopped here late on a Friday night and found the area where it is situated quite intimidating, with groups of youths hanging around the shopping precinct.It is also a very difficult location to drive to as there doesn't appear to be any parking.On the positive side however the young girl serving was extremely pleasant and efficient, probably the best I have encountered in a McDonalds

On first appearance this fast food restaurant looks like any other place to go for a quick bite to eat but this place is in another league of its own. As soon as you step in on a Saturday you get greeted by Daniel who is Customer Care for the rest of his shift. This guy is a credit to his organisation and unique for his age. You get an amazing smile and a genuine need to help you in any way. Nothing is too much trouble for him and as you sit down to eat his amazing efforts are always visible. The staff on this Saturday were all smiling and the food was hot and well presented on the tray. A very pleasing visit and I would highly recommend a visit to anyone who is coming into bracknell.

i took my little girl here as we walked around town as she wanted something to eat she had the chicken nuggets kids meal which she enjoyed i had a big mac i think couldnt eat it all as it was cold and paid the extra to go large as wellso just drank the drink and left half the burger and chips, dont go to places like that much as i dont like them and if i do prefer KFC

MacDonalds the 16th best place to eat in Bracknell!? I've got to say I've been to Bracknell once and I would not return again not even for the 16th best restaurant .

Visited due to having a voucher for free chips and was on my own. The restaurant was a typical Mcdonalds but you cannot take anything away from them, they do it well.

The one thing about McDonald's is they are consistent but....As with all restaurant's it depends on the time of day, who serves you and who is cooking. This one seems tight for space and if you are eating in it is very noisy and difficult to relax....too small.

Been to this McDonalds and was quite happy with the WIFI. I also enjoyed my food here and the doughnut was delicious! The place was clean and the staff were totally friendly! The seats were nice to sit on and I am happy i came.

This McDonald in High street provides high speed internet for free and we have the complete menu available. Break fast is until 10:30 AM in the morning and cappuccino is at the best taste.staff is friendly.
