Lovely apart from the fact my yea was spilt in the food bag

Very happy with the order. The chicken bakes were still warm, which also kept my 4-pack of 'cold' sausage rolls warm too. Doughnuts were perfect. Will definitely be ordering Greggs again for breakfast :)

Original delivery time given 12.50 to 1.20. Final delivery at 1.38. Just not good enough

My baguette and sausage roll wee cold as some bright spark put a bottle of cold drink in with the hot food who does that? Unbelievable!

The pizzas did not look cooked and all of the toppings had slid off the top.

Greggs sent the wrong orderbut someone from the shop rang before it arrived and told me to ask the driver to return to the shop .The man in shop told me to order a sausageroll and he would send anew order for that cost and he would void the first ord

Delivery driver was lovely. The store messed up my order slightly, instead of a white choc chip cookie I was given another triple choc cookie.

The main annoyance was not being able to cancel my order as I had sent the food to the wrong address I did it in plenty of time but another reason as the could have stopped the order going to my home instead of the office such a joke I’m still very angry about it

Service provided by the staff was very good & very helpful and friendly and quick. Great selection of products in stock to choose from. "Love their sausage rolls and jammie Doughnuts". Also their Cheese & 🧀 Ham Toasties are still warm after 30 minutes after buying them. "Keep the good work going Greggs ". Be back soon .

driver went above the call of duty waiting for Greggs to make more sausage roll. he had to wait 30 minutes at Greggs, for them to make more of the only thing they started making. many thanks to the driver 5/5

Greggs are usually well stocked, reasonably priced and their sausage rolls are legendary. Unfortunately this Bracknell branch was not the tidiest, and service was slow.

Does not give you the option to say food was not delivered. Food never got delivered at all and I have cameras outside my house and neighbours and it said it has been delivered!

Food arrived on time and still warm

10:30 in the morning and the outside area was filthy. We had to wipe down food from the tables and chairs just to take a seat. It looked like it had not been cleaned from the day before, and definitely can’t have been swept. Yet signs up saying don’t feed the birds. The table I have photographed has been vacated for around 25/30 minutes and staff member has been walking past ignoring it. Lady on the till was lovely and friendly though.

Driver was late due to doing other deliveries, so my food was Luke warm, and it had been knocked about and the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. no apologies from Driver or store.

Sandwich and coffee cold. It arrived 1.5h after ordering. Never again!

The food was cold as usual far too much tomato sauce so when you bit into the roll it spilled out all over my clothes the bacon was Rock hard almost solid!

This order took nearly 2 hours to arrive and was cold when it did and not even edible

How hard is it to check there's 3 items in the bag. Everytime I order you manage to mess something up.

i'm a scouser and on sat 9th, i decided to go down to bracknell for greggs. the place is super warm, nice and comforting but what made it really stand out was the girl that served me - tori. she was dead nice, kind and seemed kindhearted. what amazed me more was the fact that she was a trainee - with the way tori served me, you would've thought she's been there for time! i recommend the sausage rolls as well! nice atmosphere, i suggest coming here soon and if you're lucky, you'd be served by some really nice people

The order was missing 8 items totalling £9.10 but for some reason, Just Eat are refusing compensation. Restaurant was contacted and a message left but has yet to return the call. This is not the first time that they have missed items on an order.

I paid for a tuna crunch pasta NOT a baguette. Complete waste of money and now, considering j was having that later, I now have to magic an evening meal from somewhere. Do your jobs properly.

Driver left a bag of food behind, Even though he was asked by the staff to wait. They rang me to say this before he got here. And he wouldn’t go back.

Coffee wasn’t sealed properly and had spilled, soaked through its own bag and has soaked through to the pizza slice. Sausage rolls were cold. Diet Coke was okay though.

Whilst we do love a Greggs breakfast, today was rather disappointing. Sadly they sent the wrong baguette, although husband was not overly fussed, the restaurant didn’t check the order before shipping out. Meant to be hot, but lukewarm. Had to heat it up ourselves and put the sauce in which they forgot. Normally we can’t complain as we are part of the lazy community and expect delivery. So it’s our own fault at the end of the day. Delivery guy was friendly enough and did apologise for the delay.

Greggs need to learn to stop putting freezing cold cans in with the hot food they deliver. My food turned up flat as a pancake and as if it had been in the fridge, due to being placed underneath two freezing cold drinks cans.

The service was not good. Told order ready to collect.staff could not find order. Said it may have gone to the other Greg’s. I know where I ordered my food too. Waiting for staff to sort this out then made us late for the cinema. Not acceptable.

My order didn't turn up and then in a sheer disregard for gdpr and data protection my phone number was on the order that was given to a stranger. The driver said barely a word, no apology and made it out to my fault whilst thrusting another customers order at me.

Delivery time kept on being pushed back and then the driver couldn’t find me as the map for some reason showed the incorrect address so the food and coffee were stone cold!

We didn’t receive the correct cookies so some of the order wasn’t correct. We ordered two triple chocolate cookies and two white chocolate cookies but received four triple chocolate ones which was a shame as my wife doesn’t like those, she only wanted and likes white chocolate. Rest of the food was nice and actually arrived hot instead of it normally arriving cold.

Delivered to the wrong address, hot food had gone cold but had made the icing on the doughnuts melt and the sugar sweat away. When the person called instead of sorting their mistake they left her to contact me and sort out us collection.

Courier at restaurant for ages. Time kept moving to later. Courier arrives telling me the. Drink has spilt everywhere including over the food - I asked him if he would report it but he said I had to do it. Trying for a refund now.

Without doubt THE worst experience on Just Eat. The “breakfast’ took 2 hours to turn up so didn’t arrive until lunchtime. The ‘hot’ chocolate was stone cold as well as the omelette/sausage/bacon baguette. The donut, cookie and muffin also ordered were squashed up together in a box. Obviously they didn’t enjoy their ride over. Never again.

ordered extra bacon in my bacon roll and an extra sausage in my baguette and didn't get either. if they aren't going to pay attention to the order details I won't be ordering from them in the future

I understand it was quite busy but when I asked the guy for two vegetable bakes he said they will be ready in 5 I asked after 20 minutes and they weren’t even put in the oven yet. Then I asked someone else and she gave me the wrong one I’m a halal eater so that’s unacceptable. And then was told another 10 minute wait I understand it’s busy however they have no communication
