Greggs in Bracknell Forest

Coffee turned up cold and waited almost an hour for 2 coffees. Will never be ordering again. Said 15min delivery time.

Based on the fact I paid for HOT sausage rolls/food I didn’t get what I paid for. The food was cold

The only bad thing was the delivery man was very rude

Food was slightly cooler than I’d expect but still very delicious

Ordered baguette but got a roll, no sausage in the bacon and sausage baguette and requested non fatty bacon and got the fattiest bacon. Really disappointed.

I just went into greggs to pick up a pizza slice and a sweet treat for myself after completing some errands. I appreciate it was a busy time at approximately 2:30 on a Saturday, but I barely got an acknowledgement from the guy who served me. I went to pay and tapped the screen with my card, expecting him to come back to finish the transaction, but he just walked away working on other things. I said hello? A couple times as i was confused. The card transaction went through, but I didn't get a receipt or confirmation that the sale was over for the next person. Also, the topping came off the pizza in the packaging. Just an all round disappointing experience.

Food was cold and donuts were squashed in the box! Absolutely shocking

Would be lovely if all the food I ordered was delivered. Hash Browns missing again!!! Can’t even request refund on them as they were an extra. Not only that, would be thoughtful of staff who pack the order, not to put the orange juice in the same bag as the hot drinks. Hot orange juice is not very pleasant!

Food is OK but not always warm enough. Staff are friendly and welcoming. BUT the seating area and floor was covered in litter and bits of food. Not very hygienic. Mostly caused by customers but needs to be cleaned more frequently

The food was cold the bacon was like it had come out of the fridge the only thing that was hot was the coffee I paid for extra bacon it didn’t look like I got extra bacon!

Awful. Hot chocolate like warm water - no chocolate in it and bake cold and was sausage and beans instead of steak… like you have one job… one

Ordered a meal deal with some extras added on, however all the extra parts were missing. And to top it off, the food was pretty cold. Wouldn’t order here again.

I walked in with a few friends to get some lunch and I was served by a Chinese man with glasses I think his name is Hark he was very rude and abrupt. His customer service was outrageous I will definitely not return to Greggs!!

I ordered omelette and bacon roll I got bacon and sausage roll despite putting a note on the order asking them to make sure items were correct

There were 5 staffs at Greggs and they let 1 trainee on a till with 20 people waiting in a queue. The rest of the staff were acting busy and seem like they were working on the same thing despite the fact that the whole queue was waiting. I waited 20 mins until my turn but there were only 2 customers in front of me. Absolutely terrible staff arrangement and all the staff ignored the presence of a long queue. I was there at 16:25pm, got my food at 16:45.

Why is my coffee always warm and not hot it spoils my meal!

The bacon in my roll and the sausage rolll were cold my coffee was hot thank you for that!

Didn’t receive my full order. Have advised they will return for only items missed, do not believe this is good enough.. shouldn’t have happened ! Driver delivered the food which was packed correct on time and was friendly

yet again another missing item on the order. I ordered a breakfast meal deal with the hash browns as a side and they weren't delivered. plus delivery was over 20 mins later than planned delivery time.

10 mins late sausage roll was not warm

Ordered vegetable curry bake, got two sausage rolls. Received an unvaried selection of filled donuts. Not quite what I ordered but it'll do!

Courier went to the wrong address hence me having to reheat the food because it was cold

The hot and cold food had been packed together. As both hot and cold had been ordered why didn't they pack them separately.

Took over an hour from order time to arrive. When it arrived it was cold. But they’d packed the hot food with the doughnuts so they’d all melted. A distinct lack of common sense.

i am a regular greggs customer but this review is not for greggs its for the person working there HARK on this store .He was being soo rude not welcoming . Morning coffee should be served with a smile not staring at someone with agression like having something personal. I personally recommened to give him some extra training before letting him to serve customers . He spoiled my whole day.

Food took forever, ordered at 10:00am and arrived at 11:10am for two bacon and sausage rolls and two steak bakes. Cold when arrived. Won't order for delivery from this Greggs again.

Absolutely disgusting coffee spilt every where the food was cold actually the coffee was like warm! Every time I get a coffee from here it arrives here spilt every where and the bag was split I’m fed up of ordering food it getting to me cold and univiting.

The food was excellent the time kept changing the I was at the door seconds before the courier arrived he had put the food on a cold concrete floor and within seconds her was out of the main door of the block of flats o asked why he put the food on the floor he was rude and unpleasant! I am an old lady and struggle to get around leaving food on the floor makes it difficult to pick it up!

Why put the food in with the drinks? The drink gone everywhere. It was last & cold

I ordered 4 items one was a hot cheese and ham baguette. There was hardly any cheese in it and the baguette was hard( not crispy)

missing item from order. I ordered hash browns as an extra with a meal deal order and they were not put in the bag. no matter how nice the food is, if the order is not correct, it leaves a bitter taste that u have paid for something and not received it.

Very happy with the order. The chicken bakes were still warm, which also kept my 4-pack of 'cold' sausage rolls warm too. Doughnuts were perfect. Will definitely be ordering Greggs again for breakfast :)

Original delivery time given 12.50 to 1.20. Final delivery at 1.38. Just not good enough

My baguette and sausage roll wee cold as some bright spark put a bottle of cold drink in with the hot food who does that? Unbelievable!

The pizzas did not look cooked and all of the toppings had slid off the top.

Greggs sent the wrong orderbut someone from the shop rang before it arrived and told me to ask the driver to return to the shop .The man in shop told me to order a sausageroll and he would send anew order for that cost and he would void the first ord

Delivery driver was lovely. The store messed up my order slightly, instead of a white choc chip cookie I was given another triple choc cookie.

The main annoyance was not being able to cancel my order as I had sent the food to the wrong address I did it in plenty of time but another reason as the could have stopped the order going to my home instead of the office such a joke I’m still very angry about it

Service provided by the staff was very good & very helpful and friendly and quick. Great selection of products in stock to choose from. "Love their sausage rolls and jammie Doughnuts". Also their Cheese & 🧀 Ham Toasties are still warm after 30 minutes after buying them. "Keep the good work going Greggs ". Be back soon .

driver went above the call of duty waiting for Greggs to make more sausage roll. he had to wait 30 minutes at Greggs, for them to make more of the only thing they started making. many thanks to the driver 5/5

Greggs are usually well stocked, reasonably priced and their sausage rolls are legendary. Unfortunately this Bracknell branch was not the tidiest, and service was slow.

Does not give you the option to say food was not delivered. Food never got delivered at all and I have cameras outside my house and neighbours and it said it has been delivered!

Food arrived on time and still warm

10:30 in the morning and the outside area was filthy. We had to wipe down food from the tables and chairs just to take a seat. It looked like it had not been cleaned from the day before, and definitely can’t have been swept. Yet signs up saying don’t feed the birds. The table I have photographed has been vacated for around 25/30 minutes and staff member has been walking past ignoring it. Lady on the till was lovely and friendly though.

Driver was late due to doing other deliveries, so my food was Luke warm, and it had been knocked about and the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. no apologies from Driver or store.

The food was cold as usual far too much tomato sauce so when you bit into the roll it spilled out all over my clothes the bacon was Rock hard almost solid!
