Yet again i find my self writing a review, on the incompetent and bad service of md sidcup ,, yet again I order on just eat completely wrong order sent , how are they getting orders wrong like this time after time,,, surely you either need to employ better staff to no what there doing or give staff training to send out the correct food time after time my orders are in correct I've never known a mc donalads that are so incompetent and such bad service,, md you need to sort this out it's about time ,, not a happy customer once again,,, it's poor service,, and I will keep putting review until they sort this out ,TAKE NOTE PLEASE MANGEMENT if you actually read you reviews,??

Today date. Waited like everyone else did on the collection line as you do from my partner ordering. I stood where it says collection at the end of a crazy long queue. Was then approached by a young, uneducated, untrained kfc worker look at about 17. Was ask can i see what you ordered and was told to move right to the other side to the delivery line because my order was not even made yet bare in mind my partner was the one who ordered it i was just waiting to collect it with a pram with my child. Was told to follow her which i did but i felt why are you telling me out of 30 other people standing around waiting for collection just like me and making me feel i was bashing through peoples trainers because she wanted me to move. She said your order is nowhere near done. it's not even made yet. The customer service of hers the way she approached me was as if she was higher up in the ranks. Her tone was kiddyfied and embarrassing, and she tried smirking. There was no reason to tell me to follow her like a latch dog. Simply won't be spending any more of my time and money from this branch again. Retrain your staff to do better. As a matter of facts only the order line was organised when ordering. The collection and delivery line was all over the place. But yous hire uneducated staff to tell you where to stand even though it was hectic and out of place! This happened around 7.15pm. I walked away, having to sit and eat angry. It was not a great experience. My only good points were collecting the food and was asked by a male kfc staff member that you requested for a side rib, which was right.

Nipped in here out of desperation when everything shut at 9pm. Toilets were repulsive. Two cubicles, one blocked, no loo roll in the other cubicle. Tables all dirty, all staff behind the counter so no-one dealing with the grimy tables. Filthy floor. Pretty disgusting all round. Asked for the table to be cleaned and the member of staff did our table, ignored all the others then went back behind the counter to hang around and chat. The food was acceptable so 2 stars. Not sure why I expected much else from McDs.

Miserable, grumpy staff , cant believe it takes 15 minutes to produce a porridge whilst the branch was very quiet don't think ill bother with this branch again

Fast and hot food, order was spot on despite making multiple amendments to each meal. Freshly made and tasty Service was pleasant - served by Alex who was polite and friendly

I think this was actually the worst doner kebab I've had. It was rock hard and was unedable. I called to complain and got offered a free kebab next time but dont live in the area and only staying for one night so not very helpful.

Shocking service, waited over an hour and half for delivery, driver sat in same spot for over an hour, shop don’t bother to answer phone so impossible to ask where order is 🙄 food freezing cold and soggy. Can of juice was warmer than the food 🤷‍♀️

Southall is a densely populated place. There are hundreds of customers. I'm afraid there is only one male toilet. Today 21Oct 2023 I've been there and waited 15 minutes to enter the toilet. My suggestion is to make more toilet there.

Just been to mcdonalds drive thru. The guy on the speaker was lovely and tried to up sell just as he's meant to, was lovely on the first window but that's where the good customer service stopped. Got to the second window of the drive thru only to be ignored straight off. Then when the guy brought the food over, I had to ask for the drinks as they were missing. Got the food home only to find the chips were cold, unsalted and looked like scrappy end not proper fries. Drinks also had way too much ice in it too. This place is going down hill rapidly.

I ordered 2 chicken mayos and my family ordered them self a meal aswell and as I received my meal I only had chips not the 2 chicken mayos I ordered and it's ashame because I have low iorn and I needed ro eat quick I felt sick and was looking fiward to it and this is NOT THE FIRST TIME last time I ordered 2 chicken mayos and only received the bun and mayo and the chicken wasn't in either of them. I'm so disappointed honestly please watch what your doing when making the burgers because I had nothing in them what kind of joke is this

Thought I’d give this place another go after it’s very expensive refit, to see if they’ve managed to address the quality of their chips, which have been reliably appalling for years……. nope, absolutely dreadful as usual… totally limp, cold & inedible…. how can you get something this simple this badly wrong? It’s not just once or twice, which would be forgivable…... it’s EVERY single time!!!!

Stopped at this McDonald’s for the new breakfast wrap and a tea. It tasted good going down. Seconds after I immediately felt that I wanted to vomit. I made to the toilets inside the restaurant and immediately started to throw up. Five minutes after throwing my guts up I thought I would speak to the manager to inform them of what had happened. To say the wasn’t concerned would be an understatement. I got the usual plateau ‘sorry to hear’ and ‘our food is temperature tested’. She wasn’t overly concerned for my wellbeing or that fact the food they had sold caused someone sick. The lack of concern for a patron was astounding. And the fact they sold food which made some one vomit thier guts up again not a concern shown.

El 25 de noviembre fui al restaurante la encargada que en el turno de la mañana nos dio tanta grosería y su actitud no tiene nada que ver con el servicio de vestuario que está lejos de tener el puesto de Gerente con su grosería.

Terrible service,no receipts,no doughnuts,no milkshakes...place was dirty table,female manager threw our order on the counter and stressed. Walked away before we got there zero stars for customer support

Always good food here, the seasonal options are always the best thing to get. Milkshakes are nearly always available. Quality location and lovely staff.
