Mcdonalds in Bexley

Ordered an Uber delivery and waited 45 minutes when eventually received it was stone cold except the ice cream which was melted ! Not the first time this has happened Will not be using again !

So, ordered a Just Eat delivery for the family on the 29/12 (came to about 29 pounds) at around 17h00, we followed the driver's progress and when he arrived in our road I went to the front door to greet him, 5 minutes went by and no-one came, then my son shouted from the living room that the order now showed as 'delivered'. Well, it might have been but certainly not where it was supposed to go to!! Rang JE who were completely useless so spoke to the restaurant directly, a guy called Sam who was just as unhelpful - he couldn't provide me with the driver's name, number or anything else and could only confirm that the order had left the restaurant. Apparently Mcdonalds do not check on drivers that arrive to collect orders!! I hope the people who stole my order choked on it, and in the meantime I am 29 pounds down in my account because of a thief, but they have lost a customer now - be aware of this when ordering from here!!! I would advise you to avoid at all costs

Waited nearly 2 hours just about to cancel and it arrived. Food all stone cold, milk shakes and ice cream melted. We live a 2 minute drive. Terrible! All went in the bin.

I was parking to the rear of McDonalds so my family could get a meal when they was frightened by a gang of youths trying to tip over a red car it turns out these where delivery drivers for McDonalds They was arguing and shouting with each other We decided it wasn’t safe for my family to visit McDonalds and we won’t again until these people are gone

Went in to get ONE coffee, ordered from behind the counter, got left standing around looking like an idiot while other people who were served after me collected their orders. In the end I had to ask for my coffee and was handed it by staff member who obviously finds his job very unrewarding!

popped in for a quick takeaway on a Sunday lunch. And whilst it was normal McDonald's food it was quickly cooked accurate and the girl serving us had a welcoming smile.

Go to mc donalds every now and then in the mornings for breakfast never anywhere to sit as its like a youth club in there full of school kids that haven't brought any food and just take up every table yet staff say nothing to them you can not eat food in as nowhere to sit

We ordered a large £50 plus order. On getting home we had half chip portions with 3 portions actually missing, missing 6 nugget meal and 2 drinks were only 3 quarters full. The chips were cold too. Dreadful! We called them and was told basically if we want the missing stuff, we need to go all the way back. No refund option unless we go back too. Should be free delivery surely! Very poor. Never again! Im not lovin it!

My daughter wanted a takeaway for her last night before secondary school and chose McDonald’s. I was a bit dubious as we’re never 100% happy with the portion size and temperature if we opt for a McDonald’s delivery. We still aren’t. The delivery was prompt and the driver was lovely but the food must have been cold before it was even given to the driver. The chips were less than half measures and everything was stone cold. To top it off my daughter opened her chicken select and found a hair. Yuck!! There is no way of replacing substandard food or getting our money back using the delivery service. Why is this?

I wouldn't normally bother reviewing a McDonalds as I don't consider it much more than a hole-filler, but today's visit left me feeling a review would be appropriate. Ordered the fillet of fish, which usually takes ages as it's a less popular option so has to be cooked to order. This time instead of stood around I was given a plastic number and able to sit down and wait for my meal to be brought over. It came in 3 or 4 minutes which was a nice surprise. The staff were really smart and polite and cleaned up for me when they had noticed i'd finished eating. Chips tasted very fresh too.

I ordered Quater Pounder No cheese,waited15 minute for the food only to see it had no onions,ketchup or gherkins. handed it back and asked if they can put ketchup and onion.They took the burger back and went to throw it away,i asked them not to as i waited long enough and had to go back to work.whilst waiting fot my food ,a woman working at the food prep was talking about me saying to her colleagues that i was a b***h and that i was rude .,not happy at all .there was no need for that .

Firstly had to ask for napkins. Ordered a cheese quarter pounder and large hot chocolate. The bun is too small for the burger so it hangs out. The hot chocolate tasted like hot water and was only filled three quarters of the way.

Good table service for the squady. My voucher was out of date and still worked so happy all round. Good vibes and fries. Thanks Ronald.

McDonald's latest weapon in keeping the riff-raff out of the Sidcup branch is to play classical music . . .

La Sidcup McDonalds ha sido recientemente remodelado y está ubicado en la Sidcup High Street. El restaurante está situado en una animada zona de la ciudad y atrae bastante footfall. Es el típico McD gig lo que puedes esperar aquí, pero ten cuidado de que este no es un recorrido a través de McDonalds. El más cercano se puede aparcar aquí es en el Morrison en la parte trasera del McDonalds y venir aquí para una comida rápida.

Worst McD's in the area. It's not rocket science. An occasional bad day I can understand, but having to wait more than 10 minutes for 'fast food' and then having it served cold - pathetic.

This place has been updated. Never to busy to find a seat and table. Quick service from smiley staff. Very clean, enjoy going here. Bit worried by the constant flow of young girls going to the loo, but not eating in the place. What do they do in there?

Free wifi and lots of mobile charge points which is really handy.

I was struggling with the new order screen. The staff were amazing and patient . happy with the McDonald's

If you are skint this restaurant will never fail you as it is very cheap and cheerful as the people are of every nationality and you never feel you are a stranger. For the man on the street we need fast food place as everyone is not rich and everyone is not rich all the time. The coffee is brilliant and so is the cookies,ice-creams and apple pies and now the cheese cakes. I am always impressed by the excellent decor!

Clean restaurant, fast food, friendly staff at a great price. What can you say about McDonalds love it or hate it it is great value for money, I like the price and I love the breakfast

I was held up in traffic and my wife had to find somewhere to wait, she went in to McDonalds. The manageress and staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and considerate to my wife, and even to me when eventually arriving. We then had something to eat and drink, whilst it was McDonalds usual burgers.the tea & coffee were both excellent.

always use this if we can park its quick hot and nice. Some McDonalds are busy and you wait this one ticks over and always serves you within five minutes and its clean. Very handy if you are parked in Morrison's at the back

If I was giving this a review based on visits of the years, (so a kind of average), it would probably score average to good, with the star ratings, because it's only been in the recent months, or perhaps couple of years, things have sunk to new depths.The main problem is that at crunch times, say around 10 am and/or 6 pm, that things start to come undone. It is not so much the orders being incorrect, as they are 90 per cent of the time good in this department, but more to do with a simple breakfast order taking 15 minutes and being very below par when it arrives home. (It is quite amazing that when something takes so long, that the muffins are still burnt to a cinder).While you stand at the counter, in your own thoughts, the server carries on their duties avoiding eye contact tensely and doesn't make any attempt to reassure you, the customer - how long it will be, why it's taking so long, or even attempt to be friendly and also do what should be done i.e. say "Sorry for the wait, please take a seat and have two own choice drinks on us."There are occassionally young student age kids who come and go, who seem to be fast, polite and despite being rookies to the world of fast food, do it all with efficiency and charm...The one shout out of positivity goes to the American supervisor. She can only work with the tools she is given and when she does an order it is correct and cooked nicely. Coming from the land of the free and the home of the good service industry, she must think every day, "These Brits and their bad service I heard about, it's all true!"Except it isn't - but you'd be forgiven for thinking it is, if you only visited Sidcup McDonlads!

It's not the food I object to but the chewing gum that covers the pavement outside. Kids meet outside, chew gum and throw it on the ground. You've done something about other litter now sort this problem out please.

We are regulars at this McDonalds. This because we find the staff to always be efficient and friendly. A good standard of food.The customer service is great, especially seeing how poorly some customers talk to the staff. Christina and Julian are amazing, they work hard, deal with a lot yet always remain smiling.

MacDonalds is the same wherever you go, but what I like is the fast, efficient service. Great and very convenient when in a hurry and need a snack!

Went in early no queue staff were polite ordered a big breakfast with a coke came quick plenty of seats all clean and tidy lady was cleaning as soon as people left now the toilets I hate public loos alway stink and dirty well this one was so clean I was shocked so prob best McDonald's I've been in you know what the foods like so my five stars are for cleanliness and the staff

ok this mcdonalds is very clean the girl who does this is wonderful always working hard the staff do need to concerntrate more on there take away orders been 3 times and every time the order is short and to go back is to far the place is full of teenagers who sit around near the window seating shouting and running around and buying nothing this is very intimidating yet no one tells them to leave where is the managers to sort this problem out this is meant to be a relaxing eating establishment for all people not just a rest place for all these teens running about if you go there be prepaired for a noisy time plus you have to walk the gauntlet to the toilets to pass this crowd very uneasy feeling

Very good McDonalds, seems clean and friendly. And if you can ignore all the teenagers taking up the tables without actually buying anything....then it is okay.

Not a bad McDonlads but no parking other than Morrisons. Park at the back and walk down the steps, but buy something in Morrisons to repay the use of their facilities.

Staff are friendly. The restaurant is relatively clean with staff regularly cleaning tables etc. The food is average typical McDonalds. The only downside is the people that visit there. Children and teenagers regularly hang outside the restaurant causing trouble while the behaviour of some customers inside the restaurant creates a negative atmosphere.

Staff average, food okay, environment noisy, toilets clean.However you can't get in easily as the place is surrounded by teenagers loitering! Diners are subjected to abuse, litter and even the occasional fight. Local police are always outside but it does little to deter the teens.

Usual cold food, only thing hot is the coffee. Loud music, not the sort to have playing while eating at all. Staff always seem to be in a hurry asking for your order as you approach the counter when not busy, seem too think you are programmed as to what you want, without even looking at a menu.
