McDonald's in Bexley

Firstly the meal was cold and the chips were crunchy like cardboad which i had to throw away. Secondly, I ordered a minecraft meal specifically so my child could play with the toy and use the code with it to redeem on his game. However i didnt recieve this item and my child is crying! This is abysmal,how do you forget the main part of the limited time meal… please refund my meal

Everything as ordered was delivered so happy with delivery. Only missing one toy from one of the happy meals for my daughter but everything else arrived which was a surprise. So thank you for getting that aspect right. Will order from Bexleyheath Mc D’s again 🙌🏻

Missing items and food was cold

Paid extra for an adults Minecraft meal and specifically asked for them not to forget the special edition toy, a simple instruction which they failed to get correct

The delivery was great but the food was a little cold but was able to sort that problem out

Order and delivery to great standard, but the coffee had half spilt hence the 4 star for quality

I ordered at 5:30 pm to be delivered at 18:45. Unfortunately, the food arrived 30 minutes late. I'm not happy with this service.

They never put enough onions in the cheese burgers even when asking for extra. Sadly the food is never hot.

Dear whom this may concern, I was deeply appalled to find there was pieces of plastic in my quarter pounder burger not one nor two but FIVE WHOLE pieces of plastic 😡 this is a massive problem which should be resolved immediately as it could lead to a choking hazard.. please ensure your staff where the correct PPE e.g hair nets and gloves that preferably are not as easy to rip because the plastic was from gloves.. the hygiene in this takeaway concerns me and I was appalled by the way staff handle the situation. The chips where also cold and undercooked and the staff were lazy and unbothered Will not be going back until this issue gets resolved

For a change the meals were piping hot which made it more enjoyable. I think usually the delivery person has to drop off other meals before so we are left with cold food .

The food was slightly cold. The chicken selects I ordered 5 but only got 3. The chocolate milkshake is always 👍

Hello dear customers of Bexleyheath McDonalds. I am writing a STRONG COMPLAINT about this fast food restaurant. I walked in to the building hungry. Craving food. And I ordered and the joy of a quarter pounder with chips was making my mouth water with excitement. As I watched the underpaid workers prepare my afternoon feast, one of the workers decided to create a problem. Not for anyone else but for me. Order 51. She forced a tray on the counter knocking my food on their dirty uncleaned floor. I glanced at my food falling like a hero it was born to be. Food wasted. To the bin. It took time 10 minutes to make it again. 10 minutes of my life wasted. As they finally prepared my food the worker handed it to me. I was in disgust of how appalling the service was. All the worker said was “sorry for the wait” just sorry? No “I’m sorry” no freebies? I could have been in a hurry but you decided to create a huge diversion for my day. Lucky for them I had nothing important to do. I adventure upstairs to enjoy my overpriced food to digest. As I finish my food, I realise they didn’t give me napkins. As a Male who cares about his body reputation, greasy hands are not adequate or appropriate. So I had to walk to the toilet which are not child friendly as someone’s poor child was stuck inside. So not only did they not cater for my food properly, give me the correct cutlery but also had a two year old stuck in the toilette facilities and I was in the restaurant for half an hour. That poor child never saw the light of day again. So unfortunately, I will have to sue under child endangerment. I will no longer give my hard earned money to this company again. It’s corrupt and disgusting. It’s a shame to see my childhood restaurant be turned into a child’s nightmare. But the chips was good though I can’t lie.

The quality of the food was excellent and the delivery time was fine. What I didn’t appreciate when I looked out of my window was the sight of the delivery driver emptying the contents of his nose on my driveway!

The food was very late as the delivery time kept getting put back, but I get that it is Saturday night and the restaurant was probably busy. And the delivery chap was on a bicycle which all takes time. The burger and chips were absolutely stone cold but as I said before, he was on a bicycle. It was a very cold night indeed and it was raining so that was understandable. I reheated the burger in the air fryer, but it wasn’t as nice as it would’ve been had it been ordered and eaten in the store.

My order arrived on time unfortunately every time I add ketchup to my order it never arrives instead I had sweet and sour.

Instead of receiving an americano i got two hot chocolates.

The initial delivery time was too long and thought of cancelling but thankfully it was delivered at a more acceptable time and lovely and hot. Grandson loved his lazy breakfast.

Consistently the worst McDonald’s around. Whoever bags up the orders obviously hates anyone who orders sauces because they never include them, food is cold, sloppily assembled or just plain wrong. Shockingly bad, every time.

9 times out of 10 your food order is either delivered with missing items, or while in the restaurant your food is handed over with the wrong iteams orders not checked properly before handing over to customers The female manger Amanda is passive aggressive, rude and clearly doesn’t like serving the general public, Staff swearing while children are present! If your in a rush wouldn’t bother entering just avoid!

Waited ages even though it was really quiet. Could see all the parts of my meal sitting there waiting to be put in a bag but everyone was too busy saying goodbye to the manager. When the supervisor finally moved to the bagging area, she found a load of empty boxes that she proceeded to throw at other members of staff while my food still sat there. Finally got my bag and the chips were overcooked and under salted. But I did get a lot of extra pickles so they gained a star back for that

Got here at 13.30 , extremely chaotic, placed order for 1 adult and 1 child..our number was 70.. took for ages to get our food , staff were calling out numbers as high as 93 , still no food 4 us..when food came chips were cold , too much ketchup in one burger, big mac put together very slapdash.. female workers with long hair should not only tie it back but should wear a hair net ( hair still falls out ) not very hygienic... so busy ran out of trays to put our food on..
