McDonald's in Bexley

Consistently the worst McDonald’s around. Whoever bags up the orders obviously hates anyone who orders sauces because they never include them, food is cold, sloppily assembled or just plain wrong. Shockingly bad, every time.

It was very quick and my food came nice and hot

Absolutely horrific, i was stuck in their bathroom stall and called the establishment and was rudely told to "get out of them then" and hung up on 😡😡

The sausage egg McMuffin was poorly constructed

wrong order was given. waited for my order for almost an hour and still delivered the wrong thing

9 times out of 10 your food order is either delivered with missing items, or while in the restaurant your food is handed over with the wrong iteams orders not checked properly before handing over to customers The female manger Amanda is passive aggressive, rude and clearly doesn’t like serving the general public, Staff swearing while children are present! If your in a rush wouldn’t bother entering just avoid!

it said 1t would be 15 minutes when placing order. it took 37 minutes and order was cold when arrived.

I like trying the new dishes but I always find the meat of the patties overcooked to my taste...and this I suppose is a way of making you more thirthty and consume more drinks..

How is it possible that a McDonald’s that’s twice as far away as my local one can deliver the food warmer? Can you close the Sidcup store if Bexleyheath can do a better job please? I’m tired of cold food from Sidcup.

Everything arrived stone cold. abysmal service!

Waited ages even though it was really quiet. Could see all the parts of my meal sitting there waiting to be put in a bag but everyone was too busy saying goodbye to the manager. When the supervisor finally moved to the bagging area, she found a load of empty boxes that she proceeded to throw at other members of staff while my food still sat there. Finally got my bag and the chips were overcooked and under salted. But I did get a lot of extra pickles so they gained a star back for that

Tea was sitting on shelf for 6 min , I asked for a another tea . The face if the person serving me was very rude Also the bun was hard as a rock . Never again

Had to reorder chips because my first order came without them that was 5 meals no chips and one of the burgers was wrong it’s a joke every time order from McDonald’s Bexleyheath it is always wrong with items missing I have an autistic child and it can really stress him out even when you go and eat in it comes wrong

Got here at 13.30 , extremely chaotic, placed order for 1 adult and 1 child..our number was 70.. took for ages to get our food , staff were calling out numbers as high as 93 , still no food 4 us..when food came chips were cold , too much ketchup in one burger, big mac put together very slapdash.. female workers with long hair should not only tie it back but should wear a hair net ( hair still falls out ) not very hygienic... so busy ran out of trays to put our food on..

Wrong order delivered. I ordered 20 nuggets and a brownie. I got 2 cheese burgers, 2 small fries and 2 small ice creams….. I imagine there are 2 young kids out there who are quite upset.

I ordered then recognised that I had selected Veggie instead of fish fingers. I tried to change this straightaway but told to cancel the order but couldn’t find a way to cancel. I even called the branch but the call rang out. There was no salad dressing- balsamic dressing despite this being in the order. Chips were soggy

daughters big mac arrived with no sauce and no top bun! How on earth does that happen! I have a some pictures and also 1 disappointed child! I would like a refund of that meal please.

I LOVE MACCIES but sometimes the service is bad and when i order my food online its REALLY cold

the courier was on a bicycle and obviously did 3 deliveries before dropping off our food which was cold by the time we received it

What had happened to mcdonalds generally? The style of service they now offer doesn't match what the staff think they should do. everyone pigeon holed into a section with no one managing the customer service process.

I’m a regular customer to this McDonalds at least twice a week and never have I ever had such terrible customer service from the manager herself who when questioned why they prioritise delivery orders over customers in the shop she said “well if you don’t like it then leave” she then kept repeating this until I had paid. Her mannerisms and customer care were non existent. I Also I counted 0 staff wearing hairnets that were handling food

Speedy service and food that's better than any mcdonalds in America. Pricey if you dont use the app.

Ordered chicken select , received chicken nuggets. Gutted.

Was very busy and had to wait for a seat, as I'm disabled I couldn't go upstairs, even though I was waiting, able body people just jumped into a seat as soon as people got up.... I'm sure some of them could've gone upstairs, didn't seem to have a member of staff as host, food was nice.
