McDonald's in Bexley

A lady working in till named jenifer was very rude to the customer as they give a wrap cold one so we requested them to make it warm so she denied and say take you payment back we don't do this is this a customer right in a leading franchise of mcdonalds please take a strict action with that lady in a white shirt with small hieght and fair color and she was without name batch .

Cold, stale food served passed over a counter, by a pronoun warrior only after you've first passed a security guard wearing a stab vest to then order from some a scummy self service screen. How is this becoming normal?

Food was okay and tasted fine. But staff conversations could be heard which on the topic don’t think it should have been. Prompt service

Their service and atmosphere is very good. But i didn't try their food.

A little long of a wait for fast food

Ordered a couple of times, always something missing, food is cold. Today ordered 3 meals , and one of them came just a slice of cheese in the burger box, no burger, no drink, no fries, no sauce, no straws, it was a joke … my son was in tears front of his friends as he was having a play date. What a disgusting service leaving my son in frustration… never ever order again from there and I would not recommend to anyone at all.

Just had McDonalds delivery from Bexleyheath. The whole meal was stone cold and the milkshakes only half full. Never again 🤬

Appalling , the staff laughed in my face when I said my food was cold, they are rude , poor customer service and I wont be returning anytime soon . The management were absolutely immature and threatening ! I give this place zero rating

Waited for ages and never got our food, other customers there had the same experience. Duty manager was extremely rude to customers asking about their food and she refused to give someone who had been waiting 25 minutes a refund - wouldn't even apologise for horrific service. Wasn't even busy and there were staff standing around doing nothing. Staff were also getting customers orders incorrect. Ended up leaving and eating somewhere else.

The places is clean, the food is good. But the old lady (The manager or in charge of the place) Not friendly at all and it seems everything bothers her.

Ordered 2 fillet-o-fish fries and drink, ask for no sauce as I cannot stand it get them fries and burgers are stone cold 1 had no sauce and other had sauce no cheese , are the staff simple or what also burgers and chips tasted stale , disgusting and disappointing 😑 😒

OK for quick cheap meal especially for young people

We had brought over £25 of food,but when asked for a tap water was refused and told no we don’t give tap water out. You need to buy a bottle. Not very good service.

Please McDonald's management team... Two of my burgers were overcooked although the kitchen was packed with staff members. I don't think this is the quality the chain would pursue. Not worth the stop nor the money.

Repeating what I said elsewhere: The food is the usual McD's stuff, and is fine. I love my double bacon egg McMuffin meal, especially as I can't get it in South Africa where I live due to some people's religious issues with bacon not being halaal (although I don't force them to eat it!) so overdose when i'm over in the UK. The young staff are very nice, but seem to be scared of an old woman manager(?) who is always shouting at them. Unfortunately she also was rude to me this morning, hence this review and why I gave only one star for service. She really does need talking to by management as I'm sure she winds up lots of other customers with her attitude. My issue was with the order pad which started in English but changed to Spanish at the drinks order page. The software might need a bit of an update on some of the machines although that sounds a bit daft, I tried others and if you initially chose another language then the first selection screen ('Eat in' etc) is in that language, but it wasn't for me. Unfortunately the Rude Lady sarcastically told me I could change the language, which you can't except at the opening screens which were in English.

Very clean and very good service. Staff are really polite and friendly. Food was served extremely quickly and was hot and tasty. This five star rating for Maccies is unusual from me.

The food is what it is but the service in here was very quick and that's what McDonald's should be about.

Slow service staff are rude half my order was missing i always check my order before i leave lucky i did today as i said half my order was missing and when tou speak to the staff they become rude

Respectfully, the food takes too long to be made, and I even witnessed a tray of food falling over, but that’s okay it happens. The security is really good but in other ways they have gotten stricter. Waiting 20 minutes for a hashbrown and drink is mad you know? Overall they’re food is good when u need it.

Not a single napkin anywhere. Tables dirty, food and rubbish on the floor, up the stairs. No one cleaning tables. This was 5pm on a Saturday and it was busy but not that busy. Seems standard for McDs nowadays they're more interested in shoving food out than cleaning the restaurants.

The service was good at the drive thru although I did have to ask the server to repeat what he was saying. The service was quick, we parked in the carpark to eat our food so it would be hot and it was except the cheese burger happy meal I had ordered had been mixed up with a chicken nugget meal but my little one wasn't bothered so we didn't take it back to complain. The carpark was clean and tidy. Overall we were happy and would come here again.

I am a short, skinny Asian female. At this McDonald's, I experienced rude and racist behaviour from a white male named Paul who held a higher position. At the time, I was drinking my large milkshake and had just finished my fries, with the uneaten portion of my meal still in the paper bag on the table in front of me. Perhaps because another customer "required" the seat I was in, Paul walked over and, without disturbing the other white women and families around me, did not politely ask me if I had finished my meal, but instead reached over and looked inside my paper bag to see if there was any garbage, in order to confirm if I could leave my seat right away. After I noticed him doing these things to me, he did not offer any apologies or excuses, but instead pretended as if nothing had happened and went to talk to another server. Then, he immediately and politely greeted and asked other customers how they were doing. I don't know if this gentleman treated me this way because he thought Asians shouldn't be in Bexleyheath and the surrounding areas, or if it was just a case of customers being divided into racial categories.

Disgusting food. I don't know why I waste my money on food from this McDonald's. This was a second time in row when food was just out of order. Of course you can blame the delivery man but the food was delivered 13 minutes after I ordered. I ordered two portions of chips. One nice and warm, another completely cold and gummy. Spicy chicken burger looked like it spent hours on a warm station as the bun was hard and dry and the chicken fillet was so dry that it wasn't possible to chew it. Cheeseburger was the freshest but was dipped in the ketchup. Ketchup was everywhere. Inside and outside all over the bun.

3rd occasion of missing food. Manager useless when called.

Fillet of fish smaller and not moist as I remember. Cheese practically non existent. Fries dry, stuck as I swallowed even though well chewed I'd looked forward to this as I hadn't had this meal for a long time. Very disappointed

Slow, food cold but not surprised they make all the chips in advance, milkshakes in advance then take forever with the rest of the food. Sack everyone, everywhere and bring on AI. Once the robots finish replacing all these roles we will be better off lol.. Friday nights are busy for takeaways, and staff are too busy chatting, less talking more working.

Don't usually bother with reviews for mainstream locations but this McDonalds is shocking. Food is what is expected but the service is awful! The open plan aspect of the kitchen area means you can look right in on the many staff doing absolutely nothing. They seem to prioritise the delivery drivers meaning actual face to face customers get no service whatsoever...

Always a decent Maccy'd just don't order take out, they almost never get the order right

Food was cold tables dirty the poor security man was collecting trash from tables that lazy customers left behind and emptying the bins!!

Terrible, always jam packed, upstairs wasn't open, eat in food came in bags as they " had no trays " toilets shut, upstairs shut, had no tissues... burger came and had 1 tiny bit of raw looking bacon in it had to swap for a new one. Always a terrible experience here

The worst MC Do of my life. It's dirty, no easily accessible toilet, just a disabled toilet which was in a deplorable state (you have to ask the staff to open it). The food was so-so and cold. The atmosphere is not welcoming, the staff doesn't take into account whether you eat in or take away, they automatically put the order in a bag, a security guard who thinks he's a cowboy... No straw, etc. .. Never again.

This place is like the cafe at the start of Withnail and I. Edit: On subsequent visit the atmosphere was still as miserable as before. Only this time they expected 9 year old son to eat pancakes and syrup with 2 paper forks because they had no knives. I've had to reflect on this, because their reaction to my complaint was that I was being totally unreasonable and I am left wondering if I am some kind of heathen. I'm actually doubting myself. 5 stars for atmosphere using the opening scene of Withnail and I as a gauge of what is right and proper in restaurant feel and service.

Went here a total of 5 times and never got my order correct. Yoday i ordered 2 burgers and chicken nuggets and didnt get the nuggets. I called it out to them and they gave me them without the dips. In addition to this they put my drink upside down and made everything soggy and unedible. I want a refund

Never, ever, do I get the right dips, or the right number of dips when I order chicken nuggets from here. Shouldn't annoy me as much as it does, but it really does.

This mcdonalds is always full, staff are helpful though and the food is good.

Service is quick and food is nice, but the environment was dirty. It doesn't matter what time of day or night that I go there, the place is always dirty. Tables are dirty, the floors are dirty, the toilets are dirty. I had to ask a staff member to clean my table. Yes, they responded promptly, but why, why did I have to ask?

I was waiting almost 20 minutes for quarter pounder meal and they've been min. 15 associates at the kitchen. It was slowly service and the orders pickup has not been happened order! I don't recommend anyone to visit this place.

Refuse to serve you at the till no matter what and toilets are closed. Staff will he replaced by little robots soon enough I guess.

Bexleyheath Mcdonalds refused cash from a 12 year old. My daughter went to pay using cash (post covid rules - Dec 2022) and they refused to take her cash. Utter disgrace and mcdonalds bexleyheath should be ashamed. Mcdonalds policy is to take cash so why does this franchise owner think they can make up their own policy and refuse it?

McDonalds is sadly overpriced and not good value any more. Food was poor quality with burger bun falling apart and half the ingredients in the box. The seating area was chaotic and the food collection was a delayed due to all the delivery drivers

The only reason I have given one star is due to the ordering system. After placing my order I waited over 30 minutes for my food then a further 10 minutes for my coffee. Food cold coffee Luke warm. This restaurant needs management that can run and organise themselves and staff a lot better. All I can say is “avoid at all cost”.

MacD is a well-known outlet, so no comments about the food - but it's all about customer experience & the presentation of the food.. I visited this outlet twice. Both times, in my personal opinion, it seem to me that one has thrown the burger in it's box (ref attached)- Felt disappointed. The workers, specially in this MacD outlet should be trained for keeping the food presentable ...

Place wasn't the nicest and I've been to better McDonalds

Awful service, extremely slow. Staff stand around helplessly and laugh and mess around instead of package my order that I can clearly see on the counter. Wait around 20+ minutes per order. Painfully slow. Items are often incorrect or missing. Ordered a large fries and it was filled halfway. Missing patties from double cheeseburgers and sometimes drinks are completely wrong. DOES NOT ACCEPT VOUCHERS!!! Go to Welling McDonald’s, 10 mins on the bus and infinitely better service and food. Save your money.

I brought my children after school as a Tuesday night treat for a happy meal. This took over 15 minutes to be made for us and upon receiving the food was cold and my children couldn't even enjoy their meals. Not impressed McDonalds!

McDonald's is ok in moderation. Their breakfast with porridge and a bag of fruit is an excellent start to the day.

I wasn’t allowed in with my friends when it was busy (there was more than enough space for me) even though it was only three of us and he allowed the two in but not me. I think it’s even weirder how I was black and wasn’t allowed but my non-black friends were. Never in my 13 years of living did I ever think I would encounter racism at McDonald’s but racists are everywhere I guess 😪

Ordered a very basic quarter pounder meal ended up with the wrong drink half the ingredients missing condiments. Just an absolute joke. I don't know why the franchisee owner wont shut down this one.

Terrible experience. Paid for 20 chicken nuggets, only got 3 in the box. When I told the staff I had only received 3 nuggets, they simply told me they've seen these scams before. Terrible staff and terrible safe guarding.

Typical McDonald's, but the day we went staff were struggling, very busy time and all but one of the self order screens were down. We had 3 small kids with us so bit of a nightmare! However, member of staff named Paul saved the day. Took care of everything for us. Can't praise him highly enough. Thank you Paul 👍🏻

Customer service was amazing today because there was no fruit bags the lady givene kids 2 ice creams to replace them was lovley speaking with her to help me very kind staff

Horrible branch. Self-Service machines are frequently out of receipt rolls. If you order more than 3 items in a single order, there is a 50% chance that something will be missing from your order. Nearly every other time I visit, they get my order wrong. Now combine a missing order item with a receipt that those stupid machines did not print and you're gonna be in for a lot of fun. This just doesn't happen at other branches. Customer service is horrible. I wanted to redeem some vouchers from a METRO newspaper, but the machines were failing to scan them. No, they were not expired. I went to the cash register and was completely ignored. Several staff members made eye contact with me, whether they were in grey or white shirts. They acted like I wasn't there. I had to call one of them. They told me that the only way to redeem a voucher is through a self-service machine. They apparently do not take vouchers at a cash register. What a load of rubbish. Every other branch takes them without issue.

Used app to order at table. Took longer than before their upgrade to cater for deliveries. USB and air charging at all tables.

I ordered 3 MC flurry. A fly was on one of them. When I told the lady ,she was not happy and mumbling under her breath while doing an other one. She Never apologized .No customer service. I am not a fan of fast food and it just confort me in my opinion.

I took my children to this place (Bexleyheath)yesterday,I ordered 3 happy meals and a big Mac for another child but it came with the crust off(who has prepared this one),I took it back to the nice lady she opened just showed one of the workers they laughed, that's fine,she then asked one girl there to do it for me,as she was preparing it I am watching her,she became so mean and deliberately scattered all the lettuce around to fill the whole box,it was a mess,that made me so sad,and i wondered why, but didn't want to cause any trouble I took it and my child fixed the mess and ate,but now the more I think about it, it makes me so sad,I should have said something.

Decent mcdonalds, slightly overcrowded when i went

Never had a good experience with this store, every delivery has atleast one issue. Last time drinks were spilled all over my order, this time half my order was missing. No way of contacting, tried googling the number and they never answered. Worst McDonald's I've experienced in Europe.
