Toilets were disgusting, as well as the actual dining area. Staff member with short hair and braces was very ignorant, asked for some sauces stared right through us and didn’t come back

Drive through Just got home missing 2 items a deluxe burger and Chips Only had one job. Not even busy and get it wrong Can’t be bothered to go back, tried to call but they answer then hang up. No more for me. Shocking

Dirty toilets extremely 👎 bad No table service at our visit no receipt from machine and Dirty tables! Our local one at Skelton is Much Much cleaner...

No receipts, waited a while for order. Dirty tables, toilets disgusting, reported to the staff they were not interested. Think all staff should be retrained in this store.Off Mcdonalds food now.

Easily placed order on screen. Unfortunately waited a little while due to it being busy so we didn’t mind. Food cooked nice and warm. Reasonably priced

absolutely DISGRACE there was a DEAD RAT in my burger i am absolutely traumatized and so are my childeren

Drove through the drive through I was told the order would be taken shortly The other lane had no one waiting so I was next in the queue Another car pull up in the other lane ,after I was waiting he got served before me I had my Autistic son in the car waiting isn’t his best So I challenged the server….he was very rude called Anthony and answered me back and had a answer for everything !!!! Very disappointed!!!!

Firstly. The atmosphere. We arrived and there was a bunch of 15/16 year olds drinking outside on benches. They kept coming in and leaving. One then throw up all over one of the tables. We were there waiting for 25 mins and the sick was still there and never got cleaned. People were arriving asking what the smell was. So after that, one of the teenages came and sat next to us and was blowing a vape in my face. He was also saying how he was robbing the place tonight and how he had a screwdriver in his pocket. As he was saying this he wss trying to ply the ipads apart with it. I couldnt take it any longer so went to the front to complain. Which then i was ignored by 2 staff. One staff new a customer that walked in and stopping dealing with us and walked to see his friend. Couldn’t believe it! His friend was also saying why does it smell like sick but that employee couldn’t of cared less. I asked for my food we could leave ASAP! You should not be made to feel uncomfortable when entering this place. Especially from a load of nasty drink teenagers.

Shocking service, 40 minutes waiting for 2 happy meals. It wasn't even busy when we went in. Apparently a technical problem according to the manager. No apology at all . He needs a customer service course .

Rude staff member , showing middle finger at 15 year old girls then confronted them and continued to swear at them when they went to complain thinking it was acceptable as there was no adult present .

At 1045 this morning my wife and I were returning home from an early hospital appointment and seeing as how we had missed breakfast due to the very early start, we called by this McDonald's Outlet Drive-through for the Breakfast Meal. We wished we had not. The contents of the Breakfast Bun was greasy and tasteless apart from the Tomato Ketchup, and the Hash Brown was also tasteless. This was so disappointing, definitely not to the standard expected of MacDonalds.

Full of scruffy, disgusting and Poorly mannered college kids most days over lunch time. All flock in, take over and generally cause bother. Avoid from 12-2 pm week days. They’re horrible people, swearing, forcing the normal trade away. Won’t be back. It’s not a youth club.

Been during breakfast and lunch service before and always great. Not the case when I visited at 830pm on Wednesday 4th December. Drive through was busy, came inside to eat, the 2 side areas were cordoned off for cleaning leaving the central area for dining in customers. Service was slow but the worst thing was when each order was ready the relevant number was announced by a girl who had no interest in smiling, saying thanks, offering sauces or any interaction whatsoever it was just the number read out then disappearing around the corner until the next order was ready. A lot of staff on duty who wanted to chat amongst themselves more than offer service and certainly no sense of urgency, one lad mopping behind counter whilst people queuing to order with dirty mop water and mop and bucket left perilously close to fry racking area. The main issue seemed to be nobody was leading the shift. No issues with food when it arrived but a much longer wait for everyone in queue than normal and as said no leadership seems to have led to a poor service experience for anyone who visited at that time.

Every week on a Monday night about the same time i order via the self order board, as generally the staff don't mess up my burger. (I always order to takeaway.) Double Cheeseburger, NO CHEESE This is the second time they have messed up. The sticker on the burger wrapper is as I order it. However after Christmas Eve when they were closing around me and they put cheese in BOTH burgers (wrapper sticker stated NO CHEESE on both burgers) I discovered this once I got home and had to bin them as i am sick if i eat cheese. So not good. Now I always check the burger is correct before I leave the counter. Tonight, the staff where messing around and clearly not paying attention to the job in hand as my double cheese burger, no cheese, wasn't even a beef patty!! It was a mayo chicken! Even though the sticker on the wrapper stated "double cheese burger, no cheese" When I was checking my burger I had to call a member of staff over as they had all disappeared of the counter into the kitchen area again, to let them know. She finally ordered the beef burger again as a double cheese burger, and seemed quite put out that I shouted through "NO CHEESE" as the look I got said a thousand words. I explained I was allergic and got another "look". All I can say is they better get it right next time or Burger King it will have to be!

Treat by my granddaughter to my lunch,minor miracle and very unexpected.I settled for the burger with bacon,can't remember the name of the meal,but definitely remember what it looked like.When the meal arrived I saw the edges of the bacon sticking out from under the beefburger and thought to myself that the bacon looked uncooked.Brought this to the attention of a staff member who said would take it away and show the manager.Manager duly arrived and informed me he couldn't do any thing with the bacon "as this is how it is cooked"and could not do anything with it.Either I am too fussy or the younger generation are not bothered what their food looks like but come on Mac D please try and make food at least look like your advertisements,ie crispy bacon.

I visited for an early lunch on a Wednesday. The place has been refurbished and is immaculate. The staff were polite and helpful.The special burger arrived promptly and was delicious. The espresso coffee is as good as any of the specialist coffee houses and a lot cheaper.The computer ordering self-service is very good and simple to use.This is now my go to place for a quick lunch.

Visited in morning had breakfast. It was close to my hotel so visited. Have the same basic options available in morning. The usual burgers are available during noon time.

Really good service and food was hot , quick service and staff were friendly , really clean and modern looking , plenty seating areas inside and out , one of the better McDonalds I've used

First visit since the refurbishment, they have done a good job, very clean and roomy, the food is of the usual standard but everything was of a good standard. Not too busy and the staff were very good and friendly

This is our first visit here in over a year so we noticed it had be renovated and moved round. It's looking modern and fresh and has had the self serve machines installed.We used the self serve machine but the service was super slow. It took over fifteen minutes for our food to arrive from the time of the receipt and it wasn't that busy in the restaurant. But once we received our order there was no complaint, all was received and the food and drink was nice.

Absolutely disgusting place, the staff just don't care.....I got in touch with the 'operations manager' a clueless Mr Warrior. I was embarassed for him. Out of his depth.

En las dos últimas semanas he comido comer aquí. El personal es muy servicial y eficiente. El lugar estaba bien cuidado y estaba impecable. La comida estaba bien preparado y sabroso. El Expresso era excelente.

Uno de los mcdonalds mejor en la zona, limpias y aunque siempre están ocupados pronto las comidas. Al menos parece que siempre tienen batidos listo no como otros mcdonalds de la zona. Los nietos parecen disfrutar de la experiencia y eso es lo que importa

Lugar limpio por dentro. El personal siempre ha sido amable. Drive Thru concurrido en las horas punta en los fines de semana. En cuanto Maccy D'S hace la comida que he tenido normalmente caliente y sabrosa.

Siempre he invocado Mc D's para un bocadillo rápido de buena calidad. Qué decepción, fue hoy. Este restaurante estaba sucia y la comida estaba fría. Esperamos 20 minutos después de la comida había pedido antes de que lo conseguí. No es lo suficientemente bueno!!

Visited today with my partner and our 5 yr old son whilst out shopping. The place was clean and very well ventilated on such a hot day. On our visit there was a female member off staff managing the floor of the restaurant whom was directing customers expertly and taking complaints and suggestions from patrons. I've never seen this in a McDonald's in my life. This was an extremely pleasant sight to witness. Well done.

After a visit to cineworld in Middlesbrough decided to come to this mcdonalds as the one located next to Cineworld is rubbish. This one gets it right, clean and always has milkshakes. Friendly staff, they could teach the Middlesbrough cineworld staff a thing or two.

Visited this McD's and the same menu as you would expect. However I was surprised to see a member of staff brushing the floor and mopping and then went straight behind the servery without washing their hands... May not visit this McD's again...

Came to this mcdonalds for a change as the one at cineworld in Middlesbrough is useless, what a difference, smiling staff, hot food and milkshakes available. Not too busy and a clean restaurant well done

called in on our way to The Cambridge Hotel,as needed to fill a gap after travelling, service was good and efficient food fine

I work in Teesside Park so this is the closest McDonald's I can go to for a quick grab for lunch. On many occasions there has been items missing off the order or I've received average service from an employee.The food is never consistent, mainly the chips. The chips are either really salty (just the way I like them) or they are fresh out of the fryer but with hardly any salt making them bland.I have been through the drive through on many occasions were I have ordered BBQ dip with my chicken nuggets, only to find once I've gotten back to work the dip hasn't been put in the bag. Even though it's on my order receipt which has been stuck to the bag with a sticker saying "This order has been checked as correct". I have emailed the complaints department on two occasions about the same branch forgetting my dips and it still happens on a regular basis. Even though they have apparently forwarded my complaint onto the store and they have reviewed their procedures to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Paid a visit here on Saturday lunchtime, very clean, all spare tables were ready to use, friendly staff and good service. A lot better than other McDonalds in the area

Now I not complaining about the food that was not too bad hot and fresh But rather disappointed with the customer service. We called in around 11.30 (early lunch) now I know how busy they get but at this time of the day it wasn't but the manager on the till was very robot like and I felt rather rushed. She was very abrupt. Would have been a nicer experience if the staff actually wanted to be there. I know it's bank holiday but for double time wouldn't hurt to crack a smile.

This establishment is staffed by efficient and enthusiastic staff who work hard to provide good service. The food is always fresh and the seating area is clean and litter free. A better than average McD's.

Wouldn't have it for a main meal but great when shopping and just want a quick bite to eat, love the skinny fries and so cheap!!

just been to mcdonalds for a treat while busy at work...... ordered a large big mac meal for me..... a mcflurry for a colleague and a large fries for another colleague. i was charged almost £8....... drive back to work excited to eat my meal to find the big mac with large fries but nothing else in the bag. (i had already recieved the mcflurry and large coke). i couldnt afford to go back with us being busy at work. my colleague didnt get his fries. now onto my meal.... the fries tasted dry and greasy (not the usual salty taste) and the bic mac is cold. i wont use mcdonalds in teesside park ever again. very poor service and poor quality

very efficient and satisfying. Pleasant manner from the staff. Adequate seating and cleanliness to a very high standard.
