KFC in Trafford

Today date. Waited like everyone else did on the collection line as you do from my partner ordering. I stood where it says collection at the end of a crazy long queue. Was then approached by a young, uneducated, untrained kfc worker look at about 17. Was ask can i see what you ordered and was told to move right to the other side to the delivery line because my order was not even made yet bare in mind my partner was the one who ordered it i was just waiting to collect it with a pram with my child. Was told to follow her which i did but i felt why are you telling me out of 30 other people standing around waiting for collection just like me and making me feel i was bashing through peoples trainers because she wanted me to move. She said your order is nowhere near done. it's not even made yet. The customer service of hers the way she approached me was as if she was higher up in the ranks. Her tone was kiddyfied and embarrassing, and she tried smirking. There was no reason to tell me to follow her like a latch dog. Simply won't be spending any more of my time and money from this branch again. Retrain your staff to do better. As a matter of facts only the order line was organised when ordering. The collection and delivery line was all over the place. But yous hire uneducated staff to tell you where to stand even though it was hectic and out of place! This happened around 7.15pm. I walked away, having to sit and eat angry. It was not a great experience. My only good points were collecting the food and was asked by a male kfc staff member that you requested for a side rib, which was right.

Firstly, the food was probably one of the best I’ve ever had from a kfc More importantly, the staff are amazing So so helpful and really kind, cheerful and smiley, such a change from many fast food outlets Massive thank you to Ronalda, who spent time to help on the self help check out thingy which I absolutely hate, would not have ordered from here without her to be honest, she was amazing Plse bring back at least one person on the till There was also a young girl called Hannah who has helped me before, once again, kfc, you are lucky to have these girls working for you ! Xx

I ordered a meal from the kfc app and the food was prepared at the Trafford centre. When my order arrived there was a bottle of drink missing. I rang the driver and he said that they did not give him a bottle of drink. I payed £30 and I was very disappointed. Can you imagine how much money they make on items being left out on orders

Food was freezing cold poor quality and portion size tiny. Ordered a popcorn chicken snack box at £3.98 and I got. 8 pieces of popcorn. Spoke to customer care and they said all they would do is pass it on to the area manger. I WILL NOT be returning

KFC app promo code and offers, been turned off deliberately so the general public have to pay full wack at weekends when they are most likely the busiest time of the week Friday and Saturday evenings and nights. 1st I have observed on Friday evenings and nights, also Saturday evenings and nights. That Several KFC outlets turn off mobile ordering, and to pick up in-store. I have seen this on the app for the past 6 weeks... KFC deliberately turns this off at busy times when people are most likely are to order. When They put these signs up saying they are not able to accept promo codes, but these only ever go out or up at really busy times, they never put them out at quiet times. When I asked a staff member about why this seemed to be a standard KFC business practice, the staff looked at each other and started to chuckle at me and did not say anything to me. I offered to pay for the items that I wanted to order but was refused and again the staff seemed to chuckle. PS: if any customer observes this post a review please.

The food was awful and the restaurant had not emptied the buns inside so rubbish was everywhere. I will not be returning, even though I live local I will drive further to find a better KFC. If I could rate this place 0 then I would.

Yes it’s fast food so expectations aren’t too high. Love KFC but not this one food very poor undercooked and Luke warm.
