McDonald's in Ealing

Southall is a densely populated place. There are hundreds of customers. I'm afraid there is only one male toilet. Today 21Oct 2023 I've been there and waited 15 minutes to enter the toilet. My suggestion is to make more toilet there.

Dirty place with rude staff. They always get your order wrong and I don’t understand what they are saying half the time. I understand Macdonalds isn’t gourmet food and you get what you pay for, but this place is grim. Southall is an absolute hole anyway, so you wouldn’t expect their eateries to be clean or hygienic. Honestly, avoid Southall in general if you can, it’s a dirty and horrible place. I visited during a particularly hot day and the smell was horrendous, the bins were overflowing and the heat had got to the rubbish. (This wasn’t in macdonalds itself, but outside) I gagged. Unfortunately, I have a grandmother in the area and picked up some food for her. I won’t be coming here again.

Currently a post is blocking the entrance of macdonalds. Many cars and vans have struck due to no notice or visible warning signs. Terrible duty of care.

To be honest it’s so crap that they never have the food you want! Hungry? Well sorry we don’t do that here is the answer. I’ve never been to McDonald’s that says we don’t do 5select meal!!! They are only doing 3select strip meal. What’s that all about? Never have ice cream or something always missing and when your not happy that don’t care. It’s a place to avoid in southall. There are plenty of other good places around and if you still want McDonald’s then do to the one in Hayes or Iron Bridge or even Greenford. Better food and better service.

Unfortunately I'd missed the breakfast so I thought couple of triple cheese burgers as they are the easiest to eat in a car . The place was not busy & I was the only one in the drive through . I got my delivery & turned right out of the car park & opened the first burger it was cold as was the second . I would have taken both back but for the fact the que coming in to Southall was bumper to bumper & I was already late for my next appointment . So cold burgers & congealed cheese . Ronald Mcdonald should hang is head in shame !!!!!! How can a burger be served cold at 11.20 ? pre -cooked at 11 when the breakfast menu stops or left over from the night before ?

Whoever is reading this please avoid this mcdonalds at all cost, its a waste of money and they wont give the you the right order. The food is always disgusting. They always get everything wrong and somehow ignore you when you start to ask questions.

I and my wife have visited this eatery in Southall umpteen number of times. We come here during motorway journeys to eat some snacks and drinks to refresh. Excellent free parking and toilet facilities with Free WiFi. Staff has been welcoming and friendly. Good location right in the middle of shopping areas. Fast service.

I virtually visit the restaurant every morning on weekdays. Absolutely amazing staff. Always hot food and correct order on the drive through

I dropped in, in a big rush, ordered my food near the from site on screen, then walked through into the store. When I saw the number of orders waiting, I knew I didn't have enough time to wait. I asked if I could have a refund as I couldn't afford the time to wait, but the staff just made my order up straight away! So happy with that! Thanks 😊

The staff is very quick responsive. They made everything very quickly. I got my order very quickly as well. Best of luck for future.

Dropped in so a spot of lunch before hours of shopping. The experience was as expected, establishment was clean and tide and service was quick. What more could you expect.

i ordered spicy meal for takeaway when i went home i checked it was chicken meal...very disappointed

Food is standard McDonald’s quality and the restaurant is clean; however, the toilets are normally a mess and there is riff-raff always standing near the entrance or in the car park. The parking is an issue either no parking available because people park their vehicle and go shopping on the Broadway or you get a parking ticket even though you are inside the restaurant.

Avoid this macdonalds at all costs- I often use macdonalds as a base to meet customers as I am a field sales rep. This particular time I met a customer and we stood outside to drink our coffees and talk and macdonalds have given me a £100 fine for being parked in their car park - I will never ever use a macdonalds again

Bread was not fresh and customer service is very badFoods quality was very bad and while we were eating they issued us tickets. Customer not present! We don't see the tickets before, we only saw the tickets when we arrived home.

Nice and very spacious place. Good and very quick service. I wish, if I can try other sandwiches, tried fish and that was of Mac standard.

I enjoyed the fries and veggie burger. The food was hot and the service fast, as you would expect from McDonalds.

Very busy I only went for some fries. I didn't know customers were allowed to smoke in the toilets. It was horrific

The mccafe drink sizes have gone smaller - medium is now the price of a large. The toilets were quite clean though :)

Enjpoyed the Cocacola and Burger meals, along with the fries. The availability of MCdonald's restaurant in practically every area made their meals readily available to me, for most lunch and dinner meals.

Typical fast food restaurant but at least the food was familar and the service was fast. It was about 3 blocks from our hotel and there were no other places to eat nearby.
