McDonald's in Preston

Just been to mcdonalds drive thru. The guy on the speaker was lovely and tried to up sell just as he's meant to, was lovely on the first window but that's where the good customer service stopped. Got to the second window of the drive thru only to be ignored straight off. Then when the guy brought the food over, I had to ask for the drinks as they were missing. Got the food home only to find the chips were cold, unsalted and looked like scrappy end not proper fries. Drinks also had way too much ice in it too. This place is going down hill rapidly.

Don't waste your time and money coming to the drive through. After paying, waited 15 mins for our order eventually having to go back to the window and remind them we were waiting. We had watched a succession of deliveroos etc constantly coming and going. When we opened the food it was at best luke warm Including the shake) Absolute garbage service and food

I used to be round the drive thru most mornings for a coffee on my way to work. And the morning staff seemed to be the same regular faces, all were fab. A smile and quick. However I don’t work where I used to, so I’m not passed there daily now. My husband and I have been here a few times for tea in the last few months. And always seems to be something missing or wrong. They seem to not be as bothered as those in a morning

Absolutely disgusting venue if you are to get a delivery!!! part of your order ALWAYS missing, chips dark brown , BURNED AND TASTE REHEATED chicken shrivelled and old, inedible, all CILD ON ARRIVAL as well!!! Seriously this franchise is going down the slurrry ally!!! don't bother using it!!!! We pay over the odds for cold, old , and burned nasty food!!! Should be ashamed of yourselves!! Pictures to prove!!! Actual disgrace, I hope u get shUT down because you are NOT following quality regiment, or the basic food hygiene laws !!!! Run by kids

NO CHANGE obviously the IQ requirements have not changed when you order a BIG MAC MEAL you expect the big mac to be delivered nope the halfwit serving didnt put it in the bag for the delivery the fries freezing cold ring the restaurant only to be told you bought your food off uber eats hold on i ordered from mc donalds not Mc uber's the staff in there have the collective IQ of a pile of cardboard, seriously they have no career prospects other than mopping floors and flipping burgers absolute shambles

ORDERED VIA JUST EAT i know you dont need a degree to serve Burgers and Fries, but basically ability to read off a monitor and place the correct items in the brown bags. Unfortunately the staff at Deepdale obviously have the IQ of a potato. my order was missing many items. I rang up only to be told to take it up with Just Eat, hold on they never picked and packed my food it was the braindead zombie behind the counter. Top tip when you are awarding the stars to the staff, one of the tests should be getting the potato to read a line from a Biff and Kipper book to prove they have a basic grasp on reading comprehension

What a lovely lad who served us. As we were not used to ordering on screen he came forward to ask us if he could help out. He was lovely and gave us everything we asked for.

Bret the manager doesn’t know anything about customer service. Order a filet meal no cheese and sauce as busy with staff didn’t check got home realised order was wrong tartar sauce added . Advice to come back to store to replace the filet burger as my mistake .

Ordered for delivery on the mc Donald's app, stated it was on its way then delivered, according to the app. It never arrived. Contacted the store to be greeted by someone saying they couldn't do anything and I'd have to contact uber eats. I ordered on their app. On contacting uber eats they said it was delivered and have prove. It clearly wasn't delivered to the right person if they did at all deliver it. They both refuse to refund or sort the issue. Avoid unless you want to eat in or in their car park. Always check your order and advice from me don't order for delivery you'll end up paying in the long run either paying twice or having to go and get it instead of delivery. It's gone worse since the refurbishment

Massive Improvement. FORGET EVERY BAD REVIEW YOU HAVE EVER READ ABOUT THIS RESTAURANT. This is one of my favourite Mac Donald's restaurants. And I'm a fussy bugger. Trust me I am that person who will complain. The staff have always been polite, apart from sticking a broom up their arses I don't think you could get them to work much harder. As for some of the customers however they I'm afraid if I worked here I would be doing time. Yes I have had issues with food, but it's never too much trouble, everyone makes mistakes. Tonight there were no mistakes, food was hot, service was with a smile , The restaurant, was clean and we did not wait long either. Thank you to all the staff at Deepdale. You do a thankless job, but you still make it look good.

Deepdale McDonalds. Pre lockdown this place was great. Genuine fast food, and they never got an order wrong. Then it all went downhill. I use the drive through maybe once a fortnight. They frequently get my order wrong. And they are painfully slow, even for small simple orders. They had a full refurb in Jan 23 and I thought this would lead to improvements, but nothing has changed. A couple of days ago I ordered one item for lunch, a chicken burger, and was told to go and wait in the carpark. Approx 10-12 minutes later, they brought me a big bag full of food that wasn't mine.

Always have to park up every time we go. Why I ask? Been here a few times, usually decent enough quality food

Waited 20 mins for our meal after paying at the drive through. They had three attempts at palming the wrong meal on us. Fortunately we checked on each occasion. When I challenged the shift manager on the concept of 'fast food' she said they were no longer fast food and were now a restaurant so I guess it's now ok to wait this long and get the wrong order three times... For info the fries were soggy and cold!

This mcdonalds is ripping customers off. Everytime I order something is missing so how much are they making from leaving items out. Rang up and they said I was harassing them and they would give my number to the police. Pathetic con artists.

Absolutely terrible staff and management. There are openly cheating customers with underfilling food to fulfill profit margins. They accuse you of making trouble because you ask for value for money. Then they threaten you with calling the police because you have asked for your right to correctly giving you the right measures of food. OPEN CHEATS AND DAYLIGHT ROBBERY !!! DO NOT GO AMD SUPPORT THEIR CHEATING !!!!

Ordered a just eats & it came virtually thrown at me all of it dripping with coke broken bags & half missing! Husband went it for a replacement & they refused!

I have just completed the survey online about my poor experience. As said in other reviews the staff are rude, we ordered through the drive through, no straws or serviettes offered and the guy who brought the order to our car as we had to wait, just threw it through the window, no sorry for your wait or any acknowledgement. Head office are looking into it and have said my next experience will be better. I was kindly offered a £7.50 voucher. It is definitely worth filling the survey in as I did feel that my comments were taken on board

Not very good at all. Several times now, they’ve missed off items from our order on the drive through. Becoming a joke now. Never hot either, even though we have had to wait in the waiting parking area.

Visited here last night before enjoying a footballing feast at Deepdale. This is a lovely little eatery serving delicious fayre in a relaxed atmosphere The staff can't do enough to make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend the McFlurry from the desert menu

Check your bag before you leave premises as it happened before and I thought that is just a mistake, but today I’ve placed the order inside and I did the mistake again(not to check the bag). Got home and guess what…Big Mac Large was missing....

Stopped off here for breakfast as on our way to Blackpool Zoo, it was lovely and clean and very well ventilated, staff looked busy cleaning, breakfast was fresh and hot too.

Even in lockdown this is a busy McDonalds. Plenty of delivery drivers were picking up orders. We found it more convenient to walk in the restaurant rather than use the drive thru. Quick service. We just wanted desserts that arrived quickly.

Went through drive through with my children and myself a bigmac meal my daughter a fillet o fish meal and my little lad a happy meal asked for some dips thinking I'd at least get 1 for each meal only to get home to find...

Makes too many Mistakes with deliveries. Ordered through Uber Eats. Food arrived luke warm and with no sauces for Chicken Nuggets which are an essential part of the meal.

This is just an average McDonalds. It can be pretty busy as it was when we visited this time. I used the interactive screens and table service which I found very useful when in with younger children. Service was slower than expected but not shockingly...

Come here very often when we visit Deepdale Retail Park as its very convenient and easy. The drive thru is very fast even when it is very busy around dinner time it still runs quickly and smoothly. The staff are very friendly here and work...

Having been to MC Donald's on bank hey street.its not well organised!!.2tills to order.when order placed you go over to other side of premises.but some people just hoover/ no sign to say please stand and wait for order opposite???.chaos.stood in queue thinking person in front ordering food???.but no she already ordered?????.but decided to just stand about??!.staff jump on you when you walk through door asking if you paying by cash/ or vouchers/ card.needs a system/ signs to tell people were to stand when food has been ordered.another thing which is so annoying.for the hard of hearing getting a member of staff with the lowest voice to shout out orders ready Dosent work every body just stands there looking at one another???.get a loud speaker system???.it's frustrating trying to listen.there is a screen with your order on and when ready!!!.but that's not helpful if you can't read/ or eyesight poor.
