Shocking service, waited over an hour and half for delivery, driver sat in same spot for over an hour, shop don’t bother to answer phone so impossible to ask where order is 🙄 food freezing cold and soggy. Can of juice was warmer than the food 🤷‍♀️

Usually give it a miss, and drive to either Wishaw or Hamilton, but was in a hurry, got home ,nothing has changed, cold and soggy chicken, and wrong order again

ordered food here for myself and children zinger had no sauce or salad and chicken pops raw in middle and burned on outside milkshake had no flavour whatsoever and was just ice chips were rotton potatoes and frozen on inside when I complained all I got told was there nothing we can do just eat only refunded me 40 pounds I never received a refund

Went to kfc drive through in motherwell on Xmas eve, and the worker Amy murry who served me and my family at the window . Was very plesent, helpful. Not common now days to have such a friendly helpful worker with great customer service thank you Amy.

Worst KFC I have ever been in. Shop is freezing cold, staff are very unfriendly and tables are dirty and littered with rubbish. You will be ignored for 10 mins while you wait to be served then when you are being served don’t expect a friendly smile, it annoys the staff/manageress that you are there and she/they let you know.

After walking in and standing waiting for 10 minutes, while 3 staff on the front were talking I was finally served, and then waited another 10 minutes just for some popcorn chicken. Had a look at the order screen and there was drive through orders waited for 15/20 minutes!! I can understand the long wait if the restaurant is busy but staff were just standing around. My friend ordered gravy and after noticing it was only lukewarm and not even hot, she went up to ask to change it and just got the same back. The restaurant was a mess with food all over the tables and overflowing bins, dirty floors😳 out of all KFC’s I have visited the Motherwell one has to be one of the worst it is disgusting Photos attached for reference

Beep....beep. ooorgh, eh? Smimble....eh?....eventually I rose from my slumber. I quickly pounced on to my feet but to be fair, my legs played a massive part. I got out the moisturiser and put a thick layer on to the base my toes. South style like. Today was the day. I was going to meet Toby. The Toby. My sweet, sweet Toby. Motherwell's third best Toby. KFC was the place and I wanted to kiss Toby's face. I did and later that evening I nearly tripped over a 2 litre bottle of vimto. So be careful.

So I attended this kfc in hamilton today and I couldn't get over how rude the manager was. Female manager. We waited outside as it stated they were at full capacity which was fine. There were 3 or 4 tables taken inside. The manager came to the door and was extremely rude to my dad about how they are still social distancing. He only asked why the tables were so empty. She was rude and drew him a dirty look. I work in fast food myself and the way she came across was awful. We got in after 10mins. The same manager was heard shouting (rather agressively) from behind the counter to the young boy at the other side of the store who was sanitising tables that he should not be letting other people in. There should have been someone at the door dealing with who comes in and where they sit. Anyway 2 people were getting a take away and she also barked at them about how there were no available seating. They were leaving calm it! It was uncomfortable for the full time we were there. There was no track and trace which I'm sure is law right now. The tables filled very fast while we were in. Why we waited 10mins I don't know because at least 10 tables were filled while we ate our meal. End of the rant is that the manager was terribly rude, it seemed like a stressful dining experience and we won't be back. We were there about 2.30pm on September 5th so please speak to your manager about manners and attitude. Again I work in fast food and my managers and staff are never like that. We track and trace and have someone on the door at all times to ensure track and trace and seating. Such a terrible experience. Also this isn't a related moan thing but I thought music in dining places and pubs was forbidden at these times? Nice to see you follow the rules KFC!! Won't be back. Teach your manager how to manage with manners and cut out the rudeness and anger! Shocking attitude to the public!

I like this KFC. Staff are friendly food is piping hot and cooked thoughout . Would go back again. 8/10

Came here last night as we had a late one, got our food had to send the drinks back as they were flat as food was good though and was tidy enough wouldn't rush back

On a recent trip to Motherwell in Scotland and after a 6-hour drive from London, I looked around for some late night takeaway. KFC was nearby and I recalled that I hadn't tried them for at least 20 years so dropped in. I was ignored by the cashier who had his head stuck through the connecting hatch to the kitchen, apparently waiting for another customer's order. Multi-tasking was clearly not a requirement in the job description. Waiting customer served and brain reset to 'next' mode, I finally got served. Back at my accommodation, I dissected what was apparently 3 pieces of reheated chicken from its impenetrable armour-coating which quickly found its way to the bin. The fries has also been reheated. Then I remembered why it had been 20 years since I'd last eaten KFC. AVOID!

Went to KFNC Motherwell tonight, what a circus. Ice-cream machine still broken! That a good few weeks now & why is it out of action u may ask??? Because there's a blown fuse inside the machine. FYI Mr manager, all fuses tend to be on the inside! Should learn to keep my mouth shut though, as I ended up with the 3 scabbiest pieces of chicken yiu ever did see! Thanks for doing me a favour, cause won't be back.

Waited 25 minutes for the very complicated order of a Capuccino and a White Chocolate Cookie. Almost half an hour later I got a Cup of what can only be described as a horrible cup of hot tar and a milk chocolate cookie. Pathetic.

disapointed in the very slow service watch out for the delivery drivers jump the que and don't care they seem to give more priorty to drive through than desk

service was better than last time and much quicker. the food was perfect and nothing wrong like the last time

This shop is a disgrace . We visit normally every week in the hope it will get better but unfortunately it hasn’t. It’s filthy. You have to ask to get a table cleaned. Floor is filthy and sticky. Customer service is atrocious. You get told to sit at one side of the shop as if they are cleaning the other. It’s a joke . They are more interested in dealing with the just eat orders. They is always something that they haven’t got. Someone should be out front cleaning up the place instead of it getting left to fester. Sort yourselves out guys. You’ve to wipe your feet on the way out !!! I’m not Kidding!!

brought my son here Saturday one serving and it was so busy" lots of people were bringing there food back as the orders was all mixed up we go to the car to realise the juice was off so had to go back service terrible need more staff

Chips are not as nice as what they used to be. I used to get the bucket and now it is full of just legs and no breast at all. For sure not for value as it once was. The service was second to none and very polite but the food was nothing to write home about.

There seems to be a trend from kfc to rob you blind an mess up your Order, clandestine add ons and missing parts of your order, really wrong pricing won’t be back,

This is my local kfc and as such return regularly as the kids love it. Iv left reviews before which have always been 5 stars but on this occasion I have had to drop 1 star.

At the weekend they allow groups of around 10 – 15 kids shout and jump around without telling them to be quite wile familys enjoy timeout. The food is not bad and the staff at the counters are very friendly and free Wifi

Had a KFC recently, boneless banquet is a real treat with sides of gravy, chips and popcorn chicken. All cooked fresh and all yummy.

Love KFC but when they can't get an order correct it does my head in. Unfortunately by the time I noticed I was already home.

Love KFC so enjoy weekly visit here for Friday takeaway. Never usually disappointed in food. Service usually very good too.

Had dinner here tonight and it was lovely, fresh warm crispy chicken & chips. The place was spotless and the lady serving us was really nice.

I was part of the public invited into the 'Open Kitchen' to see how it all works. I met Dave the manager and some of his team along with other members of the public. We were given a tour of the kitchen, option of 'breading' the chicken then had the opportunity to sample the produce by creating, and eating, our own meal.

Picked up bucket dinners and zingers and popped chicken with gravy extras. Enjoyed it, served nice and warm too.

The new zinger meals they have on offer are amazing and have a good kick to it, but couple things put me off when i visit this branch

Ordered my meal and sat down went to eat my burger and was stone cold cheese was freezing and bacon ice cold bun stone cold also which went along with the cold fillet of chicken took it back up asked for a free one which I was given in under a minute basically put a bit of chicken on bun and kept the cold cheese bacon and bun so asked I this was meant to ne served as cold and reply was yes! Seriously since when do you go out for a cold chicken burger demanded a refund no apology given as staff couldn't care less absolutely shocking service and staff place is a disgrace I will watch out for your next adverts for cold burgers as according to the children you have employed thats the way it should be! Place should be shut down bogging bastards!

I have got to say that this is probably the nicest, cleanest and most efficient kfc I have been to. My kids love kfc and I certainly have no issues in bringing them to this restaurant due to the above. Highly recommended

Sometimes service can be a bit iffy, some staff are a bit clueless, others fine. Food in my opinion has got better. Family boneless chicken with fries and popcorn chicken with gravy sides are tasty. Although isn't cheap, still a nice fast food meal.

There is this one worker that argues with you and has a problem when ever I want to use the KFC club card. Poor standard of food especialy fries and always dirty khrushems cups

Well visited here this afternoon 02.06.16 and it was empty when walked in and all i seen was this very friendly smile from the counter assistant i she ws very polite and took my order. Her name was Cara so spot on with the customer service skills.

Visited here tonight for a once only takeaway meal consisting of chicken pieces,corn and coleslaw .

love kfc will always go back great deals all the time well worth the money great staff to would recommend

Went hear the earlier in the week for a take out meal and the assistant seemed more interested in what he was doing later that night anf nog on thr job in hand took along time for them tk recognise I was waiting even though I was the only one there

Well stopped off at Kfc in motherwell as i had been here before , when walking is was busy waited 10mins to be served and could hear a women from the back of the place shouting on one girl out loud even thro there was many other staff at the back of the cooking area just standing watching.

Really slow drive thru service. We went mid week at lunchtime & it was dead... We were the only car in the drive thru & once we got in after negotiating the ridiculously tight angle we were left waiting before eventually being asked our order. We were then asked to wait again in a bay for fresh chips to be cooked but were waiting 10 minutes of a lunch hour in the car and actually the food was just ok, wasn't piping hot & was thrown together. Really disappointing for a new KFC.

On arrival no one in box to serve then intercome went they cold not here me, fed up drove to next window and ordered there, ordered went away opened meal, asked for large baked beans and got a tiny one, asked for fries, got none, dont use it. they cant get a simple order correct. but they get the price right........

They managed to get a basic order wrong! This seems to be consistant with KFCs everywhere! The food is good. I just wish they would get the order right!We only found the error when we got home with the food! Too far to go back to complain!!

I placed a simple order for a bucket deal plus an extra side... had to park up and waited for ages for the delivery to arrive. Finally it came out and I had a quick look - all seemed ok and I headed off home only to find the extra side was missing. Fair enough - I thought I would phone and ask... but NOWHERE on the web or on receipts does there seem to be a number to call them?!? Eventually had to drive back and wait again for the extra side... a quick apology and that was it.

Dissapointing visit, cold food, no milk, female staff with no hair nets, staff seem to lack awareness of customer service & to top it off place is dirty. Counter tops at tills stained with sauce, chips all over floor and staff didnt bother to clean it up despite the amount of them behing the counter.

I eat in KFC in Glasgow on occasion but this was strange experience. Venue was very clean and lots of staff around. However, thought the drink tasted terrible and food was a wee bit on the cool side - not sure why as we were only people on the premises.

Well visited this the other day when walking in could see the staff just standing around, walked in and place was clean, the service was not bad, meal was made quick but the juice is not nice unsure if the ice was the problem.
