Terrible. Waited 30 minutes in my latte in the morning - you'd think a Milti-million quid corporatation could do better. Latte was also very disappointing in a tiny cup.

Very spacious clean service quick

Was in here with my grandson & ordered on the touch screen, it never gave me a receipt ( think no paper left in it) it was VERY busy with a lot of folk waiting plus just eat guys. I managed to speak to a young girl & she went away came back, told me my order number & a few minutes later brought our food out on tray. I asked her name which is Leah, her bosses should be really proud of her, she is so nice & helpful too, Thank You Leah

I am now upgrading my review from 3 to 4 * because they started sealing the bags and in past months we have not had missing major component of our orders 27/3/2024. I downgraded rating today because they missed out Big Mac. I deliberately do not order 2 of any type of burger so to help them not get them mixed up as in the past. I noted it was a common error to undercount times. Today I ordered a Big Mac, Double Pounder, Deluxe Crispy and a Mayo Chicken, plus a wrap, chicken nuggets and 7 fries, total cost ~ £55 but Big Mac was not supplied. They have refunded the cost but a person’s meal was missing. It came sealed with a checklist but this has not prevented their old mistake. I still order because of the kids. It a treat for them few times/month. As for the adults in the house who will have to give up their meal, it is not fun. The burgers are also not standard either. It is as if tomatoes cost a fortune. I will not complain about missing dips for nuggets. It is now normal. Previous review few weeks ago when I first noticed sealing of delivery bags: This 5 star is based on today’s service only. The only missing items today for home delivery are the 4 ketchup tabs/dips for chicken nuggets . Who will complain of this? Well, only if you don’t have a bottle of ketchup at home. I do. Delivery today was sealed with a checklist attached. Food was still warm. Am not sure why this has not been the standard. Many times in the past, food items will be missing. It was too frequent that I considered not ordering food from them but this is always an occasional threat for kids who insist it has to be McDonald.

They don't value delivery driver's time and take lods and lods of time to prep the order. Moreover staff is rude too. Sometimes they hear us and don't reply

I visited this htl after a funeral an unfortunately found the tea an coffee quite cold although it was remidied after bringing this 2 the attention of the staff I also found the sandwiches very poor and the cakes were like something that were made by school children very plain and basic

Busy at 2.30pm Lots of Uber pick ups Staff pleasant and helpful Bit of a wait but meal was as expected, no disappointment

McDonalds in Motherwell Brandon Street is notorious for getting orders wrong. Just opened up my breakfast roll to find they hadn't put a sausage on it. Last straw. Will never use again.

I got the wrong doughnut and they gave me 2 pineapples WHEN I WANTED chips and one pineapple I got a happy meal WAY A TOY and they gave me a BOOK! am dyslexic!

Was in at 10 had coffee and Sprite went back 2 and a half hours later no coffee no Sprite no cookies something else ended up with 2 coke and 2 brownies nothing hot and still waited 20 min .

I meet with 3 friends 4mornings a week We have 2cups of coffee or tea and stay for over 1hour

Food was OK milkshakes are never available same as mcflurrys and you can't get table service when sitting upstairs which is a nightmare with a toddler. Lady who does tables comes across very passive aggressive and cheeky.

There's no parking, no drive thru, and no outside dining.

You know what is going to be served to you , that's why you're in there , fast food

Who is the manager of Mcdonalds ? Can they explain the road traffic laws to their delivery drivers ? its illegal for them to use pollock street and it is also illegal for them to park on the footpath

As soon as me and my cousin walked through the door we went to order and the server came up to my cousin and told her that what she was wearing was not suitable to wear and we had to leave the building but she was just wearing a regular T-shirt, there is nothing wrong with wearing a regular T-shirt but the server told us to leave and don't come back unless she had a jumper or something to cover her with

Always busy some staff are friendly

This place seems always very busy. But they keep it nice and clean. Just the wait for food sometimes is a nightmare

It's McDonald's so ye know what yer getting food wise. The real attraction here is the human zoo of folk that appear for the surrounding areas

I luv McDonald's, but this was probably one of my worst visits. There was no hot beverages! No ice cream, no apple Pies, no milkshakes. There was also no queueing system I'm surprised there wasn't any fights. The girl that was serving us wanted to be anywhere but at work! Lol.. No communication, no eye contact, just not interested. The guy upstairs was obsessed with filling the tomato sauce but never wiped down a single table.

Regardless of time of day or size of order service is always really slow and 9 times out of 10 they forget stuff from your order

Considering l waited 20 minutes,my chicken sandwich was cold,my tea had burst teabag,no milk or sugar, l wasn't walking back in to wait in queue again.

Best place in here is upstairs... Its always quiet up there...

Very busy for Wed evening. Service was quick and inside very clean. Had to wait for a downstairs table though.

Very nice McDonald’s and even though it can be somewhat busy the staff are nice and calm and composed and it does very well for itself, I recommend. And also I won a free drink there so that’s cool, I also sat next to the champion of the worlds messiest toddler so that was A nice landmark to go and see at McDonalds. :)

Shambles as usual, told to go park up and wait despite an empty drive thru, think this is deliberately done to make it look like uv been served quick on there computers. Plus my order had half the stuff missing. Its not rocket science to put 2 muffins in a bag when u have paid for 2 but only put 1 in. And the one i did get looked like it had been chucked aff a wall. Not wrapped properly and cold. Goes back in to get the thing that was missing and the person on counter was poker faced and then crabbit because THEY made a mistake. Place is a shambles honestly, il never be back.

Not happy as the wee old cleaner with curly hair was clearing tables touching bins ect went into check toilet then came out and went behind counter and prepared up fries never washed hands she should never be allowed behind the counter I'm going to say to the manager

Long waits for orders, Management and staff members attitude to some customers is appalling.

Visited to take away noilkshakes or sauce not a huge issue if everything else was correct and usable replaced milkshake with cola and iron bru got home in less than 10mins drinks were undrinkable both flat and stale would advise that you check before you leave store it's actually fizzy

Motherwell McDonalds is always very busy but since the advent of deliveroo and just eat etc, the place is choked with drivers waiting with their huge orange or blue bags which then hold up orders for patrons. I really believe all restaurants, franchises and chain owned should have a specific drive through window or there should be delivery hubs - essentially mcdonalds kitchens with no dining area but a holding area for delivery drivers to pick up their orders. This way the restaurants can still be busy but free of delays due to delivery apps.

Review has been updated to represent my latest meal. Big tasty not looking very tasty and delivered cold. Yet again no dips were sent with nuggets. Another company taking people's money and delivering only poor service!!!! Also medium chips have increased from £1.09 to £1.69 without notice!!!!

Everything was good except the service, they seemed to ignore me even though I was just getting six nuggets and two drinks...they all concentrated on the delivery people like just eat..four of them left with huge bag fulls before I was served.... that's why I usually go to burger king

Neat place and friendly staff. Always wondered why the first floor is always closed to customers by 6/7pm while everyone is crammed into the small space on the ground floor though.

Waited 40 minutes for our food was freezing cold . Took hot chocolate back as was watery waited another 10min to be told machine not working so had to have freezing coke then 😫 burger was even colder

What a shambles of a place. More concerned with Just eat rather than onsite customer base. Food waiting times circa 15 mins and then it arrives cold. Very poor indeed

In here just now. Seems there too busy for customers in shop as all food coming out is for the big delivery orders with the token item appearing for anyone actually in shop waiting . Said to guy at till but still waiting on an answer when i commented !!! Shop is not even busy at mo.

Ordered food threw there app (McDonalds app) and was given a full wrong order so tryed to call them and they would not answer the phone at all.

Ordered a take out came stone cold and missing items par for the course with McDonald's always blame the uber eats driver but they can only deliver what's given to them get your act together McDonald's

I ate something that was supposed to be a burger but it was a disappointment I wont be frequenting this place again one question I have is why do they call it fast food when you have to wait so long for it do yourself a favour and give this place a miss

Once again McDonald's you fail to supply food goods that have been ordered. Not once on my order did I ask for cola or cucumber sticks!!, my mango smoothie and fanta were missing and so was my request for dips which I pay for and which you always seem to fail to put into the bag even after asking for them in the special request section for my order. When I call the store no one answers the phone. Terrible service and I really do fail to understand how a simple order can got so wrong!!

Food is a mixed bag here. It's not great, it fills a gap. Don't eat here when it's busy your chips will be cold and your ice cream or milkshake will be like milk.

This is absolutely outrageous. I came to the Motherwell Mcdonalds and they didn't give me sugar for my Latte. I am absolutely fuming over this unfortunate incident and I will not be coming again.

9 out of 10 times miss to deliver the dips through ubereats, even when ordered as a separate item. Miss to use seasoning on the meats, which makes them tasteless. They apologize on the phone, but that doesn't makes your meal taste better. Not recommended.

Clearly asked for meal deals on Uber eats and they only gave me one chips 🍟 however I got the two drinks feels like they never included the other portion of chips on purpose they knew it was two meal deals

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE MCDONALDS APP!! We made the mistake of ordering a delivery from the app, we requested from palace ground's, Hamilton but it was sent from Motherwell, not a big deal only the driver dumped the delivery on the ground outside our front door, didn't knock the door or ring the bell so not being mind readers the food was outside for an hour (i.e. freezing cold) we honestly just thought it was a busy night and didn't think our food would just be dumped on the ground.. So, we called McDonald's for a refund, told since it was from the app any issues had to be dealt with by UberEats, bit strange as we ordered form McDonald's, not UberEats, but OK, tried that.. the call-handler from Uber was totally unwilling to help, so requested to speak to a manager, who just kept repeating that he wouldn't refund anything then hung up on us, this call ended at 20.10, so unable to even go round to McDonald's as it closes at 20.00... NEVER EVER AGAIN! am now left with an unopened bag of freezing food that is totally inedible and being forced to pay for it... total scam... Now left with the prospect of finding an alternative in Motherwell on a Tuesday night, so much for hassle free fast food...
