absolutely everything was freezing

The driver left the meal at the door after one am i noticed it at nearly two am i then had to drive to the restaurant and they gave me my order accept for the mcflurry as they said the machine was off then they sai will you take a milk shake instead

always things missing every time

Did not receive half of my order the food was stone cold and i did not even get a straw to drink my Fanta with horrible service I would like a refund i am not happy

First time in ages everything was delivered! Credit where credit’s due. Great delivery driver.

First of all I order from here all the time I am always at the drive through aswell it really angers me that every time we have food delivered we just know something will be forgotten I get mistakes are made when busy but what is the need I ordered food tonight the burger I ordered was supposed to be plain came with pickles on it with sauce so my little man didn't eat was really the hole point in ordering I also ordered ice cream for him as he is unwell and didn't even get it in the bag !!

Ordered at 16.08 Said at 18.15 order delivered. No one came as i was standing waiting and have a ring doorbell!!! £16 delivery and recieved NO order!!!

Phoned to make sure 6 sauces 4 that were paid for were getting put in the bag.. 3 wrong sauces came and nothing else… ordered 5 chicken selects and they sent 3 ordered 2 large drinks and sent half full medium ones after speaking to the woman on the phone yet again the cheek was unreal how people can’t read n get an order right is beyond me you pay for stuff you expect it

Dear McDonald's Customer Service, I am writing to express my utter disappointment and frustration with my recent order from your establishment. The quality of the food was absolutely disgraceful. The burgers were cold, the fries were soggy, and the drinks were random selections that I did not order. To make matters worse, there was no ice in the drinks, and none of the sauces I requested were included. This is completely unacceptable, and I expect better from a company as renowned as McDonald's. I demand an immediate explanation for this appalling service and a resolution to this issue. I would like a full refund for my order and assurances that this will not happen again. I look forward to your prompt response.

1 hour 35 minutes for delivery, half a cup of juice and food as if it had just been taken out of a freezer

40 minute wait for a pick up collection. Haf to eventually go inside to see why it was so long. Apparently they couldn't see the receipt on the system and there for didn't know where i was parked. They must have noticed the car had been parked in the collection bay for a while and could have came and asked about my order

I will not be ordering a share deal again, I was missing two items that I ordered as part of it, and when I complained to just eat I was not compensated for the missing items, so personally I think the deal is a huge con. even a partial refund would have acknowledged their mistake, terrible customer service.

Typical Bellshill McDonald's, the food was cold, the Irn Bru was warm. the chips had the same texture as I imagine the cardboard packaging they came in has. The fries had the same amount of salt on them as said Irn Bru. When you order a happy meal why is there an option to select your dip when they never actually give you any? it's a bit like why do they put indicators on Audi cars. anyway, 2 hours for food half a mile away. usual nonsense. well done Bellshill McDonald's keep up the good work 🙄

Will never use this app again. My kids are up past there bedtime after a 2 hour wait when the restaurant is only 5 minutes away from my house. This is constantly happening your service is abysmal

Ordered around half past 8 and took over an hour to come! Time kept changing from the original time! Never get any dips that I payed for… not the first time either. Always use bellshill McDonald’s but I won’t be ordering again as they can never get it right!

Not for the first time the order comes without any of the sauces. If you want sauce included with your meals, order from another store as it is common practice to leave them out with this store as well as other larger items also.
