Delivered by a lovely and friendly chap who advised we were his first every delivery which was nice.

Driver didn’t read my instructions and rang my doorbell that doesn’t work

McDonald’s constantly get my order wrong, was so dry, the smallest amount of sauces or lettuce on the burgers, even when I requested EXTRA on them, also a 20 box of nuggets that was meant to come with FOUR sauces and they sent none, one of the driest meals I’ve ever had from McDonald’s. And waited forever for my dry meal, time constantly changed. Just a disappointing waste, wish we hadn’t bothered.

Food was freezing spent over £30 and full order had to go in the bin almost always the same beyond a joke

the wrap was so loose everything fell out, and the double cheeseburger had only 2 patties and nothing else inside it. horrid attempt at a meal.

Chips are stone cold. Burger was lukewarm warm and a mess inside the box with the top of the roll at the side of the burger and sauce all over the box.

How can you cancel, we realised we made a mistake nearly instantaneously, so have now paid 35 pound and had the courier mark it as delivered after I gave them the code on text. how can this be resolved

paid extra for the mind craft meal deal x2 and no gift was sent out. missing parts of order and on arrival mega cold!

terrible service. after 45mins I actually drove up to McDonald's to complain to be told not our problem we don't employ the drivers . I drove back home to be called by driver 3mins away . he told me he was standing waiting 45mins on my order being prepared.food totally freezing had to be dumped in bin . looking full and complete refund

Food was so cold when it arrived. It was delivered in a paper bag. The driver did not have it in the insulated outer bag and had walked from the houses at the back of mine as he had realised he had drove to the wrong street. Happens all the time. Not happy.

The order was place and advised it would be delivered within 20-25 mins , the order took one hour 25 mins and was delivered stone cold .

Ordered a sweet chilli crispy chicken wrap- ended up with a mcchicken sandwich. Ordered a 9 chicken nugget large meal got a chicken nugget happy meal. Ordered a double cheeseburger and got a cheese burger happy meal, absolutely shocking.

Ordered food and large fries came not even half full. Ordered two double cheese burgers and both did not arrive!!!
