Mcdonald's Restaurants in North Lanarkshire

Really disappointed to order from the McDonalds app for the first time to have my McDelivery arrive with incorrect and missing items delivered. After phoning the restaurant and eventually getting through l was told to contact Uber eats directly, the manager was not interested in helping. When finally getting to speak with Uber eats l was told l was not eligible for a refund even though half of our meals were missing and the other half incorrect! Total waste of £35

I'm just back from a walk to McDonald's since stating it was open 24hours. IT AINT!!! Staff ignored me at first and eventually somebody managed to find the energy to come and speak to me, but was a waste of time. Apparently we've to ignore the opening hours and advised to speak to someone higher up as they set out opening times. The guy couldn't even give me a time they'd be open. So I walked home. All i wanted was a plain double and a latte 😔 Won't be back despite being 10 min walk 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Never once can I remember getting warm fries (not even a joke). Whoever owns this franchise needs to really have a word with the staff, the fries are ALWAYS Baltic.

Ordered via the app and after waiting in excess of 15 minutes before having to go into the restaurant. The excuse...too busy but others waiting were served the drive thru never stopped. My order was lying in the midst of other burgers. It was time stamped at the exact time it was ordered. It was cold the coffee was cold but there was no offer to replace either. Restaurant, app orders, drive thru, just eat. Is it all too much even although there was a high number of staff there. Truly disappointed.😞

This McDonald’s has really gone downhill sadly. Last twice I’ve been told to park up and my food would be brought out. Last time it was 25min wait and tonight it was 20mins. Said to the girl that my son’s ice cream had melted while waiting and she said well your fries are fresh 😂 burgers were cold by time we got home and the fresh fries were too! Ice cream went in the bin as it was basically a milkshake by this point. Maybe focus on the customers who are literally sitting waiting in their cars than the just eat orders 🙄

Arrived at drive through just after 11 and had too wait 15 mins to get my order the delay was mainly due too just eat deliveries sorry to say but delays becoming the new norm at peak times.

Worst McDonalds by far, EVERYTIME we go through the drive through we are told to take a waiting space where you can be waiting 15-20mins, tried ordering on the app for the first time and some items missing, so after paying their inflated prices the only offer to resolve this by the under manageress was for me to make my way to restaurant to collect the missing items alternatively I was told I could call Uber and claim a refund🤷‍♀️I rest my case, McDonalds it seems are happy to take your money but don’t expect them to rectify the mistakes of VERYyoung clearly inexperienced staff who obviously can’t read an order receipt!!! Terrible customer service.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to yet! Half filled McFlurrys and drinks not up to the line. I’ve had food that is soggy and cold. The drinks are tasteless and needing barrel changed. It’s about time they changed their ways as there has been too many issues with this branch over the time I’ve stayed here I’ve only been happy once with my order.

McFlurry machine been out of action for a few weeks now. Seriously??? Surely can't be that difficult to get someone in to fix!! Plus someone needs to learn to count to 20 when counting the nuggets - more & more often 1 short and I have kids squabbling 😡

I like going with my wife and I because the staff are very helpful and nice to us.

Long que,, slow service no ice-cream or skakes and barely warm food,, live 5 min away and was stone cold when I got in,,, really really recommend just eat for small chains that care and deliver hot

The food is the worst I have had. I went through the drive, though the apple pie was out of date OK I did only say onit disard at 1230 I got my food at 1 o'clock so what else are there given to people

When u order with uber eat they never get your order right they always forget to put something in your bag and when u phone up and tell them about it they say u need to phone Uber eat. But Uber eat doesn’t bag the order it is McDonald’s staff they need to be trained again how to read an order and pack it right. This is happened 3 times and the manager was not helpful I will never use this McDonald’s again it should be shut down

We went here a couple of times when we first arrived bc we were just too dang tired to get to a restaurant. Compared to america, this McDonald’s was a lot more efficient and clean. Plus, we don’t have the wraps in the US & I enjoyed them.

The shop was very busy , I felt for the staff and also those of us who are waiting , busy at the drive through and delivery drivers putting bags on the tables to load please note these need to be wiped down after this ..infection control but I think people should be more patient and not get abrasive with the staff as there are children and others about

This place is getting worse everyday. Constantly getting orders wrong and the mcflurrys are just like a half cup of soup. Not happy at all

Ordered off just eat few weeks ago! All the food was cold. Ice creams were also practically milk when they arrived. Waste of money. Ordered tonight through Uber. Staff clearly can't read what people have ordered as I was missing 2 items, And my son's order was wrong! Asked for PLAIN Hamburger was given a cheeseburger (which my son won't eat as he doesn't like cheese) Absolutely useless service will never order a delivery from here again.

Ordered through McDonald’s app, order was wrong, this was the 3rd occasion in a row we have had items missing. Each time I have had to go to store after paying for delivery. When I attended the store the manager advised me this is the chance you take with placing a order for delivery and stated that it was not thier responsibility it was wrong. Very poor service indeed. Tried to make a complaint to McDonald’s which is almost impossible to do. Will never be back to this store

What on Earth happened to this place? It used to be efficient, accurate, and good value. I went today, and not only do they not have "fizzy drinks", when you tell them just to leave them out of the meal, they charge you for it anyway, and the least professional manager I've ever met tries to argue that it's all your fault. I will never go here again. It's not just the mistakes and over-charging, it's the sheer arrogance of the manager on shift. She shouldn't be working in a customer service job with her attitude.

Believe all the 1 star reviews on here. The manager in particular is an argumentative malcontent that never makes mistakes, and will blame you for "wasting her time" when you complain that your food isn't correct as ordered or your change is short.

This used to be a great wee McDonald's. But in the last year or so, standards have slipped. The food is often wrong, change short. And of most note, when you politely ask for issues to be rectified, there's a manager here that never admits her mistakes, has an attitude a mile wide, and frankly needs fired before she causes this franchise to fail. It's no wonder so many mistakes are being made if she's their manager.

P***. Are we in the age where the workers at the till stare at you and refuse to serve you unless you wait for five minutes? Got up to grab a coffee after meal (usually use app by my cards being replaced), table got stolen by teenage kids even though my items were there and my two young kids had their seats stole. All because I was being very blatantly ignored. Rude(yes it falls into it) counter staff with lack of basic customer service skills. Annoyed by a large group of young kids taking seating from a P1 and nursery child. Seems like the days of mcds being family orientated have long since departed. Miffed doesn't come close to it. If I could use some more colourful wording, I would.

Took about 30 minutes to get to the carpark. Baddly placed alongside drive-through, which blocks access. Full of deliveroo drivers so takes forever to get fast food.

We got breakfast this morning we stay 10min from McDonald in Bellshill food was frozen and disgusting coffee was frozen aswell they are a disgrace putting food out like that

This has to be the best mcdonald's franchise. All staff members are so professional, kind, helpful and friendly, great customer service and the food is always warm. I always stop buy when I pass through the area. Recommend if you're a trucker at night and nowhere to find hot food.

Its a McDonald's so food ok, seevice is ok but it location that give it a low score getting into can take long to get to it as queuing car for the drive thru can block people who want to sit in.

Absolutely ridiculous, something missing from order every single time!! They don't care if you order through the app as they just tell you to get a refund through uber. Missing a drink or dips is 1 thing but missing burgers every time is beyond a joke

Go to the drive thru between 23:00 and 02:00 and most of the time they will joyfully inform you the "tills are updating" and that you can't buy anything. This has happened to me four nights in a row now when stopping in on my way home from work. This has been getting more and more frequent over the last few months. I find it hard to believe the tills need updated that frequently and that they don't leave at least one operational so as to not lose sales. I suspect the staff are telling the customers this so they don't need to serve anyone and avoid work because they're no doubt unsupervised on the late shifts. Even if the "till updates" are legit I can't see a corporation like McDonalds purposefully turning down money. I've gave up at this point and will take my money elsewhere.

Constantly have missing or wrong items after ordering through drive-through. I honestly don't know why we keep giving them another chance. In future will be holding up all other drivers to check the order after being handed it. 9 times out of 10 it will be wrong.

Sick of the times there is missing items got that bad today the delivery man xid NOT even knock the door it wash left on the doorstep, minus drink and ice cream. Wouldn't be as bad if this was the first time but it's not.

Minus 5, how this place still holds a franchise is beyond me, the food is sub standard even if they can get it right which is extremely rare, they as most McDonalds appear to prioritise just eat or uber over customers who are either in the drive through or the shop (not a chance is this place a restaurant) staff clearly cant be bothered and dont care if or more like when your order is wrong which is about 99% of the time

Always seems to have long queues at drive-thru, home delivery get priority over people waiting inside for orders, left waiting at the drive thru order kiosk while 2 cars behind me managed to get served on other kiosk no problem.

The waiting time is a lot of pressure, and some of the products you get almost cold

Staff are more concerned about getting deliveries sent out that they leave paying customers food at the side to go cold before passing it over. Currently awaiting my whole order being remade as it arrived at my table Stone cold

Waited over 20 minutes for food which was fair enough as it was busy but when i got home( roughly a 3 minute drive) tge food was stone cold.

Really bad customer service, waited too long to be served and when i got my meal, ordered to sit in and got my meal in take out bags, so I complained then we left. Staff concentrated more on delivery orders than customers wanting to sit in. Used to enjoy the food here but now it's just not good. Very disappointed. Won't be going back.

Was a bit busy but no excuse to not clean the dining area when possible, it was absolutely disgusting, tables weren't cleaned all day by how long it took me to wipe down and scrape ingraved food n sauce off the table I reluctantly sat at, then staff tryed to give me a drink that had sat on the trolley behind counter that i know was there the full 35 mins i was sitting eating with family I ordered a cola to take away and she had the audacity to try pass me that. Explains why my drink with my meal was flat and not cold like it should be. I'm disappointed because I have always ate there but that's just unacceptable

Food was cold! Got a take away but was staying directly opposite at the premier inn (2 mins walk away) Ordered a Big tasty without tomatoes but when I opened the burger, suprise, suprise there lay two tomatoes. Staff looked like they didn't want to be there! Bacon tasted off! Worst McDonald's experience I've had! Never again!

I ordered 3 Big Mac meals and collected them but when I reached home I realised that they had only given me 2 Big Macs instead of three, so I spoke to the shift manager Sophie and she said she can only apologise for the inconvenience and said that she couldn’t give any compensation for coming back to collect my missing item. I am unhappy that I wasted my fuel and time just to collect one missing item. So I advise all customers to check their order before leaving because you won’t get any compensation for coming back for their mistake.

It was crowded for sure, but I got the food fast. prompt service. They did miss putting the ketchup I had requested for in the order, but considering the fact the food came pretty fast even with a large queue I am still happy. Tx

Just ordered a hot chocolate and a hash brown. The hot chocolate literally tasted like they had diluted it by 10 fold. Was literally just boiling water with a cloudy tiny of light brown. Awful

was In last night food cold 2 things missing from order. ordered a happy meal on reading the bill I was charge £1.40 for a toy! then a further 69p for another toy ( don't no what that was for). I thought toy was included in happy meal box.

Very disappointing food. It was very cold and the server had packed the ketchup dips on top of the 3 ice creams which had melted. Tried to phone the restaurant to raise a complaint but they do not answer their phone.

Just out of McDonald’s asked to speak to a manager as I was speaking to a customer about the service this man butted in to my conversation who was behind the counter still waiting for manager the service is a disgrace when I was waiting for my order all I could hear and everyone else was staff complaining that they wanted to go home but had to wait for someone to cover them or the guy that came back from his break laughing but couldn’t help me as he wasn’t sighed into the till Don’t even no why I’m wasting my time writing this as usual nothing will be done about it they should check there cameras

Just ordered 20 nuggets with a cheeseburger and cheese melts, when my order was delivered I found I was given two mcflurrys instead of what I paid for and no one was of any help at all ,will never order through Uber eats again. Could easily have been solved by just getting another driver to deliver my food that I paid £15 for.

Food quickly ordered using touch screens and received quickly. The staff kept us updated on any problems with the delivery of the ordered food. The atmosphere was nice. Cleanliness was maintained on an ongoing basis by the cleaning service.

Decent McDonald’s. Though the waiting time is quite lengthy. Came in for a breakfast and still waited around 15 minutes to be served food that was lukewarm. Personally I think the just eat delivery move that’s been made is causing mayhem in most of the franchises.

Busy little place with a small amount of parking. Busy early morning drive through which takes focus away from small number of 'dine in' customers. Clean and tidy with pleasant staff.
