Mcdonald's Restaurants in North Lanarkshire

I had ordered two katsu curry crispy chicken wraps and received chicken and bacon ceasar wraps. I had also ordered a portion of mozzarella dippers with the tomato dip and never received the dip.

Well following yesterday's treat, we decided another treat was needed. So we this time opted for breakfast wraps with coffee. Delicious 🤤 thoroughly enjoyed.

My order never arrived and just eat can’t refund. My place of work is Audi car dealership and they left it at the front door, the front door where a host is awaiting customers. Completely shocking services

Ordered a wrap with everything on it, received a wrap with only chicken and sauce. No lettuce or cucumbers. Wrap was made with a time stamp on sticker of 11:56 didn’t receive order until 12.32 and the McDonald’s is 4minutes away by car. Chose a delivery as working from home. Food was freezing cold and soggy. Refund of a £25 order from just eat was £3.62. Shocking service from both McDonald’s and just eat.

Sick and tired of the bad service won't be back. Boy on the drive thru thinks its funny to overcharge. They get the orders wrong more often than they get them right, really poor service.

No ketchup again. Why give the option if you aren’t willing to put it in?

Bellshill team for again providing a prompt delivery of food .Waited over an hour for Coatbridge McDonald's to move from received my order ,had to cancel.Lesson learned, Bellshill Team always provide the best service,hot food on delivery and everything I asked for in my order.Thank you,won't try Coatbridge again x

The driver was walking about for 5 minutes trying to find us the food was cold because he never had it in a thermo bag we watched him walk up and down the street with our food in a paper bag and when we asked him about it he said his bag was in the car that’s amazing £40 worth off food delivered cold because he didn’t do his job correctly
