Was absolutely frozen no way did driver deliver straight from shop

Driver gave us the wrong order if he wasnt still outside when i noticed i wouldnt have got the correct order

Breakfast meal was nice and warm, quick delivery and pleasant delivery driver.

Great service driver was class

Staff at the restaurant can’t read orders correctly received wrong items and this isn’t the first time this has happened.

NO SAUCE AS STATED UET AGAIN I WANT A FULL REFUND THIS IS TJE 3 TIME IN A ROW AFTEE NOTING

I’m not very happy my field dinner is actually cold. I would love a refund back. I had to go out and see where the driver was because it said he was in the street.

Arrived within window but was stone cold

ordered tonight and they cancelled the order 5 minutes before it was due. Charged for it and won't refund. Contacted Just Eat as they won't answer the phone. Absolute idiots.

I ordered 2 teas and I was sent coffee we don't like coffee.

Waited nearly an hour (delivery time changed every 10 mins from 9.55pm to 10.30) food was freezing cold. Chips were solid.

Left a note remember sauce.. no sauces came wasted food.. chips were meant to be large would be lucky if they filled a small packet in a happy meal isn't the first time this has happened

Missed X3 items. Also no sauces or napkins. Large Fries were half full. No salsa with Mozzarella Sticks. Hopeless as always.

Items missing from order , a regular thing now

The driver clearly got lost as he drove well past my house and sat for ages before driving back and still not finding my house when in the street. The food was freezing and all of the sauces were missing.

We made an order said it was delivered but it hadn't. So got a refund request and just reordered the food leaving a note of my number incase of any issues. When delivered I mentioned half of it was missing (2 drinks and a brownie) he said there only is one bag, so lost an entire order, then lost half an order ,and was cold. Not acceptable.

Been last four Friday 3 of these have resulted in problems firstly before I get to the mistakes about 90% of the time I have been over the last year I have had to take a space of if your lucky move to the next window this is for the simplest of orders so not exactly fast food wasn't always like this.mistakes today 6 nuggets missing from order dip for mozzarella sticks not there last week was take a space when order arrived the chips were missing dip missing and chips cold just not a great experience must be the worst mcd about

chilly cheese had no cheese om it do went In bin. straws soaked in juice and lid open so one of juices had wee bit juice left

food was cold and not up to standards, ordered the food to arrive by 12:25 and it came closer to 1pm, not the drivers fault as the app showed the food was still being prepared after it was supposed to arrive

i cancelled this order before it started getting delievered due to me putting in the wrong address and the cancellation didn’t didn’t go thru and it still got delievered, i also texted the driver letting them know.

Why can’t bellshill McDonald’s never ever get it right. No dips or straws ever. Food prepared wrong extra sauce and cheese means you don’t get any. I get it gets busy however they get the order wrong every single time

Every time we order there is stuff missing or the order is wrong. If I did my job as poorly as you lot I would put peoples lives at risk. Pay attention to what you’re doing!

Either the packer was careless or the drinks toppled over in the car, but the bottom fell out the bag as soon as I took delivery into the house. I had to dry and clean my flooring of two drinks and an ice cream. Really annoyed!!

Ordered a chicken share box. Chicken nuggets was what was delivered. Ordered a small portion of fries. They were cold and there were 7 of them. The ice cream was like milk. Only fit for the bin.

Shocking service. All 3 of ours burgers didnt arrive. No Apple Pie either. So basically 2 fries and a milk shake. Told by delivery driver not his problem. This is happening far to often. 2 Fries were freezing. I wont be ordering again

Delivery driver lovely can't fault him. This branch and their gate keeping of sauces is actually embarrassing-when you actually pay extra for them and leave a comment in the notes asking sauces he remembered and they STILL get ignored. Not a one off-constant. Genuinely a joke.

They only thing when you order they ask about the tomato sauce and there never in the happy meal boxes and when the kids love sauce and get disappointed it's not fair on them so please read orders and put the sauces in the boxes

McDonald's is a absolutely disgrace they do not care about the quality of their food I put 2 orders in and both were wrong both myself and husband are house bound so that's why we depend on good food and good quality
