Margarita bread was burnt, it was meant for my toddler but was too hard for her to eat. I ordered Ben & Jerrys ice cream, it was already open with half the ice cream missing and what was left was just hard icicles not like ice cream should be, didn’t trust it enough to eat it. Disappointed. The meatballs were defo the best part of the order and was the only thing that was still warm when it arrived.

I am disappointed in the way the staff spoke to me about my order. Very rude. Got told it was ready to wait a further 15 mins for it to be made after getting a notification to say it was ready to collect. Staff kept asking me for a order number as I told them multiple times it was a Just eat order and didn’t have a order number. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this subway.

I do enjoy a subway but it does have its risks as I'm allergic to tuna. I generally order things that aren't in the area of the tuna and always ask the staff to change their gloves and use clean knifs etc. But today while standing waiting in the queue I watched as one of the staff first dropped tuna into the cheese and on the counter then picked it up with his hand then without changing gloves put the same hand in various salads etc contaminating at least 5 items . I left without ordering and will not return to this branch. . Subways really need to take allergies more seriously especially when it comes to tuna as this has the potential to cause serious problems.

Ordered ahead just over 1 hour before lunchtime. Arrived at the shop and had to wait for 50 minutes to collect the order. My order wasn't ready despite having had it for over an hour. There was also missing elements from multiple meals. Not impressed with the whole experiance. I understand the shop was very busy but I would have been quicker making a fresh order when I arrived.

Don't order a pickup, it's a waste of time. Food is ok (you know what you're getting with Subway) although could have given a little bit more veg (especially on my veggie sub) and a bit less marinara sauce on the other (ended up leaking everywhere). Placed two pick-up orders recently for specific times through the Subway app. First one a mid-week evening with no customers in the store. Arrived and had to wait on my sandwich to be made (Philly cheese steak, had disappointingly few peppers) taking a bit longer than usual. Whatever, new starts need time to practice, fine. For the second order, I went to the pickup point to collect (a few minutes later than my collection time). A very busy lunchtime. Took a while before spoken to - whatever, it happens, busy lunchtime. Order not ready - well that's annoying, but I'll let it slip. What's not ok is then saying it will be a few moments and continuing to serve walk-in customers. Had I joined the queue and told them about my order I'd of been in and out in 5-7 minutes with the rate they were serving. I placed an order to avoid any queues. I ended up waiting 17 minutes for my sandwich! Even delivery drivers who arrived after me were being served and on their way before me! Seems the prioritisation is: delivery drivers > walk-in customers > collection orders. I could have taken one of the staff back to my house to make the sandwich, and given them a lift back home before I'd of been passed my sandwich (I live seven minutes away). I could have even placed an order for delivery to a unit next door and received my order quicker. I probably could have even joined the queue to place a completely separate order, two times over, and receive those orders sooner than my allocated time-slot collection. The whole idea of ordering for pickup (according to the app) is to "order ahead & jump the queue". Yes, I literally skipped everyone in the queue, in practice around ten people were served and on their merry way before I received my order, all because my sandwich WASN'T READY FOR THE PICKUP TIME! Such a poor system. Your apologies fall on deaf ears when you can't uphold your end of the transaction and then neglect customer service with poor work prioritisation. No compensation, freebie cookie or good will gesture even offered (dare I asked I'd have probably waited a further eternity). Won't be back to this franchise.

Foods more dangerous than Jimmy Saville looking after your kids. Ordered and the food was completely wrong, they asked for the food back. Yes, covid still going on. Got correct order and it was more barking than a dog tied outside asda for a half hour shop. Avoid at all costs. Was asked to put first order outside, sat there for 20 minutes. Surprised it wasn't lifted by the fat bint delivery driver for a snack.

In Tim Hortons today. Staff were nice but the place was in a mess today. Tables were dirty had to move tables twice to find a clean table. The work stations and counters were covered in crumbs and god knows what else. Bins were full making it difficult to put away out rubbish and the toilets were disgusting! Not cleaned making one unusable and others with stuff all over them so bad I told my child not to wash his hands and used wipe we had in the car! What’s going on with the Motherwell store!!
