Tim Hortons in North Lanarkshire

07.30 hours empty restaurant area l ordered one large double double original coffee. One bagel and a small box of Tim bits - total £7.89 Opened the bag - no Tim bits Bagel half toasted and cold No sugar in the coffee.

Nice place to chill while the car gets fixed at the local garage

Food was good. Coffee was great. Only let down was the place was freezing.

Absolutely awful. I have been for a drive through before which has been great and without fuss. I came with a friend to sit in on two separate occasions and the staff have went out their way to make it a very uncomfortable atmosphere. We came at around 6:30pm and they had mopped half of the cafe and blocked it off (obviously so they don’t need to do it later once the shop closes) and proceeded to tell paying customers that they couldn’t sit there due to the fact that they had blocked it off! There were no other seats available in the cafe so it was ridiculous and so uncomfortable to watch the staff rudely argue with paying customers. The staff then huddled in the corner and proceeded to talk and complain about the situation right infront of everyone. Totally made the whole sitting in experience uncomfortable and this happened on the two evenings that I visited.

Just like all of the Tim Hortons I visited whilst travelling across Canada.

Only ever had breakfast foods from here but it is our go to for when we go for a day out, super friendly staff and really good food. Slight wait compared to other fast food places but not too long.

We were welcomed by the young worker/cashier who brought our stuff to the table and was very helpful with my son

As a vegan, I was sad to hear that there is milk in the French vanilla powder mix (I didn't even know they used a powder mix, so that was also disappointing to learn), and the coffee I had instead was just ok - I can genuinely make a better one at home. The food was abysmal! I wasn't expecting anything special, but the vegan "chicken" was like powder. It was extremely slow service, taking 30mins just to get our order. The place was also very dirty. I definitely will not return, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Cold food and thats me dining in ! Soggy cold fries, with cold burger. All for a price that's way too high. Definitely won't enter another Hortons. This is an edit. I foolishly thought things may have changed after considerable time, but no. Dirty tables, dugmeat for burger. Please take heed of this review. Don't eat from here.

Food can vary on how busy the place is the staff start to visibly panic as the place gets more full, the food quality and service drops considerably as they often make mistakes or give you the wrong food with missing dips that you have paid for get your order mixed up with other customers.

I had some waffle fries, apple and cherry cooler and a portion of maple chicken strips, all was nice waffle fries and apple and cherry cooler the things that stood out as they were so nice, the drink was so refreshing perfect for a hot summers day 👌😎☀️

Went in yesterday Saturday 19th August for coffee with another person.First of all you don’t take cash which is ridiculous as In Motherwell not everyone can pay by card.Last but not least the coffee is like coloured boiling water absolutely tasteless and would scaled you if it spilled its boiling hot! a health and safety issue and the guy serving looked like he had lost the will to live he was that ‘dour’Wont be back.

The food is really good and the staff are very polite,love Tim Hortons.

Sorry Tom Horton's ..not impressed Popped in to pick up pancakes and coffee to try First of all the smell from it while driving home wasn't pleasant ..but tried it anyway Hash brown greasy and not pleasant to eat Pancakes were like pre made supermarket ones only more soggy and the bacon was disgusting that would explain the smell The maple syrup was another joke it was a catering Lyons golden syrup which was "mapled flavour. .the coffee well let's just say it went down the sink Definitely not the what I expected from the famous Canadian Tim Hortons

Went to Tim hortons drive thru for the first time, served by a Romanian/Polish women I think, they all look and sound the same who was the rudest person ever, the customer service was diabolical, no patience and not very attentive. The language barrier was also a problem and found myself repeating the same order numerous times. Extortionate prices for cold and undercooked food. Avoid at all costs!

served by coco in the drive thru today and she was the warmest soul i have ever met. she definitely deserves some recognition, she’s polite, well spoken and doesn’t rush customers through their orders. food was handed out very fast and of great quality. best drive thru experience ever if i’m honest

Never in my life will my foot cross the threshold of this business that does not accept cash. it's some kind of joke so that I can't pay with banknotes which I consider to be discrimination. I will refer the matter to a lawyer. I hope this canadian mess will collapse soon.

Very slow service. Waited 10 mins and no one else was in front of us

1st and only time i'll ever be purchasing anything. Service staff was a disgrace. Attitude was disgraceful.

Filthy. We were the only customers and I couldn't find one xlean table. When I asked ofbtables could be cleaned I was handed a cloth and spray... which was actually quite funny. So I jist cleaned every table....Mr Horton, my cleaning bill is in the post. Oh......food was ok.

First time here and probably last. Seventeen minute wait for a muffin and coffee when it wasn’t even busy is just ridiculous! Food was fine but they need to understand what ‘fast’ food is! Also they might want to wipe down the tables occasionally and empty the bins.

Poor service, waited 10mins for a member of staff to come and serve us to be then told I had to use the kiosk, then went to find a table, every table was dirty, floors also dirty, then when sitting at a table 3 other customers came in and were served by a member of staff, what was the difference between them and us, when the food came the fries were cold, want be back!!

Went with daughter and staff very helpfull with ordering as it was my first time in place, i had a chicken bun and iced coffee the chicken was very tastey and cooked well .not like kfc up the road

You need to try a TH do nut once in your life, and their breakfast wraps are amazing.

It's always so dirty inside, the front door is covered hand prints etc and then inside the floor is covered in food debris, tables never cleaned and the staff just aren't concerned about cleaning.

Not overly impressed. This is only the second time I've visited. They don't accept cash for whatever bizarre reason. My burger bun was rock hard, they charge extra for a cup of tea with a meal that is supposed to include a drink. The restaurant is nice inside though, and the staff are friendly.

First time sitting in with the family, sadly coffee was average and so was cakes, could have been in Greggs and had much better coffee and cake for a better quality and price point.

Warning to public there are a pair of policemen looking for customers driving on Tim Horton private land without seat belts. Breakfast in hand they are prosecuting for being in a stationary vehicle without seatbelt at the entrance before driving on public highway. We are looking at complete disolution of Police madness is engrained in their minds. I wouldnt serve them a peanut off the floor.

Visited a few Tim Hortons I'm the past. The food and drink have always been exceptional. This time I tried the drive thru at the Motherwell branch. Was served by Coco who was very charming and friendly. She got my order spot on and the meal arrived with minutes. It was hot and tasty. Amazing service.

Always quick and friendly service

Deleted my order in error, however. Made up for their mistake with free doughnuts. Coffee was good. Easy parking on site and friendly staff.

I want to start of by saying food was amazing! I was served by Michael who was very helpful with my order and very attentive - made sure everything was of high standard. Overall super nice atmosphere plus it’s all at an affordable price. Can totally recommend it and will definitely come back again.

Had a great meal at Tim Hortons in Motherwell. Food was hot and staff very friendly and attentive. Especially Jasmine who was very helpful in advising us on what donuts to pick. Just wish it was dog friendly, as we would definitely go more often.

this tim hortons is the best establishment in scotland by far. i had an amazing breakfast bagel (no egg) and an iced caramel latte, which was the best meal i have eaten at tim hortons EVER. katie was an amazing member of staff and she was very helpful. the restaurant was very clean and the bagel came with no traces of eggs. the service from the other member of staff neave was very good. this is such a good place and cannot recommend it enough 😁😁

Barry provided amazing service, truly just mind blowing, insane really, out of this world, the best of the best, a real out-of-body experience. Reminds me of a time when it wasnt all just watermelon. The backflips were a bit much though, 4/5

Excellent Service. Have been to Tim Hortons a few times over the last couple of months and always receive great service. The donuts are always freshly made and delicious and enjoy a little coffee with them. Carly at front of house is always helpful and cheery and gives great customer service. If you haven’t been you should definitely give it a try

Review rating based on the customer service from Carly , top class. Tim Hortons itself is a tad expensive for what it is and the Motherwell car park is a bit frustrating as it has no restrictions to avoid football fans and school parents parking in customer spaces. Should definitely bring something in to stop this.
