McDonald's in North Lanarkshire

Very slow service. (20 minutes). Food was cold when we did get it. The board showed that our order was "ready to collect" but it wasn't, and when I asked, staff attitude was cold and dismissive. The place wasn't very busy either, although drive-thru seemed to be moving faster.

Always missed items. Burgers was smashed to the paper package .

Got a double sausage and egg muffin the last 2 times the muffin was as hard as a rock and it wasn't from the toasting they were at least 48 hours old I should know I have made 100 of thousands of them in a factory so I know my muffins

Very unprofessional and very slow working staff will never visit there again

Got just eat delivery driver was the most arrogant person ever came to door shouting code which I don’t have as ordered plenty of times before never asked for code then asked for last 4 number of mob num also 30 mins late than I booked for hope I get the same driver again

Every time without fail my order is wrong, missing things or is freezing cold and I dont realise till I’m home or after the just eat driver has left. It been that way for years and its shocking its still happening

I don't often go into McDonald's, this place reminded me why. The wait for two drinks was terrible, nearly fifteen mins, and once we sat down, the tables and floor were messy, sauce spilled by someone on the window and walls not even cleaned up. This place ought to be seen by environmental health. An absolute tip. Disgusting branch this. One of the worst fast food places I've ever been in. Avoid.

I got a sausage McMuffin with no sausage

No straw no sauce I paid for my sauce as well actual pathetic it’s been 6 times I’ve ordered here not once has anyone put in a straw or sauce

My large fries are filled Not even half way and there was no cheese on my double cheeseburger!

My food came fine but I had no juice in my drink as it was all over the bag, tell ur driver to drive better

Food was clearly left for ages under the heat lamp. So lazy they forget the dips and straws every time. Binned most of it.

Really poor, order time kept going back, contacted store who advised no delivery driver there and to contact just eat, unable to contact just eat, so phoned again and told delivery wouldn’t be happening. Arranged alternative food then contacted to say food on way, both burgers freezing cold and coke was half full due to leaking through the bag. Told by driver he had been waiting at McDonald’s for 50 minutes so they lied about no drivers. Want a full refund

Honestly a complete joke of a place. Hungover crap staff hiding and sharing cans of red bull (Boak) in the rubbish section Focus is just eat, staff literally sliding down the walls yawning- won’t make any eye contact or offer an apology for wait, No one serving it showing and customer service Waited 35 mins for a cold burger, won’t be back Used to be decent, no one cares anymore about a good service

Worst McDonald's by far. Took my kids for a quick dinner after their swimming lessons. Went through the drive thru and was told to park up. As we were waiting (over 15 mins), we witnessed the staff member dropping another order on the road.. left it there to serve another car, then went back and picked up the dropped order off the cold wet road and proceeded to still try and give it to the correct car. They then brought our order out. Stone cold burgers. My fiancé complained and was brought another.. this was also stone cold. He then went inside and there was a queue of 4 or 5 other people waiting to complain about cold or missing food. Eventually he got a replacement burger, but again it was cold. At this point he cut his losses and we left. Wouldn't recommend.

Order arrived with no fries and no mozzarella sticks. Only thing that arrived was my burger- in a massive bag and my drink. This is the third time this has happened to me in a row

very long wait time. I don't blame the driver, took 45- an hour to make 2 quarter pounders with cheese, 2 large fries, 2 cokes and 9 chicken selects with 3 sauces. Food was cold, 1 drink had no ice, iv had similar orders take 30 minutes. Delivery driver was nice and friendly and was quick delivery

MISSING ORDER! Received a message that my food has been delivered to the different address. Would apply for a refund. Ridiculous. Your drivers should ask for a code don’t they? Not delivering to the to random people. Shame

driver was lovely, however food was ice cold and it was down to the drive it has clearly been left sitting for a while and then boxed up for delivery

I ordered large fries and there was only about 15 there

my juice was half empty because it was lying on its side in the delivery drivers bag and when he gave me it it leaked all over my floor.

Place is a shambles! Staff are rude, don’t listen to what you ask for, simply can’t pick an item up from a hot tray and put it into a bag. Not sure how that can be hard but just the look of some of the staff explains that. You order a breakfast wrap and it comes with half the stuff in it.

My order time was changed 3 times and ended up waiting over an hour . Food was barely warm and had to reheat in microwave

Driver told me he had a delivery for my next door neighbour literally across the hall from me but some how he left our flat and drove away and came back 5 mins later, what kind of people are u employing?!

Delivery time caunegd twice. Two items missing. No two crumbs wothnmcdlurry as opposed to actual pieces, also the wrong kind ordered smarty and the two crumbs were oreo. Coca cola zero delivered instead of coca cola. This is the 12th-15th screw up
