McDonald's in North Lanarkshire

Slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Orders show as ‘ready to collect’ 10 mins before that are actually ready, so manager clearly have staff falsifying the system to pretend they aren’t so slow. No staff cleaning tables, so you get to look for a cloth and clean a table for something to do while you wait.

Place was empty yet the food was cold and took ages to be sent out ! Thank God this isn't my local mcdonalds avoid this place if ur in a rush

Service at this dump is absolutely terrible. Staff wouldn't look out of place in a nursery play ground, carrying on behind the counter completely ignoring their duties. Ordered for table service after 15 mins ended up having to go to the counter and deliver the food to my own table since the staff couldn't be bothered. No sauce in the dispensers and no sauce behind the counter either. Not a single person out cleaning the tables probably too busy enjoying the carry on behind the counter to bother working. Absolutely mind blowing that this place is even making money.

we are missing 2 dips and 3 straws. I ordered a large meal and the chips were only half full. the kids had the same amount of chips in their medium meals as I had

Hi I have been given the wrong order

Driver called for the house number which they already had, at that point according to the tracker he was still at thevrestuarant

Ordered my family dinner, £41 worth of food and it got delievered to the wrong address! Why have a code if the delivery driver is not going to use it? Not happy at all!

Half my food was missing the stuff I did get was freezing cold as the driver was sitting out side in his car for 5 mins before he came to the door

Missing items and unsatisfactory support. The missing item meant that one of my child had no dinner and then the rest of the meal was freezing!!! Ridiculous service

I am absolutly done with coatbridge mcdonalds!!! They are absolute idiots!!! I will never order from them again. You either get an order with something missing, or you get someone elses order. The incompetnace at the coatbridge branch is off the scale. Absolute thickos, never again will they get my custom, your recruitment is atrocious, your staff are complete imbociles. Totaly wrong order and no way to correct it as you cant contact the restraunt. Sack the fxxkn lot of them.

delivery kept getting pushed back it finally arrived 40 minutes after original delivery time and was stone cold when it arrived and my dips were left out so never got them.

Ordered on just eat food didn't arrive was stuck on preparing food screen for ages and didn't arrive always problems with the Coatbridge one save your time and hassle folks avoid Coatbridge McDonald's at all costs as they basically stole off me i phoned them and the best they could say is they don't have a bloody driver

Food arrived on time and warm, delivery driver was lovely. Asked if they could put a tails toy in for my daughter and it was no problem at all they put a big smile on my daughters face, Thankyou so much.

I ordered a Coca Cola Zero sugar to come with my food but instead I was given a regular. In normal circumstances it would be okay but I’m type 1 diabetic and would’ve been put in serious danger if I hadn’t been able to taste the difference between the two. If someone orders a diet or sugar free drink make sure that’s actually what they are receiving. Thank you

McDonald’s forgot the porridge

Waited nearly 1 hour in the drive through, Saturday night at midnight. Looked like one guy working both windows. Very poor service especially as once your in the que you can't leave it so no choice but to wait.

2nd time ordering as food didnt arrive first tine fries cold ordered nuggets n got none and kids n there dad fell asleep so waste of time

unfortunately the restaurant had the food prepared for a longer than normal time and it came cold and missing an item.

for the second time in a row I have tried to order the new BBQ stack burger and got some cold chicken burger which is horrible.fries where stone cold again and even after asking in the notes to remember to put the dip in the bag for the mozzarella sticks,they didn't send it again. Definitely the last time ordering from Coatbridge McDonalds.
