This has got to be the world's worst McDonald's. The milkshakes are never on! The staff have trouble getting my order correct. The coffee machine is always getting cleaned in the morning when most people are wanting coffee. Getting the order right is a basic though. I am just sick of it. The guys working there obviously do not give a toss! What a complete shambles of a place. I will not be back after them getting it wrong again tonight!

I had a nice time here with my kid. The worker named Chisom was particularly helpful. I went to her when an order was wrong and she was so friendly, answering me with a smile. Would definitely recommend

Drinks should be filled up to the top, especially after waiting 10mins to get my order.

Visited here and placed my order as 1 of machines not working so had to pay by cash. Stood for 10 mins waiting as staff kept walking past before I had to abruptly get their attention. Not good impressions of service from this store. Staff don't look interested in customer service they would rather speak behind the corner in kitchen about customers. The management here is awful that they couldn't manage a raffle never mind staff. Please if ur desperate for a McDees avoid this one and go to the showcase.

Food to usual McDonald's standard, a bit messy outside

Lauryn is a great worker who is fun and down to earth, Sabrina is not great with customers might be good to others but she has a problem me and my friends

How this shop gets away with how they send out orders really baffles me. All fries were missing from order , had meals missing from order. Big mac was burned and solid was completely in edible and everything was freezing its disgusting the way they send out orders that they wouldn’t eat them selfs. How do they find this acceptable, kids waiting on a dinner and it doesn’t arrive but when you complain they tell you its just eats problem . Oh yeah i forgot just eat make the orders NOT

Didn’t order much. Happy meal with extra large fries. The large fries were missing but I’m thinking it’s just as well because the fries in the happy meal looked like they’d just been waved at the oil so undercooked my kid couldn’t eat them.

Ordered at 730pm for a 15-30 min delivery window. Delivered at 9:38- 2 hour and 8 minutes later. Food cold, driver couldn’t find address and argued with me on phone telling me he was at my door when I was standing outside my door. Attempted to call restaurant 6 times no answer, figured there was an issue and so ordered food elsewhere that was delivered then this turns up. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A SERVICE AND COMPANY

Worst visit to McDonald's. Food thrown across the counter to you. Chips consisted of cold undercooks and the odd burnt horrible. The burger was assembled during an earthquake by the looks of it. Painfully slow. Won't be back here again.

They forgot my chips food a little cold

Waited a long long time for food then got told there was none of the item we wanted. Customer service was non existent and the girl could not have cared less. Food was luke warm. All in all not a nice experience.

I love food it is a bit unhealthy but you always have time for something good ! I reccomend going it’s so tasty ! Don’t worry there’s veg meals to ! And you can get salad in your meals and healthy thingys ! I hope this helped

Food wasn’t even look warm.Tell your driver to knock the door next time and don’t leave it on the doorstep, probably cos I didn’t leave them a tip on the app. I never tip on the app, I give cash tip at the door when it is delivered. I had just had a line up at the bookies and there was a fiver for you whoever you may be.

40 min wait in car park for cold food!

I never received my order I rated it on time only because it says it was arrived on time but the rest did not happen

Order was missing items this is a few times this has happened. Disappointed

They kept changing the time that the order meant to come so we phoned them and they chased it right up and it came really fast after that

I’m not sure how they manage it but it gets worse every time I visit. Chewy and burnt chips and a burger that looks like it’s been kicked about the place before serving this time round.

Even though a told them my sons had autism they done it again no sauce no straws pickles onions on Big Mac & 3 burgers missing ohh the chips were the only hot thing but as I said no sauce am absolutely scunnered now tbh I have had a couple of problems I have ADHD ptsd panic disorder anxiety disorder depression and bi polar and I will get ignored I know but it’s fine I will just call pizza and Chinese cash for the boys now kind regards Tracy Ann McDonald

Missing sausages out of meals. Shocking

£25 worth of food… The plain chicken sandwich meal was not plain. The large meals did not have large fries, instead medium fries and the ENTIRE order was freezing cold. Even the delivery driver from Just eat when arrived at my doorstep ON TIME explained that the staff were walking back and forth past my order despite it being ready. I called 6 separate times tonight to the restaurant yet no answer. Will call back again tomorrow, absolutely unacceptable.
