McDonald's in North Lanarkshire

Wait time was horrendous and when we did receive the food it was cold. This has now happened on more than one occasion. First time we sat in, this time it's the drive through. Oh and of course, no milkshakes!

Just popped in for a munch, went at around 11.30pm and I'm sure it was drive thru only. Ordered food, drove to the next window.. waited a few minutes to pay then collected food at the next window, asked the fella for some napkins as McDonald's never seem to give you any and I was told there were some in the bag but upon opening my bag once parked...there wasn't any bloody tnapkins🤬🤬

everything in my order was bareable but man if a bigmac says no cheese then dont put cheese on it

Tike kept on changing, food was freezing by the time it arrived and the juice was half empty as it was spilled all in the bag.

3 hour delivery wait finally came forgot all the chips and the juices and the burger didn’t come plain

Courier delivered my order with the Coke Zero spilled all over the bag and dripping out on my front step.

the app kept sayi g food was being prepared therefore i coukdnt cancel the order,when it changed 1 hour and 25 minutes later it took 7 minutes to get my house and every single piece of food was stone cold. iasked the driver why so long and the food is cold he just shrugged his shoulders, terrible service i wont be using ever again im done with it its every time now in the area i live and the delivery staffs attatudes stink, and i mean stink

Ordered at 22:17 and it’s just arrived. An hour and 30mins later. Everything is freezing cold and have sent the wrong drinks aswell. Joke of a place it’s always the same

delivery driver dropped all my food on the road side didn’t receive anything other than a wrap alone , couldn’t get photo evidence for refund as he swept it underneath car and picked bags back up

This morning I placed my order at the speaker the girl behind the speaker kept asking me to repeat myself instead of just asking me to continue to the next window if she couldn’t hear correctly. When I finally got to the first window I PAID and seen on the screen she got the order completely wrong after having to repeat myself 4 times. We asked for no egg on one meal and an apple juice which she completely messed up so I said to her about it she said she’d let the “kitchen know”. When I got to the next window I confirmed with the girl just before she asked us to park. We were sitting for 25 minutes before some person comes over asking if we’ve ordered anything ?? We confirmed the order and asked for ketchup’s (plural) to be put in the bag. Another 10 minutes passes and she comes strolling over with the order and only 1 ketchup put in the bag after asking for more than one? Where is the logic in that? 2 full meals with extra hash browns? Absolute joke. I then asked to talk to a manager who then started making up excuses saying they were short staffed yet that’s nothing to do with my order?. She says if I continue to the next window they’ll give me ketchup, which I done so and yet AGAIN left sitting for 5 waiting with no one at the window to then hear the manager talking about me to other members of staff saying things like “she’s got an attitude all over ketchup”. Absolute disgrace of a work place. You brand yourself as a ‘fast food restaurant’ yet can keep that standard. I can confirm I will not be returning to this unorganised restaurant.

the fries were unsalted which was a let down, but otherwise good. big shout to the delivery driver. thanks for reading my note

food was stone cold. ice cream completely melted. its a 6 minute drive from the restaurant to my house and it took 30 mins from leaving the restaurant to get here. the food is not edible. disgraceful

I ordered a milkshake and was delivered a Coke. I ordered three McFlurrys and was given a donut a brownie and a cookie. This is not what I ordered. Also no sauce. Why is there never any sauce or dip when asked for.

I know you don’t need a masters degree to work at McDonalds but surely basic reading skills is required. It’s not rocket science- read ticket and put items in bag but yet somehow they manage to not put all items in bag.

Ordered my food at 10pm last night waited 2 hours , then drove to McDonald’s to ask if I can pick it up was told no , came home and food was never delivered? Terrible. Would like refund.

Forgot items in order and there were only 4 items and quality of burger was awful. Meant to have lots lettuce on chicken burger, but 2 shreds. Never use again

Nasty, would recommend you go somewhere else if you want some decent food. At least somewhere else it will be warm not cold food and you will be treated with some respect.

Order was wrong. A plain cheeseburger was changed to a mcchicken sandwich. Granddaughter didn’t have food. Ice was added to one drink when no ice requested. Dips requested did not arrive. Poor service all around
