More often than not you get told to go and park and they will bring the food out. Never any less than a 15 minute wait

Burger was cold chips reheats and watery flat coke,piles of orders mounting up on tables waiting to be delivered. We sat for an hour,watching tubs of icecream sitting melting and drinks piled up,assumed that's why ours were flat,it was quiet when we visited.

McDonald's in Airdrie is falling apart from the iconic fabric that it was back in the 1950s. i'm talking about shrinking inflation of McDonald's food cost so much to feed a family of 4 😔 😟 🙁 I grew up in america 🇺🇸 in a small town called Delray Beach FL i remember when I was 20 years old. I totally remember 39cent cheeseburgers on sunday !! I remember when hamburgers were amazing massive burgers 🍔 😢 When I?Visited the store for some reason, the stove was broken so they couldn't make sausage mcmuffins. So I had to order a bacon mcmuffin. I was completely blown away by the size and shrink inflation. I will never go back to the store ever again. It is a disgrace to be charged this much for such little food.

This is the only Mcdonalds that DOESN'T get your orders wrong 😂

I was just with my friends and he run out to hug his friend and the security guard would not let him back in to get his food so I bring it out to him and I was told I was not allowed back in my friend put his hand in the door because he was going in and the security guard hit the door off his hand he’s 11 you need better staff he was crying his eyes out his hand is hurt and all red get better security and he also slapped a wee girl

No sauces no fries absolute joke of a place

Order was right and delievered on tome but they didnt put any sauce in the bag so chicken nuggets were very dry.

The only thing wrong with the order was that it was cold. It was so cold that some things couldn’t have been eaten. Tried to heat them up but just wasn’t the same. Also dips are always missing from the order.

As per usual no sauce i even ordered extra sauce so i would get it and still no sauce

The fries were so cold the driver said he chapped the door when he didn’t he left food outside called me then said he was at the door could he have the pin over the phone gave him he said food at the door

the food was colder than frozen & ice cream melted to a milkshake. baffles my mind how other takeaways can deliver warm food from a further location

Ordered a £5 meal deal of cheeseburger, McNuggets, fries & Tropicana at around 1am at drivethru. The nuggets were so hard that you could smash a window with them, cheeseburger was cold even though it was 5 mins after receiving, no napkins provided when I specifically asked for some as they never give you any at any branch. Never again, it's just a pity Burger King 👑doesn't open 24hrs.

i ordered a m chicken sandwich which was missing everytime i order there is always something missing carless workers dont check the orders before they go out

Asked for BBQ sauce and got none, burger looked like it was threw together and no straws for the juice so found it hard to drink out the cup

Food freezing !!!! just eats a joke of a company not one of their delivery drivers actually deliver food fast enough for it to be warm the driver clearly had the window down all the way here because it was fresh out the freezer I flung it at my neighbours house and knocked it down food was that cold !!! Abysmal is not the word !!!!!

Order nevwr arrived ans its saying delivered
