Hello, i am very sorry that i have to reach out to you this lady i don’t know her name in coatbridge mcdonald’s she stood infront of me and looked at me up and down and drew me dirty looks multiple times as a sixteen year old minor, why is she doing this to me? and then she kicked all my friends out just because they laughed she follows us and has something against us

Amazes me that the people working there are that incompetent they can’t get an order right, items missing and the ones that actually came were wrong and cold.

Usual, foods ok quicker than usual service could be fresher but its fast food

It would be alot better if it was a tad bigger

Food was good but the driver had no clue what he was doing walking up and down my street for 5 minutes

our order was cold and was comprised of 3 chicken nugget happy meals and a 9pc chicken nugget meal with zero dips even though I specified dip. Think this should be double checked upon leaving the store. Not the first time from this store.

My drink was warm with no ice. My burger and chips were cold and my sauce didn’t come with the order. Not great at all. Driver was fine and nice. Just the food that was a let down.

This branch it utterly incapable of getting an order right when it's for delivery. There's always at least one item wrong or missing. The latest one is they've sent entirely the wrong dips and haven't sent the Minecraft collectible with the Minecraft meal. Absolute joke.

I ordered £39 worth of food and should’ve gotten the 6 piece chicken nuggets for free with the promotion they have on and they never packaged the 6 chicken nuggets with my order, this McDonald’s scams you plus they Never gave Any

good was an hour and a half late, can't fault the driver because as soon as it said courier has it, the food was here within 10 minutes, it was absolutely freezing though and we all know mcdonalds fries aren't the best microwaved..

Food was cold, no ketchup on burger and no ketchup in bag either

Order incomplete for the 10th time in a row , they never have the curry sauce which is ordered and paid for , so will never use again .

Would have a better chance of getting your food if you grabbed it from the bin. Several times now items either missing or customisations not acknowledged - imagine if I had an allergy 😐

Not the first time this has happened, yet again items missing from the order - 5 sauces. Irrelevant that they are free I would not buy in shop and not have sauce with my meals. Incompetence yet again from McDonalds staff get your orders read and packed properly for the paying customer!!

Ordered and said it would take 12-25 minutes, ended up taking over an hour and half! Mcflurrys didn’t even have any of the toppings on them, food was cold! Really disappointing

delivery very late, missing multiple items. usually not many issues but something has went wrong this evening.

The delivery was the only thing good about this order. All my food was cold i ordered extra sauce of which i got one and had to use sauce from the house they only gave us one straw. I only ordered mcdonalds as a treat to my daughter as she got a good report at school otherwise i dont order it as they always seem to miss items that we have ordered i know its busy but its not hard to read a menu as this has happened more times than i can count and not just from this particular mcds shocking

Ordered sausage mc muffin meal and pancakes after 12 hour nightshift got cold hash brown cold pancakes and no mcmuffin absolutely raging ....!!!!!!!

Never included the toy or the new limited edition dips cheers mongs

Absolutely ridiculous that drivers get over £4 for delivery. My delivery came and the guy handed me a half filled cup of juice, as it had spilled over the food and the bags.. save to say wasn’t worth the £15 I paid for one meal!

Once more .. no dips supplied with my nuggets. I'm sure that Ronald McDonald would be mortified knowing that the Airdrie branch was more nuggets than the nuggets they supply 😁

the driver got lost I believe ,I was constantly looking on the app for an update on his whereabouts and he was inthe wrong place then seem to be going in the wrong direction your app informed me that he went of the radar but was taking good care of my order the app said he's a minute away for a long time had to go out to check if he's in my street which he was ,driven just pass the door and was walking around the complex looking for my house which clearly seen,left outside light on food cold

We didn’t get our dips or doughnuts! So we were a little upset but other than that everything was lovely as usual!

Why offer a free Big Mac then not deliver it, this is not the first time use have did this…. If we had known we would just added it ourselves and paid for it now someone is missing out on there lunch

Food wasn’t as hot as I would have liked, but I tried the shamrock shake for the first time - it was AMAZING!! 😱
