Mcdonald's Restaurants in North Lanarkshire

I know this might sound bizarre, but the chicken nuggets were tasteless. The ones from my local McDonalds in Ravenscraig are so much better.

1st macdonalds in months and probably the last, absolutely awful,I heard they made changes,but this was shocking.must be out to save money because any quality is now well gone,1 star is to much.

By far the worst location for food and service. Been multiple times and ordered through just eat. Fries are nasty, burgers are nasty can't even sit it as they cater more for just eat. Makes the rest of mcdonald's locations 5 star restaurants

To many delivery drivers in they take up a lot of room and all talking on their phones in different languages

Ordered on just eat, wrong order arrived. Meanwhile McDonald don't answer the phone, have to wait until Just Eat investigate, So left with someone else's food that I don't even like..shambles of a place and these delivery drivers should be sacked. McDonald's also need to take some accountability for this mess

Asked for a plain mc crispy and got a spicy one. Not good 😐 😕

Messed order up then when it did come correctly (which seemed to be the wrong item repackaged with the extra bit added( was covered in grease. Very downhill

No idea why I even bother with mcds anymore! It gets worse and worse everytime. Airdrie seem worse than Coatbridge but both food is rotten, wrong or missing items! Nuggets burnt to a crisp and I’ve had better nesquik milkshakes in the house!

my order was frozen on arrival iordered my burger to have cheese on it and it arrived with no cheese also i spent that much money in one transaction i could choose between a burger or a mayo chicken free i selected the mayo chicken and i never got that either not great

Missing a burger and received a box with a slice of cheese in it. No straws for milkshake either so was left to try and drink it. This order was not quality assured before it left for delivery. Delivery driver not at fault.

There were only 15 nuggets in the box of 20 that i ordered.

As usual McDonald’s food was good but the delivery man was rude ignorant and very unhelpful I’m a double amputee a nd registered blind and in a wheelchair I take a little time to answer and I do not expect this rudeness from anybody

I got an ice cream for my friend and a burger for myself and requested no cheese as I'm lactose intolerant... and there was cheese in the burger so gave the burger to my friend and just had fries...

shocking mcdonalds came and delivered just drinks and about £30 of food in other bag didnt come just drinks hope for a refund and the driver to be sacked as receipt is ripped and food is missing just drinks arrived of a $35 order …….
