Last week no card machines. This morning takes 15-20 minutes to eventually tell drivers in the drive through that their system crashed and they can't take orders!! Wtf would you not say that at the start when it actually happened rather than make people late for work. This restaurant is falling apart with shoddy systems and poor maintenance. Sort it out or get out

This has to be THE WORST McDonalds restaurant ever. They get the order wrong almost everytime! Don’t bother with a delivery EVER and if you go, make sure you check the order is complete before you drive off (it won’t be)

We were driving in the area and decided to get something to eat from here. We ordered food via the app and selected the table service. The food took quite a bit of time to arrive, the place was reasonably busy. The food seemed to be typical standard and quality for the most with bits below standard. The place seemed clean. Car parking wasn't overly big so getting a space might be difficult at times.

Do not order off just eat . Paid nearly £40 for family’s Breakfast as a treat . Delivery driver came with the wrong order . Had a terrible attitude telling us it’s the order they gave him and we have that . Asked him to go back to restaurant and get correct order . Kept shouting oh my god and he’s not coming back . So we then rang to speak to a member of staff at Mac Donald’s . There reply was get on to just eat . They wasent sending our food out again. They was rude and not intrested . Quick enough to take your money but can’t get an order right. And to top it off not intrested when you don’t receive your food . Don’t bother ordering off just eat , drivers rude , macdonalds staff can’t get your orders correct . And now got to wait days to see if just eat give me my money back .

Worst McDonalds I’ve experienced, food is diabolical- I’ve eaten across the world Maccies but how this restaurant is open still I’ll never know, slapped together burgers, burnt buns, burgers no pride in the food even worse when ordered online cold and always get the orders wrong……

The food is MacDonalds, you know what you are getting, and for me, I am happy with that. This MacDonalds gets the order right, I’ve never had issue with this one for that. Not like the one at Ventura which has never gotten it right, so I don’t go there. But back to this one, and the reason for the poor rating - they have started the “please wait in the car park” again. They are having trouble getting the food ready fast enough to make their time quotas, I guess, so we suffer and have to wait in the car park for our food. I don’t think they understand the core purpose of a drive through. It replaced the drive in. If drive ins worked, they would still exist.

Thrown together new chicken Mac Look like they just did not have the time to present it like they show it and the service was slow. Think it need a rethink

Purchased food which came to just over £13 The till system was down had to wait at least ten minutes to pay. In between paying then on to next counter Our food was stone cold this seems to happen quite often at this McDonald's. Filled a questionnaire in for a voucher which was a waste of time

Delivery was late, food was cold and to top it, several items missing! Won’t order via the app and have it delivered again!

This place is ran by kids who really don't know what they are doing. We only drove through for 2 ice creams! 10 minutes later we got to window 1, 3 minutes later she still hadn't asked us for payment. If this is the future, God help us all! Terrible service and no clue of anything because they are drugged up from the night before!

Took 3 times of asking to get a drink Without Ice, kept being given drink with ice. Ordered Big Mac without pickles and spreads which was clearly printed on the box only to get it home to find the burger smothered in pickles and spreads which had be removed. Clearly the staff have little interest in what the customer is asking for. Rating 0 stars

This place is an absolute joke. Funny that the same person owns all the local ones but obviously can't be bothered to check on the quality. Always substandard food compared to rest of country, this from a guy who travels a lot. The chaos it causes on the A5 alone should be enough to shut it down but ...... probably a Councillor who doesn't actually live in tamworth. Crap staff crap food and delivery prioritised just like every other place. Please do not visit.

Missed a meal out of our delivery order this morning, which is typical of this branch. Most times I’ve been there something gets missed out. I think the staff must have a competition to see who can forget to put the most sauces in the bag every day. Terrible, not bothering anymore will go to Ventura instead.

Sadly very poor service. It’s a shame that this branch let the company down with their lackadaisical attitude towards their customers. We did an online order, using the app. In the current climate we felt that was the safest option to get a quick treat for the children. Big mistake!! They had ‘not heard of’ our order - ok fine - we all accept that sometimes things go wrong. A quick apology and reassurance that we would not be charged twice would have sufficed. But they made a big song and dance (as if it was our fault) then told us they were really busy... and the rest of us aren’t!! Eventually got our order. Truly wasn’t worth the effort.

Everytime we order or use the drive through we've got food missing ordered milkshakes and once the throff had gone down every cup was less than half full called the store they told us it wasn't there problem as we'd used uber eats yet the company still has the money for the missing meals?

This is one of the worst branches. We actually drive upto the one on the a42 island instead as that one is alot better! Queuing forever in the drive through at this one, they literally ask everyone to park in the car park and wait, I have no idea when you've been sat 10 mins in the drive through at the two stupid order points and your food still isn't ready when you get to the window. We have basic stuff, nothing special, that should be ready all the time! Then you sit in the car park waiting for AGES. It's quicker for us to drive to the one further away than it is to get through the drive through here. Super bad management at this place. They also forgot all the sauces that I specifically ordered in my uber eats order, not difficult to read a receipt and put in the bag what's on the receipt!! There is literally no point in two order points as since they've had them installed everywhere it hasn't sped the orders up at all!!

My Big Mac was missing but I didn't realise until I got to my destination. I went back a couple of hours later and I was told they couldn't do anything because I didn't ring and tell them. Also I didn't have a code because I wasn't given a receipt either. So when I got home I rang the branch who agreed to provide me with a Big Mac next time I'm in Tamworth. So sorted in the end but I had to buy another Big Mac as I live a few miles away from Tamworth.

Went via the drive through on a busy Saturday. Car park was crazy, Cars everywhere, double parking, and uber eat drivers causing chaos. Waited over 15 mins for our food after parking. When we got back and opened the bag of food it was all wrong.We got given 3 grand macs, one was with just cheese. 2 portions of fries. It was nothing like the chicken sandwich meal, big mac meal, quarter cheese meal and double cheese burger that we had ordered. Useless place.

With being local I use this McDonalds regularly. The car park is always full not helped by Uber Eat drivers. Orders are regularly incorrect so always check. Drive thru also gets busy. Would use more often if orders weren't unreliable and parking wasn't as bad which on balance is probably a good thing for my health

Usually do the drive through but went in this time to eat inside - what a mistake. All the food was lukewarm- my husband took his back and requested a new meal which was provided. I had a fillet of fish meal which was over fried and my chips were not very warm. We had also ordered two happy meals which contained very old out of date toys. We raised this and there was an apology and they were replaced with current toys but still not very ethical to try and palm off with out of date toys. It was Friday night and over run with teenagers who were messing around and a little rowdy and who seemed to just want to sit around and stay for the evening. Staff did not tackle any of the teenagers regarding their behaviour but I can understand this. Not a place I would ever take my grandchildren back to in the evening.

Five times that McDonald's on the A5 has cocked up an order or the food has come to us cold. The milkshake machine is always broken. It's the worst McDonald's in the UK and most probably the world

No matter how many times I order from here, my order is always wrong in some form. The last one missed half my order.

What an absolute calamity If a place. They were like a bunch of headless chickens running around with no organisation whatsoever . The drive through was taking priority and the people inside were being ignored and facing waiting times of between 10 minutes and half an hour. There was a huge wait for the delivery drivers some who were waiting over 30 minutes and were complaining to staff. There were numerous complaints from people who ordered inside to the manager who’s voice hadn’t even broken yet. To top it off the food was cold, the food was wrong and the chocolate milkshake was vanilla. I’m going to send my receipt off to head office to see if I can get a refund as this is no way to run a business and is a complete embarrassment.

Standard Mcdonalds. Cleaning staff and majority of staff are friendly, some rude however. Food is usually up to standard.

Be careful. A lot of dopey staff here. Asked for no salt on our child’s fries and it came with salt. This has happened twice.

Ordered food to be delivered through Uber eats. It arrived promptly but when I opened the box my burger was supposed to be in I found a mushed up mess. It looked like someone had dropped it on the floor, stomped on it then scrapped it up and put it in the box. It tasted gritty so I am very inclined to think that Is exactly what happened. I rang up to complain and they tried to pass the blame on to Ubereats when they clearly only deliver the food not prepare it. The manager was very unhelpful and would not give me his full name. Most of the staff are have no customer service skills very disappointed and will not be using this McDonald’s ever again.

Customer service in fast food is about as hard as it gets in the good industry, yet the lady managed to not only make sure my order was correct but it seemed about 20 others at the same time. Whatever you are getting paid Leonie it's not enough. 100% coming back.

Big Mac had very little or no sauce/mustard. Iced lattes so bitter couldn’t drink. Smoky bbq sauce way to spicy n not like usual bbq sauce. Not cheap n didn’t enjoy. Won’t bother again

We waited for 20 minutes for our table service breakfast order, along with 3 other customers, ended up asking for it at 10:40. Shoved in a bag, no tray. It’s getting worse!!!! Please,please, can someone just take control and sort it out, it has gone past a joke over the past 18 months

Ordered a nuggets meal for my 8 year old and specifically said no salt on the fries. Got home and salt on the fries. Not much more to say.

Terrible food stale or hard muffins or rolls our advice do not stop here for food. The food is also cool as if stored for a period under heat lamps it’s never seems fresh.

Far too slow and had ran out of some items by 1pm on a Saturday afternoon. This took up over 20 mins queueing and they got 40% of our order wrong.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon. It was rather busy. Cars queuing to get onto McDonald's. The car park was full and there was large amounts of people inside queuing.

Fast delivery, even for a fast food restaurant - ordered food, which came still hot and tasty, not as per the standard menu and it appeared as ordered and in double-quick time. Staff very polite. Can't really blame the staff, for clearly the customers are to blame, but the outside seating/parking area was somewhat littered - but this is a minor point.

Called in for lunch whilst out shopping. Very clean dining area and toilets. Very good service and food.

This is one of the few places on the way out of Drayton manor park on the way to the motorway. As such it was very busy in car park & restaurant, however, you can see the staff are used to dealing with the 5-6pm peak, and food was served quickly and hot.

Often busy when passing and yet they manage to get the queue moving all the time. Food was very hot and served reasonably quickly.

Lately the orders haven't been messed up.and Ive decided to have a different thing than my normal Big mac . Also used the receipt so to get some food for £1.99 as well.

Local maccys with the usual menu. Staff here are very miserable and the drivethrough can be very congested. Youngsters on the intercom also tend to mumble at you and do not take their time in getting your order.

Siempre pido 5 pieza de pollo comida L y seleccionar lo fresco, que obligan sin duda, que es más de lo que puedo decir de otras ramas. He estado palmed Selecciona con que han sido en el horno/calentador de media hora o más. La medida de la parte superior la palabra "suculento" en su descripción está descartada. Pero no aquí.

Parece que siempre visita esta cuando me apetece es un helado y sorprendentemente a las 8 pm la máquina crema siempre o apagado o "rota" y el consejo del personal para ir a ventura! ! ! La verdad es que no hay excusa para esto. . . Sé que hay excusa de estar apagado para la limpieza, etc. pero este es un tienda 24 horas seguramente u no necesita limpia justo después de la cena cuando la gente compraría helados. Esto ha sucedido varias veces. . ¿Por qué no limpia la máquina durante la noche o incluso en el desayuno, cuando no se sirven helados/buscado! ! ! Han traído tartas con plátano y toffee que estaban en tartas de manzana hecho mal etiquetados up! Luego la última noche fue la guinda del pastel. . . siendo recibidos por risas a través de altavoces donde te morías de orden entre los miembros del personal u que no pudo formar una frase para tomar mi pedido. Me preguntaron por mi pedido y me dio risa por encima. . Después intentaron cobrarme 99 p por una hamburguesa que ni siquiera pedimos. . . Entonces me corrigió el orden dijeron no había helados. . . seguido por más risas histriónico. . . No hace falta decir que invirtió fuera del coche por la sensación de vergüenza. No creo que esté visitando después de esto. . Claramente el personal necesita más formación. Solucionar!

En esta noche por un llamado comida servida con mi familia (2 adultos y 2 niños). Pronto cambió a una llevar. Nos recibieron con comida por todas partes en el suelo, dibujos animados copa, helados, en el suelo, mesas tenía salsa, patatas fritas, envolturas y de todo tipo en ellos. Absolutamente repugnante!

Lo principal, con una tienda DE MCDONALD'S es que sabes lo que estás recibiendo. Esta tienda ha sido recientemente remodelado y era tan sólo un par de años en cualquier caso.

No he estado aquí 16/08/2016. Después de ser mantenido esperando que esperábamos la comida fresca. Ninguno de nosotros esperaba la comida a ser rancio. Las patatas fritas creo que debe haber sido re climatizada desde antes y utilizados en el coche por cliente, ya que no va a volver a entrar en el coche para volver y quejarse. La mayoría de las patatas fritas han ido en la papelera. Me paré allí porque todos habíamos estado fuera y hambre pero no gusta cocinar. Ahora bien, yo no soy de cocina como la comida era horrible.

As you'd expect from a Macdonald's really. Busy atmosphere, mainly with younger teenagers. Wheelchair access and disabled toilet available, along with automatic front doors (brilliant if coming alone). Parking available.

Yet again visited this McDonald's to find that they have no Mcflurry's...last Tuesday was the same.....no Mcflurry's. This seems to be a regular occurrence..if it's not icecream they're out of it's the promotional burgers....All this added to unclean tables and full bins if you choose to eat in. Tonight they also couldn't take cards so it was cash only! What is going on McDonald's?

I know this is not a fine dining establishment but whenever we visit every so often the tables are always dirty, the floor staff seem to go round at a snails pace or stand chatting away instead of doing their job. It's a busy fast paced restaurant, everyone wants a clean table when they eat, the manager needs to tell the staff to get a shift on!

I've been here a few times and the quality of the fast food here is a bit hit or miss. There doesn't seem to be any consistency in the quality here. Some days the service is good and the food good. Other days its either service is poor, food good, or worse, service and food poor.Any how, on this visit i ordered the onion ring & chicken nugget share box along with 2 apple pies. Service was pretty efficient and friendly.The food however, was pretty bad.The onion rings were dirty brown, and over cooked. So much so it looked like the onion rings had been cooked in dirty oil, left standing and then reheated again in the same dirty oil when i ordered them.When you compared the colour to the batter on the chicken nuggets there was a massive difference, and i've had the onion rings from other restaurants and they were nothing like the ones i got served here.The chicken nuggets might i add were hot and crisp, like they had been cooked fresh.Then the apple pies. I was informed that i would have to wait for these to be cooked. That wasn't a problem, so i waited. However, when i came to eat them, after taking one bite they were not crispy, and were saturated in oil, and soggy. If it wasn't for the edges being a bit more firm, the whole lot would have flopped over on itself.I contacted customer service and the branch. The branch manager emailed me back apologising and that the food shouldn't have been served to me due to a problem with the cooker. As an apology i was offered a free replacement meal. That was nice, however, several hours later i was informed that this offer was now withdrawn and it was up to McDonalds customer services to arrange a suitable compensation for me. To this date i have not received any compensation.I'm just another customer where mcdonalds doesn't seem to have cared about the poor standards of the quality of food it sends out. If it wasn't for the chicken nuggets being of good quality on this visit this review would have been 1 star
