On the very rare occasion the milkshake machine was working which is very far and in-between, what was ment to be milkshake just tasted of cleaner

Disappointed staff members always done the wrong orders

Once again half of my delivered meal was missing and freezing cold not worth eating so in the bin it went. Try telling a four year old there is no meal and especially no ice cream. Meals go missing, cold, melted. I will not be using this place again I will try the other one once to see if meal doesn't go 'missing' if not there are plenty more places in town

It's a McDonald's. Food is still OK but since the refit the service has become much worse. The staff all 'hide' in the kitchen only emerging to bring your food.

Just like any other McDonalds but peaceful and quiet !!

Standard evening ordering through drive thru, incompetent staff gave us the wrong order, when we noticed (whilst waiting for the drinks) and we flagged it, we were accused of lying 3 times(including the manager who came over and was very rude). When we proved it wasn’t our order, we weren’t even apologised to.

Cleaning staff (older ladie with glasses) walking around cleaning tables, very very rude making my daughter and son feel very uncomfortable and watching them colour and play with the free cardboard masks, this lady was stood there to her colleague a young lad, moaning how untidy my kids were, even other customer noticed and said she's a rude lady. telling the other colleague how rude my kids where being by not being tidy and being loud, (my one child has autism), we always clean up after ourselfs and left the table clean as we do in most restaurants we vist. But this lady was just rude and when we finished cleaning up and putting our rubbish in the bins provided, where she also has been standing watching us and another family, my wife stated to her nice and clean for you now and no need to stair at us now, she was just rude and said good but i wasnt watching you but other customers has said she was doing the same moaning how busy it was, shocking staff behaviour for a big company

Wow I'm so discussed we the take out I've just had I'm only 4 minits away from you and I get a well done cold cheese burger wow even looks like it's been sitting in the packaging for all day the only thing was hot was the chips funny it's not letting me load up a pore photo even thow it's the real thing . If Yr gana sell American food bring the staff over and sort it out

Good Most of Time Depends on What Time of Day You Go Really FridayPm and Saturday.s Are Busy as it Gets Depends on What's Going on around The Towns and Cities or Centre or City Centre Events Traffic Congestion.s Purticaully Around Rush Hour and Peak Times and Drive Through.s are Not all That Quick Even When You Put Your Order Hot Food Drinks or Hot Potentially Quicker a Bit Like Costa Coffee or Starbucks

Standard McDonald's don't order to your door though drivers and slow service equals cold food. In the restaurant good service and good food.

A very busy place and difficult to access and park. Off Peak is fine

Terrible since the refurbishment,it's like a cross between 80s MFI and IKEA. You cabt see the food prep area any longer which begs the question of why hide the kitchen, what are they hiding. Also the Frat corridor has hidden the view of the shops from the windows.

The food here is standard, as expected from McDonald’s, and the location is always busy due to being in a retail park—understandable. However, our experience was deeply upsetting, not because of the food or the crowd, but due to the behavior of an employee. When we visited, there was an older lady handing out balloons to families with kids. We were with our 5-year-old son, and he was excited seeing other kids getting balloons. However, this employee deliberately ignored us. She handed balloons to every family around us, including the table right next to ours, but completely skipped us on purpose. It was hurtful and made my son very upset—he was in tears. I wanted to confront her, but seeing my child cry stopped me. This simple act of neglect and intentional avoidance ruined our day. That lady’s behavior was absolutely unprofessional, unacceptable, and frankly, disgusting. If you’re a parent visiting this location, be cautious. Such an incident might happen to your child too. A small action like this can shatter their happiness and turn your day into a frustrating experience. Management should address such behavior immediately and ensure all children are treated with kindness and fairness.

This restaurant (I use the word restaurant loosely) is an absolute disgrace, every time I visit or order the order comes wrong, I could order a bottle of water and they’d still mess it up!! The food is just thrown in the wrapping or box and looks nothing like the photos, the reduction in size of everything is a disgrace as the prices have increased. Any other business offering this level or state of product would go bankrupt! I won’t darken their doors again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else does.

Terrible. Purchased the Cheesy McCrispy through the drive through, they gave me cheese balls instead, had to go inside to change the order, the staff were friendly and rectified the issue with the burger quickly. However, the food was disgusting. Mcdonalds have either lost it or the staff dont know how to make the food properly. My burger was rushed, slopped together, bacon wasnt cooked properly and they didnt even let me keep the cheese balls for the inconvenience! Just dissapointing honestly, I was craving a Mcdonalds at the time too... never again.

Visited with my daughter recently and it's usually a difficult place to get in and out of at the best of times due to the heavy traffic at Ventura. Since the refurb this year there are less seats and you can never sit down anywhere. Staff were standing around and chatting not cleaning tables. The new interior layout looks OK but doesn't cater for the amount of people that visit we needed up eating in the car.

The worst McDonalds in the UK. Literally terrible service, the clowns who serve you are too busy chatting up their mates in the queue. Its not fast food it's slow cold food and it is BAD. Just take the extra ten minutes to drive to a different one nearby and you'll definitely have a better experience. Don't waste your time and money on this one.

They always forget something in my order and everyone I order the food is cold makes me not wanna order from here again. Everytime I order I’m always missing something it’s just silly because all the items are in the ticket.

By far the worst mcdonalds on the planet. Drive through queues outrageous, go inside when its empty and still have to wait 20+ minutes for your order to be cold and incorrect. Pathetic

This place just gets worse and worse. The stream lining to make things faster seems to have had the oppersite effect. I have decided today that this is the last time I shall be coming. I have been visiting maccies everyday for over 25yrs be it for just a coffee before work or a full meal. The food is ridiculously priced and is servings are getting smaller and smaller. The customer service is the worst I've ever witnessed and that is if you can even get served as 90% of the time the scared staff just hide in the kitchen. The people at maccies need to send their staff to wherever greggs ventura send theirs as they are always friendly and welcoming.

Typical McDonald's. BUT if you're all about recycling and doing the right thing for the planet, why are STAFF putting recyclables in ordinary trash??

I swear their only objective at this maccies is to get every order wrong. Every single time something is not right whether it is undercook fries, missing items or burgers that look like they have been sat on.

Rachel always greets us with such friendliness. Assisted us on ordering on the screen.

This McDonald's is always busy so the waiting time can be quite long. The access in and out isn't exactly convenient. The demand clearly outweighs its size .... not good when all you want is a milkshake or a happy meal for your little one as it's never a quick in and out.

Can't beat there sausage and egg mcmuffin

Gave the newly refurbished drive through a go to see if the service was any better than it used to be,still no better and a waste of £25 on food that I ended up chucking in the bin once I got home. Ordered plain burgers but came with everything on,chips were undercooked and cold,no sauces in the bag even tho selected sauce with the nuggets,didn't matter tho as they was still pink inside so again went in the bin.onky gave 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to leave none. Won't waste my money in future

Always a good Mcdonald's to go to, but genuinely one of the busiest I've ever been to. The drive through is insane at the weekends, so be mindful. It gets so busy it blocks the road to Sainsbury's too. Ha ha. I'm not always loving it. Food and service are good here.

I took my granddaughter for a late lunch. It wasn't busy when we arrived but soon got busy. The food was good and the staff friendly.

Good food here but drive thru was so slow because of one customer if they would have parked them up my food wouldn't have been so cold, speed up and ill give 5 stars

Ordered two meals. Only thing in the bag was one drink that had fallen over in bag and so was empty by the time it got to us. No food delivered.

Left me waiting an hour for delivery to then cancel the delivery at 10.56 with no contact whatsoever and no opportunity to order elsewhere! Absolute morons

what an absolute joke! was missing 20 chicken nuggets and the chicken mayo was freezing cold when food was delivered and couse they missed food of I had to travel to go and get the chicken nuggets as they was for my children I am not happy atoll!

Absolutely shocking didn’t receive my food I approached the driver as he was leaving the street asking where my food was he proceeded to show me an empty bag telling me McDonald’s hadn’t supplied my food still waiting on my refund

Very busy this Friday night but despite this reasonably quick service and food was good.

This McDonalds has recently been refurbished to include a nice covered outside seating area.. However, having placed our orders, we waited ages for the food, and when it arrived, we all found it unappetising. Not sure what McDonald's are doing with their food these days, as I don't think they could make a burger that is any thinner! 🫤

Overall it's nice to have the place regenerated but in my opinion the running and quality of food was better with the old staff , it's a gamble between whether your food will be cold or hot usually it's the first one but with the old layout and staff the place was a lot more efficient and organized, maybe it will change in time but currently it's not the best McDonald's in the area to eat at.

my food was cold and I ordered 2 tomato sauce and they wasn't in with my order and this is the second time this has happened

After wait in a queue for ages ,finally placed order and paid to be told park up somewhere on left , collect drinks , no sugar for coffee food finally delivered to car and sugar requested and delivered to car probably 20 mins from queue to food delivery, certainly not fast food for sure ,our local swadlincote mc Donald's certainly puts Tamworth to shame .

ordered £32 worth of food and got delivered the wrong order for the amount of about £15 worth food was also cold so was chucked in the bin.

Unfortunately we were missing dips!! Order stated 2 would be delivered - nuggets weren’t great without :-(

£45 food order arrived on time but it was almost stone cold yet again. The McDonald's restaurants in Tamworth are repeatedly sending out food which isn't up to temp when it leave the restaurant. Three out of our last four orders have been below temp on arrival. Worst part is, they don't seem to care. How can food arrive quickly and yet be cold.

the drink came sideways and was half full spilt all in the bags leaving fries soggy

Just Eat delivery guy took 35 minutes to make a 10 minute delivery, so everything arrived cold...well, what did arrive was cold. Roughly half of the order was missing. Called the branch and they didn't do anything to help, contacted Just Eat and now have to wait for them to send my money back to me. Just really, really poor experience.
