As these places go ventura is pretty much the same. Very busy, especially on school hols,. Food as good as you can expect. Service normally very very good as well staffed site

The burger was nice but was all sloppy in the box,like it had been dropped or something and the milkshake didn't taste of chocolate at all,neither did its replacement. There are far better mcds in the area

Well get there to have to walk around the staff vaping at the door then for staff saying the wrong numbers for the orders not 1 but 3/4 times and then moaning about it well they have the paper in front of them and 1 man to have a hair net on Obviously the ladys hair don't fall out Who knew

This was an ok McDonald's, the food was good and my order was quick. One thing McDonald's "NEED" to change though in all of its restaurants is the identification of Diet Soft Drinks and Full Sugar Soft Drinks. I ordered a diet coke and standard coke and they came in the same cups! Yes, some have plastic taps on the lids that are supposed to identify differences but we could not trust them. Having cups with diet CLEARLY written on the front would sort this problem, it's not that difficult!

Drive thru, small order. 20 nuggets. Took so long. I don't know what is happening to McDonald's in general these days. They are definitely no longer a fast food company.

Things are always missing when you order and have it delivered. Won't be doing it again.

OMG I LOVE MC DONALD THEIR FOOD IS SO FASCISTIC

This has happened yesterday. I went to grab some food at 04:45 am ( at 05:00 am breakfast starts ) and I have kindly asked if i can get my food freshly cooked mentioning i dont want anything reheated or left over. I have got my fries that were rock solid and a really bad colour to them, must have been over cooked or left in the heated tray for hours. This is not the first time when this has happened, if you go in 15-20 mins before changed over between main menu and breakfast expected to be given a lot of left over food that sat in the trays for hours. 1 star experience! 👎🏽

Absolute scum, paid 40 quid for an order to be delivered, when the driver has turned up they're refusing to make it, but you cant get a refund because they've already accepted it. Pathetic excuse for a company, especially as they wont answer the phone either.

Vile, the chips wasn’t cooked properly they was still white, over salted and the hamburger was meant to be plain due to allergies and twice it came out with onions on. Wouldn’t eat here again

All the night shift staff are off their faces on drugs every shift and they turn the milkshake machines off every night so they don’t have to bother making them Tip: try and close your eyes a little bit when you’re serving people, you look wired out of your tree

I am disgusted. I was missing my fry’s off my meal. Went to store to ask because they put the phone down on me. I was being calm and collected and the manager told me to leave. And that I was lying. I showed him my order and then he said that their to busy and I’m holding up the rest of the tickets. Never again. I went to my car and cried I have been shouted at like that in a long time. As an abuse victim this was very traumatic. You will be hearing from me.

Missed my Fry’s of my order. I tried phoning the store. They answered then put phone down on me. Still not been refunded for them.

Computers went down so couldn't order.

Ordered on just eat . Me and my son are staying at Premier inn Tamworth. I got delivery as I have no transport. When my order came , 4 of the items were missing. I called the restaurant , the male I spoke to said “you need to come and get the missing items”. I explained that I had no transport and a toddler ready for bed. His reply was , “well I can’t help that” It was their error. I double checked the receipt and have been charged for full order. I requested refund for missing items. He then put phone down. I’m furious

My partner and I went to the drive through mcdonlds by sainsburys this morning in Tamworth. We could not believe how long we had to wait. We ordered on the machines inside as the drive through was gridlocked. There were a load of delivery men waiting that seemed to be receiving their orders continuously whilst about 20 of us whom had ordered on the machines waited.. and waited. 27 minutes in the end and that was only because I went up and moaned. It was a complete shambles! When we did receive the order it wasn't correct so we had to go back and wait again!! Seems like the only way to get a maccys nowadays is unfortunately to order a delivery. Not happy customers!

I've never seen a group of people work so slow in my life. And looking like they didn't know what they were doing. There were bags of food on the counter going cold. One member of staff was asked to go on till to serve a customer and he refused.

Service was okay but they don’t fill the drinks up properly you only get half a cup of coke it stupid what’s wrong with giving the other half we do pay for it and it’s not exactly cheap for a meal either

Firstly the place is so full of takeaway drivers you can hardly move, you need a separate place for this, the lad on the front, although pleasant, had absolutely no idea what he was doing, they have no hot chocolate, (waiting for a part apparently, standard answer) and no pancakes for the breakfast menu, all In all less acceptable than the usual shower expected from this place. Unacceptable and wouldn’t be tolerated in any other business.

No hot chocolate again haven’t had any for a week. Shorted on my large white coffee large cup but standard amount of coffee. Ordered white coffee got black coffee which was very very bitter. It wasn’t very hot either. This not the first time either so that’s it I’m going to McDonald’s at Wilnecote from now on even if it is not on my route. They’ve never let us down

I'm a local taxi driver i went here twice in one day and I got a parking ticket for no reason and the manager was not helpful at all went to the staff they also did not help

Very busy, not the largest of stores and had people banging in. At the time we visited there were lots of staff on to cope with the demand however the staff were not helping with congestion.

Food was hot and quick table service

As ever the bar is set very low and they don't disappoint. Shambolic service and getting a clean table is akin to a lotto win.

I Only use the drive through on rare occasions, so unfair to comment on the atmosphere.

We'd had a terrible morning with things going wrong for my daughter's 5th Birthday then came to Macdonalds (after walking out of previous restaurant when they took over an hour before bringing drinks never mind food) and it was packed and couldn't get a table for 7 of us but a lovely staff member called Jan asked another family to move to a smaller table to allow us to have the big table. She later comes out with a mcflurry for both of my girls. This really cheered them up, what a lovely gesture ❤️

Whilst waiting for my food at the second window for a good 5 minutes, I had the displeasure of noticing the shocking amount of >>>flies<<< swarming around the coffee machines and the screens above it. It was absolutely disgusting. I'm not sure how long the flies had been there, but I'm concerned that they may have been contaminating the food and drinks being served to customers. I also wonder if the staff is aware of the fly problem and, if so, what they are doing to address it.

Sometimes ok. most of time food is cold or Luke warm. Waited 17 mins for my order and they seem to have no record of it. Then when I got it it was wrong. The wilnecote McDonald's seems to have a lot more consistency

Ordered 2 meals via Uber eats, somehow despite only have 4 items to put into a bag an entire burger was missing (sadly not the first time we have had items missing from this store). Tried to call the store around 10 times, each attempt either resulting in the phone ringing out or my call being cut off after 3 rings. Eventually got answered to be told it’s not their responsibility but the Uber drivers (wasn’t aware that the Uber driver prepared the food as well?!). Basically offered no help apart from advising me to order again and then go through the process of getting a refund. Meanwhile the rest of my food is going cold. Absolutely terrible service from this McDonalds. If you don’t want to help, I don’t suspect that it’s very hard to read an order and put the correct items in the bag in the first place.

If I could it 0 * I would. I ordered a double McPlant at the drive though and they gave me single 1. OMG the fries were the worst I've ever tasted, warm and tasted like they were not cooked properly. You advertise your fries as fluffy on inside and crunchy on outside but this was not the case! The salad inside burger was an old piece of lettuce with brown around the edges. They got my drink right!! I had a dog with me so could not go inside the restaurant to complain or I would have. I shall be submitting a complaint to head office.

We orders 3 quarter pounder and we got four slices of cheese and didn't let us get a refund or more burgers. This place is unacceptable as this isn't our first encounter with this rat worker filled place as another time we went in and asked for a chicken nugget box and we received a small pice of lettuce. I saw one of the workers standing doing nothing and staring at my daughters down below parts. Discusting.

This McDonald’s is horrendous. Staff (kids) are always rude on the drive through!! NEVER any frappes. They are constantly running out of things. When you get a take away order it’s always cold and poorly presented ( a burger just thrown together with no care being made at all) and lastly always missing things off orders. This McDonald’s needs a proper manager who is actually capable of managing a big company like McDonald’s because Ventura McDonald’s has such a poor reputation

Sadly, I think most of the staff seem unaware what counts as salad. 98% of the time, when I specifically ask for no salad, there's no lettuce included - the rest of the salad remains included. Food today was like warm, in fact, not even luke warm. I'd have returned it had I not been in a hurry.

Twice I have been here and ordered coffee around 6am and it just tastes like the milk is gone, couple hours after I was sick.

First time going for few months and some how its gotten even worse missing items rude staff long wait time even got to hear employee’s screaming at each other over the intercom. I know it’s only McDonald’s, but the customer service was ridiculous. No apologies for missing items, shouting at each other in front of customers. I wouldn’t have minded the wait, but half the staff were standing around gossiping to each other.

Really friendly guy at drive thru with glasses. Think his name badge said lee. Never had service like that it proper stood out. Bloke seemed genuinely happy to serve us. Was delightful. Food was warm and quickly given to us too

Some of the staff are polite and a lot are very rude some time the food is cold and tastes not very nice I have seen some of the staff touch there hair and then service a customer so I feel there manager needs to speak to them about the health and safety in food.

New staffs burn the buns, this need review as is the second time this week and all my bun are black. And no source of my mc crispy. And you always has to wait even if there was no customer or what so ever I may not go there again. But even if I do I will triple check before setting off.disappointed
