Dreadful tasteless food and the Fanta frozen drink you would be lucky to fill a kids fruit shoot bottle with the amount you get in the cup. Definitely the worst fast food place in the whole of Margate. I'm shocked it's still open its never busy and the standard of food quality is terrible. They even have the nerve to charge for sauce. Avoid this place at all costs the management team should be ashamed of themselves for letting it go on like this. Never ever going back

Got a Just Eat delivery for my first vegan burger meal and it was very good. I had the Vegan Double Bakon with Cheeze and vegan chicken nuggets. Am looking forward to trying the plant-based Whopper. The meal was hot and arrived in 20mins from ordering. This has always been my favourite burger place and now I'm vegan it still is 🙂

20/10/23 20:05 This is more an apology to the server who I might of probably made feel nervous , as when she relayed her managers request i simply said I'll be an a.h anyway and ignor what he had to say. And i did i went and took seat But thankyou for being patient with me How can you tell a customer at 5 past 8 there not talking any more walkin's when all there was other then me where 2 ladys and a child. Whipping down tables is not a hard task and nor is swepping the floor. Maybe the business needs better managers who can deal with time management properly.

Not a lot of use posting a sign "Due to technical difficulties no meat products available" at a Burger stop!!!

Visited this store months ago, the drive-thru speaker not working properly, a struggle to understand what is being said. Coffee not available, card machine not working, had to go elsewhere as had no cash on me. Visited again today (at least six months later), drive-thru speaker still not repaired, difficult to understand, but was told to order at window due to the problem. Told no hot drinks available. Won't be going there again, will be Yukdonalds next time.

all tables needed washing, floor very dirty, no ac, it was hot. stuffy and uncomfortable food cooked fresh and was tasty, no salt or ketchup offered, staff polite

My colleagues and I just got a delivery for the first and last time. Most of the food is cold, no napkins, no salt for the chips and the drinks came in bottles and are warm, not even room temperature, never mind cold. My whopper meal was £8.49. Disgusting price for a poor meal, short and sweet as I don't wont to waste my time.

Opening time is at 10 have been waiting for 10 mins to open, kids are starving bless them staff walking round in kitchen, had to knock on window for them to open the doors. Was waiting 30 mins for food and was also sold cold absolutely disgusting service and would not recommend any family to eat at this Burger King. Outrageous!!

Went there and was surprised at the improvement in both the service and quality of merchandise. Definitely must have been a change in the ownership. Well done. We stopped using because of uncooperative staff and cold and tasteless food but was pleasantly surprised today. I would say that on today’s performance it is far superior th Macdonalds. Once again we’ll done. Try to maintain your improvements.

Bad experience here ,so will not be using burger king again ,as they are a franchise to burger king and think they can treat customers how they like shame manger has no experience of customer management ,would not have him in charge of any thing till he has grown up a bit.

One of the staff members who served us on the Drive-through was extremely rude to myself and the the people in front of us, in the drive through. The restaurant also needs updating and cleaning, as from the outside of the restaurant the windows are dirty and the Drive-through speaker is all taped together!

Sept 27 2020 - as a treat for myself and my 2 young boys, I treated them, or tried to, with 3 meals from the establishment. Now there was a funny smell emanating through the kiosk window, a cross of burnt wood and burning car engine oil. Collected our meals and drove home - the stench filled the car - it was awful, got home, opened the bags and the smell hit us like a brick - every meal was contaminated with the awful smell - totally uneatable. Couldn't get burger king on the phone to complain - so e mailed head office - offered replacement meal vouchers - TOOK 2 MONTHS TO ARRIVE - THEN DISCOVER VOUCHERS ONLY VALID IF FURTHER FOOD PURCHASED! Not going to happen - again contact Head Office - wanted purchase proof all over again - well Im not going through that again - so my advice is..............Keep driving, settle for a competitors food, coz the food at burger king Broadstairs was utterly disgusting.

Personally I wouldn’t even write it one star so I got to the drive-through waited ages managed to speak to the guy on the Telecom he didn’t even welcome me to Burger King I approached the Telecom and he said card payment only I then replied welcome to Burger King to you too and I carried on driving through the drive-through however the burgers are magical but sadly I won’t be returning to Burger King any time soon after that experience I had

I don’t really no where to start but my partner ordered four large meals with cokes along With other sides. He drove a 15min drive From Burger King to home to return with stale flat coke so he just said forget it and just leave drinking the drinks I replied no I’m going back to store we spent £36 that’s average persons 4hour shift At Burger King so you can imagine how long that would take to earn anyway I brought cokes back, asked for inconvenience of our meal and petrol a refund To the store manager Brian in Westwood cross and he Said no and that he will only return cokes but not for our whole meal. I passed the cokes over and Two dropped on my car destroying the clothes I was wearing today And The fact that I’m going to have to get car valeted which I will be keeping the receipt for I honestly could not of received a worse customer services from store today and to be honest I doubt il return rude manager and stale products

Today I went here and used the drive through. I got home there was no flavour and the rolls was so dry they just fell apart as you took a bite or as you picked it up.

What a shower - is anyone actually running this place? last friday we had to wait over half an hour to be served - fast food this is not and there were more people waiting than actually sitting down eating !! Thought I would try the new Chilli Cheese Melt which had promotional posters all round the windows well if the trade descriptions people ever see them plus the pictures on site !!!!!! The cheese is sown DRIPPING out the sides of the burger and more like a spread and looks like packed with chillis - I had one.Absolute rubbish.Never Again.

My advice is if you’re going to join a delivery service like just eat, then have a phone line for customers to reach you on incase of mistakes with an order! Not entirely sure why you wouldn’t have a working phone number to be honest.

Went here after seeing a film - something quick well won't do that again!!! Boyfriend ordered the xl burger meal and I had the crispy bacon meal on both the bacon was brown and cold m, chips barley warn so went back and asked for a redo got the redo and looks like the burger was just put in the microwave! And mine came out wrong so took it back staff didn't seem to care asked for a refund no apology just scarasm!! Won't be back! As we went over to Mcdonalds and had a lovely meal!!!

We don’t have take aways often but I am not well enough to cook and Mrs has worked a double shift. Stupidly I suggested this BK. SHE ORDERED 2 Double cheese burgers no cheese just onion and tomato sauce. No problem she checks and assisted it was correct. Drives 3 miles home and it’s wrong again, the phone number is wrong and they blame her. Refused to give the franchise owners details over the phone. Said that they would cook it fresh then told would not refund as already cooked. Refund sought and we will go elsewhere.

Order wrong. No fries and 4 small cold nuggets instead. No way to contact the store to get a replacement meal or complain at all. Neither the numbers on the deliveroo website or the bk site actually work. How hard can it be to put chips in a bag?? Will not use bk again.

Always loved the Burgers here, for as long as I can remember, Best burgers in town can’t beat them anywhere.

The food isn't as good as mcdonalds by a long stretch...... And OMG what the foooook is that beeping nosie in the restaurant..... The fire door was making an annoying beeping noise wound me up alot surely the staff can hear it..... Won't be coming back with we went to the hungry horse now and got a pint with a decent meal.... Burger King has gone bad almost as bad as KFC

Popped in for a quick meal and quickly regretted it. Four people behind the counter, all looked at me. Three people continued to fuss over whoever was at the drive through, the fourth tidied up the bags, nobody wanted my order. The restaurant was surprisingly empty but based on this service it made sense. Waited 5 minutes to be served, (fast food after all) then left, not likely to return.

I don't usually review fast food but having not tried Burger King for years I dropped in the other day and was pleasantly (mostly) surprised. Drive-thru could be better,.. its an awkward site so the angle at the speaker grill made it difficult so we had to order where one normally pays. Maggie has the 'Whopper' meal... I had a halloumi burger and a beanburger. I was happy to have a fresh orange juice rather than pumped pop. The fries were sooo much nicer than MacD's but we had to ask for salt-free... Its such bad practice across all these burger joints that all fries are salted unless you ask for them not to be - wake up to the health issues and remember its easy to add salt and impossible to take it off!Maggie was much happier with the burger than at MacD's . The halloumi burger was OK - virtually tasteless cheese but nothing offensive. I was a bit disappointed with the bean burger. Years ago when I last ate them they were nice and spicy, this offering has too much sage or thyme and far less bean than it used to... bring back the spicy bean burger! Those of us who choose not to eat meat deserve better... why is it that your non-meat offering NEVER comes with pickle? I'd like a burger without meat but dressed exactly how one would dress a meaty one with pickles!Despite these criticisms, when in a rush and needing a finger meal, bye bye MacD's as Burger King is so much nicer (albeit pricier and still in dire need of better environmentally friendly practices like ALL fast food.

We love a Burger King treat with out kids but after today will never return, we ordered waited 20 minutes for our order then they got our order wrong and then when we sat down the food was cold. We left all of the meals we paid for and walked out and went somewhere else. Staff are so rude and not once apologised for delayed service I wouldn't mind if it was busy but there was only 5 other groups sitting down and another unhappy customer next to us.

I’ve been here a few times, and the most recent will hopefully be the last. It’s a pity, as Burger King should be able to compete with McDs. But no, two extremely busy McDs nearby, with another opening soon. Meanwhile, this place is rarely busy, and yet it seems to take forever to get served.

Popped in today with my nephew after the cinema. Really clean, great service and good fresh food. My nephew was happy as he got a toy with his meal and we both enjoyed our kitkat and oreo milkshakes.

Had the bacon king and the bacon just tasted like rubber, so having loads of it doesn't make it better. Trouble is if you get used to Gourmet Burger Kitchen, then go back to this quality it's like a shock to the system. You kind of feel cheap and it's like you've offended your digestive process.

Drive through experience: I ordered a chicken sandwich and when I arrived back at my place of work I found a beef sandwich. I had no time left to return to BK due to my work commitments and can't eat beef so finished the day hungry. I telephoned to complain but their only response was to offer me a replacement sandwich if i returned the beef sandwich, which i could not do, as i was at work. No apology was offered!

Since the management changed about a year ago this place continues to go down hill with both the selection of special offers (never seems to join in with the Burger King national offers - probably a franchise??) and the service + cleanliness

The burgers and fries and drinks were all great and reasonably priced with good deals on the menu, the ice cream however was horrible, it looked like ice cream that has been defrosted and frozen again! And it tasted of nothing so did the sauce it came with. All of us found it inedible which is a shame as the meals has been so good and fresh.

I have used this establishment many times now As a general stop I have always found it to very good for fast food It is definitely better than other well brand names close by

Burger King, normally a great treat however, today, the drive through unbelievably poor. All orders seemed to require an extensive wait, 15 minutes and only 4 cars in front. If this was my local I don't think I would be coming back.

We never have a problem eating here. The service is always great and the food delicious. You pay a little more than McDonald's, but it is far superior.

Comida rápida! Cola enorme y muy pocos empleados. Mcdonald's debe servir diez veces más clientes y los precios son terribles. £7. 29 para una hamburguesa de pollo/oferta de bacon es tan absurdo. Yo podía comer por que había 12 personas haciendo fila cuando llegamos y dos miembros del personal al frente de la casa. Personal profesional y uniformes, tatuaje barato. Bollos de hamburguesa de 20p para una salsa. Tienen más sabor hamburguesas de McD's pero el resto es basura. Sorprendido esta marca aun está viva y espera cierre pronto.

Straight through the drive through! Food ready and hot and fresh. Staff friendly. No problems here! You can eat in also and there is a car park to rear!

We got our first burger king delivery and I'm not disappointed it was lovely and hot and arrived way before the time they gave even tried a delivery deal and it was delicious hope they don't stop doing delivery's

Drive through. Fast friendly service. Value for money. Food hot tasted fresh. Pretty much similar to experiences at other burger kings across the country. Fast food that does exactly what it says on the tin.

The staff go above and beyond. The burgers actually fill me up and are yummy and they are open much longer hours than it says on the website. The staff told me they are open from 8am-1am everyday. Although I haven't tested that yet.

What a shame as like their burgers but this time no "meal deals" except some chicken offers .Probably best to web check before next time.Had to order off the display (why are the prices so small ???????) and was surprised how expensive a standard burger and chips with coffee for 2 works out.Service slow and portions small.

So much better than the margate branch, chips hot! Tasty burger and a Coke that wasn't flat, kids love it here so will definitely return soon

we visited bk westwood cross last night 9/01/16 to our disappointment the grill was broken down so had a chicken royal which was lovely the man on the drive thru if i remember rightly his name was Stuart was very polite and friendly was very apologetic that we couldn't have our usual xl meal and in my view he made our visit a pleasant visit. the fries wasn't great but the top class service we revived made up for it great job to all the staff there.

go at least once a month as like the burgers and coffee plus the prices are amazing but on Saturday it was a disaster - Queuing out into the street - floors not swept - tables not cleaned and service REALLY slow.

We visit burger king about twice a month normally through the drive through .this time we decided to eat in for a change .Ordered our food . Inc a crispy cheese whopper . Which came as a chicken burger .so sent back then it came as a crispy cheese whopper burger minus the onion and bacon .oh and all of the chips were luke warm/ cold . Ice cream was really watery as well .A bit disapointing .

The problem with Burger King is thus;They can't cut up salad properlyThe chips are terrible,The buns fall apartThey seem scared of creating sauces. That said, the burgers are nicer than Ronald's. Just wish they would sort out the rest. It's often cold as well.

I live very near this burger bar but have only used it 3 time, the reason for this is I always give a place 3 tries before I give a bad review. So here it is. Disgusting and cold, you wait forever and a day to be served. I won't continue this review as it may be classed as defamation, but a fourth visit is very unlikely

Use this drive through regularly. Much prefer Burger King to McDonalds. Service is good, quick and the food tasty and reasonably priced. We often use it Sunday lunchtimes and the youngsters serving are all very smartly dressed in their uniforms including headwear but there is often a manager behind the counter in the cooking area too in his white shirt and sporting uncovered greasy grey hair. Same rules should apply to managers as staff. Lead by example. Get a hat on!

Friendly and polite Staff, Chips were fine, my husband had a cheese burger, never again, I had a king size chicken, could not taste the chicken, like cardboard. Ice cream was okay. Its been years since we last went to one and it will be a long time before we try again.

it is now seeming to be a monthly visit as their burgers are really good value for money if you use the vouchers they have on the counter.just back from 3 weeks holiday and needed a "burger hit" and these are just the thing for me as service is quick and food really tasty and the coffee is really excellent plus parking is easy and shops are all close by.of course you can have gourmet burgers when required but for the price I think they are unbeatable for a major chain.all imho etc.

excellent staff food was great bit slow waiting for it to cook but least u know its freashly cooked the place was clean and tidy and the chilli cheese bits what canu say about them

when I walked in the door to have my order taken I was waiting for five minutes for a response just to be served by the rude so called manager warren, the food was finally served 6 minutes later and was not too bad however the chips were cold which really disappointed me , i would not return to this establishment due to the rude customer care alone let alone the food quality

yes of course it is only a fast food burger joint but it does it really well - much better than McDonalds whose buns always seem very sweet and claggy and the meat doesn't taste as nice.if you use their vouchers for special deals (which always seem available behind the counter if you forget the one that came in the post) they really are excellent value.

No different to any other fast food outlet.Staff do their bit with no real pleasantries, ie smiles etc.Doesnt make you think they were great an deserve another visit. Maybe different staff on the drive through than in the restaurant itself.

There really is nothing more to say other than its a burger king, so you can be sure that the food is going to be tasty and you will know what sort of items to expect on the menu. It is perhaps not a nice as McDonalds which is just around the corner but burger king has made a lot of changes to the menu which now means that it certainly competes quite well on price being a couple of pounds cheaper for two people.I have been in here once and I must say that I thought it was quite dirty, so now when we eat here its through the drive through.

Well I thought they were excellent value for money.Popped in while shopping in Westwood Cross as had a special " Big Whopper Meal" at only £8.49 for 2 voucher which I thought was excellent value.Food was nice - service was quick - price really good - what more could you ask for.Picked up another voucher on the counter and will be trying something different next time but would not recommend too often as looking at the shape of some of the customers ..............!!!!!!!!

we had a cheeseburger and fries and a chicken fillet burger and fries with cold drinks.Cold drinks were fine but the meals were not hot just horrible.no wonder they were not busy. fries were cold and some were luke warm so did not enjoy this meal at all..The roll on the burger fell to pieces when lifted to your mouth.seemed as though it had been frozen and thawed out, ended up with a load of mush. Just could not be eaten.Would I go there again most definitely not will use Macdonalds on the other side of the car park which is superb..

What initially struck me when we went in was how clean this place is. commented to one of the boys working there who said the manager keeps them on their toes. it really shows, absolutely spotless with no food on tables or on the floor. food was fresh cooked, air conditioning was brilliant. had lovely food and will definitely go back.

This is the best fast food takeaway. Always good quality food with lots of salad. Never had a bad takeaway meal at this venue.

I used to think that burger kings food was far superior to maccy dees, after the last visit i changed my mind. Staff was pushy to get your order, food was cold, tables not cleaned mess all over the floor. sorry never again.

This restaurant is hidden, we were surprised to find it. Im glad we did, as i had the best burger ever! Good service too!!!
