Awful service, 20 mins for a solo hot drink which came out warm at best, i then complained and was refused a new drink, they cared more about rude delivery drivers than other customers

This has got to be the most filthy mc donalds I have ever been too in my life. Not only is it filthy the staff are disgustingly rude and entitled. Typical northerners. The men's toilets had poo all over the floor I had to use the woman's. When I told them to clean it they didn't want to know and one particular rude piece of you know what litterally shrugged his shoulders at me and told me so what. The manager was not much better. Horrible people horrible place. DO NOT go

If you’re ordering from here make sure you check it before delivery drivers leave. Not only was it freezing cold, half of my order was missing, I never even got the half that was missed. Second time this has happened now. I rang up and asked for it to be sent and what I got back was “you’ll have to get a refund we’re too busy” They have plenty of workers here, and supposedly “decent” managers and supervisors. Absolute joke, went hungry and person who spoke on the phone was quite rude. Will not be going here again. Waste of time and money.

Ok it was early Saturday morning but just fancied quick bite after work called in there and. A chubby guy short ginger hair think a shift manager. Picking his nose and handling food . Was so tired after night shift just slung it as put me right off

I went into mcdonalds after I had been released from police station and they hadn't given me any sanitary ware so I asked a lovely female employee at boston mcdonalds and she was so descreate and helped me out of her own pocket. She deserves a big bonus and I will be returning to say thank you

Ordered a large order through uber eats. Had to wait over an hour so the food came cold and was missing my sons fruit shoot and donut so he was unhappy Terrible service for a Monday at 3.30

visited first time and ordered the special big mac with bacon and after waiting in a queue of around twenty cars for around 15 minutes you would have thought the food would have come out fresh and hot alas my burger actually tasted like the burgers had just come out of the fridge absolutely rank back again today got the crispy chicken burger and frankly not much better not warm at all the food in this place is frankly disgusting so today 17/02/21 will be my last visit

Ordered breakfast today to be delivered with Uber Eats, items missing off the order, neither McDonald’s or Uber Eats would do anything about this. Terrible terrible service

ok we are in Boston and none accentual shops are closed them that sell food ect so they are allowed to stay open though none are allowed to let anyone in the seating area they are only open for take away meals glad it was take away

me and my partner didnt even get through the door when one of the staff had been very rude when she had asked us if we can do the scan to save lives so we said we dont have a mobile so she asked us to fill out a form yet again she was very rude and was grunting and tutting at us she was also very rude to my other half when we asked to move to a different seat due to the amount of people watching she then shouts!! "this is for families and i know one of you dont have a family" this is outrageous also the food was cold and sloppy when we got our order

Visited today and was impressed with staff. Greeted politely at entrance and shown to a table. Another group arrived and sat too close and a member of staff politely moved them over. Its macdonalds and not a Michelin restaurant. Given 5 stars as staff and covid protocols were great. Felt safe and had a good meal. Not their fault that kids hang out there and were doing their best.

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. You can hardly get through the door due to the chav youths hanging around outside and their bikes blocking the doorway. Once inside, the chavs are not buying anything and sit at most of the tables while acting disruptive, shouting and screaming across the restaurant.The management really need to sort this out. Or even get security on the door (like other McDonalds I’ve been to late at night). Because the genuine paying customers don’t want to come back here if this continues.

the reviews i do are how we find the restaurants/cafe`s on the days we visit today we found a very nice clean place clean tables the staff we found was ok we had a short wait for our meal but as i was sitting down it was not a prob as i have to sit down after walking a short disstence so the wait was more than welcome

Visited this restaurant on the way to our family holiday!!! We waited nearly 15 mins for our food to be ready Staff was in a slow go and would rather talk then get on with there job Our children had pankcakes and syrup and got some of the syrup on the table I apologised for the mess and cleaner told me not to worry about it As she was clearing the table 10 minutes after tellin her she started to complain that she hates syrup once she clocked me she looked slightly sheepish that she had been caught out

I called in at this McDonald's as I was after a quick snack (Fast Food) and wanted to order two things off the saver menu. Things got off to a bad start when I pulled up to the drive through order point and sat there and got no response. I then drove round to the first window after waiting with no response. I could see the person that should have been taking the orders moping inside and away from from window. He was no paying any attention to me and only came to me after another member of staff at the collection window saw me waiting.I eventually placed my order for the two items, double cheese burger and fries and went to collect them. At this point I was told to wait a short time and after 5 minutes I still had not received my food and could not get the attention of any staff member to see where my food was. At this point I had to drive off with no good as I was on a time limit and had to be else where.This was at just after 4am and the restaurant was not bust at all, so if you can't do fast food under these circumstances there is no hope at busy times.Very disappointed not only by the lack of service but also that I didn't get what I paid for due to having to drive off as I was on a time lot and this took so long.

Please take the time to hold the queue up and check your order as these muppets ALWAYS get it wrong, come on McDonald’s sort it out, the order is written on a computer screen for you

Went through the drive through yesterday morning, made a very simple order of a Sausage and Egg McMuffin with NO cheese, 2 bacon wraps 2 has browns.. not a huge order so shouldn't be difficult to get right... Got home to find the Sausage and Egg McMuffin with NO cheese was in fact a sausage and CHEESE McMuffin without an egg...seriously guys is this so difficult.. it was correct on the receipt so the order was taken correctly... you have huge screens telling you what the order is in the kitchen and you still can't get it right.. it's not as though you were even busy as it was very early in the morning and you still made us wait 10 mins while you prepared it... if it wasn't for the fact that I didn't have time to drive all the way back I would have brought it back and complained.

Visited the drive through to take home meals for my family.4 meals and 20 Chicken nuggets.Arrived how to find only 3 meals and 20 nuggets.How difficult can it be??Food was good but ruined by daughter having to eat my meal, something she did not want but she had to have something!!!

How McDonald's has changed, I used to love bringing my son to McDonald's, it made him happy which made me happy, now when I come here I cannot wait to leave, it's full of kids and teenagers just hanging around, they leave their bikes outside, and nobody does anything to move them on...... ridiculous, not a family place anymore.

Appalling food, got 4 meals for the family and not one of them was even hot. It's not the first time we've had cold food from there either. They really need to sort their selves out, or someone just needs sacking!! Hopefully if we come again it will be a better experience...

It's a typical mcDonaldson, just had a refurbishment, allways seems clean, toilets a bit cramped (gents) NOTE,the drive through c an be a nightmare when busy.

Went through the drive through Sat at about 1pm. Very busy, finally get to have my order taken. Only to be told by the unprofessional taking my order that only two orders per car are allowed.... Since when?? Apparently for the last 11 years even though I go there on a regular basis. Total disrespect for customers. Had my daughter in the car so couldn't express myself how I wanted. When I asked to speak to the manager was told he/ she wasn't there and instead through the window spoke to a little boy who kept coughing and wiping his nose on his arm whenever he was challenged with a question. Told them to shove my order . Its no wonder this branch has so many problems given the way they treat and speak to paying customers. Anyway all ended good. Went to Springfields and got my order for 3 people and lovely customer service.

Quick meal following a shopping trip. Really busy so you would expect hot food. Used new table service -was a little busy can’t get parked two lane drive through blocking all traffic ... clearly displayed number ... saw meal do two laps of restaurant . Sauce for Chicken Selects missing had to fetch - eludes purpose of table service !!! And why go large on meal to have a fries container only half full of cold soggy fries ... I purposely ate in as fries tend to be 100% Better but not today - come on Mc Donald’s you need to up your game !

Slow cramped drive through. Staff not really understanding how to communicate other than in standard trained sentences. Its like many other McD's. Food is variable. Can be congested around the area.

Visited here after the store revamp, the ordering process is better and the new table service is ok, but it’s still McDonald’s, so it’s the fast food experience we all know!

My wife is on a salt free diet, her burger was LOADED with salt, she was ill for 2 days. I complained to head office, to find out that the branch season their own food. I never had an explanation from the manager at Boston, never go their again.

Lets hope that the new alterations brings new beginnings. Orders with mistakes, cross over sauces on burgers, untidy, unclean kitchen area at counter. Watch out for them not giving you a receipt.Saves them on not getting bad reviews on line and the offer of you getting cheap deals.

Not much to say besides there is a lack of cleanliness here. The local council or health inspectors should visit as I don't think the floors should look like this. Definitely not 5 star. Would you trust your food in a place that looks this unhygienic? On that night, my speciality burger was over cooked so it tasted foul. What a waste of cash. Wouldn't return in a hurry. Let's hope the revamp brings in tidy minds who care about their work environment and their customers.

Staff are not the best found them a little offish. Food was ok but fries were only just warm would normally take them back but there was a massive queue so couldnt be bothered. All in al ok visit.

Toilets not a good start. Broken drier, dirty floor and blocked urinal, tap also loose. Then surprised to find it's an old style McDonald's where the person serving also gives you your meal, not the ticket number system that most now are. Probably due a refurbishment sometime soon, although the seating area looked new. Took a while to get food but I think that's just cause it was a different serving system. Sauce machine broken as well. Guy that served me was friendly and polite so no complaints there though.

Called again as I was passing the food was a lot quicker this time but they still managed to get it wrong!!

I went on a Sunday through the drive through and was sent to wait in the parking area. After 20mins, I still hadn't received my order so went inside to see where it was. The place was mayhem with wrong orders everywhere and when I asked about mine was told they'd forgotten it so I got refund and left.

We went in at about 11 pm very slow service and most of the staff were talking with each other instead of serving customers the lad on the till was rushed off his feet. And the food was not at its best🙁

I had a terrible encounter with a member of female staff who refuses to cut her exceptionally long artificial nails and scratched my hand, whilst giving me change (money) on Drive-thru.

It's a MC Donald's , made special by some of the staff , who when working take the time to communicate with the customer so you get to know them .this sets this MC Donald's apart , also it's the cleanest and they work very hard to do that , especially as it's 24 hour now and the weekend amoeba have finished being basic lifeforms .compared to others this one's a jewel

Siempre es un caos, y el aparcamiento en servicios gat McD's, ya que comparte la salida de la entrada drive thru Aldi y el acceso a todas las otras tiendas en el parque comercial mini. Normalmente es más rápido y dar en el drive thru...

Comida rápida después de un viaje de compras. Muy concurrido, así que cabe esperar comida caliente. Por desgracia, no era nada coherente mc ráfagas preparó antes de la comida, así que casi se evapora. hog . Decepción, por decir lo menos. No es barato, ya que no es una buena relación calidad-precio.

Not friendly management when asked if we could use Metro vouchers. Reaction was: "Yes,you can use one every fours hours"We had four vouchers so to redeem them it would take 16 hours.I asked very politely if I could use them, so a simply answer with kindness towards a customer without "remarks" would be all needed.

What is there to say its a drive in rubbish factory called a restaurant but you don't get cutlery enough said.

On the 3 occasions I have been in this McDonalds I have said that I will be sitting in with my meal and on each occasion I have been handed my food in a take away bag. Now I'm from Scotland and maybe my accent is hard to understand so once I could understand but 3 times in a row?

as I have alzhiemers ect and dare not go out alone they have given me two support workers this gives me a bit better life and it gives my wife a break as well; I have Chrissy on Mondays and joss on Wednesdays Thursdays and Fridays both have cars so we can go more or less where i choose to go each place or town we go to for a meal I put on this great site and it keeps my brain going as well each time we go in this restaurant the food ect as we find the same each time we visit good food ect

It's McDonald's so what do you expect? The food is really good, but the milkshake machines sometimes break which is annoying. Friday nights can get really busy. Overall, it's a good restaurant so keep it up Boston McDonald's.

Never had a bad meal at boston macdonald service is ok depending what staff is on at the time . There not enough waiting bays at busy periods.

Fast food, brill service and the staff are very friendly. Good hygiene and there are always spaces to eat here. Drive through is also a very quite process, only issue is, around 60% of the time milkshakes and mcflurrys cant be served because the machine is broken

Ha McDonald's restaurant? Fast food? Don't matter how we call that place. Everyone loves that food. Very quick service, low prices. And unique taste. Lots of calories! My favourite is Big Mac!

I only called in for a coffee and water. Parking was Ok, though part of a small shopping centre so parking may be an issue if busy. It's still old style with no screens in place to order food. Service was quick and friendly enough, no issues. As usual you know what you are getting with a McDonalds.

Usual food, quickly served, unusual to see older ladies taking orders and serving rather than usual teenagers. They were more polite and attentive than normal

The staff need to man up and deal with gangs of kids who play around and cause nuisance it's off putting for people who try to enjoy their meal.. Food levels are standard and staff need training as some appear to be lost when asked simple questions and please can someone explain why you have to ask to have the mcflurry stirred when they should do that automatically after all the machine is only next to the ice cream pumps!!!It would help if the staff looked a bit motivated I understand it's not a place of work which you expect to have a long career in but whilst your there at least look as you want to be there!!Overall it's just a McDonald's but if compare Boston store to a big city one then it would be a joke

For convenience we ate here at around 10.30pm on a Friday evening. There was a security man who had the unfortunate job of having to deal with lots of underage and underdressed teenagers, who were treating the place like a youth club/bedroom... most of whom appeared to be under the influence of something or other. The food was typical of McDonalds. Not a nice environment to eat in and I doubt the staff were very much enjoying working there either.

Yes a standard Mcdonalds ! Using inside and the drive through here ! The only problem we have found has with alot of Mcdonalds is the food especially the chips can be cold or luke warm. This as happened on lots of occasions ! But not so good if you are using the drive through ?

We ordered our burgers and fries. Very good, excellent price and good service. Just popped in as was passing. Recomend.

Fast and efficient service. Food hot and tasty. Restaurant clean and tidy despite been a busy half term day. ☺ On the down side the customer care assistant could smile a little more and wash her hands when she's been to the toilet.

Comparing with Mcdonalds around London, or Yorkshire area... This one is pretty much always serves good quality food, accurate meals. Even Big Tasty here, much "tastier" than somewhere else... I would say- perfect!

Very good for a quick meal. The food is okay. Coffee good. Friendly staff. I use the drive thru more than the Restaurant.

The service is quite rushed but the staff here are usually polite. Food here is of a good standard and now that it's been refurbished is quite a nice place to be at. However when McDonald's gets busy the experience is not as good.

popped in enroute back from skeggy for a loo stop and a bite to eat. your average mcdonalds nothing special but would use again

Popped in on our way home from holiday late afternoon on a Saturday. It was very busy, but the wait to be served was not too bad. The food was to the usual Mcdonald's standard and the serving staff were friendly. Unfortunately while we were there, there was a crowd of youths who were refusing to leave when asked to by the manager, although they moved on pretty swiftly when the police arrived!
