Mcdonald's Restaurants in Bradford

If I could give no stars I would. We’re constantly missing a meal from our order and the app refuses to give us a refund! I don’t want to spend £10 on nothing! I only have this issue in Bradford. Definitely penny pinchers. They must make a fortune as friends of mine have this issue with this store and others in the area. I wouldn’t bother using the McDonalds app as you’ll waste your money and someone will miss out. McDonald’s DO BETTER!

Had to wait 15 mins for an apple pie, when promised it'll take 6 mins. Parked up at the bay waiting, but had to go out the car and go in to collect. Happy to take the money first but not said it'd take a while. Asked for a refund and manager denied. Never going back again

Horrible pathetic customer service! The woman on the order phone could not care less and was rude. The guy at the counter called Alfie doesn’t know how to speak with customers and looked like he needed a good wash too. Dirty place with an attitude problem. Stay away!

The place is filthy, mentioned to staff, did nothing, the toilet wasnt fit to let an animal use, dont know what hygiene rateing they have but will be surprised if they have onewon't eat here again

For the 8th time missing items on the order. App chucks you to uber who only refund the missing item and not the service and delivery fee. A place where they can't even read by the looks of it. Orders are always missing a minimum of 1 item. Last order took 2 hour to be delivered and was flat cold.

Pathetic service if you order to be delivered. Majority of the time you don't even receive what you ordered, if you're lucky to, it'll be cold. How hard can it be to read a list and put the items in a bag? It happens so often I wouldn't be surprised if it's a ploy to save money in the hopes that the majority of people won't complain about paying for something they never got. That's more believable than the sheer incompetence of not being able to populate a bag from a list. Absolute joke.

The mature staff are brilliant, talkative and efficient. Can't fault them. The younger staff however have zero people skills, incredibly slow at making even a black coffee with no apology for the long wait and don't seem to care much. Imagine trying to smile at customers when you're young, I know it's daunting but try it sometime. You might get employed elsewhere someday. A coffee should be quick when it's quiet. Younger staff really need better training.

Slow service, staff not interested, was asked to park up and wait for the food to arrive, asked for extra napkins in the bag, and guess what, the food was delivered to the car and how many napkins were in the bag? None! By not listening to the customer, you are only wasting your own time and making the queue longer.

Came through the drive through here last month. When i got to the speaker, I couldnt hear them but they were being so rude about it. I am old and my hearing is slowly going. This is not how you treat the elderly! I couldnt place my order at the speaker so I went to the window and the girl told me I had to go all the way around or come in as she’s not allowed to take orders at the window or the managers will shout at her. Absolutely appalling service from here but its not the girl’s fault. Come on mcdonalds! Even at the 2nd window, there were 2 employees arguing.

Dog food is better we ordered two sausage and egg McMuffins they were disgusting we asked for tomato sauce 10 p each wow, don’t go here the place is filthy and food terrible I did say let’s not bother as the last time wasn’t great and that was a couple of years ago so still rubbish

“McDonalds” would really not like how this place is run. Penny pinching, rude staff who clearly are not well managed.

This was the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. First no salt on my chips and got a caramel frappe and they put no caramel in it . Need to avoid this McDonald’s at all cost don’t care about how they present your meal and bad experience.

The staff do not care about presentation or the quality of the food coming out of here. Avoid at all costs.

I hate the McDonald's on rooley lane in Bradford, they cannot get your order right and there's always stuff missing from the order. When you order on Uber eats they think your lying just to get free food when it's clearly McDonald's fault

Friday evening visit. Absolute disorganised chaos with staff and customers constantly kicking off. My order took 30 minutes of agony watching the pantomime ensue, and was both cold and incorrect when I received it, however not wishing to spend any more time here ai just scarpered as quickly as possible. I’m not sure why they do delivery orders as the poor couriers wait for hours. Please avoid this place with all your might, try the Asda branch up the road.

Absolutely disgusting ordered 4 happy meals and 2 burgers, had to park up? What has happened to fast food? In all of the happy meal chips had half a bag assume they were low on chips and had to disrepute the chips between every order they had could have told people they were low on chips or gave people the right amount and when ran out told people they didn’t have any more. One of my happy meals had 3 chicken nugget how difficult is it to put 4 nuggets in a bag labelled 4 chicken nuggets. The lady who handed the food out was very kind but still don’t recommend going. Also when ask for sauce they never give any!

Good position at top of m606 easy access (and now that you can turn around on the dual carriageway) easy exit too. Offers the usual Mckeey D fayre.

This Mcdonalds can be a little awkward to get to...the turning is easily missed and so it is often a little quieter than you might expect...

No strawberry lemonade at collection window which caused chaos as needed to refund. Then had to park up. Total incompetence as should have been informed on ordering. Then they gave me a cheeseburger with all the goo on, which I requested plain. Another UK mess that just does not happen in USA or Canada as they would be sued like mad. Just terrible.

It's a McD. You know exactly what you are getting. Black coffee for me. About 3 a day during my travels. This one is as good as most. Doesn't have that new stupid send your order around the shop first process either.

Ordered our food on the drive thru and husband tried to use his phone to pay (insane I know, as phones are made to speak to people) but after 3 attempts when the gadget did not work he resorted to the proper way and used a debit card- no problems, again proving tech had made life more difficult. Food quick to arrive, freshly made crispy nuggets and cold drinks.

Always good value & good service here, some may not like the brand, I do as it is always consistent. Why pay more for ground coffee when you can get a good coffee at Mcdonalds prices. No parking charges either, so no unexpected fines like some other establishments locally. Good for small business meetings in the warm friendly atmosphere, which is both light & airy.I will always use this restaurant when in the area

This is the second time, this week, that I have tried to get a Big Breakfast from McD and got nothing!I've been going there every 3/4 weeks for about four years ... same ritual! ... and today I was told that there is "no call for it any more" ... which I cannot believe! So, I walked out and went to Greggs, who served me a delicious sausage & bacon bap + a coffee for £2 from a bubbly / smily / 'real' person!McD must be off their tree! "No call for it," I ask you ...

I wouldn't normally review a fast food outlet, but I having had a really poor service on a number of occasions from this and other McDonald's, I feel that other customers should be made aware. Now like a lot of people I'm partial to a Big Mac and fries every now and again, so you can imagine the disappointment when you stop by a McDonald's on your lunch break to grab a meal, drive back to the office and discover that there's items missing! In this case it was the main event.... THE BIG MAC! this was despite there being a sticker stating "checked" being on the bag. Now this isn't the first time, second or even third. It seems to happen all the time. I mean how hard is it to get a simple order right, when there are three items to bag up! On this occasion I called them, dug my heels in and they gave me a free meal the following day, plus the missing item from the previous visit.

This is McDonald's standard fare. Nothing exceptional about service. Food was adequate and they got our order correct, which is always a bonus!

Been going to this particular branch on the odd occasion for a while now (more convenient as its closest to wear I live & work) and have lost count of the amount of times they don't have what I ask for especially Mcflurrys or Milkshakes,(almost every visit actually)And if on the odd occasion they do have what I want, you can bet the order will be wrong somehow.The other month I asked for Sausage & egg mcmuffin, guess what? Didn't have any, so I then asked for a Bacon, egg and cheese roll with Brown sauce, which was only for a limited time apparently, was a few minutes before breakfast shut off time, and when I sat down and took a big bite out of it I found it didn't have the cheese or the sauce in it. I went to complain and the lady behind the counter appologised and told me 'No problem I'll get that changed for you'. When handed back to me it was still the one I had taken a big bite out of with a cold cheese slice on top. I told them that's not right, i would like a fresh one please done right. But was told they coudnt do that for me as it was now after 10:30 and they stopped doing breakfast. I checked my watch and was 10:32!!! I know I'm not the only one who had given up on this particular branch Can't believe its still open!I now go to Subway instead, at least they can get my order right!

On two occasions recently I have called at this restaurant. The big mas and the chicken meal was semi warm and the chips well they were soggy and coldishI do not intend to patronise this restaurant again.

Have heard a lot about these restaurants and having never being to one before I decided to take the missus there for our anniversary. Phoned up in advance for a table for two but was told they do not accept pre table booking, which was worrying.The restaurant itself it located in an idyllic setting, perfectly placed by the M606 main exit which is one of the better motorway exits up these parts. Our table offered unrestricted views of the exit, wonderful!Unfortunately this was the highlight of our visit. There was nobody to show us to our table and once we had decided what we wanted to eat we even had to place our own orders at the pass, then collect them ourselves once they were cooked! I didn't see one member of the front of house team at all during our meal. Shocking service Mcdonalds this really needs addressing, especially for such a large company!Food, well I'm not even sure it was locally sourced. There are no gardens to grow their veg so this must be bought in. I might sound like I'm nit-picking because the food wasn't all that bad, though the apple pie was so hot it was in danger of melting through the table.I mentioned it was our anniversary when I spoke to the manager when I phoned earlier hoping for something special but I think he must have forgotten but judging by what we experienced he won't have cared.Overall a great location, spoiled by poor service and uninspired menu.

I visited this branch as it is a convienent place to have a meeting with colleagues, I have had meetings there before and hadn't encountered major issues, but recently the McDonalds franchisee (Mr Duncan Taylor) has decided to fleece his customers by putting a restriction on parking and employing parking bandits to extort money from customers , clearly Mr Duncan Taylor doesn't value his customers. I guess he is "lovin it" with his extra cash!

Do not use this McDonalds. My friend and I both met up there and we were charged with a £100 parking charge for a Mcdonalds meal and a drink afterwards. Very expensive if you stay longer than 90 minutes.

I just want to WARN you please: There is a 90minutes ONLY parking sign at this McDonalds, just off Leeds road in Bradford 3 (near to Morrisons). IF U STAY LONGER than 90 minutes you risk a PARKING FINE of £50. PLEASE DONT do it...its wrong to subject the public to this. I have lived for many years NEAR to this site and was not aware of the ruling until recently....BE WARNED..YOUR Cuppa will cost you alot more than £1.09 IF you stay beyond 90 minutes
