I ordered delivery, drink was missing and food was cold I told driver drink was missing and he said he ll tell shop and bring me the missing items I also tried ringing shop and customer services but could not get through I received no drink and no refund and no way to contact There’s no accountability Just free money for McDonald’s as the amounts are so low people disregard them and McDonald’s must make millions from these accumulated gains No customer service Just a terrible service

I have visited this restaurant many times as its my local mc Donald's. On MANY occasions I have gotten my order wrong and some of them had to do with allergy reasons . Today in particular , I went to get me and my partner lunch , I ordered them a cheeseburger plain because of their onion allergy. As we were eating our food he checked his burger as normal and hidden under the cheese was a bunch of onions . The only reason this was spotted was because a small one had fallen to the side .

This afternoon we called in for a quick drink an snack on our way home late afternoon about 5pm ish,, got some food an Sat by the window nearest side to the front entrance as you come into the carpark, not that many people sat inside, there was a lady cleaning about while we were waiting, after about 10 mins or so a younger guy with dark hair in uniform wearing a tie, was sweeping the floor areas behind out seats, (dont think there was no one near the top end by the windows, we were the only ones), I'm sat with by back to him as he's sweeping an making his way towards us,,he lifted the sweeping brush he was using an swept it across the top of the table behind me!, My Mrs face!!!,,,(she was facing him), he didn't bat an eye over it, just carried on sweeping the floor, What type of hygiene training do they give these idiots?, not as if you'd need to be trained in not sweeping tables with the brush your sweeping the bloody floor with??, Can only imagine what this persons hygiene is like or worse, what actually goes on behind closed doors in that filth?? There is cctv throughout this place so anyone in management there in authority would clearly be able to view this instance that had taken place! Shocking display of most complete lack of public hygiene

lack of cheese they gave us half a cheese slice maybe even a quarter bit of a joke tbh like who put only a half cheese slice not happy

2nd time I have been snapped and shouted at by same young girl working there early mornings. This 2nd time , some months later on Thurs 7th Dec around 5.18am. The very Same girl! Just more rude than the last time! Unbelievable! . I asked if she would serve my drinks instead of the lad mopping the floor as he did not wash his hands between doing so. She told the lad what I’d asked and he replied ‘Whaaaat’ ! She brought my drinks to me at drive through after my food & screamed in my face - ‘You do know that’s what his job is don’t you ! Cleaning & serving food!’ My polite snd calm reply to her ‘yes but people usually wash their hands in between’ . On her finally finding & handing my receipt , which I hadn’t asked for . ‘I calmly told her that I hadn’t been rude to her , She replied screeching at me -‘well don’t come back then!’ * Charming customer service McDonalds ! * NOT ! ** And even more concerning …. Cleanliness attitudes. Clearly I won’t be going back! ***Would have given minus stars if able . Your staff have some serious hygiene / cleanliness issues as well as lacking any customer service skills.

never been so displeased with a mcdonald’s in my life! I had just ordered a triple cheeseburger PLAIN and it came with everything but pickles and onions on it, that is NOT plain!!!! Then i also ordered two bags of the new limited edition cheese melt dippers, usually there is 4 in each bag; however I had 4 in one bag and 3 in the other. So i payed for 8 yet only received 7. Then to top it all off we also ordered 9 chicken nuggets on their own and 7 came in the box! I will never be going back to this mcdonald’s!

Not bad food, what you actually receive, but every visit to this particular site there's always something missing.

The worst McDonald’s ever by 12 furlon.! Every order I’ve made is always wrong how is this possible. Staff are rude, the service is slower than tasty tucker.!

I stopped here at midnight and queued in the drive through for over 20 minutes while one red Audi (number plate DE61 OCS) not only took ages to place the order at the screen (because they were joking and chatting with the staff but then proceeded to the window and continued to chat the a member of staff who was hanging out of the window. After about 20 minutes of waiting I got asked the car and asked the staff if they could park the car up as everyone in the queue was beeping and fed up. The staff replied that they were short staffed so they didn't have anyone to run the food out. I pointed out that there were at least 3 members of staff visible from the drive through window standing around doing nothing. The driver of the vehicle then started mouthing off saying she was waiting for her food and she didn't work there so she was unable to climb through the window to get it herself. This gave me the impression that she did work there. Anyway after over a 20 minute wait, we were finally given our food. The burgers and fries were stone cold and the milkshakes had clearly been sat around for a long time. There was even a massive chunk of onion in a mcchicken sandwich (not an ingredient). We ate what we could face as we were very hungry after a long and stressful day but unfortunately it was vile and it was by far the worst meal I have ever eaten. Within about 20 minutes of eating it, my husband was violently sick and this was followed diarrhoea and I suffered with stomach cramps and nausea all night. Food of this condition should be binned and not served to paying customers.

I would give less of a rating if it was possible. I called in here about 3:30 am, on the way back from the airport. As this McDonalds advertises as 24 hour service, I imagined the service, would be 24 hours. How wrong I was !! What you actually get is food from earlier in the day, that's been laying around for hours and just kept warm or reheated. The quality of the food at any point in the 24 hours of service, should be consistent. After all, the company charges the same amount of money at any point during the day. The burgers were almost inedible the fries actually were, I had to throw them away. The staff need to be retrained to understand, when food is no longer of a saleable standard. What they should have done was throw it away and cook fresh when a customer places an order.

Terrible terrible rude service. Awful hygiene openly on view through the drive in window. Refunded requested , abuse and a lot of mucking about received. Manager refused to give her name

Never again will i order from here not only constantly ripping you off with mjssing items but nkw 3 times in a week i have been refused food due to tills being rebooted or placing an order with just eat only to wait full time before delivery just to have them cancel my order absolutely terrible worst mcdonalds around

Food discusting barely warm just thrown together looks nothing like the picture. Something missing or wrong on every visit have to queue back up through the drive thru while the rest of the food goes cold. Complained many times but nothing changes staff absolutely useless still getting basic orders wrong every single time. Shocking customer service from the manager who spoke rudely and she walked off. Also complained by telephone a few weeks ago about a missing item and the manager hung up on me. It's just not good enough they will never change! Not coming here anymore why dine with the clownssss when you can dine with the king 30 seconds away!!!!!

Ordered our food for eat in. Curiously asked how long the wait would be and was told” don’t know sorry, but we are doing our best”. Never in my wildest would I have thought I would be still waiting for a chilli chicken wrap 40 mins later…. And still waiting! This franchise has hit rock bottom. Not only is it the SLOWEST fast food eatery; they constantly get the orders wrong!!! That’s it, no more. Still waiting…….

I saw a worker spit in the food. I had to ask around to see what his name was and I believe that he was named Sam? This was disgusting and I will never be eating here again. I am appalled by what I have seen.

Over a 20 minute wait for one burger and chips . The manager had his back to the shop the whole time I was waiting, even tho there was half dozen complaints from other diners during this time including long waits, wrong orders, missing items. Poor management, as he didn't appear phased or in control. Fast food huh.... hardly. Wont visit here again

Uses the drivethrough facility at 3pm 27 feb. Fast service, we ordered double bacon cheese beurger and a large and small fires. Burgers were fine, but the fries.....cold, underseasoned and very rubbery. not really edible and certainly not to the normal stadard of Mcdonalds. very dissapointing

every single time i've been here for lunch from work which is a couple times a week sometimes? they mess up my order. Literally every time without fail. i could order one wrap of the day and they'll still mess it up no matter how direct and clear you are with them. So frustrating.

Terrible with orders. Always making a mistake or forgetting something. Milkshake machine broken more than it is running. And when I order one I usually get the wrong one more than once. The employees have a lazy attitude toward doing the job properly

I visited the drive through on the way to work today at 8:30am. On arriving st work I found 1/2 my order was missing. I’ve tried to phone to report this all day but nobody answers the phone.

I waited at the speaker of the drive thru but there was no one manning it so I drove to the window then someone appeared and said that they had to reboot the till so they weren’t serving. I didn’t mind going in to order and asked about the tills inside as I assumed it was just that one drive thru till that was being restarted but i was told that they all were being rebooted. Needless to say I couldn’t even buy food.

Arrived at 8.40pm to order food,Was still waiting at 9.10pm had to ask why numbers were being called around mine, Mcchicken sandwich and 9 nuggets is not a complicated choice...

Mi compañero ordenó su comida antes que yo y la recibió rápidamente. El mío de la otra mano tardó 25 minutos. Y solo se sirvió después de que les pregunté dónde estaba mi comida. Me imagino que me habrían tenido parado allí por una hora antes de preguntarme por qué este tipo todavía está parado frente al mostrador con su salsa y su recibo.La comida era cálida en el mejor de los casos, y no me disculpo por dejar mi comida esperando al lado. Parece que algunos miembros del personal no sabrían qué hacer si hay algo fuera de lo común.El aparcamiento está lleno de niños ingobernados que se tiran copas de coca vacías, lo mismo ocurre con algunos de los clientes adultos.Dije que le daría una firma 2. 5/10, pero Trip Advisor solo me dejará s o 5, por lo que es un 1, me temo.

This is your thpical McDonald’s, with the updated screens, childrens tablet computers etc. Biggest drawback is there are now a lot less seating than before which is poor. Good service, nice staff just that drawback stops it getting five stars

I use this McDonald’s many times for breakfast when I am back in Cardiff, i work all over the country this is the cleanest I have been to also the dearest as it is a Franchise,

The food is good. Burgers and that stuff generally! This place has Wi-Fi which is not fast (4mbps) but the mobile data signal is great (80mbps). Views of Wenvoe TV mast.

went to concert at the stadium we were staying at the hotel opposite! so was great to be able to get some late night food had burger and chips which was the usual mcdonalds standard! staff were helpfull and the resturant seemedclean

Visited a couple of times in July and August . We live ten minutes away, always had good service I till now. But waited 20 mins for three ice creams. On another occasion waited 25 mins for food. Not sure if they are clear on the definition of fast food here. Would really like service to go back to what it was as my kids love it.

Disgusting food, cold chips, burnt burger which was also cold and gone off milk in latte. Went there at 1.30 am is this an excuse for poor quality??

We as a family visited the drive through tonight. Whilst having pleasant thoughts of devouring an acceptable burger meal due to hungry family and being delayed. My expectations were heightened by a you keen very helpful smiling young member of staff by the name of Harry Vogel. Many thanks Harry you're a star. 10 out of 10 for great service

Girl on the drive through speaker sounded as if she'd given up on life and when she opened the hatch to take payment she was as miserable as she sounded, the fella at the serving hatch was a grumpy sod tutting when i asked for extra salt but he did say sorry when i threatened to get out and give him a slap..... Chips were as dreary as the service they will limp and luke warm at best and the quarter pounder was dry and way over cooked..... WORSE McDonalds iv ever been to and iv been all over this country and even abroad.... Disgusting ! AVOID AVOID AVOID....

It is quick and easy to get food. It is average food if you want something while on the good. You know what your getting

It was an evening visit having had a long drive and there was nothing I could commend about the meal .fries were luke warm and the milkshake not up to standard.Ordered no cheese and got cheese could not be bothered to take it back.Was staying at a hotel across the road.Had it been busy I could cut them some slack but that was not the case as there were major road works on the junction nearby.Very disappointing.

ordered medium meal chicken nuggets. waiting for about 10 mins then when the very rude manager came to window, chips were stone cold.. asked for hot chips she made a face.. also had mcflurry the rolo and it had 3 pieces of chocolate in it! Always fresh and piping hot , very clean toliets spotless and great play areas for children , love the new tablets for the kids

Nice to have a Mc Donald's meal on the go especially after a day in Cardiff and homeward bound ,usual Big MacMeal menu with a choice of several drinks and different sizes , order inside or use Drive thru for a quick get away . Usual menu of desserts available . Fast quick service as usual with clean toilet facilities if you need to use them !

While passing culver house on the outskirts of Cardiff we fancied a coffee so called into McDonald's, It's very conveniently located McDonald's, looks like it's been recently overhauled it is very clean and as McDonald's new ordering system goes it's got to be one of the fastest we've been in,It was very busy and device was very fast and the restaurant was spotless

After being refused restaurant service at the local Pizza Hut, we decided to come here and at least the food was acceptable and the service friendly! Good burgur meals served fresh and hot!

Easy to order through large screens , could choose which area to sit in and choose to sit down and have table service . Food came quickly .

Is what it is, busy branch so at least you know your foods not been hanging around to long. All the new burgers coming through but you can't beat a good Big Mac,Only draw back is the drive though causes carnage in the car park. Slightly lethal with small kids. OK maccy d`s is what it is so lets skip the food. Having ordered, both myself and a couple at the same till queried a manager handling food with no gloves and slapping it on our buns. He calmly explained they had a 30min handwash regime and therefore did not need gloves. Reasonable was my initial reaction, until he went on to make a sale handle cash and change and straight back to salad dipping with no washing. my food went straight in the bin !!!

Always food missing from our order. Guaranteed everytime. Iv now learnt to check before i drive away. Food is thrown into the bags so end up coming out of the wrappers. Emailed a complaint several times and yet to get a response. Id try to avoid this franchiseif i were you.

Got to the drive thru at 10.25 and they said that they don't sever after a certain time. The posters and offers for the breakfast was still up. They severed people breakfast in front of us but refused this. False advertisement if there signs are still up for breakfast!

Definitely the cleanest Mcdonalds that ive been to. The staff all looked busy but not chaotic. It seemed to be run a lot better than other Mcdonalds. Only a 4 as I bought an ice-cream but they didn't have any so I had to have a refund and they couldn't put it back on my card and gave it to me in cash instead - no biggie though.

Very tasty had a voucher so meal was only £1.99 but bit skimpy on the chips, very tasty chicken nuggets.

Clean empty but friendly staff.went in on the way back to the hotel nothing to comment really it's a macidees same as the rest but there was four children sat useing the computers which was odd as it was gone 2 in the morning

Went through the drive through early this week. There was now queue and I ordered a large nuggets meal. Payment was taken very easily due to McDonald's using contactless card machines. The nuggets were crispy and pipping hot, the chips were again hot, as well as being the right colour (ie. Perfectly cooked) with the right amount of salt on and the right amount in the container (not half full like usual). Furthermore, the drink was completely full- so full it even split a bit! Only issue was it a was a regular not Diet Coke but that doesn't really matter! Amazing meal for cheap price. Would go again.

Popped in here for breakfast. Service was a little slow and they managed to muck up one of the drinks orders. There is a small kids play area outside along with some seating. I'm not a fan of this food chain and this branch did nothing to convince me otherwise.

For quick grub mc donalds are usually a safe bet, however on our recent visit to this mc donalds they had run out of soft drinks. So we were offered an alternative. Most went for milkshakes but the cups weren't full and the food was like warm not piping hot.

I went here after they reopened, very nice spacious friendly staff, there is plenty of parking space outside, drive-thru aswell, I will continue to come back:)

Staff helpful and polite.Restaurant clean.Ideal proximity to The Copthorne Hotel Cardiff.Situated on an industrial estate makes ideal if your visiting the near by shops.TK max,Mother care etc.Close to motorway links and approx 10 minute drive from Center of Cardiff.

We visited the macdonalds drive through at culverhouse cross.No coffee , no fizzy drinks.Why even open.We were then asked to drive into a waiting bay as no cheeseburgers were ready.Avoid if possible

Appalling service,couldn't even crack a smile,food was 20 minutes late as well as cold. Not family friendly at all, an no sympathy off the manger(didn't take name,but he was bald) do not recommend to anyone and will be sharing my awful experience with all family and friends.Disgusting.

Visited with my wife for a quick meal as opposed to cooking lunch.Whilst the premises were clean we found it quite cold. Unfortunately the machine for dispensing diet coke, which I have to drink was I am diabetic, was out of order. As an altenative I asked if they served decaffinated coffee which they didn't. As I always carry a sachet of my own I asked if I could have a cup of hot water., TGhey supplied it at a cost of £0.95 with a tea bag in my hand.Very disappointed!

Very good service received when I went in with the family. I found the restaurant very clean and very well presented. Food was cooked very good and quickly served.

I popped in here for a quick bite during a working lunch hour, I was about to start my meal and noticed the most disgusting poster of the wall of a hand feeding a lady with dirty bitten fingernails. That was enough I have such a weak stomach I had to leave.Whoever designed the decor must be blind. Dreadful

My wife & I walked from our nearby hotel to eat dinner & breakfast here. The food was good & the cold drinks cold. There is seating outside along with a large playground for the kids.

Nice restaurant with small cue to pay and nice children's play area outside but wait for food was a good 10/15mins so lots of people waiting around the tills. Food was hot though and front staff friendly, Nicole served us and was extremely helpful.

Barry Island's fish and chip shops had people queuing outside for at least an hour on Easter Monday; so McD's was an easy option! We parked outside and placed our order inside at the till. The service was fast and friendly. It was lovely and sunny outside so we made use of the benches on the outside near to the entrance doors. The food was nice and hot and just what you expect from any McD's.

Popped in for an easy tea, and had a swiss melt burger, extremely tasty, and with some chips went down well. My only criticism of Mcdonalds is the chips go cold when you have a take away. Staff always happy and friendly.

It was a lovely sunny day & this venue has a play area outside with seating for quite a few people to enjoy their meal. Children can play so they don't get too restless like children do!!!

Tables dirty and toilets tiny. Had to return coke twice because the taste was horrible. How can u get coke wrong?? Food was cold and tasteless, even for McDonalds!!

Best service,fresh cooked food,always clean,in and out,never have to queue long,if very busy one of the staff always apologies for delay,never seen the high standard drop,I have been going there since it opened,well done culver house your the tops.
