Good food, ordered trough app so got a large chicken rótale for only £6. Unheard of prices nowadays, well worth it the food was nice and greasy, speedy service and they still play music videos, haven’t seen a place do that in years.

Rubbish service food is okay I suppose

Visited this particular establishment a few times over the years with various degrees of satisfaction...but this was the worst and will not visit again. I have allergies, so I ordered double burger with fries twice for my wife and I with nothing added just plain burgers at a cost of £21. When we arrived home I was furious to see that we had two different meals entirely to what was ordered with absolutely everything on it. Couldn't eat it so my wife phoned right away and politely explained how annoyed we both were and wanted our money back. They apologised agreed and put it in the book to refund. When my wife returned to Burger King the following day to pick up refund an entirely different attitude was adopted by the manager. He was rude refused refund and was very argumentative. When he finally agreed to the refund he wanted to refund just for the burger as we had had the chips. It was only when my wife stated that our tea was ruined and that I could have become seriously ill had I eaten it and that she would take it further. Only then did he agree to refund. Terrible place, only occasionally get what you ordered and a very rude and ignorant manager. All absolutely true and we will never visit again.

I tried 5.99 melt deal. Includes choice of 2 burgers Choice of 2 sides And choice of fries 🍟 The fries although very over salted were fresh and hot... very nice. The chicken melt wasn't as good.infact I couldn't eat it. And the chilli cheese bites were OK. Fast service though. And clean and cool inside. Overall good

Nice new update - a bit darker than previous, but not bad. Clean and tidy - MUCH better than McDonald's. Jason & Marlena were AWESOME.. Customer service at its best!!!

Went inside to order. Asked for a halloumi burger and got given a double whopper with bacon and cheese.

Served by Sophie, who is an absolute credit to your company. Tried to order burger items on the touch screen, but unable to add heavy pickle and onions. Sophie sorted it all out for us with a smile. Thank you Sophie.

Every time I been, it's been clean throughout. Plenty of seating available. Service is good, but somewhat slow but I can't really criticise the slow service as it's slow because everything is made fresh. Toilets have always been well stocked and clean. I can only comment on in store dining experiences as I've never used drive thru here. Parking is plentiful but be aware, it is ANPR monitored.

Food was ok. Not particularly hot mind. Ordered at the counter which I feel felt like a novelty to the staff. Disappointed that they they didn’t take the BlueLightCard. Can’t say I would rush back to be honest.

It has been a while since i have had a take away burger , myself and wife fancied a change and visited our closest Burger King , Our first impression was that nobody cares , there was large amounts of rubbish outside and also inside on the restaurant, our order was incorrect and we were supplied one meal incorrect , the standards were poor, i was made to wait just over 14mins whilst deliveroo orders were completed, my food was in the keep warm area, for just over 5mins, this i raised whilst waiting. i requested no ice in my drinks and both drinks had ice in them. There were two young boys sitting outside and open door smoking drugs which could be clearly smelt inside. Then we come to the quality of the food, the burgers were rubbery in texture , the cheese was questionable and the salad looked as though it had been sat on the work service for a week, whilst in the queue waiting for food i witnessed none of the staff wearing gloves whilst handling food, this is basic food hygiene. I will go on record and say this was the worst burger i have ever tasted, it wasn't finished and disposed of in the nearest bin , even the local seagulls refused to eat it and these birds are the vermin of the sky. i encourage anyone visiting the chain do so with the outlook that they are only going to get what they pay for. I am not a lover of the golden arches but its across the road and i wish i had gone there instead.

Absolutely Terrible! I ordered loaded fries with cheese and bacon, and it came to me stone cold. I tried to address the issue but got brushed off. They didn't care at all. I know you can't expect much from a fast food place, but even by that standard, they are absolutely terrible! Anyone who doesn't want to waste their money, I'd suggest going, literally, anywhere else!

Last whopper meal I have.The bun fell apart,burger was mushy,lettuce was chunky storks, the meal tiny.Well overpriced.

Had food here today. Ordered through the app used the 2 meals for £12 deal absolute bargain. The food was very nice as we were one of only 2 customers it was freshly prepared. The drinks didn't taste right tho so did not drink them, had a weird taste almost like a clea ingredients product.

Manager was extremely kind and helped us with our order. He also gave 3 Oreo ice creams to me and my sisters. Food was also delicious. Was totally worth the £22 . Definitely my fav fast food place around here. Hoping to go again.

The food was cooked whilst I waited, if you could call it that?! I ordered an extra burger on my double whopper so I saw the burger made up & the guy placing the burger & salad between the bread didn't have gloves on, I just hope he didn't put his hands near his nose or mouth & I hope his hands had been thoroughly washed?! I ordered onion rings also which had been over cooked, even though they were luke warm, they were beyond crispy & crunchy, there was a concern of losing or chipping a tooth at one point. The fries with cheese sauce were also very soft & Luke warm ....... I usually like a burger king but for the cost of £16.79, this visit was below average. The Manager was over friendly & a bit cringeyvtbhbaskung if the food was ok & then asking me to do a review so here it is. I expect it was not what he expected but I'm sorry, the issues above required mentioning, this visit has unfortunately out me off burger king future visits, it was alot of money for below average & I'm quite gutted tbh .......... #neveragain #liveandlearn

Too cold and charged extra for no diet Coca-Cola. When I asked how's that. They said suggar tax. I was in lots of places but they never charged me extra for suggar tax for Coca-Cola. This is totally wrong!

Amazing staff, very polite, and quick and effective service. I come here regularly with my family and it never disappoints. My worst experience had me waiting about 8 minutes for my food and I had a free ice cream given to me for the wait so 10/10 recommend.
