It is newly refurbished, designed sometime last year. It is situated in Port Road, Culverhouse-cross dual carriageway roundabout junction in south-west part of Cardiff(Capital city of Wales). If you head towards Barry and Cardiff airport it is literally just on the left corner by the main road traffic light. There are several other supermatkets around this roundabout junction. Closest to Burger-king are Greggs, B&M, Aldi, Currys and Starbucks and some more a bit further away. If you really like burger pick this place and enjoy. Thx! 👍️😁

Went through the drive through ordered 2 burgers, both were stone cold and the buns stale. Upon complaining 2 more burgers were received this time Luke warm. Don't bother coming here, £16 for 2 stale burgers isn't good enough

Cold burger after waiting nearly 15 minutes and staff just stood there looking when I wanted to order to a person rather than a machine. One member of staff had to prompt another to ask me to use machine. Then offer on screen wasn't available on the self service unit. Never again 😒

I'm not sure what was happening but there was only my car (with 2 people) and the car infront (with 2 people) but it took about 15 minutes for someone to ferve us at the first window. The food was good but we didn't get any mayo in the chicken Royale, other than that I'd say it was good and the man at the window was very kind.

La niña de jengibre que trabaja allí es un ser humano absolutamente asqueroso, la forma en que trata al resto del personal es asquerosa, su actitud apesta, la forma en que trató a mi hijo de 10 años cuando todo lo que él quería era una pajita era asqueroso, ella está descuidada y ni siquiera puede ser molestada planchando su ropa y simplemente se ve en general sucia.

Over 15 mins for a crispy chicken burger Then when the burger came the chicken was chewy /grissal....no BBQ sauce in the BBQ chicken burger either. The lady was apologetic for the wait Go the well known locally bakery next door next time! Oh dear

Such a great location for a convenience food outlet, but - of late - it's falling apart at the seams. Every visit (couple of times a month-ish) has seen poor communications (knackered intercom and/or inattentive operators), out of date menus, technical system failures, and lost bags of food being walked around the car park after long waits on drive-thru orders. Staff are clearly under the cosh and really not the happiest of bunnies, which is sadly reflected in their customer interaction. I/we only keep visiting because of a strong preference of BK over other fast food on the odd occasion that we indulge in such things, and the convenient location. Thankfully the quality of food hasn't fallen away too much, and I have the patience of a saint. Burger King REALLY need to get along to this branch and get it sorted out.

Good food, ordered trough app so got a large chicken rótale for only £6. Unheard of prices nowadays, well worth it the food was nice and greasy, speedy service and they still play music videos, haven’t seen a place do that in years.

Rubbish service food is okay I suppose

Visited this particular establishment a few times over the years with various degrees of satisfaction...but this was the worst and will not visit again. I have allergies, so I ordered double burger with fries twice for my wife and I with nothing added just plain burgers at a cost of £21. When we arrived home I was furious to see that we had two different meals entirely to what was ordered with absolutely everything on it. Couldn't eat it so my wife phoned right away and politely explained how annoyed we both were and wanted our money back. They apologised agreed and put it in the book to refund. When my wife returned to Burger King the following day to pick up refund an entirely different attitude was adopted by the manager. He was rude refused refund and was very argumentative. When he finally agreed to the refund he wanted to refund just for the burger as we had had the chips. It was only when my wife stated that our tea was ruined and that I could have become seriously ill had I eaten it and that she would take it further. Only then did he agree to refund. Terrible place, only occasionally get what you ordered and a very rude and ignorant manager. All absolutely true and we will never visit again.

I tried 5.99 melt deal. Includes choice of 2 burgers Choice of 2 sides And choice of fries 🍟 The fries although very over salted were fresh and hot... very nice. The chicken melt wasn't as good.infact I couldn't eat it. And the chilli cheese bites were OK. Fast service though. And clean and cool inside. Overall good

Went inside to order. Asked for a halloumi burger and got given a double whopper with bacon and cheese.

Every time I been, it's been clean throughout. Plenty of seating available. Service is good, but somewhat slow but I can't really criticise the slow service as it's slow because everything is made fresh. Toilets have always been well stocked and clean. I can only comment on in store dining experiences as I've never used drive thru here. Parking is plentiful but be aware, it is ANPR monitored.

Hace tiempo que no tomo una hamburguesa para llevar, mi esposa y yo queríamos un cambio y visitamos a nuestro Burger King más cercano, Nuestra primera impresión fue que a nadie le importaba, había grandes cantidades de basura afuera y también adentro en el restaurante, nuestro pedido era incorrecto y nos suministraron una comida incorrecta, los estándares eran malos, me hicieron esperar poco más de 14 minutos mientras se completaban los pedidos de deliveryoo, mi comida estaba en el área de mantener caliente, durante poco más de 5 minutos, esto lo elevé mientras esperaba. No solicité hielo en mis bebidas y ambas bebidas tenían hielo en ellas. Había dos muchachos sentados afuera y a puerta abierta fumando drogas que claramente se podían oler dentro. Luego llegamos a la calidad de la comida, las hamburguesas eran de textura gomosa , el queso era cuestionable y la ensalada parecía como si hubiera estado sentada en el servicio de trabajo durante una semana, mientras que en la cola de espera de la comida vi a ninguno de los empleados con guantes mientras manipulaban los alimentos, esto es higiene alimentaria básica. Voy a dejar constancia y diré que esta fue la peor hamburguesa que he probado nunca, no fue terminada y desechada en el contenedor más cercano , incluso las gaviotas locales se negaron a comerla y estas aves son las alimañas del cielo. Animo a cualquiera que visite la cadena a hacerlo con la perspectiva de que sólo van a obtener lo que pagan. No soy un amante de los arcos dorados, pero está al otro lado de la carretera y desearía haber ido allí en su lugar.

Sé que no se puede esperar mucho de un lugar de comida rápida, pero incluso para ese estándar, son absolutamente terribles!
