Food never arrived! Had hungry kids at home!

Took my granddaughter it was busy table we sat at had not been cleaned and it just seemed a bit chaotic will go again as she enjoyed it but not when busy

Came here a few weeks back after going to a gig in the centre. The food was cooked fresh but the burger was still cold, i was then horrifically sick a few hours later. Can't comment much on service when it is self service.

Arrived und went upstairs to use that order board only to find although there's plenty of oder flags. It won't let me use the table service function so walk back down to wait for my food I'm number 001, gets to order 003 I ask where mine is she just walked out back for a moment then gave me the food with no apology in fact no works at all. So I then walk back up the stairs to find no BBQ sauce in the dispenser. A member of staff issues nearby so I mention it's empty. He then proceeds to start looking to replenish it. I said could you not go get some from downstairs so I'm not going to have to leave my food and go back down while my food is getting cold. He just looks and smiles as if he doesn't understand what I'm saying. Do down I go again! Had to go into the kitchen to ask for some while explaining I've had to go up and down the stairs because of these issues that could easily be avoided. And guess what both women look as me and smile as if they don't speak the same language. Go back to my door and the cheese bite were cold. I would say shocking service but it was actually no service at all

Under new management and I'm less than impressed. Been my local kebab for the last couple of years and I'd never had a bad experience until now. I only had large meat and chips with chilli sauce, the meat was greasy, the chips were bad and to top it all off it shot out of both ends within 4 hours of consumption. To really rub salt in the wound they charged me £14 for the privilege!!! I will get deliveries from elsewhere in future and I suggest that people do the same......

Fantastic food and speedy delivery as always

The screens are filthy, the floor and tables are filthy…. It took three times to order the food. The food was lovely. There was a young man with mousy brown hair, tied back, he was very accommodating.

Gave a 2 star because the food was good. The service we received was no way appropriate by the man who served us. After waiting 25 mins for our order, when it was ready he literally chucked our cup at us and when asked why he done that he just walked away.

The courier asked me for a code. As I didn’t know what he meant, I asked. He said he needed my phone number which I gave. Then he asked for the last four digits. Rather an overkill when I was standing in my doorway. The food was barely warm.

Popped in for a subway this evening for tea. Was greeted by a lovely young gentleman named James who explained that he was just completing a Deliveroo order and would be with us shortly. The shop was extremely busy and it would seem that James was all on his own. Despite this James handled this situation very efficiently however it was clear that this was a situation that should not be dealt with by just one person. Would like to specifically shout out James for our sandwiches and excellent service. In the future I would advise this store to correctly man the shop so employees do not have to be so far stretched. Again well done to James for handling this situation far better than most.

The drinks were small in size and the chips were not fully cooked

My partner and I were served by Cody this morning. He was very charismatic and had good banter with us. Came in for a sandwich, left with a smile. Thanks Cody!
