On the route to the Airport I ordered a chilly crispy wrap and medium fries. Surprisingly arrived very well heated, grilled, tasty, very generous portion and sooo fresh. Yummy. Only one drawback... wrap could do with a better wrapping at the thinner end, so that contents remains inside :-)

Hit & miss when getting your order right, we'll thats my experience.

Always got a broken milkshake machine, useless…..

My son has issues with eating and will only eat Safe foods.. plain McDonald's double cheeseburger being one of them. Today we ordered a plain double cheeseburger and while my son was eating it he mentioned he thinks there's onion in it and when I looked you could clearly see around 5-6 prices of onion like they had scraped the majority out and then wrapped it up! The burger smelt of onion very strongly too.. beware if you have allergies luckily my son got another one personally made by the manager and he managed to eat it but this is absolutely disgusting!

Was ok, food took awhile, seemed as though there was a lot of staff laughing and joking and not much happening with the orders, but was ok when it arrived typical Mcds.

The nuggets taste like they keep them for a year in this oil , don't get me started on burger you have to chew it like bike tube

All good and what you would expect from a Maccers.

Food was nice & hot 🔥, didn't wait long. Staff could look happier but overall, service was good.

I fancied a McDonald's, what a big mistake. Time kept changing and was getting later and later then went it arrived it was all cold. Never ordering here again

I reckon they close their eyes when bagging up the food, 5 wrong items delivered this time, constantly missing or wrong items. Easiest job in the world reading a receipt and putting the correct items in the bag and they still struggle. Food cold and undercooked. Shocking stuff.

Got to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, terrible service and long delays.

Had a McSpicy meal, and opened the box only to find out it had no bottom bun. Was going to make a complaint but figured that fast food workers have a lot to deal with on a day to day, plus the McSpicy was actually tastier without the bottom bun.

The delivery drive telephoned me to say he couldn't deliver the order because he was too far away in chelmsford. He said he would ensure a refund which I didn't get, so I have contacted Just Eat to sort out.

food ordered food was cold ordered feed the family deal with burgers and fries. and missing all the fries off the order. hopefully gets sorted will see kids are not happy with their cold burger said meal.....

was given the wrong flavor milkshake, fries were cold and no rich tomato dip with cheese sticks. surprised fries were cold due to early delivery.

I can't rate the food cause I didn't get any, least they forgot mine this time instead of the kids....why offer a service then have kids that don't care do the job these places are a joke

took over hour to be delivered when I kept checking updates kept saying driver was at restaurant for at least 30 minutes, when it arrived my drink had been spilt and food cold

We ordered mc plant burger and we had to ask to change it twice. It didn’t come with what it should come with.

Went in it McDonald’s and it was raining so I let my daughter stand outside the little bit with the roof to stoop her getting wet form the rain and we had a little sausage dog with us and a McDonald worker man shouted saying get ur dog out of the store in like trying ot give it the bigone to me and my daughter outside the shop and I said to him what did u say and he said nothing what I thought was so rude considering it was rainy u guys might be reading this thinking I’m a Karen but this is my first review I’ve ever wrote on my shared acc with my daughter I was so embarrassed

Ice cold missing items. Live a few mins away and the food may as-well travelled Clapham to Chelmsford would have been hotter.

I have never given an entirely 1 star review, but this is deserved. Me and my family came in and ordered on the machines. We got back to our food, no sauces, no problem, so I go up and ask for sauces. I waited around 6, 7 minutes. Got the sauces. But she gave me the wrong one, and carelessly. It sounds careless when I say this, but no eye contact or expression or speech, just grabbed any sauces she saw and dropped it out. Had to wait even longer, then I was done. Got back to my food and sat down on the cold, hard benches, in which the entire place was cold. The food looked terrible, and it was. I like McDonalds, but this was not it. Save your time and money and go to another McDonalds or resteraunt, trust me.

Really busy car park, food is ok but seemed overly greasy even for McDonald's and the staff all seemed miserable and unfriendly.

The time of arrival kept changing and ended up waiting over hour and half. The food arrived and the chips were cold!

It's a McDonald's, everything as you would expect. There all the same, built the same, sell the same food and it's all cooked the same way. Some are cleaner than others, but that's not down to the people that work there. That's down to the customer's who have no manners and think that they have a right to make as much mess as they like and someone will clean it up after them, you can't blame the kids. For the mess you can but not cleaning up after themselves. I couldn't work in a place like that because I would have to say something to these people ‼️

Need a bigger car park, never any space, I also require a disabled parking of which there is only one. Often I have had no choice but to go elsewhere. This oe is near Stansted airport, so car park is filled with cars only the driver sitting in the car awaiting a flight to arrive 😳

Staff is polite and FAST. Mac D's at it's best.

As mcdonalds policy drinks are free for delivery drivers but the manager was cheap he didn't even thought we are delivering in this hot sunny day he was not paying from his pocket, never coming to this mcdonalds for pick-up 👎

Sometimes it's tasty.. but sometimes If u bought through drive in..its full of tomato sauce.. not that tasty..patty almost burned , so hard...

Quick service, but struggled getting phone signal and connecting to the WiFi, so I couldn't use the app when ordering so I couldn't get any points. Other than this, the place was clean and food freshly cooked.

Worst management this franchise have 8 McDonald’s store 4 in Chelmsford but this Essex Regiment is never good . I can define all managers are incapable . When the managers are useless you can’t expect a good service from junior staff . I have been visiting since 2019 never had a good experience. Be aware

Nice day half term do drive thru for a McFlurry queue up single lane finall guys on buzzer on no McFlurrys well there’s a surprise they never have in this one. Worst thing is you have to sit in w waiting for everyone olin front to pay then collect order before you can get out & get on your way. Just don,t advertise something you can,t deliver better still put a big sign out BEFORE you enter the single lane drive thru. Terrible place

Terrible service. My son was staying at home on his own and was hungry, and he could not cook. So I said I would get him a mcdonalds via just eat. They delivered the total wrong order so I emailed them telling them there mistake and they replied asking for photo evidence which I sent and have not heard anything since. My son went without food for 3 hrs until I could return home and get him somthing. Absolutely disgusting company.

Food shown as delivered, I can assure you it wasn’t, as my son was waiting for something to eat at hospital!! I went out to the meeting point, and driver got back into his car with the food and drove away

Extreme Greediness in play at this store - Black Coffee was .99p not so long ago and then it was £1.39...and since last week it is £1.49 at this store.....hey Manager, did your staff get 50% pay rise also ?....stop ripping off your customers you scumbags !

When I originally ordered my estimated delivery time was 8am. It arrived at 9am.

Ordered 4 large chips 2 cokes and 1 Fanta. But they only put 3 large fries in, didn't give us Fanta instead gave us coke. Didn't give us any straws and food was cold. Go to the boreham one it's so much better

The past 2 times we have come here we’ve had 2 issues, First time my mum ordered a strawberry milkshake, and got a vanilla one instead so im not sure how you manage to mix up 2 different flavours , and the recent time they forgot my dip, now tbh im not annoyed at the fact they forgot the dip, im more annoyed with how they handled the situation, we came back jus asking for the dip and we specifically asked for it wen ordering it coz thats what we have our food with, 2 of the employees , was around 7:20/ 7:30ish pm on 6/3/24, 2 girls rolling their eyes, being very rude, not even apologetic, not good service at all, pretty much look like they’ve been slapped round the face with how they looked at us. Sort your staff out otherwise you’re gonna lose customers!

Just AWESOME! Very Clean , service was good , call for help with the Self order machine and staff quickly came to my rescue even though he was about going to Have his Lunch .

Attitude of the staff was unprofessional food missing from order and watch the drinks if u pay for a large they will charge u for a large but give u a medium. McDonald's has become the place to go if you want a burger which at best can be described as lukewarm. Fries are hit n miss as far as heat goes. It's annoying as I enjoyed the taste of the steakhouse stack.. just basically cold. This has happened now in the last four different McDonald's.

First Time ever we've had a bad experience in macdonalds,we ordered 2wraps 2cappochinos, wraps were lovely as always cappuccinos were awfull first took caps off coffee s no chocolate on top,went up to counter very abliging sprinkled chocolate on top,stared to drink coffee it was very week could only taste milk ,went to assistant she just said that's the way it come out sometimes there's nothing we can do about it,so ate our wraps and left coffee,wasted £4 won't every go back to that macdonalds again,rather go in greggs if ever we are in that area again
