Literally the slowest drive through I've ever been to. Started to worry about the 90 minute parking limit at one point.

Hot and tasty but slow service. Almost 20 min wait sadly.

Took far to long part of the order was cold

I bought a bottle of water and didn't eat the food which I dislike

Great food and coffee, very friendly staff nice place to dine morning noon and night.

Nice spot but you need your own car to enjoy the fun as it's away from town

Excellent place gor a Pitstone. Greeted by friendly staff as you enter & leave. The ordering screens are clean, the stations for sauces etc are clean. Toilets were clean & restaurant really pleasant. Food was what you expect & delivered to our table.

Lovely service place was clean and nice too busy but it's what you expecting especially in that sort of place 😉

Not a good experience. We ordered the food via the app and parked up to await our food. After 20mins of waiting I decided to go into the restaurant and collect the food myself as the restaurant didn’t appear to be busy. The drive thru was moving freely and people came and went with their food. After retrieving my food myself I then found items were missing so had to go back in to get the missing items. Don’t understand how something can take so long and then still be wrong

The zombie apocalypse is here, waited half hour, no management input, no teamwork, poor, poor, poor !!

Food was cold and tasted like cardboard. My little girls fries where hotter than mine and my husbands

Was very busy. Food was standard mc Donald's nothing more nothing less. But drive through eas closed so everyone filled up all the seating.

Staff absolutely useless. Just standing around chatting instead of actually working. Always forgetting items. Avoid.

Really well looked after by the staff. Very good breakfast as always

McDonald's in Boreham offers quick service, but cleanliness is lacking. Grease smudges and unemptied bins detract from the experience.

Decided slow for a fast food outlet, staff with no courtesy and average presentation of food. Seems cut staff numbers to increase turnover at the pain of the staff that still work there

A waitress in here could not do enough for us. I had my daughter and granddaughter with me. She was amazing I don't remember her name but as we were about the height we started chatting. Lovely lady. Place was spotless. Best mcdonalds I've been to.

Too long to wait through the drive through then asked to wait for food when we got it it was barely warm enough to eat but we had left so couldn't complain if it's fast food you want don't go to Boreham interchange I will try a different mcdonald's next time

Order a takeaway breakfast and again the order is wrong you have technology that tells you what we order and still get it wrong, this isn’t the first time to be honest I’ve lost count and the food we did get was greasy and food looked like it was chucked together no pride, as I store manager I be embarrassed to read these review, were I come from manager wouldn’t keep his job for long!

Ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes at the drive thru but after driving off realized they were vanilla and not chocolate. Drove back and went inside this time stood waiting to be served at the tills for 5mins while every member of staff looked at us and just ignored us. Finally spoke to someone and told them we were given the wrong flavour, he offered to change them but then receiving the second lot they were also vanilla and looked like they may of added a shot of chocolate just to make them be more like chocolate milkshakes. If there is no chocolate milkshake just tell us and we can order something different. Very disappointed in the service and quality of drinks.

Personally, I don't like McDonald's food.

Ordered online to pick up. Was pointless as when told to go collect it was still 20 min wait. It still puts you at the back of the queue and was not ready

Food hot, easy parking. Drive thru was quick. Did go inside and toilets were clean.

No flurries again 3 out of last 4 weeks none, what's the point of advertising them if there is rarely any available

This is quite a busy McDonald's due to the location being near the a12. The floor staff are friendly and helpful. The food orders are usually correct and if there are any issues the staff are more than happy to fix.

Slow service, but clean facilities and nice food.

30 minutes waiting for my order on Sunday 8pm only few customers inside and all the peoples was sitting and waiting like me and my family around 30-40 mins for order, finally received cold fries an hot coke without ice. Not recommend

It was a good one in as much as the staff were welcoming and punctual also. Parking up being relatively easy also, that helps.

McDonald's for the most part are all very similar in most ways, but the food somehow tastes better from this one. The burgers are also built closer to how they look in the adverts rather than being assembled during an earthquake like some restaurants. The service is quick and the staff are friendly at this one. Worth a visit

Huge car park so plenty of spaces. There's also a Drive Thru, but that was busy with long queues of cars, which seemed to be a little slow in moving. Plenty of screens inside to order your food. Took average to slightly slow time to prepare my very simple meal. Food was nice. There's plenty of seating inside, which was all clean and tidy, with attentive staff clearing and wiping tables. Perhaps not the best store for grabbing a quick bite, but if you're not in a mad rush it's nice. Note to McDonald's: The basin taps in the men's toilet need adjusting for increased water flow. I know you probably want to save water so have turned them down, but it's so feeble in all 3 taps, that you have to have your hands right under the tap, and the water mostly runs off on to the counter top and subsequently the floor, instead of the basin. A slightly better flow should allow hands to be nearer the basin and resolve it.

Some people can't count up to 5 when u want chicken selects end up getting 4 instead 5 ask for plain cheese burger get Ketchup in it its not that hard guys

Placed an order which was verbally confirmed when given, confirmed again on screen. Paid. Then when moving off after collection, family checked the order. Completely wrong. Unable to return.

Awful wait times (been there several times and always the same), rude and slow staff and give you incorrect food. Food is McDonald's but the service is rubbish.

I’m on a trip that’s gonna be 6 hours drive both ways, I was just refused a toilet here by glossy lipstick blonde who obviously needs to close all the males part to clean and didn’t feel like maybe open the disabled one for my emergency use. Instead told me to go somewhere else, maybe try bp garage... not her problem. My breakfast was served near room temperature, only hot thing was the coffee. Two stars for not making an error in my order this time as they usually do here…

Can't make basic hot porridge. Had to change it was still stone cold. Useless. Latte was diabolical too.

Not happy what's the point of buying large latte if your not going to fill it anywhere near the line, great I paid extra more Rubbish, larger cup to throw away. At least the drive thru was empty at lunchtime.

3rd time in a row (in a span of a month) they forgot the cheese bites share box. I ordered through the McDonald's app each time and it's more expensive for delivery plus 3.99 Delivery charge and yet I don't receive them every time. I don't understand how it's always the same item, and how they send the dip for the cheese but not the cheese itself.

Third time in a row of ordering (in the span of a month) they forgot the cheese sharebox. Last month it was the chilli cheese twice and this time the cheese melts.

Ordered to the table and didn't have to wait long for it. Unfortunately a chicken burger was delivered as a beef burger in a chicken box, which they changed. No milk for the tea, so had to request that and the chips were barely warm.

Absolutely awful. The staff were absolutely miserable. It seemed like a massive faff just to do a simple order. And they missed out one of the burgers. When asked for milk they responded with ‘Who is milk?’ And we were completely confused. The service was absolutely shocking. Will absolutely not be coming back

We only visited Mc Donald's because we had a day on the road. The service was fine and the staff where friendly. This seems to be a very busy Mc D's. There is a bit of a wait after you have self ordered.

Did a drive through yesterday it was so busy I had to wait at the window as all spaces was filled.much to my disgust the person at the window put his hand down the back of his trousers. Then went over to kids happy meals and folding the bxes down without washing his hands I think this is unacceptable and a health problem. I couldn't believe what I witnessed it made me feel uneasy as we was waiting for our food. This is such poor standards.

We were given the wrong order from the drive through. But only realised when we got home. I went back with the receipt and explained to Jack what had happened. He apologised said he would got and prepare the order again. Not even two minutes later our order was ready. Jack apologised again, mistaken happen but was really impressed with Jacks efficiency. I hope he is looked after. He’s definitely an asset to the franchise.

Run out of the halloween soft toys so my daughter was upset, brought meals for 5 people got 2 bbq sauce. Waited 40 minutes for food.

Restaurant was ridiculously dirty, half of the place was shut off by chairs and a condiments trolley leaving only a handful of tables with loads of customers still entering, bins were over-flowing, tables were dirty and had trays left on them, we were a family of 5 and had to clean our own tables. In the 30 or so minutes we were in there the manager was chatting to a delivery guy failing to notice that his customers were busy cleaning before ordering. Felt like it was being run by children.

Maybe I'm old , I would like to hear " hi can I help you" , or "thanks please drive to the next window please" . Instead we got "yes" and "next window". I feel the food was overheld it could have been better

Food was alright but the service by the young Asian male with no name tag today was awful. Did not asked what I wanted just assumed, when I corrected him he was not happy with a attitude. You need to work on your customer service manners.

I went to this McDonalds yesterday with two Granddaughters aged 4 and 2. We were greeted by a lady named Kinnari who immediately gave the girls a flag each. The ordering process was very easy to use. Kinnari then very kindly offered to deliver the Happy Meals to where we were sitting. This service and her friendliness were very much appreciated and Kinnari gets my sincere thanks for her kindness.

Had breakfast at Boreham interchange today (5th Oct 2023) and I would like to say that nicola who served me has the best customer service skills that I've received in any restaurant, shop, pub, or any other place of retail I've ever visited, what a lovely lovely person, service with a smile whilst under the pressure of being short staffed, kept everyone informed of what was going on and was all in all a very nice person, long may she continue to work there!!!! 10 out of 10!!!

If you drive an older car and you use the drive through, expect them to 'not see you' and 'forget' alternating lane ordering so as to take orders from newer, high-end cars in the other lane first. Happened again today - (for the umpteenth time) with the guy saying "I'll be with you in a minute" as the car in the other lane moved off, then he took the orders of the two cars behind it. I'm sick of it. Not only am I not going to pick up anything from there on the way home for my husband or boy anymore (they'll have to have KFC instead), but I now agree with the actions of my nephews who, having also had the same treatment multiple times, refuse to intercede on the staff's behalf when they're inside the store and another customer is being aggressive with staff, because, in my nephews' words "the staff are a&£@+oles". And that's without the fact this outlet can mess up the simplest order. Avoid.

Took forever to serve us, daughter then got stuck in the play area as it's incredibly poorly designed, then get a £100 fine for using the car park for longer than 90 minutes. Can't help but feel like this is a bit scammy, giving poor slow service then profiting off parking fines.

Worst McDonald's of alllll time. They never get the food orders right. The food is never fresh. The service is the slowest. Anytime we order on just eat they never and I mean next get the order right. Alot of times they have given us a completely different order. The food is just overall poor. And I can't stand it

The slowest McDonald's run by the living dead. Warm drinks, cold nuggets, staff clueless, not wearing hair nets, no hygiene when making food, giving their mates handshakes as they finished their shifts. Serving their colleagues first.Mens toilet stinks of urine and the car park is a joke. Go elsewhere. I saw a Pigeon in the car park I told it to apply within as it could be manager within a day. If you can't operate in a McDonald's you might as well go on job seekers allowance
