First order missing hall of order

Do love a McDonald's. Flawless visit, minimal waiting, food was of a decent temperature. Only downer was no salt on the fries. 😞

Very disappointed in the Mcflurrys both had no sauce atall and a tiny sprinkling of maltesers

Consistently awful. Always items missing. Food is always coldish or stale. Go to the one on Essex regiment way, is a lot better ran.

Table cleaning staff were pleasant and helpful

No coffee yet again… seems to be a common problem here!!

Selling us stone cold old food with sauces and gherkins missing from inside the burger, when opening the burger it was clearly old and stale and even had things in we didn’t ask for that you could see were in there previously and just scraped out. All food was stone cold despite sitting there waiting for fresh. Manager didn’t care one bit and tried to explain to me how they make the burgers different now and that’s why things are missing and there’s evidence of contamination of ingredients we asked not to be present. Vile place

Order took an hour and a half to come and was missing a 20 nugget meal.

The Sweet Chilli Chicken One Large Meal (Grilled) was not included in the delivery. The drinks ordered were not delivered but replaced with two small bottles of Tropicana smooth orange.

The order didn’t even turn up, the guy just clicked the button that said delivered and didn’t even deliver it

Good was cold and looked like it was just thrown in the bag! Chips everywhere the burger was falling apart. Drinks were leaking round the sides and from the top

Constant wrong items and missing items

Was actually a great stop here quick drop off point which is good to have and loads of parking. A quick breakfast. Food was good atmosphere great mixture of family’s, sporty people and workers was really good and nice layout and modern. Food was good too.

Great McDonalds, like so many others. No details. One of our orders arrived a little late and we apologized for that. It's nice that you can simply tap fries sauce and ketchup.

The best thing about this McDonald's is it has a little outdoor play area.

Delivery time kept changing to later and later, then driver went else where. When the food finally arrived it as cold and sweaty!! Wasn’t nice at all. Such a waste as it was big order

Basic McDonald's you get what you pay for. Staff great. Watch car park we didn't see the 90 min signs.

When you're used to a London McDonald's it is great to see how it could be done. The staff are all very friendly and you can see them working very hard. Well done to you all.

Coffee was laying on its side completely emptied in to the bag soaking everything in the bag as well as my kitchen worktop as it leaked out. Lid obviously not properly secured and nothing salvageable from it. More care when packing needed please

Delivery was great but food was awful. No sauce and two strands of lettuce in the Big Mac, only about half portion of chips and no sauces for the nuggets even tho requested.

I'm so disappointed with this service I had my grandkids tonight and ordered food and ice cream ice cream never got delivered this has happened on more than one occasion I am fed up paying out for cold food and missing food from orders I have placed and two very disappointed kids it is a joke not the only person to complain a lot of people are saying the same thing

Driver said he had the wrong post code he called and I gave him the correct one my food was stone cold when it arrived!

I ordered McDonald’s and with my meal I ordered a large Coca Cola Zero, I drank most of it leaving about a mouthful at the bottom, I am diabetic and I realised my blood sugar started going really high despite injecting for my meal. Im not very well at the moment so my taste is not very good so I asked my partner to taste the last mouthful of my drink and he said that it was full fat coke. I had drank almost a full large full fat coke causing my blood sugar to go dangerously high and I am trying to bring it down. I checked my order on uber eats and can confirm that I definitely ordered a Coke Zero! I understand that mistakes do happen, but the difference between a Coke Zero and a full sugar coke to someone like me is very important and can be very dangerous.

Good delivery the Mac Donald’s missed an item

Got my food in like 10 seconds after ordering from the machine, rapid service!

Absolute awful experience here, we arrived early this morning ordered our food using the machines which was fine, it didn't print a receipt which was also no problem, we got our food and they forgot the jam for my daughters plain muffin then we noticed that her muffin had been opened wrong so one side was half and one side was bigger and it was cold and hard, I took it back to get it swapped and they made it such a drama the guy in the kitchen said well that's how they are supposed to come out and the lady tried to give it back to me I said no it's not in 2 halves properly she actually huffed and me and I had to wait for them to give me another muffin, after that all our food was cold and hard it had obviously been sitting there for some time, and the lady cleaning was muttering under her breath about us complaining and kept looking at us making us feel very uncomfortable, the only good thing about this place was that it was clean, if 6ou take my advice you would steer clear of this mcdonalds at all costs

Please watch out with this McDonald’s, they like to give old food rather than make it fresh for you. It’s not all the time but doing it once is more than enough but for me it’s been more than once. Today I had a burger that was so dry and hard that it hurt my tooth. They also take orders without checking if the item is actually available then offer alternative on next window, You have no choice because they don’t offer refund for their mistake. The attitude is terrible, food well we are being charged much high prices for McDonald’s food but quality wise it’s worsening. Stop eating from Here you will probably die early.

All good apart from the free burger I got from the order was not there

Cheap and cheerful when you're starving

Atypical MaccyD's, slightly warmer food than usual on this occasion. Clinical feel to decor but some dirty tables, fairly normal these days. Reduced toilet facilities for some reason.

Very busy, had to wait for approx 15 mins, food was fine though!

Forgot food on drive thru order

We always stop here not just for the food but the whole place is so CLEAN! Special mention for Lisa who has those toilets exactly as you would wish..spotless! The other cleaners are also excellent and very thorough, well done!

I cannot believe how long it took for my food to be ready. Not very busy, lots of staff but not much service. Maybe it was a one off, who knows?

Only ordered 2 hot chocolates as a walk in customer, took 15 minutes and restaurant was almost empty with only 4 people at drive through, lack of management as staff to busy chatting to there mates at the tills.

2 orders today they have messed up

Mine was hot & what I ordered was very nice. Just a tip, McD’s chips are not going to stay hot for delivery, but if you have an airfryer 2-3mins on 200 brings them back to perfect. But no longer than that or they go hard

The absolute audacity of the staff of Tuesday around 4.45 pm talking rudely about customers when they had made a error and insulting paying customers then no apology when they realised there was a till fault , laughing at the person who was clearly upset by being spoken to badly. Shame on this branch

Half my order missing. Reported but not dealt with. Not replaced and no refund issued. Rubbish.

Food similar to all other McDonald's. Service can be a little slow on occasions.

Took my granddaughter in the week. She had a kids meal. I used the table service. Her happy meal arrived. But the chips were only half full. I then had to go to the counter leaving my young granddaughter on her own. They did admit that they were n ot as they should have been. They gave me a fresh bag. But then when she was finished there were no serviettes, on the tray and also none where the sauce was. I had to tell the staff. It was disappointing

notified on app will be with me by 9:35, once tracking was available saw the driver driver past my delivery address and beyond, round the outskirts, past my address again and then back to mcdonalds, twice they drove past. When I queried the driver he stated the food wasn't ready however the receipt time was 9:24. Not only was my food and coffee luke warm at best I was lied to as well. If the driver had been up front and honest I would have been more excepting.

I asked for a large coffee got only a half cup full. Breakfast wrap I had to re arrange as it was falling to bits and ketchup all over my clothes. Dissapointed.

Hash browns were beyond soggy and dripping in oil to the point they stuck to the paper and were inedible. Really awful
