Forgot food on drive thru order

We always stop here not just for the food but the whole place is so CLEAN! Special mention for Lisa who has those toilets exactly as you would wish..spotless! The other cleaners are also excellent and very thorough, well done!

I cannot believe how long it took for my food to be ready. Not very busy, lots of staff but not much service. Maybe it was a one off, who knows?

Only ordered 2 hot chocolates as a walk in customer, took 15 minutes and restaurant was almost empty with only 4 people at drive through, lack of management as staff to busy chatting to there mates at the tills.

Great place to stop at for a comfort break. Can't speak about the food as I wouldn't dream of eating there.

The absolute audacity of the staff of Tuesday around 4.45 pm talking rudely about customers when they had made a error and insulting paying customers then no apology when they realised there was a till fault , laughing at the person who was clearly upset by being spoken to badly. Shame on this branch

Food similar to all other McDonald's. Service can be a little slow on occasions.

Took my granddaughter in the week. She had a kids meal. I used the table service. Her happy meal arrived. But the chips were only half full. I then had to go to the counter leaving my young granddaughter on her own. They did admit that they were n ot as they should have been. They gave me a fresh bag. But then when she was finished there were no serviettes, on the tray and also none where the sauce was. I had to tell the staff. It was disappointing

I asked for a large coffee got only a half cup full. Breakfast wrap I had to re arrange as it was falling to bits and ketchup all over my clothes. Dissapointed.

Hash browns were beyond soggy and dripping in oil to the point they stuck to the paper and were inedible. Really awful

Open 24/7, this McDonalds has touch screen menus and free parking for a limited time period. The food is the same as any other McDonalds

Order time kept being pushed back constantly, food arrived cold so had clearly been cooked and left hanging around for ages.

A good Macdonalds, unlike others in Chelmsford, the order was correct and food was as it should be

Stopped off to use toilet and grab a bite to eat. The toilet's were absolutely filthy, even the changing room toilet was disgusting. Put me off of wanting to order something. Worst McDonald's toilets I have seen

when the food arrived it was cold and I don't like reheated chips in the microwave it really spoilt my dinner. I also ordered the chilly cheese stack. when the burger turned up there was hardly any cheese sauce in it, the burger was falling apart as I ate it as the cheese had melted the burger stuck in weird position so I had to reassemble the burger as when I tried to eat it I got into a mess all over my hands. I've put in a refund request and I'm waiting to hear back from just eat.

I did not receive this order of which i paid £12.26 so i need a refund please

Went in for takeaway as over 100 cars in drive thru....very popular. My hearing is bad and the manager immediately arranged for a colleague to take my order. It was so busy but I still had my large order in 9 min. It was really good too. Generally one of the best Macdonalds Ive been to.

Haven't used this particular McD's for a while. It has had a face-lift, food fast & hot,staff very friendly and helpful.

I have been coming to McDonald's on and off over the years, and l find the food/drinks are OK for lunch, etc.. l would recommend the fish burgers here.

took over an hour to be delivered and turned up with half our food missing

the food was all cold.. the McFlurry melted, the milkshake runny and rubbish and the Coke Zero had fallen over and leaked... all turned up 30 mins late so had obviously been sitting there waiting for a driver... terrible rubbish food... all binned

the 2 lattes were dropped all over my front door step and mat which I now have to clean

food was cold and drink was missing from order,the driver was lovely and very helpful when I told him the drink was missing.the order took ages to be cooked then delivered,ordered just after 8pm and delivery was 9.20pm.

Sometimes you visit a McDonald's so good it reinvigorates your once youthful lust towards a McDonald's burger, rather than using it as a convenient source of bad fuel for one's body. This is not that McDonald's.

Filthy. Flies all over the sauce, straws area. Rubbish on most tables. Flies on the tables and this was when it was very quiet, late in he day. 1 out of 4 fries was cold. 1 food order was wrong. Total shambles.

Whilst so popular with so many people- witness the queues at the drive-throughs near you, the food, the atmosphere, the overall post- meal feeling is one of tasteless disappointment, of forests cleared for beef cattle, of climate changing gases and ultimately a place to avoid. Yea, I have weakened in moments of hunger, the advertising of meaty delights tempting me but oh how disappointing the after meal sensation. The burgers are thin, tasteless, the buns thinner and have even less taste, everything in the restaurant ( can I really call it that!) is just a machine to make money. I'm sure many find the wait worth it but recently, the food was lukewarm, sit down diners get priority over take out and drive thru custom is the focus.

Avoid!! Genuinely horrific and disgusting hygiene. Went there after a day out in London and got in at around half 12 at night. Our food took over 45 minutes to be bagged and given to us, as whoever began bagging our order got distracted and left it to go cold. However, while we waited, we noticed the absolute state the restaurant was in. Flies everywhere. Spilled sauce packets, old fries and litter covered the floor and tables. Behind the counter was somehow even worse, with chicken, burger buns and whatever else all over the floor. On top of that, someone had swept previous dropped food beneath the central bank and fryers, as underneath each of the areas was visibly packed with old food. Unsurprisingly, the cleaner looked completely dazed, and kept picking up a toy dinosaur behind the counter to look at it. He then went around with a small brush, brushing crumbs and grease from the surfaces into the fryers rather than on the floor. Actually foul. The shift manager (who was on the phone vaping outside the restaurant when we got there) only came in briefly to check up on her employees, before deciding everything looked good, and going back outside to resume her phone call and vape sesh. Dont go here, I actually think it should be investigated for hygiene concerns.

Delivery driver was lovely. Burgers were ordered with extra pickles, onion, ketchup and mustard. They came with NO mustard, NO onions, 1 pickle slice in each and hardly any ketchup. Burger looked like it had been stamped on top.

I don't normally go to McDonalds because the food is pretty horrendous and for some reason there are always items missing from the order. On this occassion I thought I'd throw caution to the wind and try the Double Big Mac. I've never had a Big Mac because they always looked too "bready" but this double Mac looked like the meat to bun ratio might have been nearer the point of acceptable standards. Imagine my disappointment when I got to work and opened the wrapper to find a rather sorry looking single Big Mac. Not only do McDonalds burgers taste like reconstituted cardboard, the people that make them can't even count to 4 patties. Yet another experience to further drive home that McDonalds is not even that cheap AND still rubbish.

I was waiting for over 40 mins for a burger and it kept going from 21:50 to even later

the food was left just outside on my doorstep. the driver didn't knock. I didn't know it was there until 20mins later when my granddaughter looked at the app and saw it was delivered. it was so cold because it had been outside all that time.

Very quick service, very clean and because of the early time I was there, nice and quiet! Big car park, plenty of tables, outside seating. A great example of this popular franchise

best mcdonalds delivery I've ever had. Whoever prepared this requires a massive pat on the back. everything was in my order, including sauces, straws and napkins. The food was well cooked. chips weren't soggy. plenty of special sauce on the big mac, but not too much. after so many bad experiences this really made up for it. it arrived on time and hot.

Leering & lecherous Asian staff creeping around the young women who were clearly repulsed by their advances. Tried to complain but there wasn’t one native English speaker anywhere! I won’t be coming here again, especially with my family!

Summer holidays and two boys who are 8 and 10 years old, both diagnosed with ASD. Both up early and my 10 year old who can make some requests asks "car please." We are driving around and he asks for "chicken nuggies from mcdonalds please" This was around 10am, we drove for a bit but ended up at mcdonalds before the change from the breakfast menu. I explained the situation to the drive thru attendent, Farzana understood the issue with potential meltdowns and she allowed me to order the chicken nuggets early. The boys enjoyed the food and Farzana saved us from any meltdowns or tantrums. Thank you Farzana, cant tell you how relieved it made me as it could have turned out a different day for somthing that may seem innocuous to some people. Please make sure Farzana recieves the well done she deserves for customer service.

We couldn’t enjoy our meal because of constant Loud high Pitched beeping of what we were told was the deep fryers? The level of disturbance left us worrying about the effect it might have on the hearing of the young staff. We were told they get used to it…..they shouldn’t have to and customers shouldn’t have to endure it either.

Mcdonalds keeps getting worse and worse. Before, they would be relatively fast and give you a cold burger. Now they are super slow but at least the burgers are warmer. But they are also charging a lot more for them now. The thing is it didn't used to be like this. People used to say Mcdonalds was bad 20 years ago, but actually it was nowhere near as bad as it is now. You used to pretty much always get a hot burger at a good price, it also tasted better (because they didn't use half a jar of seasoning). These days, they just can't seem to figure it out. Also this particular restaurant has trouble, where they just randomly close the store because there are too many orders... or whatever it is, they don't really explain. Honestly unless you really need to, steer clear, its just not worth it anymore, its not fast or cheap, its slow, expensive and tastes worse than ever. Addition: Manager isn't well trained in customer service. Upon noticing an item missing in my order (in the drive thru), I told the girl at the window, and she went to get the manager. The manager just said "the missing item is not on the order", even though I knew I had asked for it. Then she said, "you should have checked your order more closely at the payment window". You just don't talk like that to customers, it was only a double cheeseburger, not a big deal. She just said, "sorry but there is nothing I can do". So the only option, if I had wanted it, would be to go around through the drive thru again. It's just pathetic. Also I got the impression I was being treated as someone who tries to get free food. Well the amount of times they've got my order wrong or given me cold food, I would deserve it anyway. So yeah I still go there if I really need a quick meal, but I visit less and less these days. Not only is the food pretty bad, but also the service.

The meals had a really horrible taste, we ended up throwing half of our meals away.. won’t be getting that again! Very disappointing!

Flies and dirt around the sauces . Soggy undercooked chips . Stale chicken . All manner of stale old food and rubbish under work benches . Cook seen touching face and several times while preparing my food. Disinterested unprofessional poorly trained staff and a dirty restaurant .an overall terrible experience will not ever be returning. I know it's only McDonald's but at least have some sort of standard for customer service and cleanliness

Very busy and grubby. Service slow food poor. Not sure what has happened to the value burger, if it was any thinner it would be a sandwich a thin one at that. Last time I had a value burger I am sure it was thicker a d tastier than this one.

It's a McDonalds. Just like every McDonalds it does exactly as you'd expect and want it to.
