Taco Bell in Chelmsford

i ordered a whole meal all i have received is the drimk

App failed to state it was collection only, I am disabled and cannot collected, just eat won’t refund the money therefore I have lost £54 due to app failure, restaurant even refused to cancel order, I am extremely unhappy and as a disabled person to lose £54 is damaging…

I specifically said in the instructions to not knock or ring the door bell, the driver did so and was rude.

Enjoyed the food. Fast delivery and hot on arrival

Turned up late - despite instructions, they can’t find my house. Sauce spilled everywhere and chips were completely empty and in the bottom of the bag. Everything was cold as well.

My order was an hour late for delivery and it was cold. My food is normally on time and warm I’m very disappointed with it

expected delivery time changed twice. in the end it was delivered over an hour later than original expected delivery. two kids fell asleep before their food arrived, couldn't hold out any longer.

None of the food items I had ordered were delivered in my meal even though it was clearly labelled on the bag itself. Driver told me to phone the restaurant. I couldn’t get through to the restaurant as it just went to voicemail.

The delivery time said it would be 20 mins and it came over an hour late! They kept changing the times once I had paid

The food was stone cold and the wrap that was delivered was the wrong wrap. I ordered a crispy chicken burrito and I was sent a sweet chilli burrito. Was not happy with what was delivered. Won’t be ordering from there again.

Missing items. I don’t want a refund, I want the food I ordered. If I had wanted the money instead I would have not ordered those items.

Cold food as had seen the driver going round to all his other drops, he was rude and we got the wrong order.

Pretty good place with good food and amazing friendly service! All I can say is that the windows are weirdly very dirty and the inside can have a lot of trash left on the tables which are sometimes not cleaned. Other that that it is really good and a nice addition to the city!

A smooth and pleasant experience

We really love Taco Bell's food. It is a regular hit for the family takeaway, but we really wish they'd get the order correct. We consistently have missing items. Buyer beware, order for delivery and there is almost a 100% hit rate in 2024 that something will be missing. It is such a shame and very frustrating.

Went in to order 3pm, got chicken casada box meal which comes with churros and caramel dip. When I opened the caramel dip it was full of black ants, I wasn’t offered anything in return for the disgusting experience. Think it’s really disgusting and put me off the rest of the food

My items are missing again!!!! I even put a note on the order asking that they check my order as the last two times items are not on here I’m so fed up with it

My chicken burrito deluxe meal was very tasty and had lots of flavour throughout. the crunchy taco and burrito were perfect, chips were nicely seasoned and lovely to eat too. I always enjoy the churros thank you taco bell!

No medium cups so just automatically got charged for a large, food tasted ok but gave me gut rot for 2 days after. Think I'll skip taco bell another time.

Taco supreme is missing and its cold

Everything was awesome, the Churro’s however were not fresh , they were almost solid

We received the wrong order, didn’t receive any of the items we ordered. Obviously a mix up with someone else’s order.Tried phoning the restaurant repeatedly and left messages but no answer and no response. Requested a refund from Just Eat for the full amount. Waiting to receive the full amount refunded.

I went there last Tuesday 12th June about 3pm, I was served by a young girllady (I had one of each of the £1.99 burritos) she was exceptionally courteous and has a natural want to help you smile on her face, so pleasant, when I didn’t hear my order as I had my headphones she let me know smiling again, what great service

There was no beef taco in the box !!!

The delivery time of this order was acceptable and appreciated. The only thing that is disturbing about the delivery orders is the cost and its portion size that is served to the customers. Need improvisation in terms of cost optimisation as this order didn't fill my stomach at all.

Took 2 hours to get the food and it was cold too. Poor Delivery guy sat at the restaurant for over an hour waiting

I am not happy with my order. I paid for 2 meals and I received no drinks with my order. I want something to be done about this as I am not paying for something if I’m not receiving what has been paid for.

ordered a volcano burrito with added chicken, but when it arrived it was just a chicken burrito! so I paid an extra £2 for the privilege!

Food arrived freezing cold - drink was missing too

Really disappointing that nothing was vegan. Staff gave me the allergen menu and even the beans have milk in them which is ridiculous. You could easily make a bean burrito vegan by just removing the cheese but by adding milk as a main ingredient you lose lactose intolerant and dairy free customers, makes no sense.

Terrible packaging and quantity, thought I'd try them after zambreno made me fall in love with burritos again...used Ubereats and definitely never coming back...the burrito looked like a wrap from a kebab shop, that tacos wasn't even wrapped. Utter disappointment

Food was cold, dry, nachos in the burrito were stale. For a 'deluxe' box it was tiny and not deluxe in any way.
